The room was fine and the bed was reasonable, shower definitely needed more water pressure, but the internet was AWFUL and the staff was not helpful or useful about it in any way. Even though I paid extra for faster internet during my stay it was still spotty and slow, if it even connected at all. They gave me a phone number to call and I spent 2 hours on the phone with the internet company trying to fix an issue I shouldn't have had to fix! Literally ridiculous.

Make sure to call before booking no matter what! because when I booked it was showing there was availability of rooms for a couple of days stay and when driving for a while after a long day of hard work and come to find out that they're overbooked negative two people and they said they don't know how I was able to book on the Expedia app and they couldn't help me and told me to call Expedia and had to wait a long time with customer service for a refund and ended up sleeping in my vehicle cuz I was too tired to drive anymore.

The room is dated. The finish on the dresser was off(maybe water damage). The refrigerator and stove are terribly old.

Location was perfect, central to all the places I needed to get to Room was not clean, property overall was rundown and dirty

The “breakfast” can’t even be called breakfast — it was basically just coffee and a muffin, which was almost never available. A horrible experience from beginning to end. Zero stars. There was absolutely nothing positive about this stay.
- 2/5
Air conditioner was not working despite the lowest cooling setting. Refrigerator was good for nothing, has no cooling even on maximum settings.

On the downside, the fridge I had did not get very cold, and the floor was dirty with some missing/broken tiles. My card stopped working a few times both for my room door and the outside door. All that being said, the staff was always there at any time of day, friendly and helpful, to address my concerns. It is super convenient to the mall and some good local restaurants and watering holes. All in all, I found it to be a good value for my money.

Easy parking right next to a 7-11 and liquor store as well as food options Had bad spirit vibes other than that great

The card-key malfunction was annoying. The hotel has only one (1) luggage cart. I waited for three days for the cart that never showed up. The backdoor card reader malfunction so often that it's better to park in the front. No bottled water in the vending machine.

Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was coffee and muffins okay but maybe have more coffee as only 2 decanters and muffins people were taking more then just 1. I did like the kitchenette it was nice. Hope this helps.
- 2/5
I said but we have a reservation. Then I was told, “Ok then we have one room but the tv doesn’t work.” I said I’m not looking for another hotel now, I’ll take the room but is there a discount? “No discounts, it’s our only room. Do you want it or will you look for another hotel.” Geez! It’s Saturday night if Memorial Day weekend. We have to take it. What a dump! Broken cabinets and absolutely nothing in the room but a thin sheet top for the bed. Don’t stay here.
- 1/5
Overbooked and was told they couldn’t even offer that explanation in writing for my refund
- 3/5
No house internet working. Desk clerk was not helpful
- 1/5
It was not as advertised
- 2/5
The bathroom water pressure was almost non existent, shower and sink. I called the front desk for the kitchen package, that all the literature in the room said they would bring to the room, and was told to come to the front desk to get it. No toaster. No pots and pans. The breakfast is a joke. At 8:00 am all they had were nutri-grain bars since all the muffins were gone. The front desk gentleman said they go fast and it's first come first serve. I asked if he had any muffins in the kitchen or somewhere and I was told no. They're all gone. I will say that the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, to the best of their ability, with the only disappointment being having to walk all the way to the front desk after a long road trip. I'm not sure why they can't ask if the kitchen stuff would be needed, upon check in, to alleviate this stress on weary travelers.
- 2/5
Pretty run down for an Extended Stay - microwave was rusty - never saw that before - everything was worn down and lots of cigarette butts everywhere -
- 1/5
Terrible toxic vapor entering the room. Appeared to becoming from kitchen and bathroom plumbing. The best was the location.
- 1/5
Don’t stay here
- 5/5
Very convenient and conveniental.

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was refreshing, peaceful, secured, and exciting! Staff were courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There are many shops, parks, and restaurants nearby. Thank you Extended Stay Team!

