The breakfast was attended to by a person who kept the food flowing and everyone happy. I stayed 4 days and it was very consistent, no surprises and I like that. Thanks to the staff

Internet was weak

If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.

I did like everything. I love everything.

This was a good, clean hotel room with lots of space. I didn’t use the pool but wished I’d packed a swimsuit.

Staff is extremely nice and patient. Breakfast options are more than adequate.

Our only complaint was that we could really hear the guests from the floor above. It sounded like they were stomping through their room, when I am sure they were just walking.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly, and breakfast hours great.

The advertised van service is not much of a service at all. The hours of operation keep changing, depending on whom is asked, or the van is not available at all. Shame to the management team who considers these issues acceptable, both for the staff and the customers.

Everything was ideal ,this place makes you feel welcome . And it is a great landing spot after a long day. My hat is off to couple of ladies that put the breakfast together. They work so hard preparing great food a mean cup of coffee but they dont work hard at there smiles and laughter that just is them. The maid service is incredible , impecible job. I left my maid a nice tip. She earned it by just being exceptional. In the later evening the,front desk is maned by a gentleman say 50. Super nice knew my name and room number without having to look or me tell him. He always had great things to talk about. Real pleasure seeing him each nite. The whole place is maintained incredibly. For the cost of hotels you get more than your dollars worth. When i travel i typically stay with best westwern . Never a bad experience

Continental breakfast was awesome. Room was clean and quite. Pool and hot tub was nice as well. Very good stay.

The man that checked me in was wonderful. He was friendly, and listened to my requests. He was very welcoming.

Let's start off with Larry. He went above and beyond to help accommodate me and my family. Not only for us, but his interactions with every customer was very awesome. He did everything to try and make everyone stay feel Welcome. We were visiting My Father and Sister, and this hotel was the closest. First time staying here, and I'm glad I made the right decision. My room was very nice, clean, spacious, and the beds was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely be back and recommend staying here.

The room I stayed in had a jetted tub which was clean and easy to use. I didnot like the citrus soaps they have. At night was pretty intrersting with random door checks by other guest. But door latch, door lock and card reader reassured us. Wifi and electronics are okay. I brought my Xbox. My tv had HDMI hookup and i was able to have good streaming experience. At time the wifi and connections had dropped. But it was rare to even notice because it picked up after 2 or 3 seconds. So if you need uninterrupted streaming for video calls bring a hotspot. Otherwise enjoy the relaxation. Pet friendly with a small space on one side for dog to go potty. It does have a doggy poop bags available and garbage directly under. Depending on wether you have a truck and trailor or just a regular truck, make sure you call to verify where to park your "truck and trailor". Regular trucks and vehicles plenty room for. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Some cereal, soy milk and regular, coffee, eggs, and sausage links. Waffles you make yourself with a pre mixed right next to it. If you need something check with front desk for assistance. I liked my stay and appreciated the care.

Nice large room, very clean, decent breakfast offering, quiet, roomy bathroom.

I would have given a 5star just for the customer service. But just a few things wrong with the room. We got a jacuzzi tub room and when trying to unplug the tub every time the plug would not budge. The conditioner and body wash were both full but the pumps did not work and the top does not come off. I will say too 3 continental breakfast!!! We will absolutely return.

Indoor pool closed is the only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Older hotel

Good price for the room for sure. We booked our room for 3 people and they gave us 2 paper coupons for breakfast. They never asked for the papers at breakfast, not sure what was going on with that. The room and everywhere we went with in the building and parking lot were clean. There were police when we arrived and left, we noticed a tent in the bushes by the back parking area. No one bothered us and our vehicle was fine.

The sink stopper in my room needed repair and the hotel shows its age, but the staff were all terrific. The room was clean and the temperature, great. No fussing with the air/heat adjustment.

Extra effort. Clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Extra effort with the selections. The pool and spa were also great. Room and bathroom were large, Queen beds, not doubles, which was fantastic! The room came with a microwave, a small fridge and a coffee K cup machine which all was extra helpful when staying for a longer time. The windows opened!! We were able to get fresh air in the room. That was wonderful. A bit dated, beds were older, carpets as well. The TV did not work great. Could not connect to be able to cast, which was disappointing.

