Great front desk

I liked the area and staff was great for the stay. The breakfast could have been better only had scrambled eggs one day no omelettes at all. A little let down on that and no bacon. The room was nice but pullout couch was very bad not enough padding and felt bars in pullout for quest which was awful and paid extra for suite do let down on that. Staff was great but could not fix bed and wanted that extra tv for guest.

Came into town for a wedding at the chapel in the same parking lot. Loved the convenience of the location. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Everything would have been excellent but we were on the first floor in the middle of a soccer team. Doors shutting and talking. Not loud but there. After midnight perfect!

This hotel is in a great location, near retail, restaurants, and is in a safe area. Easy to get on and off the highway. ROM was very comfortable and roomy. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast buffet was very nice and plentiful. And there was a mini market to get shacks and drinks. We really enjoyed our 5 days at this hotel. Highly recommend.

This was our family's second stay here and we all love it. INCREDIBLY clean and always smells great, comfortable rooms, and nice amenities. Everyone on the staff, from the front desk to the hospitality crew, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The ladies working Friday evening were OUTSTANDING!

Staff was pleasant, very nice. Breakfast was great, good choices. Room was a little run down, bathroom needed some touch ups, no to bad. Overall very nice. Only issue was kids running the halls till 1-2:00 am. Didn’t appreciate the lack of sleep.

Everything thing was good

The entire hotel was very clean both in common areas and my individual room. However, my room smelled muggy. Breakfast was provided, typical hotel food such as waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuit, gravy, juice and coffee. Coffee was available all day. There is a dog park near by. There is a beautiful walking trail near by (7 minutes drive) called Shoreline Trail that was a great spot to run. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment within minutes of driving.

Conveniently located for our needs. Easy access and helpful staff. Seems to have new room carpet but the furniture, while functional, was dated and, in some cases, in need of repairs/replacement.

They went out of their way to make sure the hot tub was turned on and heated for me always.. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot… pretty much a standard room however they were very nice…

Everything was fantastic with the hotel but I knocked them down 1 star because the website claimed the hotel was a 5 minute walk to COSM but it was actually 29 minutes bet apple & Google Maps.

We have stayed here on the second floor multiple times and when you get off the elevator the hallway smells like WEED. The room we stayed in this time was in fair condition. There's a few things that could be taken care of like the window in the room we was in must have had a bad seal because you could hear people outside talking plus traffic going by. Also the fan in the bathroom would start to squeal when it had ran for a few minutes but then it would stop. We were also surprised to find out that they have started charging for parking. Other than that everything else was Good!

The staff are amazing, the facility is nice and clean, but the beds are awful! It was the most uncomfortable 2- nights my daughter and I have ever had.

The room and hotel were extremely clean. The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the walls are super thin. There was a dog in the next room barking all night and when he stopped barking the floor above us was creaking with people running back and forth.

Staff was very nice, check in was easy. Property was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy but I wasn't a fan of the pillows, not as fluffy. The breakfast had a healthy selection and plenty of tables. I didn't use the gym but it looked like everything was in good condition and had both machines and free weights. The surrounding area has lots of restaurant's and shopping but you will have to drive there.

The check in was pure chaos. Alisha did her best to help as did Charles. For their efforts the rating would be higher. However, the manager Rose was not. She came in on her day off to assist because they overbooked the hotel. She brought her very ill behaved children with her. They ran all over behind the front desk and were not of assistance to the Alisha and another person behind the desk. I showed Alisha my reservation confirmation and check in confirmation and she still couldn't find my reservation. She checked her arrival sheet and sure enough there it was. Still couldn't find it in the system. Rose and her kids and the other person behind the desk left to get coffee at another Marriott property leaving Alisha alone. She tried calling Rose who left her phone at the desk. She tried calling the other property no answer. She really tried to fix it. Meanwhile Charles showed up and was able to resolve the issue. A guest (Ms Pitts) meanwhile went to find Rose. We got a room assignment. When we came back later we got to our room and Katrina was fantastic. Room was great.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. Our room wasn’t super clean - our bathroom had drywall coming off. The beds we found to be uncomfortable. We probably wouldn’t pick this location again. It’s a great area.

Staff nice. Great nearby mall. Love check in cookies and breakfast. We liked this location so much from a week ago that we came back to stay here again for soccer games. However, we left for dinner and came back late and our TV not working. Figured too late in the evening to move rooms or do anything about it.

The staff are super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good and the area is very nice and clean. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool area is well maintained however the hot tub needed a little attention. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The property was clean,inside and out.staff was nice,biggest issue i had are bed mattress had a foul oder,did have another room available so had to cover it with 2 blankets so we did have to smell it.

