They put us in a room where the heater/ air conditioner was broken. They instead had a portable one in the room that was terribly vented to the outside and duck taped in place. Then that one didn't work. The beverage machine for pop and water that was broken 8 months ago when we were there is still broken! Wifi didn't work both times we were there. Basically it's probably the worst hotel we've ever been in. But the price was cheap. And we didn't have $300.00 a night to spend for a typical daily rental. You get what you pay for.

I looked at 100 places online. The only two things I was looking for is a swimming pool sauna and breakfast. The pool is down. We couldn’t even pee in there, and the breakfast was all carbohydrates and our fat and sugar. There was not one thing for me to eat this could’ve been mentioned it in your advertisement on the Internet. One staff told me I couldn’t have a pillow. The other staff told me I could it was lobby was almost pitch black when we got there all the lights were out except for over the register. The bed was hard and lumpy did not say that one coming very disappointed cost me a lot of money to be disappointed. Maybe you guys can work on the upkeep of your property that the wallpaper is peeling off your scratches all over the furniture carpet service disgusting other than that. It was a roof over my head and kept me out of the rain that’s about it

Our first room assigned was terrible which I think was in process or in need of renovation with paints peeling, bathtub need refurbishing, toilet wobbly , carpet full of dust and headboard full of scratches. Bed sagging & furniture needs replacement. The clerk was good enough to relocate us to another room which is a little better but still needs better cleaning and replacement of furniture.

Wifi only works in the lobby. Rooms can't pick up the signal. Food and water machines out of order. Room air conditioner/heating element was busted. It stayed on constantly and couldn't be adjusted. They didn't have any coat hangers. The list goes on. But the price was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for

Thankfully, it was just me, not a bad spot if you need a bed. The pool/spa was closed, no apology from staff, and no reach out before the stay. There was holes in the walls, musty smell all thru out, hair in the tub upon arrival, and trash left behind the toliet when i got the room. Thankfully, the bed looked clean (I stripped it back to look for hairs.) Would not stay again unless the spa is open. Breakfast looked pitiful, and there were no ceiling tiles in the hallway with insulation hanging out.

Upon attempting to check-in and asking where we could park our truck and flat bed trailer, Ashley rudely told me I couldn’t park on the property. When asked if we should park across the street instead, she said we couldn’t park there either. After asking her where we should park then, she decided we weren’t allowed to stay there and told us they “had no rooms available.” When asked if we’d get our money back she said that “wasn’t her problem” and told us to contact Expedia. We sincerely hope that Ashley has the life she deserves.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked because they said they had a pool and were pet friendly. When I got a check in alert right before my stay (after I had the ability to cancel for free) it said no pets were allowed. I tried to call the property directly to clarify and no one picked up. When I got there, the staff said I could have brought my dog but the pool was out of order. I tried to cancel and they said they’d charge $80 for cancelling last minute. I said that wasn’t reasonable because it wasn’t my fault that I’d been mislead in multiple instances about the amenities. Ashley, the manager, was extraordinarily unhelpful and told me to email the owner because she was unwilling to do anything to help. I emailed the owner, they have not responded and it’s been a week. I will never even try to stay here again and I’m not surprised the rest of their reviews are absolutely terrible.

I will not stay here again. The manager was really nice when checking us in but the ladies in the morning were terrible and should be fired for not following common sense protocols. They lack customer service badly! I had trouble using the shower and went to mention it to the front desk lady in the morning & she sent someone else to look at it without even asking me first if 1 that was okay to go have that checked & 2 if anyone else was in the room. Well I ran up there & as soon as I got to the hallway I heard the housekeeper say “oh I’m sorry” oh I wonder why? Because she didn’t even knock the door before going in & literally just opened it while my boyfriend was peeing! How irresponsible & unethical of her & for me to still go back to the front & tell the lady that that was NOT okay and her still give me attitude and argue! We will never go back again. She made us uncomfortable & we got our things & left immediately after that! They need better trained housekeepers and front desk workers… those 2 should be fired! The manager on the other hand like I mentioned was nice but the morning ones were terrible.

