Everything Breakfast is unavailable after 930am...which kind sucked. But everything else was fine.

That the snack bar was affordable when the kids were hungry late The pool was so packed, the room was so hot and closed early so we only got to hang for about 15 mins in the pool and couldn’t use the spa. Then it didn’t open until 9am so we couldn’t swim when it was empty in the morning before check out! Also the breakfast nook was small set up and no room to move. The rooms smelled, the hall smelled like weed, and to have to pay a security deposit was crazy. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels paid less and didn’t have to do a security deposit.

Clean and nice staff

The staff here are helpful and friendly. I encountered two problems, and the issues were addressed immediately. The facility is older and tucked away from sight of the main road, but the location's access to restaurants, the mall, and the freeway is excellent. Although listed as continental breakfast, it has hot food available on the buffet. It was nice to have a suite area for sitting some place other than on the beds.

I had really low expectations due to other hotels, but I was really blown away ngl. If all Comfort hotels are like this one, I now know what hotel I will get wherever I travel.

We did not get to use the amenities because we were here to visit our son and daughter-in-law who has cancer so we spent the time with them.

We love Comfort Inns but this one was unique. Loud music playing like screamer music when we arrived in the lobby. The guy seemed not very helpful. The dryer did not dry well and we had to take our wet clothes to a laundromat. It was not a comfortable environment around the neighborhood. But the breakfast was good.

Compared to other places I stayed, this is poor. They luck basic amenities, we on nly saw a couple of muffins as breakfast and the lady was bringing additional food items with bare hand without even a plate

We honestly lucked out that we got a room on the second floor and at the end of the hall. We had no noisy neighbors and all slept very well. The pool and the hot tub were indoors, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and had enough variety to serve the family. The location was close to the mall, making food and entertainment convenient. Everyone was polite and respectful. We were very happy with our stay.

The staff, from the desk clerk to the cleaning personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of food offered for breakfast. My only criticism is that during the weekend there were noisy young people walking the halway until after midnight; however, I did not report it to the staff.

Great beds and clean. Shower pressure could be better, but overall a great experience. The only hiccup I had was that the AC unit was so loud at times and kept waking me up.

Out stay was only one night, but we were very impressed about the staff, especially the front desk, lady. She was very very awesome. We were a little concerned about the area cause we’re not from the area and it seemed a little sketchy for us, but we were reassured that the parking lot was safe and had cameras and that police officers patrol the area which made us feel a lot better. The hotel was super pretty super clean. Breakfast was super yummy. Our room was amazing. Would definitely book again.

Friendly welcoming staff! During our stay in late March they were doing interior painting in some areas but it did not impact our stay. Our room was clean and well maintained.

Property seems like a hang out for homeless and others you wouldn’t want your kids around. Smelled of canibus.

Oh yes. There is a mall on the same property just about, a store within walking distance and a restaurant. The gym and pool were closed but it was ok, they offered to cancel for free but we made the most of it!! Kids LOVED the room!! Thank y'all!!!

I was greeted with a welcoming staff. My stay was nice with the mall across the street for shopping. The noise in the hotel was quiet, had freeway noise, that's to be expected where the hotel was. Free breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. I will stay here again.

Terrible service. The front desk was very rude and dismissive. Did not want to hear any greavances. Were told our card would only be held with no charges but had to wait 7 days for a deposit return.

The clean room. It’s been a while since I stayed at a hotel and they clean your room daily when staying several days. I’d go out for the day and come back to clean room, made bed and fresh towels.

From the moment of check-in, Kat at the front desk was amazing. She was helpful, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. She was always available and all of our questions and needs were met timely and with care. We will stay again!

Didn’t even stay the night. Misleading reviews. Homeless people outside the building. People camping in cars and looked dirty around the building.

When I got to my room the whole hallway stunk, got in room reaked like they poured a gallon of bleach in room. I dound out I had somehow booked a jacuzzi tub but could not use because water took 25 mins just to get enough to cover Jets so said screw it and went to take a shower where I might have well strod out in the rain would have gottwn more water. Asked the front desk for wake up call at 1:15 am didnt happen, could not use alarm clock as it was 3 hpurs ahead and could not reset. Overall very dissapointing, would have been nice to atleast have a Hot shower or soak after a 3 hr drive to get here. Should have been 25 dollars a night not 115 dollars. Wasted money in my book.