Place was a dump! I left without staying a single night.
- 4/5
And the TV is an plagued in l come to the office to speak with the attendant and she tell me isn't body front the staff to help me, so I don't see the TV. I looking for all the drawers and l can't find
- 1/5
Never staying in this location , horrible staff rude specially to people who are disable , front desk was unprofessional snapped her fingers on me , very disrespectful
- 5/5
I am grateful that I choose this ESA. I have not had good experiences with the other ESA in the LA and Sacramento area.
- 1/5
The entire property is rundown and smells like dog feces and a dumpster filled with used diapers that’s been sitting in 110 degrees of direct sunlight. The staff consisted of an elderly woman and two guys in their early thirties who managed to be extremely discriminatory towards guests of a certain color and who made sexually derogatory comments to my wife. If any of that sounds appealing to you then this hotel should be on your must stay list.
- 2/5
The staff couldn’t give me clear cut protocol on when to extend my stay and caused me me issues on paying for today’s extension
- 2/5
There was little to no soundproofing, and the room felt very unclean. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, we noticed a strong cigarette smell right when we entered.
- 1/5
First i was given room 138 on First floor when i went to open the door the room was dirty & had trash bags next to the entrance & there was a cleaning cart in front if the bed so i went back to the desk & they gave me room 330 which i went to see & took a glance which look ok but we left for an event so i got back to actually go in the room i notice it was dirty as well too at first i didn't see that because i took a glance but after going fully inside you can see & notice. Now we didn’t have any choice but to go to sleep at that moment when we woke up the hotels states free complimentary breakfast which there was none at all & no one at the front desk to ask or talk too
- 1/5
This place is absolutely filthy in all comlon areas, the halls smell, homeless people comong into ear from the breakfast bar. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, furniture is outdated, broken ans scratched so bad around the edges that the sharpness cut my finger. I had to go get my key remade 3 times in a row and the 3rd time had to wait because the front desk left. The fire alarm went off at 1am for no reason, and a ladys dog peed in the hall while i was walking by. The room served its purpose. The staff was nice. Would NOT return or recommend
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, one small problem, breakfast was suppose to until 9.30 a.m. but at 9.a.m. there were no coffee and no breakfast.
- 5/5
I am a returning customer and I enjoy staying at esa and wouldn't stay anywhere else it's my home away from home
- 5/5
Was very pleased with everything
- 4/5
Staff was excellent from the GM to other staff.
- 5/5
Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either. Clean room but the hallway and elevator were “sketchy” I quote a little from my elevator ride. Over all not a bad experience, but not five stars either.
- 2/5
The room needed to be updated. It was in poor condition especially the kitchen area and the carpets. When I woke up in the morning I found a roach on my bag. Hopefully it won't be an issue when I get back to my home.
- 1/5
The lobby and elevator were dirty, the hotel is run down. Just sweeping would be an improvement! The original room they gave me looked like there was blood in it. I asked for a refund within 5 minutes of arriving but they said they don’t do refunds. The second room they gave me had an odd smell but figured there would not be a better room in the building. I had to laugh at the drawers on the dresser and nightstand not staying closed. The staff for the most part were friendly. I got a sense that if management didn’t care - why should they?? Also the night before they informed my coworker that they didn’t have a room for him since they were overbooked. He had called earlier in the day to inform them that he was going to be a late check in and was told “no problem”. At 10 pm he tried finding another hotel with no luck. Fortunately he knew someone in the area that could put him up for the night. The towels and bedding were clean which was a redeeming factor.
- 1/5
The room was terrible. Smoke detector lying on the counter. They fixed that. Looked like mold on the floor around the shower. Mgmt said it wasn’t and did some cleaning. Still very discolored. Desk chair seat only held on by 2 of 4 bolts; bed horrible - way too soft. Do not recommend.
- 1/5
Next day for check out, same thing.
- 3/5