The stay was absolutely terrible. I have a heart condition and they wanted to put me on the second floor with no elevator. I could barely make it from my truck to the doors without being out of breath plus my luggage and traveling alone. The lady was nice enough to find me a room on the floor, however that room was questionable at best. The bathtub had a giant crack on the side of it. The bottom of it had clearly already been repaired once and not very well, I was concerned about even taking a shower, cause it felt like I was gonna fall through it. The pool and hot tub were out of commission because of a leak in the roof so I couldn’t even use those amenities. Ihad no cable TV the entire two days I was here even after I said something to the front desk not to mention they were working on the hallways at 12:30 at night to 230 in the morning, scraping plaster or whatever doing drywall for hours so I got no rest. I asked for a late checkout they said 1130 was the latest but when I looked online, it gave me the option to do noon or 1 o’clock if I wanted to pay extra for the 1 o’clock, they tried coming in my room several times between 11 and 1130 and then five minutes to noon they tried it again 100% do not recommend the only good thing about this place was the lady that works at night.

There has been construction going on at this hotel for a long time, pool and hot tub were shut down for repairs. Room was plenty clean and had everything I needed. Had to get our key fixed each day we stayed, we would head out for the day to come back & our keys would not work. An "emergency exit" door had no lock or latch so any one could come and go. The entire first floor ceiling in the hallway looked to be falling apart. The pool/hot tub was completely out of order. The room itself had tape stuck to sections of the wall. We showed up and there's a large sign in the from window saying no smoking within 25' of the building, well the front desk lady was among right outside the front doors. We then we're getting checked in and I asked the pool hours and they said their pool is closed because of some roof leak. This didn't look like a simple fix so guess if their pool will be down for some time and they should advertise that. Or room was like four doors from the pool and evening looked as if they had a much bigger problem then just a leak over the pool. Upon entering our room you could noticeably see that the room was having moisture issues, swelling drywall, peeling wallpaper, the smell of mold and dampness, one spot in the bathroom looked as if the paint was melting from so much moisture. The window was open and would not close until I forced it shut, a stick was the only way the window would be held shut. All the decor that you could see was on the walls had been removed, I'm guess because of the water damage. One more door down from our room the entire hall had plastic over it where you could see the carpet had been removed. There were what I assumed were fans plugged into the hallway outlets and went up into the ceiling, the fans weren't visible but you could see the cords going into the ceiling tiles. The pillows were awful the mattresses seemed old and very uncomfortable. Our cards didn't work and had to be rescanned to open the room. We were supposed to stay five nights and we stayed 1.

am extremely unhappy. I only get to see my boyfriend every once in a while. It was his birthday and our valentine day. The room had a horrible smell, we couldn't even take a shower. tried to shower before he had to go to work and the knob just went flying and water everywhere. We had to rinse off in sink then go somewhere just to shower before he left town again. The hot tub was the reason i got this hotel and it was out of order. No elevator. I got king suite this was so uncool.extremely unhappy. We got the king suite it should not have been like this.

I booked a room for a staycation specifically because the kids wanted to go swimming. I tried to call to confirm that the pool was open but they didn't answer after several attempts. I went anyway and of course the pool was under repair. I chose not stay and they said they would approve a refund. Orbitz tried several times to contact the hotel to get the refund processed but they couldn't get ahold of the manager and my refund was denied. I ended up paying for a room I never stayed in. Buyer beware with this property.

The room needed lots of maintenance. Our double pain window was shattered from the outside. The AC and heater did not work. There was a freestanding AC unit that was vented through the window. With duct, tape and cardboard, so we cannot close the window, leaving a gap for cold air to blow through all night. Our bathroom sink was cracked. The tile floor in the bathroom in front of the toilet was broken and if you stepped on it, it felt like you were going to fall through the floor. There was black mold in the shower Around the faucet. There was also what appeared to be either rust stain or blood stain on our carpet. There was also missing wallpaper in our room. The refrigerator was plugged in, but not working. It was warm and smelt bad. Our TV remote batteries were dead upon arrival and we had to request new ones. The pool and spa were out of commission.

Technically, we did not stay here. When we arrived to the hotel we noticed wallpaper peeling, holes in walls and ceiling, lights flickering in hallways, pool shutdown completely, and walls under construction etc. Once we got to our room the creepy feeling did not dissipate. We ended up going back to front desk and cancelling our reservation since we felt unsafe. I will say the front desk staff was very kind and didn’t he side with helping us. Maybe this place will be better after construction?

