Everything was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. The rooms were wonderful. The breakfast was wonderful. It was an overall great experience. I would truly recommend you all two of my friends and family.

The hotel staff is amazing. The night time employees and the daytime manager were excellent. I’ll be back to this hotel when I’m in the area.

Only complaint was our beds had long black hair, and we don’t have any. Our beds didn’t look like they were changed; they looked like they were just made. Some of our bathroom towels had makeup on them.

This property appears to be fairly new. Great location near shopping and grocery store, walking distance to restaurants. Smooth and easy check out and check in. Room was clean, lobby was really nice. Breakfast had good options. Parking available in well lit areas

It was ideally located, with a lot of food options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Most of the basic facilities were provided as per expectations. The room was cleaned periodically. Laundry facility available on the property. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. On certain days, it was difficult to find a parking spot. The breakfast had limited options and became repetitive. Although laundry facilities are available but it only accepts quarters. It would have been much more convenient if it would accept card payments or like a token system.

The toilet was way too low to floor. The breakfast was not enjoyable. Bread and bagels were very hard. Eggs were cold.

Very clean room with comfortable bed, microwave, small refrigerator. Downstairs fresh free coffee 24/7. 1 min to Texas Roadhouse with delicious food. Very helpful hotel employees. The room with 2 queen beds was a little bit crowded for us. But the front desk "Supermen" helped us to switch to a room with the king bed and the sofabed. THIS ONE WAS EXCELLENT.

My room came with stains on the sheets. The shower was dirty, there were more stains around the lining of the bed. After spending the night I had bites on my arms not sure if it was bedbugs or spider bites.

The pillows and the breakfast was horrendous only ate there once out of the 4 days for breakfast Bernadette other reviews said the same so it's been an on going issue even another customer that stays there quite often said yes so not easy there breakfast here. Also the fridge in our room didn't work so our pizza went bad :/

Great location and clean hotel

My husband I stay here every time we come to Dallas. This last time we stayed it was for my birthday. I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. We came back to a clean room but no AirPods. We told the front desk and ask for the manager and he said I have them looking for them I asked can you check the cameras and was told he did not know how to work them that he was sry and they didn’t have them. So needless to say the house keeping stole them because they pinged in the building. I also sent the owner a email no response! Also the Texas Roadhouse right beside it the people in there used the parking and there was nowhere to park very frustrating!

My stay at the La Quinta was very pleasant. The staff were wonderful & accommodating. There was a small issue but it was resolved very quickly & they were apologetic & courteous about the situation. My room was cleaned wonderfully while I was gone. They even organized my kiddos stuffies on the bed. Breakfast was great! Lots of different choices! Overall my family & I enjoyed their stay here.

The facility is nice for the money nothing special. Parking can be hectic at night because there is a restaurant right next door and the hotel parking becomes full quickly. The breakfast isn’t much if that’s important. The pool is small but that’s not a deal breaker (we didn’t utilize it). The staff was nice and it seems to be business friendly.

It was a good place to stay, but there was a constant marijuana smell the entire time.

Has the feel of a newer property, clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful. I had my dog and we were welcomed, there were also plenty of surrounding areas to walk. The included breakfast was well stocked and had a variety of options. Location was not too busy but has many options for food and stores nearby.

Room was great. Staff was rude. Not all the staff. Complained that our child was loud and people were complaining when our child was not even being loud. Only cried once in the early hours of the morning. So staff kept calling our room for that reason. While down the rooms is where i heard screaming and crying i could hear them to the elevator and i never Complained on that . I could hear everything in the halls. We all pay the same so we all should get the same . Im sorry we are in a place where the rooms are close together that thw walls are so thin you can hear everything. People should take into consideration its jot like being at home. So work together and leave people alone.

Bed terrible, and you can literally hear peoples full conversations in rooms surrounding you and hallways. I stay in hotels at least twice a month all over and Ive truly never stayed in one this bad. We even got up earlier than needed just to get out of there. Find another spot!! Its 3 stars stem from the location and the nice check in attendant, not check out.