The clerk was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. A large breakfast choice was lovely. Everything was nice.

The staff were pleasant and handle questions and concerns withrespect and some pleasantries. The room was spacious, clean, however the toddler running around made it hard with elephant footsteps. Staff was able to handle that issue quickly. Stay was pleasant.

the breakfast was ok, the normal. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever been in and for some reason they offered half pillows, no normal size pillows on the bed or in the closet. The shower water pressure was a trickle...

Everything was exceptional !

Wonderful stay and beautiful hotel. Great location easy on off 205 freeway which takes you to I5 freeway. Good breakfast and breakfast room. Staff were great and helpful.

I enjoyed the breakfast provided every morning. My room was cleaned everyday. It was in a good location, close to the mall and freeways. I wish the spa was working properly. The front desk agent, Dani did mention that upon checking in. At least she was upfront with the the issue. Otherwise, everyone and everything was a wonderful vacation.

Hot tub was cold as the pool, which was COLD.

Too many cigarette butts and small trash in the parking areas! Other than that this place was awsome!

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Hot tub wasn’t working correctly which was a little frustrating but obviously out of their control. Breakfast was ok, your typical hotel breakfast but there were many choices! Would stay there again!

I enjoyed when it was time to check out of this awful hotel. The operator is not providing a decent service. The jacuzzi was cold and the staff could not say when and if it would be fixed. There was rust in many areas of the pool. The breakfast was just plain scrambled egg.The operator is trying to save a few bucks by providing a Motel 6 style garbage continental menu instead of a full breakfast which is the norm for a Best Western Plus. There were dogs everywhere and crying babies disrupted my sleep. Many of the TV channels listed on the card in the room were not available. The staff were trying to do their best but the hotel is being run down and starved of resources and a much needed upgrade.

This is a very nice property and up until the manager on duty Josh made a mistake and wouldn’t own up to it I was pretty happy with my say. Josh however got in my face when I told him that I was not going to move my room for the second time because he didn’t adjust the names in the computer properly. He is unprofessional and was instantly hot and angry at the customer! He needs a course in proper customer service practices. Josh’s attitude. They also ran out of the most popular breakfast item and told me straight up that they wouldn’t be getting any more out. Rude.

The jetted tub was the best.

I called a day or two ahead to make sure the hot tub and pool were up and running to make sure my children were able to swim and I was able to relax in the hot tub after we got settled and went and had dinner we went to get into the hot tub which was freezing cold… no one let us know this at check in or when I called and when we called the front desk all in the pool room the said ya we know… hot tub wasn’t going to be fixed til Monday we found out ok the last day of our three day stay…. Very disappointing… The first room we got out put into smelled fishy and had toilet paper shoved into the peep hole on the back of the door from the guest before ?

Everything was fine- room was clean and the staff were accommodating. Quiet room and comfortable beds.

This hotel didn't disappoint. Staff was great and friendly. Room clean and smelled good, Breakfast was good as well, a variety. Will stay here again in the future. Close to the mall for shopping. The only thing I will say, when you use GPS travel the fourthplain route. The others take you around about way.. We almost got lost.

Check in by Josh was great and he worked to give us the room that we requested. The room location was quiet in general. The breakfast had good selection of food that was of good quality. The specialty coffee machine in the lobby was a nice feature, and the afternoon cookies were appreciated. We used the laundry room, and that was convenient. The location was very convenient for food and shopping and walking.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Beds were sinking soft and not my favorite . My grandson had a thin covering as a blanket for the foldout.

We stayed in the room and snuggled for two days. The hotel was quiet and the staff was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Good coffee was a little hard to find but we went down the street to fred Meyer and bought a ninja coffe maker and some bomb ass coffee,, problem solved. We will be back!!

We came a little late to check in, got stuck in traffic as we had a 11 hour drive, We got there around 4:00 am. No one would answer the doorbell or the phone. We waited for about 20 minutes before leaving to find another hotel.