This was a last minute booking and the rating was 4.4, however, it also said VERY DISAPPOINTING and it was accurate. I just needed a room for one night for my daughter and I and it was reasonably priced, but you get what you pay for. I received a link by text from the hotel asking to check-in online, which I did. I even sent a picture of my DL. At the end of it, I was told I would only need to pick up my key from the counter. This did not happen. The lady could not find my booking and asked me to fill out a reservation form. When asking her a question, she could not multi-task. I told her I did this already and all she could say was "I don't know, it doesn't show up here." I was concerned since I sent a picture of my ID to who knows where! I got my keycards. One of them didn't work. Had to get it re-programmed. The bathroom was falling apart. The faucet was broken. It was hard to get the water temperature right. The tub was broken and some of the tiles on the floor too. If you were to bump the tap in the tub it may have fallen out of the wall. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast was only toast, bagels, eggos and cereal. No tea, just coffee. I ended up having a bunch of unauthorized charges on my credit card. Most got reversed, except one. The pre-auth for $200 got charged. Pay a little more and stay somewhere better. Location is good for shopping and restaurants. That's all that's good about it.

First, this marks my stay as the 5th through the 6th but that was actually the end of my stay. My full stay was the 31st through the 6th. I specifically picked this hotel because it said it had a hot tub and pool. I even went and bought swimming trunks before going there, I was so excited. I got there to find out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs because the ceiling was leaking into the pool. "No big deal, I'll just take a bath I guess" I thought. I get into my room and look in the tub to see no drain plug. I told the front desk about this and she gave me some runaround but said she'd ask housekeeping if they have one. Three days pass and I try to get my room turned over the next day but it doesn't happen so I ask the front desk to have my room turned over the next day and to please bring a drain plug but neither things happen the next day either. I eventually went to a plumbing store and bought my own drain plug so I could take a stupid bath in the hotel that I paid money for a pool at that didn't have a pool and completely ignored me the entire time I was there. The only reasons I didn't give 1 star is because the room wasn't disgusting and the people at the front desk were friendly to my face. Otherwise don't stay here.

We are currently spending the night 10/24 at the Days Inn in vancover next to the mall. Upon arrival the front desk employee was unfriendly and didn't provide us with which level we were on or the wifi password. We arrived just before 4pm. There is insufficient locking mechanisms to the building, there are none. Theres a large hole to connect to the attic but its left open. Which is also dangerous as well as an OSHA violation. All of the cameras are ring door bell cameras which are also insufficient. Our air-conditioning is also broken. Room 218. The hotels pool and spa are out of order with no warning listed on the internet. We only purchased this room for our children to be able to use those facilities. We would just go to a different hotel but unfortunately we are stuck here for the night. Our room doesnt have window screens and the refrigerator is out of order. It's disgusting and unsafe. The only plus side is the night desk worker named Nikki was incredibly nice. Im attaching some photos.

Ashley was an amazing help and genuinely listened to our concerns and did her best to accommodate us. Other than that the stay was not the best. Booked king room with fold out couch there are no fold out couches on the property. Breakfast was bread cereal or instant oatmeal. Not what I was expecting at all given the photos of the property on the hotels app and the Days inn web-site. Heated pool and hot tub are out of order. One of the main reasons I booked this property so that was a bummer. To top it all off the maid staff accused us of smoking in our room and proceeded to say they were calling the police on us also that we caused damages to the ac/heater unit when the covers just fell off and half of it is zipped tied to the unit. Some carpet baseboard just came out of the wall with nails sticking out so i had to put that up behind the tv so no one would touch it. Also no screen on our windows and the locks don’t work the windows open all the way and I have two toddlers and we’re on the second floor it’s terrifying to me. If you’re looking for something cheap and the bare minimum this is the place to be. All I know is after this whole ordeal I better get my deposit back because I know for a fact we did not cause any damages that weren’t already here. Mind you all of these things I mentioned I told staff the day we checked in and they said they told the owner so I refuse to be blamed for something I didn’t do. I have pictures for all of this and am willing to share as well. We understand no room is perfect, but this is bordering on health and safety issues. First, the fan cover is falling off in the bathroom, there's a Crack in the tub and mold growing above the shower, as well as dirt all around the light switch and garbage can in the bathroom. The fridge barely gets cool (never proper cold), and that's not the second one in there that doesn't get cold at all. Now comes the more serious stuff. The safe in there looks like it's been manhandled by a tweeker with the whole faceplate hanging off, so not only could we not use it, but im afraid to touch it. Now the biggest issue!!! While it wasn't plugged in, there is a camera in our room!! The line is actually tethered to the TV! Pool and sauna closed whole time as well. All of this going on and then to be charged $200 deposit on a room in this condition. Not to mention there was no mention of said deposit during booking! Staff language barrier bad, tried calling hotel with no answers. DON'T STAY HERE! UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE STUCK!!!