Yes the staff was very courteous. Staff did a great drop cleaning the room. Overall the staff did good. I didn't really like some of the guest was smoking weed in there rooms and it was strong and breakfast could be better the eggs got to much water in it

I felt very unsafe at this hotel. First someone tried to get in my room. I asked to be moved to the first floor and while trying to get down there the person that tried to get in my room came out to the elevator. I wouldn't go in it with him and waited and then when it came back up, he was still in it. Then he got off on a different floor and instead of turning to go to the rooms, he just stayed at the elevator. The person at the front desk told me he thought he knew who it was and had kicked him out, but it wasn't the same person. He said the other person was acting very weird as well and other customers told him that so he was kicked out. But if there is more than one, this is most definitely a problem. Because I was on the first floor, I was given a handicapped room. The shower flooded and instead of the overflow draining into the extra drain on the floor, it went around it and flooded the bathroom. None of the electrical outlets in the bathroom worked either. This isn't your place to stay.

The location requires a $50 deposit upon checking in - after I left they called me to tell me they could not refund due to an issue with my bank. After contacting my bank I discovered the hotel was sending incorrect info on the refund. Three months later I still have not received a callback from GM Patel and still not gotten this resolved. Horrible, horrible, horrible is all I can say for their handling.

Clean hotel in good location. Comfortable beds. Only bummer was that we booked a king room, and they were sold out when we arrived. The double room was comfortable, but would have liked the King room we booked.

First it started while checking in, I went through a 3rd party (Expedia) and paid in full, the guy at front desk still charged me in full and said they only get my card at booking to “hold” just in case I didn’t show or cancelled. Even though I told him I had already paid in full through Expedia. He didn’t say anything else. Then Front desk moved us rooms due to our shower head being broken and just fixed with tape. While showering the water was spraying everywhere so it basically flooded the restroom and or hallway. Once moved since it was raining the water was also leaking through the window. At this point it was almost midnight I just wanted to sleep. The pillows are paper thin, beds are so uncomfortable. Could be more stocked, I have a family of 5 and only 2 towels in the room. At check out there was another gentleman at front desk he explained the confusion between them and Expedia and why I was charged twice, I wished that was explained to me at check in so I could’ve called Expedia before they double charged my card. At check in I was also charged the 50$ deposit to my card even though I paid it in cash. All together this will be my only time staying with them.

We had a good stay. It was what we expected from this type of hotel. The property and room was clean. You can tell the staff is doing their best to manage the property.

We originally booked two queen beds for a one night stay. We walked into our room with a king bed and pullout couch. I went back to the lobby to inform them that they gave us the wrong room. They let us know that all of the two queen bedrooms were booked and that the room we received was an upgrade. One king bed and a twin pullout couch is not accommodating for the people we had and it not what we booked. A pullout couch full of metal springs is absolutely unacceptable and should not be considered an upgrade. Secondly, the walls are paper thin. We could hear the people above us, under us, and anyone in the hallways. Dogs barking, kids running down the hall, and people talking, you could hear it all! Lastly, this place was not clean. They only had two elevators and one did not work. Really, in truly this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room immediately smelled of pee when we walked in. We saw dogs all over the property so apparently this is a pet friendly hotel, but rooms should be properly cleaned and deodorized. A few hours into our stay, the overwhelming smell of marijuana filled the entire room and seemed to be coming from the vents. I was with my daughter and this was not acceptable. When approaching the front desk about this problem, they were dismissive and told us they couldn’t do anything about it and they had no rooms to move us to.

The good: Pancake mix at breakfast was delicious! Lots of parking, close to the highway, shopping, gas and food 5min drove, off the highway, beds are comfortable. The ok - its a budget hotel: no cromecast, 1 of the elevators was not working. Water pressure in the sink was low. Fridge was not working. AC was irregular. Front desk not easy to reach.

The room smelled like mildew and the bed was beyond hard and uncomfortable. The pillows felt like sheets tucked in a pillow case. Not a good experience at all with this hotel.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to us snoring (literally). To add to that, there was a room on the same floor of us that had a man screaming & slamming their hotel room door ALL NIGHT. The staff did nothing other than ‘check it out’.

The hotel location was good and it was generally clean. The breakfast was a bit limited with little fresh fruit. The main issue was the guest noise level. Many guests had high volume tvs and above us guests were partying past 3am.

Made the reservation online. Hit back or something stupid and the app changed my dates. So instead of it making the reservation for that night and the next, which I was staying it pushed back a week. Tried canceling it right away and was told it would be taken care of by the app chat and by the gentleman at the front desk of the hotel. They charged me for 2 nights that I didn’t even stay there the next week. This hotel is on the same block as our office in The Colony. I won’t be staying there again and neither will anyone else from the company

Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The front lobby was comfortable and breakfast was good. The drain didn't work in the bathroom tub, a few tiles were cracked and the toilet was low. Overall great stay a few minor improvements.