Very happy with my stay! I was in town to do a physically challenging work assignment. While the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel service was efficient, what kept me "in the game" were the hot tub (kept at a therapeutic 104 degrees) and the full breakfast. This was the only affordable option in the area that offered both these amenities.

Elevator was in need of cleaning

Did have a homeless person going through the trash when we went out to smoke in the later hours. The overall stay was very pleasant for our trip. Allowed a needed break from the kiddos for mom and dad to relax.

Love staying here always a lot of teen agers running wild but we don’t mind.

Josh and Katelyn are such super great people. Just having them at the front desk make checking in and out pleasurable. They make you feel like family. Rooms are always cleanand fresh. If you need anything both are always helpful.

Suite room pictured on Expedia site was nothing like the suite in person. The front office man was nice though. The breakfast was awful - missing choices which we had at other Best Western Plus hotels. The entry was littered with leaves. An end table next to the bed had NO lamp. Do not stay there. Find somewhere else.

Clean rooms. Very prompt staff. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate around around the town from the hotel. Comfy beds spacious room. Elevators were cool. Parking was nice.

Room above us were super loud kids running at 2-3 in the morning while the moms went outside to smoke. Terrible service! I called to complain about the continuous noise at 1:30 in the morning. Nothing was done and I come to find out in the morning it was the Manager herself and family w/kids who were staying in the room where all the noise was coming from. Manager and family members are not were outside smoking and arguing barefooted at 2-3 in the morning. Sad so see corporate allows things like this.

The room was clean and fresh. The desk staff were kind and helpful. They addressed my airport shuttle needs, notified me when the shuttle arived and sent me on my way with a kind word and smile. Breakfast was hot and tassted great. Breakfast also offered cold options too. A true treat was all the dogs tgat stayed there. I never hear one of them, but it calmed my missing heart for my pups at home.

The lobby, elevator waiting area, elevator and the floor hallways smelt like weed so bad. The first room we got smelled like cigarette tobacco smoke, we walked in and right out without even turning on the lights. Went down stairs and they gave us the room across the hall. Also smelt like smoke. Will never stay here again and now won’t stay in best westerns either. 0/10 would not recommend.

Room, toilet/shower was very big. A update with brighter colours would make this place better, but overall no complaints with the room. Breakfast was included, basic but good enough to start the day. I would stay here again if in the area.

Was my go-to crib near the mall, but no more: Don't know why BW? Too bad, figure it out for yourself. If I have to explain what was wrong with your room, then it's too late. Close to everything I needed. Rooms clean. I will stay there again.

We don't like that there is not an enclosed dressing area. That is, the bathroom has only the shower and toilet. A sink and mirror are outside the bathroom. My wife was not happy having to dress and undress in the tiny bathroom and not have the ability to do her hair and make up in an enclosed area. Better hotels have enclosed dressing areas.

Could be a bit cleaner and updated. Seems like guests are more long term residents. Hot water fluctuates. Otherwise, just ok.

The location is what it is. Adjacent to a near abandoned mall next to the freeway. A lot of street people with needs roaming around. The view from the room was not great and the lights were as dim as could be. Free breakfast wasn’t bad. Housekeeping was accident skipped the first day. Room is large. Door didn’t close automatically though so had to make sure it clicked. Property needs a face lift. Only one elevator. 3 Star place that could be 4.

Had our car broken into while there. No cameras on the outside of the property. No refunds given when we couldn’t stay due to having a broken window.

Five stars all the way around! From check in to breakfast to chsck out, staff was amazing and efficient. Room was very clean as well as the indoor pool area and the space for the complimentary breakfast.

I asked the front-desk clerk for another room, but he told me that the fourth floor IS reserved for guests who don't have pets and that the only other room available was located on the second floor, which allowed pets. Thus, it is clear that the hotel has issues with monitoring guests who bring pets when they're not supposed to and with overall cleanliness (a dog in a room for one night would not have caused the breathing issues I experienced). Orbitz told me that it is up to the hotel to offer a full or partial refund. After being told that I would be contacted by the manager, I tried calling several times to no avail.

You call them. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. There was a gentleman at the front desk that was very good with the kids and got them cookies and stuff very nice man and all the people were very friendly and the continental breakfast was good.

