SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Warrenville

This is our 3rd year returning to SpringHill Suites Marriott. We usually stay around 2 weeks. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is always comfortable and very clean with very comfortable beds. I really like the location as it is close to the interstate and very good restaurants.

The location of property was great Room not clean at all.

Stay was mediocre. Property could use some maintenance in the parking lot and room updates. Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable at all, no trash bags in the bins, shower itself was older and had a crack in it. Staff was very nice though.

Don’t like the sink not in the bathroom. Didn’t like housekeeping only on every other day

Good location. Comfortable room. when we arrived our first room smelled of sewer so they were very quick to relocate us to another room. A few details - first impressions - nice spacious room but on closee look - curtain was ripped. Stains on carpet.

Our stay was nice. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were professional. It was super busy at the hotel that weekend so breakfast was chaotic. I will definitely stay here again.

Actually there were some lady bugs and other kind of bugs on curtain. When requested for change in the rooms . Since they were fully booked they were not able to provide alternate and also they did t provide other alternative option too and I ba ent even got credits too. I have left the hotel at 1:00 am along with family and got another hotel booked.

Customer service is excellent, the room was clean and big enough for my family. I came into town and I had an Airbnb rented out and that was the worst experience ever. But when it comes down to the Marriott they’re top tier all the time.

I don’t usually write reviews but for the first time I had the worst experience with the staff who is not friendly but rude when I said the keys did not work for 3 times and they said there is a latch issue but did not care but getting upset they were busy and I was bothering her.

Good stay. Clean, convenient, and nice room. Did get a knock at the door- we were up and ready, but It seems like more hotels are doing this to get people out faster. I would expect a nice hotel not to disturb guests until check out. Otherwise great stay.

Layout of rooms is odd with bathroom sink directly in front of beds. Air conditioner/fan very loud making it difficult to sleep.

It was just amazing all around

I like the room layout. By simply adding a partition you will get a private place for chatting, discuss with other members while experiencing hot coffee.

There was hair all over the bathroom sink and toothpaste on the wall behind The sink and the bathroom floor was dirty , not sure if the flat sheet had been changed or not. This is a nice hotel but the upkeep is just terrible.

Big room. Furniture was pretty old and the sofa bed absolutely needed an upgrade. You could really feel the springs. Breakfast was decent.

Amazing hotel! Did not plan on a deposit using a card but oh well. Cleaning team also almost came in on us as we asked for a late check out! Late check out was amazing! Pool very nice and breakfast was amazing!

Stay was good . Breakfast was good too. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was my executive suite looked pretty standard . Otherwise stay was great . I would definitely return. Traveled with family .

Air conditioning was loud

We arrived late and didn’t check out the condition or cleanliness of the room. Dirty sheets and blood stains on the carpet. Disgusting. We asked to speak to the manager but the woman at the front desk said she wasn’t in yet, took our number and would have her call us. No phone call.

The room was comfortable and clean, the buffet was well stocked and always very neat. The pool area was likewise clean and well supplied with towels. Some room furnishings looked dated and need to be updated. Overall, our week stay was comfortable and it met our needs.

Booked this room for our special-needs daughter who was in need of a place to stay for a few days. While I never saw the property myself, she did say the place was beautiful. I also had a few interactions with the staff over the phone, and I greatly appreciate their kindness and patience in helping her out.

We booked this hotel to have the extra space in a suite-type room. It wasn’t clear at the time of booking if the couch was a pull out bed but it was so that was good. The staff were alright not overly friendly or welcoming but not rude. The kids enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning.

I liked the size and layout of the room. My daughters requested to have their rooms cleaned but never were.

This was a typical hotel in this price range. The beds were comfortable The breakfast was the usual stuff with a couple of hot items each day - eggs and sausage. The room was quiet even with a bunch of kids staying there. I will stay here again.

The property was dirty, not well maintained, and not well staffed. Those staff who were actually working were kind however.

This was my first time staying in a SpringHill Suites. I would definitely stay again. One of the best “free” breakfasts options I have seen in a while. Option to buy wine and beer in lobby was a plus.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My travel plans were delayed due to snow so I stayed at this hotel last minute, the breakfast had plenty of variety, I was with my kids, everyone enjoyed their meal. The staff was helpful, the cleaning crew did a great job. My only concern was that the initial room that we stayed in had noticeable mold growing around the AC unit, one of the wall paper pieces fell off and there was plenty of water damage and mold growing in that area; I let the front desk know of the issue and they gave us a new room down the hall with a better view, this new room seemed clean overall. The pool looked like a fun place for the kids though we went into town instead, the gym was small but had some dumbbells, a couple treadmills, an exercise bike, and a small bench. The location felt safe; I would stay here again; the best thing about the stay was the breakfast and the parking lot view as the snow fell. If it wasn't snowing it probably wouldn't have been such a nice view, it still beats the first view of the pool building roof.

Friendly and helpful staff, the continental breakfast was plentiful and the overall stay was very comfortable and nice. The drinking water was not palatable and the carpeting needs a good cleaning in the hotel room that we stayed in. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was very clean. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The only thing we ran into was that the wifi was not good.

A quick overnight for a show at the WC Social Club. Hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. Had all the amenities we needed.

My last night I was disturbed by kids, knocking on my door and running also slide a naked picture under my door. I complained several times and brought them the naked picture. I wasn’t offered another room or anything so I did not sleep all night and had to drive home the following morning.

The room was a great size, a bit of an odd layout but no issue. We have stayed here before and will be back again. Oh, the breakfast was pretty good. Many places have really wet eggs, but these ones were perfect. The cheese and salsa was great as well. Loved the chocolate milk.

I usually love staying here but this time was horrible. It was a bunch of kids staying there and ots like they didn't sleep they were running up and down the halls and playing on the elevator my son couldn't go swimming we couldn't get any sleep. The noise and the running and banging and falling was too much.

Hotel was empty at the time of check in but put in a low level room off the expressway and outside the ice machine. Have stayed here many times but never had a room like this. Also, a Marriott gold member and usually that makes a difference as to room location.

I stayed for two nights with my two little girls. We had a great experience from checkin to check out. Would stay here again.

First, the pros: the staff, without exception, was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. Now the less good: The room we had was a catacomb -- dark living room with uninspiring layout and lot of wasted space, a cramped bedroom, and a teeny bathroom. The furniture was really basic, the bathroom a plastic insert with a hollow thud when using, with everything exhibiting some wear (tears in the curtains, for instance). Lights were glaring bright white, a fist in the eye at night and early in the morning. The overall impression is like a bad Hollywood cliche of a hotel room where deals go bad. The cleanliness was also questionable: there were some spots on the carpet (of uncertain vintage), hairballs stuck in the drain that leap out when bathtub is in use. Vanity had some sticky spots of some sort that we didn't investigate too closely. Housekeeping stop in unpredictably -- sometimes yes, sometimes no. Breakfast is also hit and miss. There were days when there was thin gruel and breakfast sausages individually wrapped in plastic and then warmed (warmed in individual plastic baggies...ugh!). Some days there's the traditional scrambled egg and sausage. A pile of bananas. Plates etc. are disposable.

Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. I appreciated some healthy options. Our room had a broken drawer off the hinges, some broken tiles in the bathroom, and the bathtub wouldn’t clog to turn into a bath because the drain piece was broken. Overall we loved our stay. The pool was drab and dreary, no windows, and the water was freezing. They bad no towels left for us.
