Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were great.

Room was fine. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was a major disappointment. Pork sausage was overcooked and dried out. Not edible. Bacon was overcooked even for me and I like well done bacon. Eggs were runny. I couldn’t eat it and had to toss it. Cereal I ate was fine. Coffee was good.

Lots of food choices around area. The bed was a little too firm for me.

The staff members are very attentive to my, husband and I. We always try to stay at this facility. Great breakfast in the mornings and water offered instead of requested. We love it here. In the city of Torrance, close to family, and friends in nearby cities. Breakfast area seating is too small to accommodate the guest.

Always a nice stay!

First and most importantly, my room was very clean as was the entire property. Second, the entire staff were courteous, friendly, kind, nice, and professional. Third, the “free parking” was an added bonus as many hotels charge for parking. Finally, the “free breakfast” was very good, and the staff in the breakfast room were courteous, friendly, kind, nice, and professional. Thank you very much, Best Western!

Bre, at the front desk is great. VERY helpful and kind. The breakfast was the best buffet I have had at a hotel. A lot around to do and eat. Haven’t stayed at a Best Western in twenty or so years. This property restored my thinking of BW. Will stay there again. Great for port access.

The location is convenient. The beach is 2 miles away, there’s a mall that is very close and the fact that they have covered parking. This appears to be a very safe area. The rooms are very nice and spacious for the size. The bed was extremely comfortable. The blinds were so dirty. I bring my own cleaning products and give everything a wipe down in the amount of dirt and gunk that came off the little handle to open and close it was extremely filthy. It’s the one spot that everyone will touch. The couch cushions were terrible. They sunk in and gave me a crap when I sat down and then tried to get up. They were well loved and invented. Overall, this is a very nice property. There’s not much a view from the third floor other than looking over a building rooftop. It was kind of loud in the bedroom because of the noise from outside.

The location was great and check was easy and fast There were chips/crumbs between our pullout couch. The breakfast was limited due to oven not working. Dryer was out.

Great location, shopping, food, coffee, beach, and a hospital if you need one. Staff is awesome, glad breakfast is offered but the quality isn’t the greatest.

Room was great very large King suite. Clean room. Parking wasnt a problem. Got to the property late into the evening and still parking avalible. Only one entrance and exit so very secure. Breakfast was great too. Plenty of choices/ selections on offer. Room was side of main street but didnt hear traffic at all. No usb plugs so plan accordingly. I usually take a small power strip that has usb c slits to use for our devices. Staff is ver helpful and polite. Would diff stay again.

Rooms were constantly hot. The room is not well spaced I constantly bumped into hard corners. Not recommended.

They do have a quiet room, but gave a one with lots of noise.

The breakfast was fine but felt the start and ending time was too early 6am-9am. Most hotels have at least till 10am. Our room was hot and we didn’t realize the AC was not turned on. We turned it on and it was soo noisy making it hard to fall asleep.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. When I first checked in, I received a small bag with snacks and water. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! They had a variety of options for waffles and coffee. For waffles, they had options like strawberry or chocolate waffles. The flavors were in the waffle mix, not simply flavors to put on top of the waffle. The coffee machine had Starbucks coffee with different flavor options such as vanilla coffee. The multiple options for waffles and coffee were a pleasant surprise!

Nice property in a good location, close to shopping mall and restaurants. Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and laundry machine is a plus. Definitely will stay there again.

Although there are kitchenettes, there is no cook, dinner, or silverware. Room was fine but over furnished with large bulky pieces so it was a bit of a maze. No lamps by the beds, so it was difficult to control light levels. On the plus side, staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was fine.

They asked me for $100 deposit. But I still didn't get it back.

My only complaint and concern was my 1st room they gave me was still occupied so that was super uncomfortable especially when I have my kids with me than the 2nd room the maid just opened the door without knocking while my family was inside the room. Super friendly staff. They gave us a goodie bag when we arrived with cookies, popcorn, and candy! We loved it. Property is located close to shopping and Redondo beach is only 10min away. We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was clean. Check-in process was very smooth and easy. The room was very comfortable as well. Only issue was the AC unit. When on, it was making noise like it was about to die any second, other than that the room was very nice and clean. The only other issue was the breakfast. On both days, the sausages were over cooked and the hashbrowns were super thin and crispy almost like bacon. Milk products were out for the cereal and took a long time to be refilled. The second day at breakfast, there were no cups for coffee and also, took a while to be refilled.

The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The guy working the breakfast on May,5,2025 was extraordinary with his service. The location was near everything. My friend blue complaint was the bed was too soft and the bottom sheet kept coming untucked. I would definitely stay again.

I just stayed at this property on 4/2 through 4/7. Everything was great. There was a slight clog in the bathtub that the housekeeper noticed and had maintenance fix for us. The only thing was they have a breakfast sign that advertises omelets and french toast but they do not have that. The lady said that they haven't had thise since before covid. Other than that the breakfast was good just the exact same every morning...

Everything about the stay was easy. From check-in to checkout. The suite was clean, comfortable, inviting and quiet. The only negative comment is the water temperature. It took about 20 minutes for the water temperature to heat up in the shower. We brought it up to front desks attention upon checking out, so, hopefully it’s fixed now. But overall this place is 10 out of 10.

It’s not a fancy hotel, but you can get great value at this hotel because they layer on an exceptional breakfast spread and top notch personalized service.

Room was large, clean and had great amenities! The property itself is on a main road near a hospital/police station so it is quite loud with sirens all the time though. Not the property's fault but still something to note. Close to Del Amo which is nice for shopping. Staff was very attentive and efficient. This location does not provide hand soap though oddly... so bring something with you if you care about not having germy hands. Breakfast was excellent, better than any other place I've stayed that has served breakfast.

Love this place! I always stay here when I visit. It’s reasonably priced for what you get & the location is prime. I love grabbing a quick bite and coffee at the continental breakfast on my way out in the morning.

We have stayed here several times for our annual Slack Key Festival event in Redondo Beach. Hotel is always great place for us to stay during the 2 day event. Rooms nice, clean and quiet.

I did not like no restaurant found open nearby after 8pm. I had to sleep without dinner.

This is a 2.5 hotel and The rating of 9 made me stay here. I was a tad disappointed at first but realized the hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel. But as far as 2.5 hotels it’s a solid 8. It’s old but has alot of amenities and is located close to Del Amo Mall.7. If your Ok with old and small it’s great for a 2.5 hotel!

All the folks at the front desk were outstanding as usual. Was a little said that Lulu (breakfast area) was on vacation, but her replacements did a nice job.

made a reservation through Hotel.com by mistake and tried to cancel it immediately after. I contacted them and asked to cancel through their virtual agent. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that they had charged me for 10 days. After a day of chatting with them, they finally said they couldn’t do anything. Be careful not to book through this website if you don’t want to waste your money.

Due to fumigation in our apartment building we needed to stay at a hotel and found this on hotels.com. Our stay turned to be an amazing weekday get away. Staff is so accommodating and cheerful. We let them know that we needed to work and turn on our computers asap and if it’s possible to check in early and they let us in immediately with no issue. Complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea are additional gesture that they provide. The room was very clean, good size, quiet and airy. To tell the truth, we slept so good :) Thank you so much, Best Western team and keep up the good work!

Arrived late and check-in was quick and smooth. Received a cold bottle of water and some cookies which was a nice surprise. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best offerings I had seen in a while.