We had a very pleasant stay and absolutely enjoyed the breakfast… They are not stingy and continuously keep stocking breakfast and have a very clean area… We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub and sauna every single day of our stay to relax… You definitely get your moneys worth at this wonderful inexpensive place.. the only concern and recommendation that I have is that they make sure to tell you that on a holiday which we stayed on the Fourth of July there is no housekeeping service.

Not really meant for business travelers. The elevator was broken, only had 4th floor rooms available. It's an older hotel, shabby ' chic' without the 'chic'. The location was okay, close to a mall. Overall, very meh experience.

In room 114, there was an irritating hmmm. Don’t know what caused it, but it was a nuisance when you’re trying to get to sleep.

I wouldnt say unsafe but it is very dark all around the property. Other than a pretty decent stay. Also pool/hottub and sauna are open to 11. So a lil later than most.

Everything was very nice, having an amazing stay. Only thing I should mention is that there is a spot above the toilet in the ceiling that's peeling and growing mold.

Horrible, dirty,nasty. Loud partying all night long and I felt like I was staying in the hood.

Great staff

The staff was awesome!! Always smiling and friendly. The breakfast was nice except the coffe was cold in the urn. I cannot say anything else was wrong. Thanks again for the nice stay.

We had a room with the hot tub and hot tub was dirty and still have Ajax residue in the hot tub

The only issue I had was when the manger tried to tell me there was policies on pets in the breakfast area. However, when I explained to her my dog wasn't a "pet" it was a Service Dog, she didn't want to listen and kept saying there's policies on animals in her. She did finally leave us alone, however she needs to understand pets and Service Animals are different and Service Animals are protected under the ADA.

Stayed ere many times but this stay was not very good. Dirty . Stayed for.4 nights with no housekeeping. Had to keep asking for fresh towels and then toilet paper. Had an issue with the toilet and was told maintenance would be in to look at it . Had to use public restroom . Went to use pool and someone had their dog in it . Very under staffed.

The room with the jet tub was smaller than I thought. The jet tub is definitely small too. If your a bigger couple don't suggest here. Other than that though the breakfast was okay and staff was friendly.

The room I had faced the freeway but the window glass was only a single pane, so too noisy to get any sleep. Lots of homeless in the parking lot and adjacent area so was unsure of the area safety.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the room. Everything was clean. There was a light out above the sink. The bath tub faucet was about to fall off. Those things I don’t have a problem with. The bed was way overdue for replacement. I could literally see body indentations in the bed, from all the people that had laid in it. EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain.

Pics of hotel lobby or bedrooms wasn’t the same as soon. I also booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub and (Pool) but it was mainly the hot tub that I booked it for and found out that was broke down and they couldn’t fix it because of one story I was told by one person at desk that their maintenance was on vacation. Another worker said that their maintenance doesn’t work on weekends And that it won’t be until at least Monday that they can fix it. I also have found on several occasions of booking a hotel, and not finding out until I go to check in that their hot tub is broke down and hotels don’t let you know that on the websites and everything, it should be updated on things like that if anything is broke down and you cannot use it. And I noticed when I put in filters for a hot tub the price is changed and go up, so I pay extra for my amenities that I want in a hotel and then I find that they don’t work, so why did I have to pay that extra money if I didn’t get to use it because it’s broke down?

I would have appreciated trays in the breakfast area in order to assist me to carry my breakfast back to my room where I could watch my dog.

The room was nice. What I did not like was having the staff call me late in the evening to tell me that my guest was not registered and that they would have to leave when that was not true my guest was registered and I took offense to that and felt that that took Stars away from my stay

Stay was very positive, only issues: Pool chlorine was painful to eyes which is a sign of a high urine presence. Also, there was no recycling containers in rooms or at breakfast.

We were able to access everything easily, shopping, restaurants, family events and more.

Our son came over to join us the first morning to go for an outing. Between 7:30 & 10am, someone stole his e-bike he had cabled up to a sign post. Flat stole it from out in front of the hotel. Men working out in front claimed they saw nothing & hotel clerk claimed hotel cameras would have caught nothing.