This was our 2nd Christmas staying here. This time our room was on the first floor. The rooms was super clean, beds were comfortable, staff is amazing, pool and jacuzzi was amazing. The only thing is the water pressure was not so great. I am not sure if it was because we were on the first floor or what? We stayed on the 2nd floor the previous year and the water pressure was great! The only other thing is, even thou it’s good, but I wish they would offer more than just omelets and sausage patties. That was mainly served during our stay.

We weren’t given any info, just told it was ok. Other than that, there are multiple homeless people living out of trailers and cars right infront of this property. We tried out the indoor pool and sauna, which was nice, but after inside the water we paid closer attention and they could really use some good cleaning! They both had dark dirt bands around the water lines of both, especially the sauna. As I stated the staff was great, but the area didn’t seem safe. We also did see police driving through the parking lot on a couple occasions, which is a good and bad thing. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping was attentive. Breakfasts area was clean and very well kept, and stocked. Front desk personnel was very nice.

The room was updated, SUPER clean, well stocked & spacious. The staff were welcoming, and very patient with the MANY young guests that we're there for a local event!

This hotel is literally in the middle of a homeless encampment! I was stared down in the parking lot by a guy from an RV with all flat tires, parked in the parking lot like I was trespassing on his property! The TV in B the room didn’t work and there wasn’t a phone to call the from desk. I left within 15 minutes of checking in. DO NOT BOOK STAy HERE!!!!!!!

The neighborhood is really sketchy. It made me nervous. Several guests looked like they live there? The hotel was dated but clean, breakfast was good. Hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Cleaning staff was super kind and hardworking.

I stayed here last time I was in town. This time around I decided to stay at a motel 6 in Tigard, Oregon. I made that mistake. I shortened my stay there and lost money, but it was worth booking here where I know the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast selections are really good. I'm just going to stay here at Comfort Suites any time I'm in Vancouver / Portland because I know I'll get what I pay for.

The staff at check in was extremely rude and dismissive. When requesting assistance with a broken tv, I was told to “deal with it”. My room had 3 lamps of which only 1 worked. The property was extremely unsafe with poor lighting outside and at night had the front doors wide opened which provided zero security from the people who were attempting to break into the cars at night. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Front desk was a A+ crew. The HK tho’ they’re a different story, no one ever came over to clean our room unless we asked. The head HK had an attitude whenever we asked for service, UP your customer service to match front desk!

This hotel had great staff. The front desk person was WONDERFUL, however the hotel had mold on the curtains and bathroom, the room was very humid and smelled musty. It also had tiny black spots all over the bedding and the pull out couch mattress had rust on it from the bars and just springs, not comfortable at all!

Checked out less than 5 minutes after checking in. Not at all like the pictures, dirty, smelly and clear signs of drug use in the parking lot. The check in staff said my payment would be refunded by the manager and I havent received a refund or a call from manager and my calls to the property have not been answered. Do not stay here.

Great for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms were dated. I hate carpet flooring in hotels. But it was very clean. No stains. Staff were fine, not rude but not overly helpful or friendly either. Would stay here again for the price.

Very nice hotel, was very clean and the staff was excellent. Breakfast is your typical free breakfast but was nice and hot and well stocked throught out breakfast time. The area is somewhat sketchy as there is a homeless camp, and drug deals happening on the street to the back of the property. Not the hotel's fault, just a heads up. The mall is directly across the street and tons of food options around. Spicy couple can visit the adult shop across the street on the back of you are in to that sort of thing ;)

The property itself, and the room and staff were great! The surrounding area (road leading up to the property) were a little rough / rundown (lots of potholes, cars / travel trucks parked on the side of the road nearby).

Good place to stay for a night. Close to the mall and movie and theatre. Double queen plus pull out sofa bed room great for our family of 5. Sofa bed not the greatest quality mattress but sufficed for a night stay.