Amazing place and great breakfast

Great stay. My only complaint is that hotel staff parked in the spots closest to the door. I witnessed housekeeping and front desk staff parking in the handicap spots and the other spots closest to front and back door. I do understand that they did have handicap tags but there are handicap spots on the side of the building as well. I think guests should be able to have the front spots. The complentary breakfast could use some more choices but our stay was perfect. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Maybe my worst hotel experience with my kids. #1 pool was the grossest I've ever seen at a hotel. That was disgusting and even my kids refused to swim in it. The electric charger for vehicles was cool but non electric vehicles parked there and no one knew of the charger actually worked. My smoke detector beeped when we were about to go to bed. The response was "take it off the wall". When that didn't work they brought me a battery and had me put it back on the wall.... They put the battery in wrong so I had to take it off again and fix it. Won't be back to this location ever. Even if the price is good. Not worth it.

The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was without hot water one evening I came back from work, was told it wasn’t an emergency so the maintenance guys wouldn’t come in to look at it until the next day. Had to take a towel “shower” with hot water out of the coffee pot to remove the grease from myself for the day. No compensation given. Room 412 top door hinge was pulled out of door so the door didn’t like to shut, shower stall door leaked onto bathroom floor when showering and toilet seat would not stay up on its own…. You had to hold it up when using the restroom. Bathroom sink water pressure was non existent, probably just a clogged aerator. On the positive side rooms were clean, breakfast wasn’t bad, parking area stayed clean and the daily cleaning staff did a great job in the rooms.

There were no towels or sanitizing wipes in the fitness center. The breakfast is minimally good. There are no non-dairy options.

Our room was comfortable including the bed. The bathroom was a little more negative. We're elderly and appreciated having a room with a walk in shower but it got a little scary because of the possibility of falling. The shower floor got real slippery. The biggest negative was the toilet. It sat really low to the floor which made getting up down difficult

This was a comfortable property that met my needs well. I was aware of a broken/missing railing inside an elevator and some stains on the carpeting in the same elevator. Most of the property looked well-maintained, though. The lobby was unattended at night. There is no restaurant, but they do offer a generous complimentary breakfast.

I had a great time with my family. Of course it was great. I would visit again. The only negative part was one elevator wasn’t working. There was not a plate in the microwave and there was leftover trash behind the microwave where someone must’ve left behind. Husband said not enough towels and pillows. Oh they didn’t have a scale in the gym and a microwave for the breakfast area cause I need to make the oatmeal.

I appreciate the easy access on and off of 121. Lots of options to eat around the area having Texas Roadhouse and Bubba's 33 right there in waking distance. Pet friendly and affordable and offering 2 different options of late checkout, at a price. Lol. Staff is great and always a pleasure to help. Breakfast is delicious as well. Always a top choice of mine to stay here if in the area whether for work or pleasure.

A hot tub was advertised and shown in the pictures but this hotel did not have a hot tub. Disappointed as this is why we chose this particular hotel. Staff was nice, breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast

The hotel was lovely. You walk into a beautiful lobby with loads of seating. The man at the front desk was so friendly. The room was a king size suite that was beautifully maintained. And most importantly, in Texas in August, the AC worked great! We will definitely stay there again. Plus, less than 100$ a night.

The location is perfect! Bubbas and Texas Roadhouse are a short walking distance and the feeder to the toll is just a small drive. Breakfast was great and my family loved it. Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and spacious. Good water pressure and quick hot water transition. I stayed here for my birthday and was completely satisfied!

The overall stay was nice. However, the walls are super thin so you can hear everything on the other side of the wall and the space under the doors had a very wide gap. I could hear everyone come in and out of their rooms and their conversations in the hall. So, I did not sleep very well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

WOW! From the moment we entered the doors (even the concrete porch had been bleached and was spotless and smelled clean) we loved the colony! The man at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. In a matter of minutes we were checked in. Grabbed some great courtesy water that had lemons in it, and headed for our room. The building is still new...carpet, elevator everything smells new. The room was WONDERFUL! The bed was perfect, the pillows were perfect. The bathroom and shower was relaxing. Off highway far enough...no noise. The Texas Roadhouse is 50 ft from front of building and Bubbas 33 across the parking lot. WalMart, Sonic and Whataburger just down the street. Buffet breakfast was great! The staff are all so nice. And the Staff and room service are all in nice uniforms. BEST stay we have ever had in Dallas area! Lord's will, we will stay here each time we return.

I didn’t like the air condition noise
