Excellent staff. Clean/cut room and fun Friday events each Friday evening of the month - this Friday we enjoyed fresh baked donut holes in the lobby.

Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes). Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. I did not use the pool, it looked well maintained and was being cleaned daily when I sat to have my coffee. I did not use the hotel bar/food. Easy parking straight outside and around the hotel.

Very clean rooms and workout facility. The breakfast tables needed wiped and the microwave and coffee pot in lobby needed wiping down . Everything else was perfect and it was quiet . The air conditioner was good too and quiet .

The person who checked me in shorter male balding with a beard and glasses had an O in his first name was super helpful. I asked to move rooms to a higher floor and he accommodated. I asked for some paper and he helped me with that as well. Had an issue with the TV and he helped there as well. The air in the hallways was quite different than the rooms. More moisture and warmer. Maybe saving on AC costs not taking out the moisture in the hallways. Not a major issue but noticeable. There is a microwave by the elevator which is a very strange and not convenient place for it. If you needed it the normal person would check in the Food, breakfast, bar area not walking far away to a different section all together that has no food by the elevators to microwave something.

The parking was a bit difficult. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

Starts with the TV what only give us 2 channels to watch, and the guy at the desk was no help, told me i would need to wait till the next day. i told him i would not be there, his response was not anything he could do. the breakfast was cold...... even with the so call warmers, i don't think they where on.

Had a brief but great stay. 10/10 definitely recommend.

All of the staff were wonderful, from the Front Desk to the very helpful Cleaning Crew. I appreciate that the property is pet friendly and extremely clean. It was a quiet and restful stay.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. I think his name was Marcus. Best interaction with hotel staff I’ve had in a while.10/10

Customer service by Alexis took a load off me when had an event @ the OMNI Star. Alexis was knowledgeable about the shuttle services offered by the hotel and she scheduled me right away. Matthew was a great driver and friendly. My room services provided during my staff were timely and provided the things we needed. Enjoyed my stay.

Ac was very cold and room was cozy and comfy bed. Elevators most of them were broken and the one that wasn’t was the sketchiest elevator I ever been on and it was past due for an inspection.

I took the red eye to Dallas from Portland and after renting a car and driving for 30 minutes arrived a few hours before check-in. The receptionist was so understanding and said my room was ready, so she let me check in two hours early so I could rest before my first event. It made all the difference and I won't forget her kindness. Thank you. I will definitely return to the Stonebriar Sheraton whenever I'm in the Dallas area. It was close to restaurants and a great music venue called Box Bar & Garden.

The hotel and my room was very clean. The front desk staff and housekeeping were wonderful.

Overall is a good property, except the receptionist on the front desk aren’t very professional in communication or in their attire. Seemed like we were at one star motel front desk.

Late check-in was easy and quick. Came in for my child's basketball tournament, and this hotel was very cozy.

Would be even better if breakfast was included :)

Loved the shuttle service!! I travel for my daughter's cheer competitions and once I get in town, I like to park my car and not have to move it again, so the shuttle service is a very big bonus!! The room was nice spacious and clean and very friendly staff!!

The room is right next the mechanic room, noisy all the time. Check in staff wasn’t very welcoming.

The room was spotless, well appointed and quiet. We loved the hot tub! Great stay and conveniently located.

Our check in was pretty late in the morning (1-2am) and no one was at the front desk for a solid 10 minutes or so. Very odd, and a little concerning. I was shouting to see if anyone was around, knocking on doors, and nothing. A man/employee came out around the corner from the elevators to finally check us in. Strange. Otherwise, the rooms are always presentable and clean.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super helpful. We loved the room and bed and the shower was the best one at a hotel we have ever stayed at! I would definitely stay at this hotel again! That I couldn't stay longer! It was so peaceful and well put together. I have nothing bad to say about it!

My room was great, clean, quiet…..

The proximity to our event location, the design touches , the room set- up, the room and bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable , the tv was large and easy to operate. The from doors were small ( sliding doors would be an improvement), breakfast was available but free breakfast included would be better, an easier to operate thermostat would also improve the experience.

Room was fine. Housekeeping barging in the room at 8am after 1 single knock was not okay… also did it to our friends down the hall with a SLEEPING BABY in there

Whatever you do, DON'T pay more for a "club" room or fall for the upgrade option when you check in. It's a joke, they close at 3:00pm which is conveniently the same time as check-in and it honestly should just be turned into a storage room. It's a travesty. Dirty, a not-working coffee machine with no cups to use with it anyway, no waters even, and a container full of unpopular soda. Our room also just didn't smell clean if that makes sense. Very underwhelming stay. Oh and you still have to pay extra for breakfast even if you have a "club" room.

2 Queen-bed room five hours before we got there. When we arrived at the hotel around midnight, the front desk (Noah) checked me in without making sure anything, and when I got into the room, I found out it was a 1 king bed room for disability instead of the 2 queen beds I paid for. I went back to the front desk and talked to him. He told me that, unfortunately, they were out of 2 queen bed rooms right now, and since we already checked in, he couldn't make any changes or do anything for us. We were a party of 4, including a 5-year-old, and we couldn't sleep in one king bed, especially at midnight. It was so disappointing and frustrating. It was their mistake, and they should take responsibility and do something to help us so we could all rest. But he only told me that, unfortunately, he couldn't do anything, and we had to either take the room he gave us or leave. I had to contact Expedia to get my money back, and we had to go somewhere else to find another place to sleep after a long drive, at 1 am, with a 5-year-old kid. It was just a nightmare!