Good location and affordable pricing. Check-in took longer than expected and our room keys did not work originally but this was quickly resolved. The rooms are very dated and have a noticeable mildew scent. However, it will get the job done for a one night stay in a pinch!
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable room. Refrigerator doors were rusty and in need of repair. It was the first thing you saw when you entered the room. I mada a report. The variety at breakfast was okay. The staff was receptive, but not very friendly.
- 1/5
Staff was rude and not helpful. Drive didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty. Nothing in the room worked properly
- 1/5
Suspicious activity on property such abandoned vehicles, people loitering, unkept room. Trash in hallways and dirty carpets.
- 2/5
- All attendants were always inside their office and never at the reception. - Room keys would get deactivated at least 2 times a day and had to go back to reception to get them activated. Stayed for 3 days and needed this almost 5 times!! :-( - Notice said they will bring plates, cups, etc to the room - but refused to bring and asked us to come to reception to pick them. - Requested for plates, cups etc, and they said come after 10 min. Went back and said comeback after 15 min. Then called them first to make sure it was ready before went to pick up. - Breakfast was more of a whitewash - they served only coffee/tea and a muffin and protein bar!! Which was also never filled up - it got over around 8 am and never refilled!! :-(
- 4/5
Whenever I’m in the Torrance, California area… this is usually my go-to spot for hotel stays. It’s pretty quiet, staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, and they have a lot of pretty good restaurants that are within walking distance. No complaints here at all for me.
- 4/5
Room clean just smelled la bit like old urine
- 3/5
Room had a broken countertop in the kitchen area, refrigerator didn’t work properly, hair in the bathtub and bed. Funny smell overall in the inside.
- 5/5
Amazing stay. Perfect for a business
- 4/5
Staff was amazingly helpful…. Room was nice…
- 5/5
General manager works hard keeping the place together
- 5/5
Amazing customer service, great room (clean, spacious, a lot of amenities: felt like a studio apartment, etc.) and clean bathroom. Would definitely visit here again and recommend to others!
- 5/5
There is not complimentary breakfast, just coffee, tea hot cocoa and muffins/nutrigrain bars. Room had a kitche, and hotal will provide pots and pans, coffee pot and utenils/plates if needed. Convenient location to what I needed, would stay again.
- 2/5
I had to call the front desk twice. I checked in on Friday Jan 16th. There was loud foot step above my room, I waited hours and finally i fell asleep but it continued throughout the night. I asked the front desk to call them or ask them to please be considerate of other guest below and adjacent. I stedpped out Saturday night and when i arrived at 9pm the loud guest continued. I had to call twice between 2am and 5am. It was a terrible stay From Friday through Sunday . I did not see management but I'd appreciate for them talking to their Team about noise complaints. I went there to get rest, not to listen to folks fighting. I was told the Cops were gonna be called because i wasn't the only one complaining. I will be calling Management throughout the week. Or ill have to find the Regional/corporate contact # L.M
- 3/5
The staff is nice, but the rooms need to updated, the tv on mine didn’t work at all, and over all the hotel needs to be clean, all of the outdated appliances could be forgotten if your room is and hotel is sparkling clean, it’s not all the hotels fault, they need to check on guests not leaving trash everywhere
- 4/5
The room was really clean and staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was clean and fresh. The refrigerator has rust on the door needs to be cleaned. There was coffee only needs some muffins
- 1/5
It was really dirty, the halls smell really bad. No manager because they took a vacation during the time. Police arguing on the first floor with no one working in the lobby
- 2/5
Sheets were not clean, bathroom moldy staff great, no breakfast
- 4/5
Clean room, understaffed, but the staff that was there was kind and helpful. Love the area plenty to do. Two minute walk to Organic Thai massage with the best massages in town.
- 4/5
The location was good and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the amenities weren't available until 3 days later.. Neither were the good views but I asked to be moved and it never happened. There's a lot of nicks in the paint and furniture and that doesn't match the pictures. It got noisy but management shut it down. If not it's located next to the police department.and civic center.
- 4/5
