The room itself was fine but the condition of the hotel was not the same photos used in the advertisement.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a while. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen set up was great. Breakfast was served til 10 and a noon check out was great for a leisurely weekend. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Will be staying here again when we come back to the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe on the property, and the room along with the shared areas were nice and clean. We were a little late getting to the complimentary breakfast around 9:30, so not too many options left. Oh well

Charles was one of the hotel staff and he was very nice and helpful. My daughters said the hotel staff was also very nice to them and accommodated our pets!

Th breakfast was average and most of the hotel staff was extremely nice, my only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were hairs still in the shower and on the floor.

We were not able to take advantage of breakfast because it was ready at 7 am both Saturday and Sunday. We were in town for volleyball and had to be at the courts by 7:30. Disappointing to have to pay for breakfast because the property could get it together in time.

The location was perfect for us, offering plenty of activities nearby for both adults and young adults. Wide open, spacious parking lot. Despite being close to the action, the property felt quiet and secluded, with beautifully shaded areas that were perfect for walking our dog. The breakfast was a highlight—the menu changed daily, and over our five-day stay, our group was consistently impressed. I personally enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal, and fresh waffles. The hospitality here is unmatched. We were greeted with fresh water and treats for our dog every time we walked in, while the lobby offered hot and cold coffee, tea, and fresh-baked cookies for us. The entire staff, especially at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped manage our deliveries seamlessly. The suites are incredibly functional, featuring a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer—ideal for longer stays. My only minor note is that our two-bedroom suite featured one bed per room plus a sofa bed; I had mistakenly expected two queens in each room. Overall, a fantastic stay! We did not use the pool. I believe it was closed for the season. There was also the basketball court, the patio with fire pit and barbecue grill - all which we did not use either.

Ac did not keep room cool and was on and off all night. Unit is next to bed and was loud all night and did not get much rest. Pillows were too flat and was uncomfortable. Will not stay again.

Hotel was warn down compared to the images on line. But what made it awful was I woke up at 1:30 am to a terrible smell that had me sick to my stomach. I couldn’t work the thermostat it was set on a foreign setting there for I ended up freezing.

Bedsheets had bloodstains and when asked the management/Manafer said the stains looked fresh. No action was taken and I was told to provide this review / input about blood stains to Expedia. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The weather got really cold while we were there, below freezing, and the heat did keep our sweet warm, even though we were on a corner. But the temperature control was a little challenging to maneuver with the cold weather since it didn’t have a completely auto switch that would switch back-and-forth between cool and heat. It had to be on one or the other. Pretty quiet hotel from our experience without the traffic noise being too loud even though one of our windows faced the 121 direction. The staff was all very nice, and helped us to leave one night earlier than what we had made our reservation for, because my son needed to get back to our city. They were very reasonable and did not charge us a one night penalty. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising… Fairly normal except they had some gluten-free muffins and dairy, free oat milk, which I personally appreciated. And they had some good fresh fruit as well, which we all appreciated, Coffee was fairly decent too. Overall, we would stay again if we needed something inexpensive in that area.

No awning when dropping off passengers. Manager parks their car out front of the building so no one can pull in. Needed extra pillows and blankets and had to call multiple times.

Nice clean very comfortable room. Check in process took forever, and guess we caught the front desk worker on a bad day. Bad attitude and did not explain anything about check out time, breakfast, etc. Just handed us room keys and began talking with another off duty worker hanging out at the front desk.

The staff was amazing! Breakfast was lacking a little bit, but it was free so acceptable. The pool area was nice but could’ve used some lounge chairs. All they have are tables with regular chairs.

This is our second stay and each time it has been exceptional. The staff is always friendly and the room is extremely clean. It best fits our needs for the proximity of our visit to The Colony. We would stay here again if the occasion presents itself.

The staff were all super sweet. We had a storm the morning of my check out and they allowed a late check to wait out the storm. The room was clean and enjoyable. I will for sure return the next time I visit the Dallas area

Expedia said pet friendly and they are friendly as this hotel charges you $100 for your pet to stay. 5 1/2 pound yorkie staying in her own cage. So for this reason i would stay some place else. Yes I read the sheet and sigbed it. Other hotels have never charge me more than 30

The hotel was big enough for what we needed with a family of five. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable.They need to replace their mattresses, and that made this day a little hard on those of us that are older.