Check in was lack luster, the young man could care less. The room was spotless the best housekeep team! The room looked brand new the sheets were perfection. Breakfast not good! The lady serving has excellent customer service and she makes great coffee. The night auditor was very friendly and informative. Room 202, do not get that room the drag racing around 3 AM will keep you up all night. The lobby furniture needs replaced. The stay was two nights but the hotel is very clean. Housekeeping needs a raise because the room was a WOW in cleanness. I would recommend staying here just no food walking distance.

Very clean new and spacious. Plenty of areas in the lobby to hang out. Decor was well done and area around the hotel was very clean and felt safe Not a fault of the company but there was some road noise since this location was right off the highway, but windows did an admirable job eliminating most of the noise

The hotel was very nice and clean and a great location. We have stayed there a couple years in a row and enjoyed both stays.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were informed the hotel was occupied to capacity which makes no sense because we booked prior to arrival after waiting over an hour we finally received a room but however it wasn’t the room we initially booked. We are a family of 5 so definitely need two beds and at least 4 sets of towels called down for the extra towels and was told they were out due to being to capacity extremely ridiculous considering the price of the hotel and location you should always have back stock of supplies.

The only down side is the road noise but you can’t do anything about that.

Lots of shopping and food options! I wish the pool was open later than 10 but ither than that it was the perfect stay!

Solid hotel -- location, standards, etc

I was not given the room that I was booked for. I paid for a particular room, but that room was not available upon checking in. Very disappointing!!

I purchased the club room not thinking anything of it, but when we arrived we were told we had access to the club lounge. The lounge is very nice and spacious. It’s also stocked with complementary snacks! There’s an amazing coffee machine that will literally make any drink you can think of. We will definitely be staying here again!

some of the hallways felt a bit dated. The exterior and club room felt a bit dated. i booked a club room for the club lounge access, but, unless the club room is updated, just spring for the regular rooms. Otherwise, the rooms are renovated and the common areas are updated, so that was quite nice. The area is quiet and safe. It is conveniently located 10min away by car from Legacy Hall, and 20-30min away from Plano/Richardson in case you want legit asian food. Overall, great experience!

I was pretty excited to stay here, as the pictures looked nice. However, there was something wrong with the ACs in at least 2 of the rooms and in the hallway of the floor I was on. In the hallway, the vents were dripping (do an internet search for what causes this) and the humidity was very high. In the 1st room, it was super musty and enormously humid, but frigid (60 something degrees). I couldn't breathe in there. We moved to another room, where it was the same. On the wall, the thermostat included the humidity, which reached 80%. Without the specific number, I'd have guessed it was above 70%, as I have such an indicator in my own home and 50% feels comfortable. It was hands-down the most humid hotel room I've ever stayed in. I had to wash all of my clothes upon returning home, due to the musty smell permeating even my unworn clothes. The staff were amazing-- the hotel would be super if they got their AC issues managed. There were at least 2 different wings of the hotel, so I wonder if all of the floors/ wings had this issue. I won't risk it again.

I stayed for a me weekend and it was so convenient to a lot of places without all the traffic of the metroplex. Only downside was there was a league of kids staying here so i didn’t get to enjoy the pool for quiet time as i had planned. But I hope to stay again.

On site dinning options were a bit weak. Property was clean, location was good for our needs (golf trip) and staff was friendly and pricing was in line.

For being an upscale hotel it was a let down. The lobby and hallways were very clean and smelled wonderful. The room we were put in smelled foul and stuffy. There was no shower door or curtain so all the water splashes all over the floor of the bathroom when showering. The bathroom only has a sink and zero counter space. Not even a rack for towels to be stored. Housekeeping stored the clean folded towels in the shower on top of the shower bench. The beds were not comfortable and sheets were not secured down at the corners. As soon as you go to pull the sheets back to get in, the whole mattress gets exposed because all the sheets come with the pull down. Our room was right next to the ice machine…constant noice at all hours. Walls a thin, so you can hear everything going on in the halls. Parking is terrible because there is only a row of parking in front of the hotel, so you have to either park on the sides or another parking lot all together. You cannot access the inside of the hotel from the sides or the back, so if you’re trying to unload lots of luggage it’s a nightmare. Want a nice little complimentary breakfast? Not here! Breakfast is $20 per person. Not even a small complimentary breakfast option is offered. We were there for a softball tourney, and my daughter would have enjoyed even a muffin and piece of fruit before she left to play in the morning. Sheraton has lots to work on.

The overall stay was subpar for a Sheraton. It presents as an above average hotel but I wouldn’t agree. The hotel was clean but initial services from Marissa at the front desk was not. I think she could be more welcoming as well as helpful. The pool was mediocre and it cost an additional $20 per guest to have breakfast and there was not very many options from the buffet style breakfast. There’s much better options in the area.

Nice hotel, good price

It was a nice and for the most part clean resort. The pool was great, the hotel was nice, but the shower curtain had Orange stains all over it. We have a new baby and had housekeeping banging on all of the walls next to us, screaming down the hall in Spanish, it was ridiculous. We couldn’t even sleep in if we wanted to. Overall, 3.8/5, but my sleep is important to me so that’s where most of the points were docked off.

This hotel is in a nice location, and has a full restaurant. Don't get the breakfast, you can get the same breakfast for free at Holiday in and the other cheap hotels. Powerded egss Please!!

Very comfortable stay, but there were ants on the nightstand the last day.

There was a loud party until 4am next rooms (both sides). We could not sleep until 4am. We contacted the hotel room services multiple times, but the hotel did not do anything. This incident ruined our whole Mother's day weekend schedules.