The staff we're very polite.
- 2/5
Breakfast included , i think it shoun
- 2/5
Room was really bad- paint peeling off the walls, scratched up furniture, fridge had stains all over it, artwork frames were broken, felt like I was in the ghetto. Heater also did not work and the room was freezing. No shampoo. Staff was helpful and gave me a new room- but no one should have been put into that room in the first place.
- 3/5
Very limited ‘everything’ but all at full price. Paid too much for what we got.
- 1/5
They denied me to stay and no refund
- 2/5
Room wasn’t clean when I got there I had to deep clean. The staff was really nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Room was fine staff was freindly
- 3/5
Decent for the cost
- 1/5
Molding on the refrigerator. Lock was broken, card key wouldn’t work. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and a very nice quiet room.
- 5/5
Everything was fine, thank you so much.
- 2/5
I think I got charged twice but tomorrow I will check in with the lobby attendant to see if I can get a refund
- 5/5
The room was clean . Stayed 3 weeks never seen one bug. Great price.
- 2/5
The room had a bad smell when we walked through the door. Pretty stail/moldy like. The windows were already open when we walked in, like they were trying to air the room out. The room key machine was broken, so could only get 1 room key. And was told that it might not even work. Shower curtain rod was ready to fall at any moment. Kitchen area was pretty worn out. But it was quiet and the bed was decent.
- 3/5
Breakfast. Internet.
- 3/5
The hotel needs to renovate. I understand the hotel name. I would think it it look nice. The carpet, refrigerator and everything just needs to be replaced.
- 4/5
We did not use the kitchen. We did take advantage of the coffee in the morning in the lobby.
- 4/5
No breakfast not even coffee all the time I went to get some. I stayed there for 3 weeks .
- 1/5
The elevator was out of service yet no accommodation for people problem with stairs. My mother has a hernia disk in her lower back and had to take the stairs. Now i have her on pain medication because her body is sore.
- 2/5
Grounds and hallways very dirty. Broken elevator. Trash in bags outside rooms for over 24 hours. Smelly hallways.
- 3/5
There was no breakfast. There were no shampoos or lotions in the room and you had to ask for a hairdryer. As for the kitchen it could use some upgrades and you had to go ask for pots, pans and dishes.
- 1/5
Trash piled up outside, refrigerator door rusty, half of lights in room didn’t work, was told by manager no replacement bulbs, windows so dirty I couldn’t see out of them, furniture all scratched up
- 3/5
The wifi speed was the best part of this stay. It was an inconvenience to have to ask for the kitchenette supplies and simple things such as shampoo and conditioner from the front desk. The claim that the kitchenette supplies are "sanitized" is false, as the front desk personnel placed all of the plates, cups, pans, utensils, etc onto a dish rack with their bare hands and then hand it to you. The elevator was non-functional for our entire 4-night stay and the only availability was on the 3rd floor, loved carrying up our heavy luggage 4 flights of stairs. It seems people live here so you see them daily sitting outside smoking as you come in and out during your stay and probably why we could only book on the 3rd floor as the long term residents live on the lower floors. The table in our room had no chairs so we sat on the bed to eat all meals. The bathroom door would not close/lock. The toilet paper roll was stained with a brown liquid so we used the tissues in tissue box instead. - Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Yes, everything is nearby.
- 1/5
Tv was stuck to the cabinet. Bed wasn't really comfortable.
- 4/5
For $120 on average for the area. It’s great. Elevator broken and bad customer service. For the price, it makes sense
- 1/5
Elevator broke down and had to make my 89 year old mom walk 3 flights of stairs. According to staff this elevator has constant problems. When asked about get part of the room comped the answer was no. Will never stay a an Extended Stay again.
- 1/5
Staff was very friendly, but everything else was horrible. My room was clean when I arrived, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, AC was very loud and there was not even a smoke alarm. All furniture looked pretty beat up. The worst part was the smell in the hallways, like it smelled very very bad. Ive stayed at an extended stay in the past and it was night and day from this experience. I truly do not recommend this place to anyone.
- 4/5
Kitchen was fine. Coffee in lobby okay, not much of variety of food.
- 1/5
The elevator did not work and that was such an inconvenience for me
- 5/5

