Room layout was very cool - lots of clever storage as well as a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Hot tub was perfect temperature and hotel was not very crowded when we went (mid-April). Very cozy romantic getaway for me and my husband.

Staff were very nice upon check in. There was a little mix up with my reservation on their end but they were quick to correct it. Room was clean, great size, and over all comfortable.

It was a great stay! When my daughter needed to stay with me, the front desk manager was quick to help me find another room as well.

The $250 deposit was ridiculous. For that reason only, we will not be back.

The staff was wonderful. The facilities are very clean. The room on the second floor was very small. Very very dark. It wasn’t the residence inn rooms that we had in the past with two separate rooms. The room needed more light.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The only downside is that the air conditioning wasn't working properly in half of the rooms or the 1st floor for several days. It was close to 100 degrees on those days. Apparently, this is not a new problem, but corporate doesn't want to spend the money to fix it. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay there again.

My experience with this hotel stay is terrible due to issue with room AC. AC was not working properly... Room was too hot. I requested them to check AC , they have sent the person who has no knowledge on AC and he could not able to fix the issue and we had to sleep in high heat (79) room. At middle of the night they have arranged different room at 2AM after making another call ... but we lost entire sleep already and fall down multiple times in room due to slipperiness in room because of hot air ..

Room was a nice size and the property was clean. Pool and hot tub were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel looked nice overall but comfort wise, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, water pressure was horrible, and we had to kill a few spiders in the bathroom. The room was clean though. Now breakfast was HORRIBLE! We literally watched as the "cook" dumped partially cooked, still very liquid egg into the serving containers! The sausages looked like they were maybe steamed in a bag in the microwave before being put in the serving container, the oatmeal was extremely watery..none of us ate the "hot" food. We threw away the "hot" food in fear of getting sick. I just wish we had our phones with us at the time. Food safety was not followed AT ALL!

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean hotel. This is our third hotel in Naperville area and absolutely the best. This will be where we stay going forward. Suite was comfortable with all amenities. Pool area very clean but a bit too warm. Felt like a sauna. Nice quiet location but near dining. Easy to get places.

Stayed here for a week with my fiance while visiting family in the area. It was the perfect accomodation during a bitterly cold February winter. We made great use of the gym and hot tub and the staff was attentive going above and beyond to make multiple challenging situations happening outside of the hotel easier. We have already bookmarked it as our go to spot for future visits to the area.

I also appreciated that I want compelled to clean before unpacking or showering. The kitchen was "cook" ready!

The room was clean and very comfortable! My only complaint about the room was the shower drain was very slow to drain. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We spent a lot of time at the pool which also had a hot tube! Will definitely stay here again!

They overall stay was good. The one main thing lacking was the pull out bed. It was really hard. I had to be the one to sleep on it and it was very uncomfortable. I know pull outs aren’t usually that great, but it was a thin mattress and could have been better. Even the couch itself was really hard and uncomfortable.

The street access was convenient. It lead us to this tucked away location that was still close enough to restaurants and a few activities for the time I and my husband was looking to have. The front landscaping was beautiful to see upon arrival and even at night. The interior was modernly designed with elements that made it felt a cozy to us. The time we spent there it was quiet and they have a "No Party" clause for the facility that comforted us to know that they desired to keep it a quiet environment. We did enjoy the exercise room, whirlpool, and pool during our stay and look forward in the future to experiencing the outdoor firepit, indoor lobby fireplace, and pool room. During, our current stay we did not experience the breakfast but there was one available though I felt like the breakfast time was short especially for us for the weekend. There where a few repairs that were visibly needed and noted while we were there but on this occasion, it did not over all negatively affect our stay as first time visitors. We did have to contact the front desk over a few things in the room and though they were not able to resolve them because it was beyond the facilities current capabilities at the time, the staff was responsive and kind and offered what they could. We do look forward to returning in the future.

