    Extended Stay East is always my go to location to temporarily reside for weeks at a time. I have found this hotel location to be clean, quiet, well kept & hospitable, ALWAYS. Brittany at the front desk is so friendly and professional to me and to every customer i see here. She greets everyone with a welcome hello as they enter the building even when she is multitasking checking people in. The staff is patient, kind and guest satisfaction is top priority. I like the atmosphere here, that's why I feel safe coming back. Everything works and no bugs ever in my rooms I have not had any issues.

    Location was good. Area had a lot of food choices No coffee maker or glasses. Lots of cupboards nothing in them. One set of towels no hand towels. No shampoo, conditioner, or tissues.

    Location It was filthy dirty. I cleaned gobs of black hair off bathroom vanity, dried urine off toilet seat, and mold growing around inside of windows. After requesting staff clean, when we returned it was not cleaned. We could not and would not stay in unsanitary run down conditions. Staff was INCREDIBLY rude and yelled at ME when I requested a refund. Said I’d have to wait 4 days until “the manager” came in to refund my $. WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Get this facility off your site! I’m never using booking.com again because of this!

    This is supposed to be a pet-friendly and handicapped accesible it is anything but. There is no handicapped parking, no trolleys for luggage, no ramp for walkers or wheelchairs. As being pet friendly they charge $25.00 per pet which is no big deal, but they add tax without telling the guest. The staff is rude to senior citizens and condescending. I would stay away from this place and will never book with them again. The experience was horrendous.

    They did have nice wall art in the room if you like that stuff. They will not supply you with new towels. Had 2 in the room for 3 of us.. we asked for new towels the next evening and they gave us 1 since we only got 2.. so bring towels. Fold out couch was horrible and no bedding provided. Didn’t notice til we went to bed and went to get bedding and the front desk closed at 10pm. Everything else in the area was booked or $300-$400 a night so I guess we got what we paid for but I’d avoid unless it is your only option like ours.

    Hallways and rooms all smelled of cigarette smoke even though no smoking is allowed. Stains all over the carpets and halls smelled of urine from animals I am assuming. The lady who checked me in was super nice. That’s probably the only plus. Our room didn’t even have hand soap for the bathroom. The shower looked filthy as well definitely would not shower there.

    Hallway always smells of cigarettes and/or marijuana smoke every time I come off the elevator. Rooms are all labeled non-smoking, but other residents obviously ignore it. The room smells of old vomit and mildew. Only one of two burners on the stove work. Half the buttons on the microwave don’t work. They supply nothing without charging. Most places supply at least a basic set of pots and pans and dishes. This place charges $25 for the pans and $20 for dishes. Luckily I live locally and am only using their accommodations while work is being done in my house so I could run back for some things. I brought my own folding table because there isn’t much counter space. My key card stops working daily and the front desk is closed from 10pm to 9am. So if you have to come back after 10pm and your card isn’t working, then you’re locked out for the night. Most hotels have night audit staff so someone is at the desk 24 hours a day. Not this place. There is a phone in the vestibule you can call for service after hours. Thankfully, I haven’t had to use it yet. I have had my card rekeyed 5 times in the past 5 days. They tell me to keep it away from electronics, but it’s in an RFID protected pocket of my wallet, so I know that isn’t the issue. The desk staff are friendly and kind, but the place is an absolute dump. Spend your money elsewhere if you can afford to. You get what you pay for.

    Do NOT stay here!!! Horrible experience!! You have to take your dirty towels down to the office in order to get clean ones. Then they don’t have the front desk open all the time so good luck on getting clean towels. The outlet didn’t work in the bathroom the bath tub was all chipped up as well as the wall. The microwave doesn’t work and omits a terrible smell. Was locked out of the hotel my first night. Had to go around the back and was unsafe. They don’t even have basic necessities like shampoo and conditioner!!! No coffe whatsoever!!! Why on earth would you stay here!!!!! Aweful!! Never Never Never again!!!

    This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. The hallways smelled really bad. My sisters room had no shower curtain. My friends room, the toilet seat was broken/cracked. There are no amenities in the room. You have to bring your own. The desk receptionist and the manager had no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never stay there again. Terrible experience all the way around.

    The office was closed I had to call and wait until they found whoever was working. 15 min latter she comes. My reservation was there but she said the room smells like smoke.     This place was so disgusting, we ended up leaving after checking in. It was filthy, run down, and there were dogs barking incessantly and destroying the door. We were greeted at the front desk by a dirty toilet plunger sitting on the floor. The smell of smoke, must and marijuana slapped you in the face when you walked in. There was trash strewn on the floor and hallway when we got off on the 2nd floor. I have never experienced anything like this.

    The room itself was very clean & smelled good. The sheets were fresh & pillows too. However, the remote 4 the TV didn't work, tried 2 get it corrected but they gave me a universal that wouldn't pull the guide up 2 see what was on the channels that were available. Then my card wouldn't work on the side door, I'm a smoker and am forced to go out to smoke, which is fine, went & had it fixed, tried again later, still not working. Went 2 get it fixed, the employee was busy chatting w/ someone outside about clothes. Interrupted them, she said "That happens sometimes" & stared at me without offering a fix. As I bored holes in2 her eyes with my own she then explained that it's normal 4 the side door 2 not work properly. I walked away briskly & she accused me of having an attitude & that "that"s ok cuz she didn't care anyway". I replied I knew she didn't as she hadn't fixed any of the issues I had pointed out in the first place. So......clean & fresh but terrible service & terrible employees that create confrontation themselves, even if you try 2 walk away quietly. And of course I got an attitude, I'm not getting anything fixed but you definitely got my money. She was African, leather fedora hat, glasses, white button shirt, seemed 2b the night manager. Terrible interactive skills, needs a mountain of training.