Was good for the price, a little bit of cleanliness problems. Most things were clean but finding a piece of gum stuck under the bathroom faucet spout was gross. That said it was hiding good so I understand it was probably just genuinely missed.

It was fine. Clean. Nothing to rave about. The breakfast was really good. The rooms were mid as expected though. It doesn’t have some transients loitering but I didnt feel unsafe. Walking distance to Vancouver mall and voodoo donuts.

The person who checked us in got my name, handed me a car pass, a room key and said how to reach our room. He had me sign that my information was correct. I told him my name was wrong and he said he'd fix it later to still sign it. We were not given wifi info or breakfast info very rude. Later that night we closed the bathroom and it locked we couldn't open it. I called to the front desk a different staff member told me to put a pen in the hole I explained I didn't have one long enough. He came to the room handed me a stick to open the door I handed it back after and he walked off never even spoke to me. Very unfriendly.

We were pleasantly surprised. It was a most enjoyable stay: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, handicap accessible rooms and parking, excellent service, and an amazing free breakfast selection every morning. We will be returning here again!

Place was great. I'm staying there on all future trips to the Portland/Vancouver area.

The room service staff was inadequate, there were no room service staff in the afternoon. We were on vacation and slept in. Our room was not cleaned once and we had to walk to the front desk, phone wasn’t working in room, to get toilet tissue, Kleenex, towels…

Unfortunately, this was not my best stay there. The phone was not working in the room, house cleaning staff left early everyday, so we were unable to get our room. I had to go to the front desk a few time; once for towels and another time for toilet tissue. My past visits had been better

Homeless people all over the parking lot, made unpacking / packing vehicle feel unsafe. Staff member that helped us check in stated the room we were staying in was not an animal-friendly room, however there were signs of animals (fur, claw scratches all over furniture, etc). Black long hair found in both beds sheets. Pool had visible grime all over the walls of pool.

One-night stay with family - it was very comfortable. My son and husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub - I forgot my swimsuit, so I couldn't partake. The breakfast was good, with a good range of foods. We would stay here again.

Hands down one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, on vacation!

Everything was as expected except pillows and mattresses need to be replaced.

The staff was missing alot of the time from the front dedk. Had to track someone down just to check out. Rang the bell several times no answer. The phone in my room didnt work.

The hotel was just remodel. They're in the final cleaning of the property. Rooms & parking lot are clean. They are doing the small things like paint touch up, scuff marks etc. I'm not a big breakfast person, so I think the breakfast here is adequate waffles, bagels, toast, hot cereal or cold. They also offer a small verity of juice, & hot coffee. Depending on the day there will be some kinds of sausage or bacon with eggs of some sort.

We liked the indoor pool and hot tub, unfortunately the hot tub was not fully in service. Friendly staff and mostly clean but my hair dryer had weird stains on it. When I checked in I was given a room that was already occupied so it was embarrassing trying to open a door that kept flashing red to find out someone was inside the room.

They were very kind, very helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. I can't say enough good things for them.

It was a decent stay. Area seemed kind of sketchy. There was a foul smell in the room like maybe a dog was in there and they tried to cover urine smell. Shower was badly clogged. Almost slipped and fell. It is definitely an ok place to stay if on a budget. Close to mall and restaurants.

Minimal food out for breakfast even up to 45mins before the end time, and frustration displayed from staff after asking for replenishment. Including no waffle mix, coffee, or milk, and only a couple of scraps of bacon, 3 omlets, and 2 bagels left. Unworking disability seats for the spa and pool. Received an incorrect receipt at checkout, showing a different guest's last four of their card number, and an amout not matching Expedia. With a charge different from the checkin deposit amount currently listed as pending on my credit card. Fingers crossed we don't get charged from the ront desk plus Expedia.

Workout room was small and dirty. Room smelt like smoke.. Staff was friendly and breakfast was awesome but the outside was kinda sketchy too.

The staff is super nice. The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast is so convenient. The only thing I can say is maybe mixing up the hot foods a bit. My family and I were there for a week and except for the day we arrived, cheese omelettes and sausage patties were served every single day. So by the fourth day, we stopped eating the main hot dish. Just grabbed yogurts or bagels. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful!! We will definitely be back again
