Beds could have Ben more plushed , being 6’”5 over 250, but still slept well.

Valet was nice only downside was no one helped with bags so I had to take all my bags and kids up stairs. Room its self was decent but bath tube looked like it needed another cleaning. Other than that the staff was friendly and good location for hotel.

Stayed one night for business, and was pleasantly surprised with restaurant, shopping center, and even a 24 Hours Fitness facility nearby. Love the outdoor patio area with fireplace to chilled after a long day

The nightstand lamp was broken so i called the staff about it and they were very understanding and offered to fix it. It was easy to check in and out.

The hotel was near a lot of places. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The heater didn’t work in the room. We called and maintenance they came out and did some adjusting and he told us it would each temp and would take a few minutes. We were cold all night. Never got warmer than 70 degrees. We were not happy that we paid 260 for one night and you guys charge 42.00 to park on your property. The parking should be free for hotel guests. We had to park at the mall on the top floor and walk to the hotel. We used booking.com and the staff seemed confused when we were checking in and said we had to pay the deposit up front.

Really not a great experience. Hotel was fine, but not the nicest Marriott I've ever stayed in. They charge $42 for parking, which is insane for that area. They also charge $15 for internet. Restaurant prices were crazy $8 for a cup of coffee! Staff are also not particularly nice - I got yelled out for leaving the car parked in the covered entry way while we checked in!!! There are other hotels nearby that are just as nice, do not charge for parking or internet, and would probably be much more pleasant.

Very nice property with comfortable rooms and bed. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub plus eating and drinking at the restaurant. Nice ambiance sitting around the fire table at night. Will stay here again.

Air conditioner did not work properly. Electrical outlet not properly installed to code; when reported to staff, someone came to fix it, but only repeated thsomeone came and repeated the same problem ((not to code again). Also, the huge parking fee was a huge surprise. We will lodge somewhere else in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. They stopped by each day to clean and tidy for us. The hotel staff were really friendly! And the breakfast buffet had great choices.

Loved everything about my stay! Super clean hotel, friendly staff members, breakfast buffet was delicious, self parking was super easy, and hotel amenities were elegant. I loved the outdoor patio. I do wish there was a cut off time for children to be at the pool but other than that, beautiful hotel. Will come again.

We had to stay here for a friend’s wedding that was nearby. We went to the bar downstairs and also had breakfast here. The staff is very friendly and had amazing member service! My group had a total of 3 rooms which were all so amazing! Will definitely be coming back to stay here when needed.

Staff were uniformly helpful, polite and cheerful. Provided a wheelchair for my husband who just had surgery. On our departure date, kitchen wait staff prepared a custom lunch for our travels. My favorite hotel by far!

We stayed here as a family of four for our daughter’s soccer tournament. The room was very clean and the pool area was excellent. Above all the staff was very nice and the restaurant on-site is delicious with very friendly and accommodating staff. We would stay here again 10/10.

I love the quality of the rooms and the breakfast was outstanding!

We booked a room with two queen beds for one night. We landed at LAX on Sunday and got on a cruise at San Pedro World Cruise Terminal on Monday . This hotel in Torrance is about half way between the airport and cruise terminal, so very convenient if you need a place to stay before your cruise. Overall the hotel is clean and directly across the street from a large mall, Del Amo Fashion Center. Lots of shops and restaurants, and even activities for young kids, like Dig It and a train ride. The hotel lobby was nice. We personally didn’t use the pool or eat here so I can’t comment on that. We were on the 9th floor and the hallways and room are slightly outdated but comfortable and clean.

Great location for shopping

I needed a temporary place to stay while my house was getting some work done. I live fives away in Palos Verdes. For people visiting the Los Angeles area, I strongly recommend staying in the South Bay Area (part of Los Angeles County). There’s little traffic here. It’s safe and quiet. Very relaxing. During the summer, the weather is usually 10-20 degrees cooler than Metro Los Angeles. This hotel is a few miles many beaches and the Del Amo Mall is across the street.