Felt like the rooms were a bit run down. Staff was great
- 1/5
Front Doors did not work properly. Hallways have a bad odor
- 2/5
Towels were not clean with evidence of not being washed. To go breakfast was a joke and front desk staff rude and doesn’t care. I do not recommend staying here
- 4/5
Every thing was good the only thing it would be nice to have a lobby and entrance from the other parking in the back
- 1/5
Do not stay here EVER. Horrible dirty run down
- 1/5

- 5/5
Staff was pleasant, clean comfortable room and is convenient location for me.
- 2/5
Front desk was nice!
- 1/5
Check in no clerk (11:30 early check in) looked like he was sleeping and confused about our reservation. Failed to notify us of possible power outage. Power all night and hotel/staff completely unprepared. No backup plan other than place A flashlight at end of hall on nothing else. We had a predawn departure for a commitment and had to cancel. My wife lost balance/tripped in dark walking to unmanned front desk. I am going to cancel my membership (this was my first stay) and demand a refund due to incompetence.
- 1/5
Booking was confirmed but there was power outage and I was deprived a room
- 2/5
first off the remote for the tv didn't work. my husband went down and got another one only it didn't work either. he called down to the front desk and the clerk said he would be up but never showed up. the hall smelled like it was wet and mildewed.
- 3/5
Trash was strewn around the property. Checkin attendant was not friendly or accommodating.
- 5/5
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable
- 3/5
Their was alot of wear and tear of the hotel it needs to paint over the parts that arent with pain you can tell how old the hotel is, the shower cutrains had like 3 stains it was disgusting, and the grass outside looked like a forest.
- 5/5
Great staff and at home feeling. Was very pleased with our room with the kitchenette.
- 1/5
We had no power from 10:00pm to 11:39am du to a scheduled power outage that was supposed to be from 10pm to5am reminder I have kids and food thawed out in my freezer
- 5/5
I love how friendly the staff is
- 3/5
It was convenient for me that night. Rooms are bigger than other hotels. In the fridge, you can load a lot of food and drinks. Cleanliness 2 out of 5
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 3/5
Breakfast is limited, bed was uncomfortable, staff took long to check in, even answered their phone on speaker laughing while trying to check in. They ask for too much information, also the help was bad.
- 1/5
No room service, terrible customer service at front desk. Will not be coming back
- 1/5
Odor.
- 4/5
We had a good stay, but our room's air conditioner did not work and some of the electrical sockets didn't work properly. A socket fried my sister's charger and a couple did not work at all. Those are my only complaints, other than that, the stay went well. Thank you.
- 1/5
We had booked the hotel for a couple of days, but within a few minutes decided to request a refund due to the poor conditions. The hotel staff refused, stating the booking was made through Expedia and therefore not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, our request to the Expedia team also went unresolved. The rooms were not clean, and there were no facilities for cooking. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were not provided. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited—just oats and a muffin, and even those were scarcely available. No coffee was offered either. Honestly, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, showing little regard for guest concerns.
- 2/5
The smell throughout the building was overwhelming and unpleasant, like a mix of mildew, smoke, and something unidentifiable. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The room had visible dust, stained linens, and grimy surfaces. Even the basics, like fresh towels or clean floors, seemed to be overlooked. This location is in serious need of renovation and better management. I would not recommend staying here, especially for anyone concerned with safety or hygiene.
- 1/5
The breakfast was just coffee and muffin. The sink was broken, they don’t have room service. The closet was all plastic shelves. I asked for a roller to roll our luggages, the cashier said, I have to pay extra.
- 4/5
Staff good, room okay , clean & quiet. They need to do a certain amount of maintenance. Shower valve needs repair, does not fully shutdown. Drips water , needs washers or a new cartridge. Recliner is Broken, does not recline.
- 3/5
Our stay was okay. The room was big and it seemed clean. There were no amenities other than the kitchenette. If you wanted to use the kitchenette ypu had to request the tools from the front desk. The advertise snacks but its only vending machines. There was often a stong oder of cigarettes and Marijuana buts its a non-smoking hotel.
- 1/5
Receptionest very rude. Drughs smell in elevator
- 3/5
The elevator floors were very dirty. The rooms floors were very dirty. The toilet seat doesn’t even fit the toilet. The hotel has a odd smell like mold or moisture
- 2/5
This is really a property that has long term tenants and it is ran as such. The lack of regular maintenence is apparent from the refrigerator door needed to be replaced to chaora that are non functional. The breakfast was very light. Oatmeal was probably best and it was a generic instant. They had one pot of coffee, and they weren't trying to keep it full, during breakfast hours. Nevertheless they ran out of cups or the things to wnable tou to have a nice cup of coffee.
- 4/5
Overall the hotel was nice. Could use some upgraded beds and pillows.
- 5/5
The staff are always great...even the new ones :-)
- 3/5
Room floor dirty, made my feet black
- 4/5
the place is ok. Convenient and readily available. But the room has this unexplainable odor. Don’t know if from a previous guest perfume or cologne. It just doesn’t smell fresh. Maybe, the room needed to be air out. Like open the window or something.
- 4/5
It was ok because I was displaced from my home due to termite extermination. The hotel workers Vicki and Marcus were very helpful. The only things that was unacceptable were the table in the room legs were too loose to eat on, housekeeping is not doing a good job with cleaning. It was trash under the beds and the floors was filthy!
- 1/5
Not a very nice property at all. People hanging outside the doors, dirty rooms, dirty kitchen. Literally gave mental hospital vibes. Will never stay there again.
- 2/5
Smells
- 3/5
They really need to do something about the doors. Getting in and out with a cart or wheelchair is very difficult. They should install automatic doors for safety of the disabled people
- 1/5
Room was in bad shape furniture all beat up cabinetry beat up lights between beds not working bathtub drain not working would not plug up to take a bath door at sink in kitchen, broken vent hood, rusted stove top rusted floors were dirty shelf in closet cut in half hanging down TV to low Cabinets missing legs 8 o’clock to 230 very noisy somebody closing doors beating on floors or something slept in Truck first night because of noise worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
- 1/5
I was given a wrong key room and entered another persons room while they were sleeping. It was a very traumatizing experience. I was then given a room that was covered in smoke residue, hair all over the shower, and the floor was disgusting. Cheap price but not worth the anxiety.
- 1/5
Check in representative was rude. Had to ask for 2 keys instead of receiving them. I asked for a downstairs room online but when I checked in she said (I believe Erica) that they didn’t have request and only rooms left with king size bed was on the second floor. I asked her to get close to the elevator because of my knee and she put us in the very last room furthest away from the elevator. I believe she did that because I questioned her about her choice of the keys. She was rude and I will never stay there again! We went down for coffee within the allotted time and NO COFFEE! Continental breakfast the last morning was coffee(no decaffeinated) and 2 small muffins left with some kind of prepackaged bars. No splenda, equal or other sweeteners! Handicapped parking consisted of 2 spots!!!
- 2/5
Noisy electric equip. and bad toilet water supply
- 4/5
Stayed here several times in past years. Always pleasant and friendly staff. Good location and rooms .
- 5/5