I booked online, got there to check in and was told I had to have a 200 dollar deposit up front. I barely had enough to book the room at the time, as it was an emergency situation. I was told i wouldnt get a refund and i couldnt have the room because i couldnt pay the deposit. She then asked if i had either 150 or possibly 100 and that either of those amounts would suffice, which just tells me that there is no real dollar amount tied to this "deposit" since she offered to take a lesser amount. Im not the first. I was swindled and expedia told me to kick rocks basically, and that i had to pay a late cancelation fee for not being able to check it which is equal to 100% of the reservation cost. So fancy way of saying I wont be getting refunded. So i paid 140 for a room to just sit there. Negative 5 stars

I stayed in this motel a couple of years ago, the facility has gone downhill since that time on the overall upkeep. The customer service was OK but not up to last times experience. The room was clean but showing signs of wear. The fridge was Luke warm with no way to adjust. The TV watching experience was interesting. With no instruction you have to hunt and peck to understand how to turn it on and then how to find the channels you want are a mystery. Lots of channels you have to page through one at a time. They advertise a breakfast, but it is not available until 7:30 when many guests are already gone. Staff showed up at 7 am, so not sure of any over night coverage. The location is great in a safe neighbor

Horrible to say the least. We checked in to our room and it was littered with alcohol and Taco Bell. It wasn’t cleaned, the front desk attendant was never there. There was a line of 4 people waiting. We kept ringing the bell and nothing. I decided not to stay there and asked for a refund. The front desk said it was done but when I asked for a receipt she said she actually couldn’t do it. Hotels tried to reach them for a resolution but there was no contacting them. Absolutely horrible. I paid for a night which we didn’t even stay at after all. Don’t know how these companies stay in business.

The reason I booked this property was because of the pool and distance to the shopping mall. The pool was closed and no one communicated that when I checked in. The tv was going in and out so we couldn’t watch anything, the air conditioning was not working properly so it was very warm and unpleasant, the fridge was not working right, the fan in the bathroom was broken, there was writing on the wall and multiple holes on furniture and walls. The staff were very nice but I would not stay in there again.

The WIFI sucks in most rooms but the staff are helpful and are willing to go the extra mile for the guests. The showers are not the best for sure and the air conditioners either work very good or not very well at all depending on the room you get. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards at check in though especially if your a frequent flyer not only does it give you a discount for the room but you can earn free nights as well.

    1. The staff was excellent and hard working... i saw the front desk person doing janitorial, lawn maintenance and answer phones. Always professional, she needs a raise. 2. The photos are incredibly misleading, and their sign was on the ground in a pile. 3. The ac unit was ancient, missing safety covers and had so much.dust on it it could have set fire. 4. This hotel needs paint and wall maintenance. 5. Never could use thr pool because it closed before 7 PM 6. We never did get a hot shower, warm to cold at best 7. Dont bother watching tv... the cable timed out every 30 seconds 8. You get one washrag, one hand towel and two towels per room so get ready to share the washrag. 9. Grass is dead and it looked like a pellet gun range had been set up on the back crusty grass, what a view. 10. The window lock was broken, no screen ans a bar in the slide rail was 8" to short. Although i appreciate cutting some costs, this facility needs a major overhaul

Hotel was clean. Wifi was spotty. There is no elevator, so multiple guests complained about the stairs while we were there. Pool is only open 3PM-7PM and is very small. Only 3" to 4 1/2" deep. Breakfast was pretty slim and inconsistent in both food and hours it was open. Front desk staff was completely unhelpful: didn't tell us wifi code, breakfast hours, or pool hours. She was disheveled and unfriendly when guests entered. Also it seemed a drug dealer was welcome and friends with the staff. They all addressed him by name, and the transactions were pretty obvious, even to our child.