    Terrible. The guy at the front was rude as hell to me and the charged me a late fee when I added a day on to my stay which makes no sense because we never checked out so how would we get a late fee?. There was no complimentary shampoo, lotion, or body wash even though when you check in it states online there is. At this location they charge you 1.75 plus tax if you need anything that is suppose to come with your stay including toilet paper and extra towels. Absolutely ridiculous. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room, everything was stained. It was just so ghetto here and I will never stay at an extended stay again.

    The credit card payment to check in wasnt working. The hallways are extremely dark, dirty and had garbage. The room i had the ceiling was hanging in spots, the closet shelving broken, stove top burners severely rusted, bath surround was peeling a part, walls were dinged up and paint missing. I had booked 2 nights and left next morning. No one there in am until after 9 am so had to leave without checking out. Outside looks clean but inside a whole other story. Book somewhere else.

    Friendly people at the front desk and helpful with where to go in the area. It's close to the highway, but you definitely need a car to get to the grocery stores if you're planning on cooking. Also, it's a BYO cookware, plates, utensils, etc. You can buy them at the desk, but it's pricey.

This hotel is pet friendly so there were dogs barking intermittently, keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet stay.

    I checked in late due to a flight delay and the attendant blurted out “I don’t know why they sent you here we don’t have no rooms available” she looked up my name and to her surprise I did have a room booked. Upon entering the room I immediately saw stains on the counters, sink and shower. Honestly I’m not entirely sure if the shower stains were dirt or mold but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but the chips out of the enamel on the tub were undeniable. I just thank God that my wife wasn’t with me because she would’ve insisted we sleep in the car! Left the next morning and would’ve checked out immediately but I couldn’t find any staff so I called back a few hours later but never got my money back.

    The services is bad and the conditions of the property is very poor. Realize the property needs to be updated and the staff needs to be trained correctly. A phone system needs to be added so that the front desk attendant know that there someone at the desks. Because you will be waiting for 15-20 minutes. Some staff members are helpful. It’s just a give and take situation.

    Read reviews and believe them. The best things was it was quiet and inexpensive. 2night stay. This hotel is not typical of this chain. The room had an undescribable smell. Almost every surface was either chipped or painted over in a color that wasn't even close. There were holes in the walls. Mold in the bathroom.The staff was pleasant, but this facility is beyond rundown. Hopefully they are planning on a rennovation.

    The place definitely needed some up keep. Carpet and floors were dirty in elevator and hallways and cold tell were not vacuumed in awhile. There was a person sitting down in the hallway outside room having a phone conversation for a long time and other things to make the stay feel akward.     I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. It's in a state of severe disrepair, more fitting for a 1-star rating. The rooms reek of cigarettes, with stained and dirty carpets. The shower area was a mold-infested nightmare, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. To top it off, the room had multiple holes in the walls, posing a safety risk. The pitch-dark hallway to the rooms was concerning, and the front desk’s 11pm-9am closure was inconvenient. My advice: Avoid this place and invest a bit more in a safer, cleaner option. There are red flags everywhere.

    This property looks nothing like the pictures! Upon arrival, folks wee in the lobby complaining about rooms being double booked and folks walking into rooms that were already occupied!! Another couple immediately asked for a refund. And guess what the same thing happened to us! We walked in on a family with their children! We immediately asked for a full refund and a cancellation! The property smelled of garbage on the third floor and you could smell food cooking on the second. It was run down and shady looking from the lobby to the room! So glad we got outta there!

    However, at this location upon arrival, it took over 10 minutes to check in (we were the only guests there) because the woman working was on her phone having a screaming match with one of her friends. We finally went up to our non-smoking room and the entire floor reeked of cigarettes. Sure enough, so did our room. Our key cards get reset every time we leave the room. We have to go back to the front desk each time and the same woman is on her phone with a friend… making the process take much longer. The “breakfast included” featured 2 leftover granola bars and 1 muffin. I’d expect this down the street at a run down motel, but not for this price, not from you guys.

    There were no shampoo or conditioner, the A/C didn’t see to cool the room enough, some of the cabinets were broken, the top of the fridge was dirty, and normally a king sized room has 4 pillows and there were only 3. The room wasn’t filthy, but it felt unclean because it looked like the place wasn’t being properly maintained. We decided to check out the same day we arrived because we weren’t comfortable enough to sleep there.

    Booked and paid for room w/king size bed. Also inquired about first floor room. Put in first floor room and Wasn’t told there are only queen beds on 1st floor. Stayed. Water on floor in bathroom which we cleaned up to have the toilet overflow when used. Had to plunge but no mop or maint to clean up floor

    I made a reservation the day before. I realized that I was not going to be able to check in until 11:00 due to a work commitment. I called them to alert them of this at 7:00. They said that all rooms become 1st come, 1st serve after 6:00 and they only had 1 room left. I had to be late to my meeting in order to get the dank room that I had a reservation for. The room wasn't too bad though it smelled of mold. There was trash and spit in the elevator. You're right on the highway so forget opening your windows. Cheap sheets and a mattress where you can feel the buttons rounded things out perfectly.