The breakfast could be way better!!! It’s kinda tricks you in thinking you’re getting a nice breakfast wrong lol…. The gentleman name Marcus gave the best customer service ever I can’t say the same for some of the other staff. Other than that it was good
- 2/5
Out of service of room lights.

The property did not provide shampoo or conditioner. Also the breakfast was only a coffee offered.

This hotel was a great fit for our needs. We were really happy, even though the mattresses could’ve been better. Overall, if you’re in a pinch, this is definitely a place to stay. The staff is good and in general, they are cooperative as long as you don’t have a lot of demands.

This place was a horrible place. I did not stay there. I had to find another place to stay during my visit. It was horrible. I was in a place with no one. And this was a bad experience for me
- 1/5
It smelled, Wi-Fi sucked, didn’t look good T they to upgrade

I've stayed here on multiple occasions and this particular room had carpet and it was rather dirty feeling and felt damp in part of the room. Outside of the that, this location is very convenient for eating, shopping, access to the surrounding areas.

1st room I got was halfway cleaned, still had the broom and cleaning supplies in it. Had to go back to the front desk to get another room
- 2/5
Dirty, filth all over the floor, and in the elevator!
- 1/5
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially with kids. We checked out a day early because it was so bad. Still haven’t received a refund

Worst.

There were roaches in my room. That ruined my whole stay. We killed at least 6 roaches. We were scared to open and use the refrigerator.

front desk was great

I had everything I needed. Bed, kitchenet, refrigerator, microwave, sink. I used them all and a TV which I used. I would like to have had Fox Business channel, but it was not available on the guide. The elevator was essential if I was to be on an upper floor. I can do stairs by myself but not with suitcases. So I liked that.