Will not stay at this hotel again, there is no ice machines and you are told to use your room ice maker from the fridge. In the entire 3 days we were here that ice bucket never got full barely even got to half way full. The time it took for the room to cool off was ridiculous. Checked in at 530 at 1 am we were all still burning up even with taking our 2 fans from home with us.

I needed a place to stay with my wife who was having a medical procedure done. This was the perfect centralized location with a kitchenette. We needed a business center available as we own 2 busy businesses, and was counting on using the printer. As we later found out the printer was not in working condition and were told "it hasn't worked in quite some time". The older desktop that was there wasn't working either (we had our own laptops). Another potential issue that came to light during our 2 week stay was the frequency of severe weather/storms. We received multiple weather alerts alarms on our phones about 80 mph winds and golf ball sized hail. When we inquired at the front desk to see if they had a back- up generator, we were told that none of the 3 Marriott owned hotels on that property had generators.

Stay was great overall. Very clean. There are some things in the hotel that need to be repaired or replaced. The mattress in the pull out couch has stains all over it, definitely needs to be replaced. Great stay overall.

The hotel is nice. The only problem is the beds were bad. We cut our stay short by a day because it was killing our backs if we stayed any longer we’d have to see a chiropractor.

They say they can't help because I booked the 3-night stay on a 3rd Party...Hotels.com, really?!? Gave my wife the hotel manager's number and sent up a vacuum. **The amount of our TIME WASTED on our vacation to my brother's wedding was ridiculous.** Additionally, Fridge didn't work upon check-in which was a minor hassle, but with a toddler and pre-k kid, we had to adjust our schedule, milk etc. Also the light in the bathroom was flickering immediately and needed to be replaced, again minor hassle, but we had to deal with it with the kids sleep schedules at night and morning until it could be replaced. Couldn't get replaced until maintenance started his morning shift. The Breakfast Crew Service and food offerings and coffee/drinks were fantastic.

The rooms are big and were clean. The breakfast was ok, had better had worse. The pool was disgusting. Literally had dead rabbits in the skimmers. The desk was told about it and nothing was done. Saw the same dead rabbit floating in the pool the next morning. The area though is good. Lots of restaurants and shopping and 2 minutes from Top Golf. It definitely wasn't the worst I've stayed in but I'd probably choose a different hotel next time.

The housekeeping was so kind and they did clean the room, but hair was found in the refrigerator and it was rust stains all in the shower and dirty stains on the shower floor. It smell old and musty in the world. The beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning stopped working at 3 AM the last night we stayed. The hot breakfast was a 5/10. I probably would stay at a different hotel coming again. The front desk lady who had an accent is very rude.

I left my water bottle at the front when I checked in and when I was on my way down, the front desk agent was on her way up in a hurry to give it to me. That was sweet of her! All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

A wonderful stay! My husband and I spent two nights here in a suite and needless to say, we found our stay very comfortable. Front desk was helpful for our check in and check out, but for any other questions or concerns were a bit dismissive. Other than that, our room and the two windows were so cozy, we loved the natural lighting! Also, the breakfast was great. For future trips to The Colony, I see us coming back here for another lovely experience. :)

The hotel needs to replace their grill. I tried cooking on it. Only one burner is working and it took a lot longer to cook on due to the lower heat.

I chose this place because it had a hot tub but I was unable to use it as it was very dirty. The room itself was nice clean and comfortable, but in the shower, it was missing the soap dispenser, only one little bar in the sink area to use for soap.

Check in was quick and efficient.

Didn't get to take full advantage of the property but all was well.

We love staying here. It is great for a place away from home with the amenities and the kitchen area and separate sitting area and work space. My boyfriend and I can relax like we are at home. The staff is always so nice and the rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

One of the nicest to place to stay . Updated carpets. Updated and spacious rooms and very quiet . They had coffee available throughout the day at the lobby . They also have a little but neat gym and pool . It’s closer to the “The athletics club Colony so convenient for those soccer families as well for those looking for close by restaurants and pubs.

Lovely stay. My son could walk to get food and to the Natatorium. Bed super comfy. They have us and extra comforter so we both could be cozy. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond!!! And then evening had midday chocolate chip cookies!

The hotel was great, but contrary to Expedia’s information, it is not close to DFW and they do not have a shuttle. The hotel and staff are marvelous.

Everything was wonderful. The only the thing is a lot of loud noise up above including dog constantly barking. I know it was a pet friendly hotel. I just think dog friendly rooms should be in another area of the hotel. But other than that. It was awesome! I will come again!