I was impressed with the very friendly accommodating staff. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with queen bed. Next time I would pick the basic king room. The layout of the suite felt small and there is no oven. The cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes were very impressive. The shower head was crazy high up for a 8ft tall person! The shower was not enjoyable. The bed was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels as needed on request. The pool table is great! The swimming pool seems basic I didn’t go in but it’s perfect for kids. The breakfast is okay, limited dairy free or vegan options. Parking is convenient and you can access the building with a keycard by the side doors easily. I stayed in a room that had a view of a brick wall which made it seem dark in the room. The overall vibe of the hotel is quiet and laid back. I would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the updates to this clean and modern all suite Hotel. Everything was spotless from the outdoor areas, common areas and the guest suite. The only issues I had were the fact that there was no information provided on ours, accessibility, location of things, etc. I had to look them up online instead of just having them in room, or provided to me upon check-in.

Not visible from the main road and no sign on the road in- wasn’t sure if we were in the right place or where the front desk was, very odd!

Breakfast had to improve. Same thing every day is not nice to eat. Also the way type of food avaliable is very less compared to any small hotel in Europe.

Lobby smells fresh and relaxing. Atmosphere is nice and calm and quiet. Pool room is very clean. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided in shower for convenience. Full kitchen with utensils for long stays. Very clean and nothing is outdated.

They were friendly and helpful from the start, letting us check in early and letting us know the property was having renovations. It was super quiet and the breakfast had some great packaged options.

The studio room was wonderful and roomy. Loved the workstation, furniture and bed were comfortable. Dishwasher needed replacement, did not fit in with the updated room.

This is first time I've stayed here and was very impressed. Super clean, wonderfully large rooms with full kitchen. Loved the layout...just felt like a cozy little home away from home. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is awaiting major renovation held up by factors out of their control, but is kept VERY clean and they will fix things if you tell them about it. Management and employees are all very pleasant, kind, and accommodating. Nice to chat with them.

We did not like the lack of a real breakfast, lack of mask enforcement, noise from the highway, and noise from adjacent rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here! In times of Covid it is hard for overworked staff to remain positive and upbeat. But the staff at this hotel were incredible! So accommodating and pleasant! We will stay here again when we return primarily because of the staff.

Well the hotel smelled god awful the whole time. Each day the Hall way smelled like a different fart! Will not stay here again!

The staff was nice, but our room had dirty sticky carpet. I did not feel like I was in a clean room for my 5 night stay. No one ever cleaned our room or asked if we needed anything replenished. The breakfast was a very cheap covid modified style. No juice cartons, yogurt, milk cartons or cereal cartons. Just the same selection of danish, muffins,oatmeal, water or coffee. Bagged waffles with no syrup. Spoons only. Unhealthy options when u have kids. I thought they’d atleast get to eat cereal. Our dishwasher was broken upon arrival. Therefore, I’m assuming my dishes were filthy and rinsed with water considering it had brown standing water upon arrival. I was given soap and the engineer never came to fix the dishwasher.

You have to PROHIBIT cooking of curry. It stunk up the whole floor.

A group of people were partying very loud in the courtyard area outside our window at night. I finally called and complained at 1:45am and I could hear staff ask them to keep it down. They completely ignored that and kept going strong until at least 3am. Not sure why they were even allowed in that area at that hour. Especially after a complaint.

I was disappointed by my stay here. It was a very noisy hotel with sketchy-looking people roaming the halls talking loudly and slamming doors all night. The stench of someone smoking weed in the building was evident at several times over my stay. My room was not particularly clean and all of the furniture was beat up and the place had clearly been used hard by previous guests. I will not stay at this location again. I have had better experiences at cheap $40 budget hotels than paying over $100 a night to stay here.

What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. Everything was untidy and did not seem like much time was spent cleaning. Our room was a 6 out of 10 at best. Carpets were not clean. Pillows were lumpy etc. The staff seemed over worked and were not friendly at all. Everything just seemed like a hassle front check-in to checkout. We felt as if we were bothering them. This is definitely not the usual experience from this brand hotel.

Easy to find. Lot where you park had garbage everywhere. Vestibule when you enter was dirty with visible dirt. Inside was dingy and there was garbage from people staying there in the hall all evening and afternoon.

The pipes were humming every time we flushed. The fixtures were falling apart. No cookware. The last night the room started smelling like urine. The pillows were flat. The toilet had stains.

Overall very nice hotel. Currently, rooms sit dormant 72 hours for covid regulations. I'm certain staffing is difficult to find at this time, yet our rooms could've been cleaner. High touch areas weren't really up to par. The price was cheap- again, I'm certain due to low travel times with covid.