It was nice! The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and conversational. The only thing that was not too good was how murky the jacuzzi water was. It seemed like it lacked chlorine and it had a pretty funky smell. The bed had stains all over it. I can understand putting new sheets and blankets. But once those come off and we see that, we know it’s not clean. It was a bit disturbing to see. I think they should put a new bed in 326. Who knows what the other room beds look like!

OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT! Rebecca and Katrina at the Front Desk were aways pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good in variety and taste. Beds were comfy and rooms and surrounding areas always clean. The location of this Hotel was a plus for those visiting World Springs and Grandscape.We had a releaxing 4 day stay!

Cons: toilet made a loud squeal when flushed and there were not a lot of wall plugs.

When we checked in the lobby reeked of marijuana, the halls were hot, and the ice machine next to our room was extremely loud. Also, in our daughter’s room one bed had crumbs in it. Breakfast on Saturday was good, but Sunday’s was subpar.

Place was fine and quiet. They didn’t provide daily cleaning. We asked for extra towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was good.

I stayed here for six days and was a great place to stay.

The room could use some updates but the bed was comfy and centrally located for our events. Food was good for breakfast. If i had one criticism it would’ve been nice for the pool & hot tub to be opened on weekends til 10 or 1030. Overall would stay here again.

The worst hotel experience ever. Room was very dated and depressing. The last night we were concerned for our safety. The party next door lasted all night and sounded like people being thrown against the wall. The room was right next to the lobby and the management did not address unruly guests. I would not recommend this property at all, especially with families.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with oatmilk and lots of fruit! The gym was ok- but one treadmill was not useable. Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed. It was quiet and easy to get off and on highway.

Walking distance to serval restaurants. Close to many other restaurants and shopping places. What we didn't like is the pool and hot tub was closed.

My stay went well until I realized I was charged an additional $140 for my stay in error. Of course this is after I left and by the time I called there was no manager on site to reverse the charge. Absolutely ridiculous!

Nice hotel for 2 nights. A bit noisy outside at night .

Within 30 minutes after our arrival, the electricity went out, it had to do with the power complany, it wasn't anything the hotel could have fixed, however the internet did not come back on with the power. I called the front desk, they didn't really know it was a problem, theu sent an engineer up, he couldn't fix it, honestly he didn't really try. He said he was going to call and see what the problem was. He left ans came back about an hour later and said it wasn't the internet, it has something to do with the hotel. We never heard back from him, and still no internet. The next morning I called was was told that they are still trying to figure it out. I check again around 4, same thing. I called again about 8 and was told it would be back up by the end of the night. That didn't help. The next morning, still not working. The next thing that made me upset was that the maid knocked on the door at 8:30 and asked if we were going to be leaving soon. It was only 8:30 and we hadn't even gotten out of bed yet! She then came back at 10:45. Why did she keep coming back when check out isn't until noon. She was rude as well. By the way, we never had internet the whole weekend. It kind of messed up some so plans we had.

Tried to call and message to cancel. No one replied and i wasted my money.

Booked a 2 night stay (king room) and paid in advance. Our plans changed slightly, so I called the hotel to change to a double instead of a king and told them we wouldn't be in until noonish Friday. She informed me that she couldn't change the room that I had to do that through Expedia which I did. When I arrived Friday at noon, I was informed that the room had been released and my deposit was kept. I did finally receive a room after a lecture about calling first which I had done. The noise from the room above kept us awake most of the night. And that was with a sound machine. The next morning I was locked out of my room and had to get my key reactivated.

Over all we really enjoyed our stay, the bed was very hard and even though we stayed at the end of January, we found new year party supplies in our room. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety.

Everything was excellent from the service provided by the front desk Alisha Anthay who was very a breath of fresh air to the cleanliness of the rooms. My twins enjoyed the breakfast especially the waffles.

The front desk clerk was sleeping when we arrived and it took him a few minutes to wake up.

I was quickly checked in, but upon arriving in my room, I noticed a terrible noise coming from the AC unit. No way would I be able to sleep. I went back to the service desk, told them of the issue and she immediately moved me to a new room. The whole process took only a few minutes. I didn’t have to wait for maintenance, they just took care of the customer. I always appreciate excellent customer service. Overall, though I only stayed 1 night, the experience was pleasant.

The receptionist made me feel unwelcome, she was in a bad mood 👎 normally they have some delicious water to drink or a very small snack close to the reception but not this time.

Needs an update badly! Employees are very nice. TV upgrade is really needed. My TV wouldn't even work my entire stay.

Breakfast is more fast than break, but included in the price, which is a good point (may be it would be better to pay 5US$ more and have a great breakfast). No water bottles in the room (you have to buy in reception)