I liked how close everything was, the staff was friendly and the hotel was really convenient to what we wanted to do in Los Angeles

The lady that checked me in was very rude and cold, the room was dirty, had hair on and around the toilet in the shower on the blankets and sheets. We asked for new sheets and more towel and had to wait 2 hr. Very disappointed and sad I waisted $400 on this place.

My experience began when I arrived early and was abruptly greeted by the general manager. She was rude and dismissive telling me that I had to wait or pay the price for early arrival. When I returned two hours later I was checked in by a much nicer employee. I shocked when got into the elevator it was filthy. The floors were sticky the waslss have liguids and smugs all over and remained that way my entire stay. My room was not furnished with utensils, dinner ware cups silverware. The refrigerator was all beat up.The lighting was worn beyond respectable. The carpeting in the hallways was stained and unkept. My experience with this chain has been decent in the past and I found this location unacceptable. Trash in the landscape water puddling hazard. I will not return to this dump again.

Booked online and the room I saw had carpet but then there was no carpet . I have a service dog who is not allowed on the bed so she had to sleep on a cold hard floor . I asked form extra blankets and was told there was non . Asked for extra pillows because the pillows were flat and old and there was non . Loud people in halls all night long and cats parked outside blaring music all hours of the night . I was out here for work and had to leave work early because I was to tired from a poor nights sleep .

I stay at this hotel every time I’m in town to work the room is always clean and fresh. And I can cook for my self. The manager is always nice to visit and always helpful .

Staff was amazing and very helpful. The best thing for me was the comfort of the bed. It by far was the best I have ever slept on in a hotel.

I'm enjoying my stay.

This hotel is literally all beat up and falling apart. I originally reserved two nights, but left the hotel after just one single night. My refrigerator was so loud that I just unplugged it. My air conditioner was so dirty that I just slept with the windows open to get as much fresh air as possible. The manager, Felicia refused to refund me for the second night, saying that she would move me to another room. I told her that there was no way I was going to stay at this garbage hotel, and I checked out after one night. I’m warning all of you that even if this hotel looks economically priced, you’re still not going to get what you paid for. This hotel is trash !! If I had to make a choice whether to sleep underneath a bridge or stay at this hotel, I would seriously consider under the bridge !!

This place is horribly run!

I woke up to the hotel trying to charge me again.

Nice breakfast, clean, room has no smells, good furniture, love the kitchen, good breakfast, nice paint on outside and inside room. Friendly staff. Nice standards like a Marriot but less expensive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s not a cool place

From elevator to rooms, need improvement and upkeep. Dirty surroundings

This place is not cleanly in the least. The carpet is old and disgusting and I wouldn't have booked here for the price they charge. The photos used are nothing like the actual facility. There is dirty carpet in the rooms, the bathroom drains clog immediately, half the lighting in the room doesn't work, and the breakfast is inedible packaged garbage. Do not book here for the price they charge, I promise it is not worth it.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this location. I read reviews prior to staying and was a bit skeptical but my experience was nothing like the negative reviews that I read. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was clean. There were no foul smells and the inside and outside of the hotel was kept clean. The quick breakfast included muffins, cereal bars, coffee and oatmeal. I will visit again when I am in town.

No bathtoom accessories like shampoo, toothpaste, etc Not even a bottle of water. No breakfast in the premises as advertised. Inside furniture old and fade and worn out. Hotel room daily charge too expensive for the service provided.

We were on the first floor, and the windows were not locked at all. We noticed when we came back to our room and part of the screen was pulled away from the window. Soe we checked that window on the inside and it was not locked at all. Then we checked the other windows and they dideven have locks on the he window!! We could open it with one hand sliding it up!!

This hotel is a scam telling guest they have nothing available then putting them down as a no show
- 2/5
Refrigerator was dirty, room smelled of cigarettes

Staff was great; friendly and efficient. Building seems a little outdated but the room was clean. Parking and surrounding area felt safe.
