The bed was Fantastic ...Huge and Comfortable ! The room was very spacious and clean. Pizza delivered directly to the hotel, Thanks Howie ! I was under the impression you had laundry facilities but there were none. And we could not use the pool as there was no covering of any kind for sun protection, an awning or umbrella's to sit under would have been helpful. It is just not safe to be in direct sunlight with pool water reflecting on top of the head.

Great location - so close to the airport! We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and our kids loved the outdoor pool. Staff was friendly. The only complaint is that it took 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport (we were told to call after we got our luggage). Otherwise, great pick!

While the facility is well maintained and breakfast quality is above average, unfortunately it can’t escape the noise coming from the construction behind the hotel. The construction started around 4 AM in the morning! The hotel provided a complimentary pair of ear plugs, but you can still hear the noise.

Best Airport Hotel. I booked here last minute when my flight was cancelled. They sent a shuttle for me right away. All of the staff are incredibly friendly. Room was well arranged. I had to work during the day and space was great. Bar serves good food. I had a burger for dinner that was fantastic. I had turkey pesto for lunch which was good. Also, shuttle will take you to nearby restaurants. I sat in the lobby working after I checked out. The staff was warm and generous to everyone who came here. Book here if you need a place to stay close to Phoenix airport.

I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. While staying there I commented to my daughter how happy I was with my stay there. It was a perfect choice and you can’t go wrong,

Our room was very comfortable. We did have some issues with the A/C unit. It was kinda loud, ran constantly. We tried adjusting the temp but then the ‘heat’ mode would kick in

My stay was great, will book again. The breakfast bar was delicious several choices. My room was clean exactly as pictured. The bathroom door leading to the toilet was very awkward but that was in the design.

The room had good space and I liked the set ip. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. My only issue was that the water would only get to warm. It never got hot. Very disappointed.

Food all over the floor also We got home and found a $65 charge that we had no idea what it was. We called and were told that it was a bar bill. We never camr near the bar. After they investigated it was obviously not even our room. Good thing we caught it.

Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy.

Nothing special about the room. Arrived after check in time but room wasn’t available until almost an hr after we came. They didn’t tell us about overnight check they do on the rooms after one night, housekeeping trashed my daughter’s retainer. Upon this “check” they didn’t even give us new towels they emptied only one trash can made one bed. Other hotels will usually ask if I want housekeeping the next day which I decline especially when I have stuff in the room. Kids didn’t really enjoy the pool. Breakfast was okay. Manager didn’t really offer much of a discount since I booked through a different website. Just sign up for their rewards program and get points like I’m going to chance staying there again. Area is quiet beds were ok pillows were too soft.

This hotel is nice. It has a sofa 🛋️breakfast, and a swimming pool—all included for free with the room booking. The room is clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. I would come back to stay here again if I have the chance.

The bed was big and property had very hot water room was spacious even though the hotel gave us earplugs the planes were very loud. room stated we’d have a mountain view but the view was blocked by the building front entrance. Balcony connected to two other balconies. Every single door was too long or off it’s hinge because they kept getting stuck when you go to open them. Lastly we found a needle in the covers that poked me directly in my hand as I pulled the covers back. I would have gotten up to make a formal complaint but my partner was not feeling well and I didn’t want them in the room unattended. We do have photos of the needle.

My bed was extremely creaky, although it wasn't uncomfortable. The room design and layout seemed extremely dated but it was clean.

Close to the airport. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The evening staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to meet any needs I had. They were an excellent group of people!!! Everything in my room was perfect and in good condition. The bathroom was sparkling clean on the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Plenty of parking and the exterior of the hotel was pristine. The morning shuttle employee was very kind and friendly as was the reception employee when I checked out. There is no doubt that I will be back. It is a wonderful place when you've flown in on an international flight! Everything was PERFECT!!

This hotel was a convenient location for us for one night. The room is clean and large (king bed with sitting area). We have stayed here twice before and used the shuttle and breakfast on those visits. All went well. We did not use these amenities this time. My one negative on the room is that the shower/toilet room is very small. It's very hard to get in and close the door. Also, keep in mind that this hotel in directly under the flight path of Sky Harbor airport and will be loud. Earplugs are provided. I would stay here again if flying.

Not a lot that is close by. It is a bit industrial. The plane noise is significant but the night staff were great. Our room had flooded because they were getting record rainfall. We only stayed one night so they just put towels down on the carpet. We reserved a ride to the airport on the shuttle and the driver was about 15 minutes late.

The staff was all great. Only pleasant and accommodating experiences. The AC didn’t work consistently and water came in through the doors during a storm. Only 1 very slow elevator operating.

Like it! The front office staff proactively asked me if I need an early check-in, and I checked in at 2pm, enjoying a quiet afternoon during my bleisure trip.

The hotel experience was good but I was disappointed because the main reason I chose this hotel was the advertising that they had a shuttle bus. I arrived to learn that shuttle bus services don’t start until 5 am, that’s the time my flight left. I was forced to pay out of pocket for a taxi. For this reason alone I will not be recommending this hotel.

My husband and daughter went down for breakfast and they were there right at 925. It was over at 930. The worker took the eggs away WHILE my husband was serving himself. I explained my complaint to host, she wouldn't look at me in the eye.

The staff was helpful, the shuttle to and from the airport was great as was the parking. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and available to answer questions! We would stay here again!

We stayed for two nights, and housekeeping refreshed our room each day. Although there’s a bar and restaurant on-site, we didn’t get a chance to try them. Parking was free, which was a plus, although the lot did fill up quickly. During our stay, the temperature reached 110°F, so the pool was an absolute highlight—refreshing and perfect for cooling off. There were a few sun umbrellas available for shade, which was much appreciated. One of the most unique and romantic features of this hotel was the view of the planes landing nearby—it added a special touch to the experience. Overall, a lovely stay!

The room was in a great location for me. My only issue was that there was a noxious odor coming from the drains in the bathroom. I thought maybe it would go away after time, but alas, no. I could have asked for another room, but feared the location wouldn't be as good and I was only staying overnight. I did alert the staff in the morning. I would stay here again because the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The odor problem was a maintenance problem.

Only nitpicky things are the shower drain slope is a bit too shallow, and the doors slamming when people entered and didn’t stop the door from closing.

None of the life machines were in working conditions, no microwaves in room. Shower/Bathtub was slow draining. Pull out bed needs upgrading to foam, felt every spring.