The bathroom needs a bit of better tender loving care due to the water condensation from the walls to the light plates. I bring my own cleaning supplies so Im always prepared but the pricing doesn't match the upkeep. Stellar service outside of that.

We came for the Rose Bowl and this hotel was GREAT!! The pool and hot tub area are awesome. Huge pool and hot tub, life size chess, ping pong, right across from Del Amo Mall so lots of really convenient food options in or around the mall. Room was nice and updated! Staff was all nice! Parking was easy!

Hotel is great in a nice location. Front desk was efficient and very accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Restaurant and bar had good food and is nicely laid out with multiple screens for watching sports events. My only negative remark was the fact that I stayed there on two different nights within a ten day period and neither time did a bellman, though they were standing around chatting, offer to help us with our bags from the taxi into the hotel. Both times I was with my 90 year old mother with a cane and 4 large pieces of luggage heading to a cruise. I had to go to the front desk and ask for help since they did not offer. Bell carts were neatly tucked to the right inside of the entrance, REALLY PEOPLE!

I decided to leave my car with the hotel valet and the next day when they brought my car it had a cracked window and all the tires were flat . I complained to the manager and he simply said that the car was already like that and the security video showed that I left the car in that condition and when I asked to see it or if I could have access to the video he said he couldn't provide it to me. . absurd! I was outraged by this... rubbish service!

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was nice and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillow were among the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time, if not ever.

Not the most glamorous location I’ve ever stayed at but it was a nice neighborhood. They made a teensy mistake with the number of beds but fixed it right away. Nice amenities. I wish I had more time at their pool.

We love this hotel, the fashion center is right across the street. There is a bar in the hotel which we love. Its always ao clean and if I need anything like water, towels or facial wipes I can ask the front desk.

Pool is dirty full of non guest can’t find anywhere to sit. No towels no Toilet paper in bathroom trash overflowing . Room was loud could hear a dog barking above us. Smelled cigarette smoke coming in room . Walls paper thin. People there on a resort pass letting all their family and friends in door to use pool

The hotel is right across the street from del amo mall. Very easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. The room was nice but not very thoroughly cleaned. There were some beads from someone’s broken necklace around the bathroom floor, a roll of tinfoil behind the bench and the coating on the bathtub was peeling off.

I really like it’s location

Hotel needs some renovations - the doors of room do not seem secure (you can see gaps at bottom that shows it doesn’t completely close), carpet in hallways outdated, the ice is available only on certain floors, the shower barely was lukewarm and my toilet seat did not fit. However, the room itself was nice and comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again.. this is extremely close to the mall (across the street) and various food options. Hotel was friendly, clean and we had no issues

Didn't realize this hotel is literally walking distance from the Del Amo shopping mall. I was only staying here the night for a concert, but it was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and modern. There is a parking garage, which can be charged to your room. Quiet hotel as well.

It took 3 hours to get a room. We had my aunts 100th birthday party at 6pm and me and my sister didn’t get our room until 5pm. We were rushing to get ready for the party. The manager finally stepped in and got us a room. He also gave us a $25 food voucher which we did not use.

We were only here for one night, but we absolutely loved our stay and would come back. Very comfortable, very close to shopping and takeout. Clean bathrooms and lots of sitting areas in the lobby. The staff was exceedingly friendly.

Convenient location to huge shopping center and the areas of Torrance, the beach cities and Palos Verdes Peninsula. Clean and spacious rooms. Lovely lobby. Great pool. ADA bathroom well designed. Would like a nightlight in the room and free internet if you’re not a Marriott Club member.

We flew the red-eye from Honolulu & we arrived early in the morning. I knew check was in the afternoon but I thought I would take a chance and ask if we could get an early check in. To my surprise, they said they did have an available room so we could check in right away WITHOUT having to pay extra. (I was willing to pay). Thank you!!

Excellent and friendly staff from indoors (housekeeping to the front desk) and just outside the front doors. Always willing to help with a problem (a lost key card) or giving information on traffic to LAX. Walking through the lobby the people at the front desk or the concierge always gave a greeting or a farewell. The room was well-appointed and very clean. Housekeeping was great. Hated to leave but will return some day.