When we returned around 3 AM, we discovered that the window would not stay locked. We had to place something in the track just to keep it from opening, which felt unsafe. The room also had a terrible smell. In the morning, the shower didn’t work at all. We tried calling the front desk four times with no answer. When I went down personally, the two staff members I spoke with barely spoke English and only said they would “take a message.” I requested a full refund because the room was uninhabitable—no functioning shower, a window that wouldn’t lock, and an unbearable odor. On top of that, the parking lot was completely full, and all surrounding businesses had signs threatening to tow if we parked there. Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

When we checked in we had to wait at the desk for about 10 minutes before we got helped. We had just hiked and was looking forward to a shower, but there was no hot water in my room. The next day, I took a shower in my kids room which had and earwig in the tub that I had to wash down the drain first, then asked for towels for my kids since there was only two in a room for 4 people. They told me no. A bum came in while we were leaving and although we left our keys in the basket, they entire 20 minutes of walking in and out loading our car, there was no one at the desk, so I hope the keys didn't get taken.

Our TV was not plugged in because of a missing TV cable. Took a while but finally got that fixed. Very limited breakfast options and pool hours (4 hours!?). We were given parking pass for the lot which is fine but there was a van that occupied two parking spots and there was no parking pass on it. Don't know if that's a hotel guest or homeless person? Took me 30 mins to figure out the shower and how to turn it on. The tv did not work till I reset and replaced everything in. There was a used rolled up panty liner behind the night stand. When I called down to the desk on 2 different occasions no body answered. After I figured all that out I found that the bed was as hard as a concrete floor. Woke up every morning with numb hip and legs. On top everything, I was here for 5 nights, and had to have my key card reset every day. But, the front people were nice when I did interact with them. Well to start there was only one person running the entire hotel. She was running everywhere to try and help everyone and fix things as they came up and I appreciate that. First issue was that I chose the second level room because it said it was a deluxe room and I wanted more room if possible. When I get there I find out there’s no such thing all rooms are the same size then I get told there is no elevator and you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Sucks but it is what it is. Then as I’m about to go up stairs the lady who was running around trying to help everyone said there’s a room down stairs if I would like to switch so I did. I got in the room and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The air conditioner was falling out of the wall, the door top latch was busted off as if someone had kicked in the door, the bathroom door had a hole in it, and the tv was busted. I contacted the lady and she brought in a brand new right out of the box tv which I appreciated. Woke up in the morning and one of the reasons I selected the hotel was for the continental breakfast so I didn’t have to buy it from a restaurant or fast food location. We left at 7am and nothing was out at all. There is an area for the breakfast but there was no breakfast setup at all. I wish I had taken photos now that I see a section for it because there was so much wrong some will probably think this is an exaggeration and it’s not.

When we did get up to our room and opened the door we were hit with the unmistakable voter of cigarette smoke. Because both of us pack sent sprays, it’s something we could look over for now…. As we walked into the room, we noticed a headboard was crooked worrying us on the condition of the bed. There were holes in the wall, some with insulation coming out. One word to describe the entire room would be sticky…. The showerhead was literally hanging on by interior piping…. And most of the pictures looked like they had not been maintained. Again, as it was late, we tried to overlook all of this to get some rest. But as we pulled our covers back, we saw stains. Colored stains, yellow stains. Sheets, pillowcases, comforter. You name it everything stains. As soon as we woke up, we packed and headed to get the hopefully hearty breakfast…. No. Breakfast has started a hour and a half ago, the dining room was still quiet, chairs were still up, there was no sign of breakfast besides a young couple and their daughter with some food on their table. I looked at my daughter, and we both agreed… we left telling the front desk we are checking out. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a full refund for the last two days, but the friendly staff was able to give me a slight refund from my trouble.