My Valentine’s Day was terrible due to this stay my first room was very cold and the toilet was stained it needs replaced my bed was off the bed frame every time we sat on bed the other end of the bed would pop up. So I called in and asked for another room. I was given another room this room was colder than the other one I tried turning heat up but the whole night it only went up a couple degrees I guess the hotel has it set. It was freezing all night. I’m very disappointing I’m calling to speak with a manager about this. Worst hotel experience every especially on Valentine’s Day

The hotel it self was great! Nice, roomy and clean! The staff on the hand namely LaRoy was less than friendly. Seem to be annoyed when calling for help or questions about the area. Overall the experience was nice and we’d definitely stay here again.

Literally froze fully dressed with my coat on in bed with extra blanoets piled up 10 degrees outside 30 in my hotel room this is the abdolute worse experience ever

Very spacious with kitchen but maybe due to COVID, there were not much customers, it wasn’t too clean. Dust everywhere and the coffee pot had old coffee stains! Breakfast was just muffins, water and either orange or apple or banana.

The property was in a very convenient location. However, the hallways and stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. Our room contained cabinetry that was worn and broken, mirrors were dirty, a light fixture cover was partially off, and chairs had badly peeling vinyl.

I arrived at the hotel around 2:40. When I got there the customer service rep was really nice. She asked me what I preferred upstairs or down. I did tell her down. She gave me one that wasn’t far from the door which I appreciated but they failed to mention it was next to the utility room where there was constant banging and noise. I decided I would push through the noise Bc I spent the money already and didn’t want to have to unpack and repack. I took a shower to try and relax and shut the door to find someone’s used dental floss pick. I was extremely grossed out. Especially during COVID I didn’t feel like this room was clean. Behind the stove was gross. It had a musty smell in the bed. I said I wasted the money so I would just continue to stay and try to push through so I ordered dinner. After a few hours I just couldn’t even relax. I ended up leaving at 7:30 pm when I went to front desk there was a long line and I just wasn’t going to wait.I called the office a few times and no one answered. Once I contacted someone they brushed it off and I asked about closing it out and how disgusting it was. Her response was ok so you aren’t coming back at all tonight? I said no absolutely not. I’ve been here before and never had problems. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied time and money wasted.

I've stayed at this hotel before and this is the only time I've been disappointed. The staff, especially the manager Carmela, is always very friendly and accommodating. Usually the rooms are very nice, but this time we were in a room filled with issues and not properly cleaned. Walls, chairs and couch were stained and dirty. Glasses were cracked and the silverware was dirty. I'm sure I could've switched rooms but it would have been a pain to move all my stuff. I hope this was a one time incident and that I can count on a clean room next time like usual.

We stayed for a week. no one ever attempted to clean. We had to ask for clean towels. We needed someone to unclog the toilet when we got there and we were told the maintenance man would not be in for 4 days. they let me use a plunger and I unclogged the toilet the plunger sat in the hall for 2 days and I finally brought it inside the room. Garbage was laying out in the halls not getting picked up. Lipstick stains on the mirror by the elevators were never cleaned during our entire stay. All the cabinets in the room were falling apart and beat up. This facility needs a renovation.

My door was broke the whole & I had no idea anyone could have walked in and I would’ve had no idea. Also the guy who checked me in was rude. And when I checked out the lady at the desk made rude comments to my little cousin I asked her about it she didn’t deny it but she said it in a nicer way. It was just horrible I took a video of my door and how u can just push it open but this app only allows me to upload pictures so I can’t do it

My family and I spent 5 nights here in a two room suit. This was the only hotel around that area with double rooms with a kitchen which is convenient. I loved that check out is at noon. I would stay here again

Shower/bath tub was not cleaned at all and when you take a shower the water doesn't run out in stays in the tub until you cut the water off also the floors needs a deep cleaning the tv barely worked unless you standing exactly in front of it and it not a feet away my closet door was stuck and wouldn't close in my room the toilet wasn't to clean as well and you had to hold the handles in order for the toilet to be flushed. Then the guy at the dront desk basically was having an off day cause it showed. I will not be staying here again
