    They put me next to a room with kids that were wild and loud. When I complained they said they were autistic. At 2 in the morning they were still screaming and banging the walls. I got absolutely no sleep that night. None. When I complained to the front desk I told her if it happened again that next night I was calling the cops. I meant it because the kids sounded like they need help. The older brother was watching them and he couldn’t handle them. He screamed at them at 2 in the morning. He shouldn’t have had to do the parents job. Where were they bar hopping. The second night after I made the threat and my brother also said we would call the cops they did much better. When I talked to one of the employees she rolled her eyes at me. I think she might have been the mother. Should I have had to put up with that. I don’t blame the kids but the parents need to parent. A little chihuahua swat is not going to hurt. Other than that the rooms were really clean.

    I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Although the rooms are somewhat no frills, it was still very comfortable, clean, and quiet. I got a good night's sleep every night. Can't beat the price. One thing I especially liked were all the restaurants I could walk to.

    Kitchen can be fully stocked by request, safe parking. Quaint motel with excellent staff. The room was clean and inviting. Laundry room on sight, full sized refrigerator and working kitchen. Nancy is a delight at the front desk, ever friendly and helpful. A must stay if you are in the area.

There wasn't even a coffee pot/coffee/tea in the room........all items had to be checked out at the front desk with additional $ for sterilization/cleaning. I've stayed other places for less. They say you can have dishes delivered to your room, but I had to pick them up from the front desk. The cabinet in my room closed in the most awkward fashion, and I jammed my finger. I’m going to the doctor later this week because I think I have a fracture. No access from the side doors. They try to nickel and dime everything at this property, including laundry, which is really a dollar more expensive than what they say. The hallway smelled like poop for half of my stay, and staff really seemed unmotivated and disinterested the entire time outside of my check in experience. Walls are also very then. The room was kind of depressing. No color or even pictures on the wall.

    The front desk staff were helpful. The mess on the carpet in the hallway a few doors down from our room went un vacuumed the two nights we were there. There was trash on the elevator floor. There was a lot of loitering going on late into the night, both inside the lobby and outside the hotel. There were people smoking right outside the lobby doors despite a sign stating that wasn’t allowed near the building.

    Room was clean, no frills, and staff was responsive to requests for fresh towels. Parking was fine, but the number of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking gave it a shady feeling. Breakfasts were heavy on starch, no fruit, milk or protein.

    Great location - lots of restaurants, markets and other facilities nearby. We could just walk across when we needed anything. The property was clean and well maintained, the rooms and amenities were exactly what we needed and the staff were warm and friendly, always ready to support any request and assist as needed - a special thanks to Nancy, Angie and Kela at the front desk.     The make worker was so rude. I called to get clean sheets and i was told i cant have any clean sheets bcs they are only given out during the day so he yelled at me hung up on me and cussed at me. Very rude person he should not be working here with that bad customer service. Ive never heard that someone cant get a clean set of sheets like what. The bed sheets were literally flipped inside out it was dirty and i just want a new sheet. His customer service skills sucks and very rude person!!!! How does one person that works there say i can ask for them whenever but i go and ask another person and i get a different answer its ridiculous. This is forsure on the DNR list.

    We went there to get away one night used to stay there 5 months ago to our surprise the hotel has been completely redone. Sure things were out dated before but with the wonder staff you wanted to come all the time they make you feel at home. Now all rooms redone big screen TV new lighting bath tub flooring wow great work! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home treated like your more than just a guest. Plus everything new even the bed. Only thing not new is the price. Price is still the same. I didn't want to leave

    Traveling as a woman on my own, I didn’t feel comfortable as I pulled up to the hotel as many people were hanging out around the parking lot and staring at me. When I went to check in, I was told that I did not have a reservation at that hotel. I said that I did and showed the man at the front desk my hotels.com booking confirmation and he said he couldn’t use that information. I tried to find the reservation number for the hotel in an e-mail that hotels.com sent me but I didn’t have good service in the building and I asked if I could use the hotel’s wifi but the man at the front desk told me wifi was only in the rooms. He asked me if I was at the correct hotel and slowly said the name of the hotel to me and I said yes I was at the right hotel on the correct date. He eventually looked down at his desk and found that I had already been checked in my another member of the staff. As I was signing paperwork for check in, I noticed they didn’t have my correct last name on the paperwork. I let the front desk agent know and he said I must have made a mistake when entering in my name on the booking and I said I had not (which was also later confirmed by hotels.com that I had not). He told me I needed to contact Expedia or whoever I had made the booking through to correct it. As I went up to my room I could hear dogs barking and felt uneasy in the elevator and hallway. The room did not look like the pictures on this site, the room was very dated and there was liquid on the floor.

    The room was filfthy, sheets were unclean/ stained, there was dried spilled liquid on the floors, paint was chipped and the desk was scratched up. My son took pictures and we made a formal complaint. We have stayed at this hotel chain before but never had any issues prior to this experience.

    Are checking staff Stewart was great. The checkout person seemed like they were in a hurry I wouldn't say that she was rude. She was very monotoned. Our TV was broken when we checked in. They were not able to change his rooms because the hotel was fully booked and they had no replacement TV to bring us either. We were neither offered a discount or anything other than an "I'm sorry"

    There is a secret exit door on the opposite side of the elevator that lets people exit to the "maintenance room" that is right behind it. They'll take your wife, daughter, or girlfriend to the other side of the rainbow, have her there for days then return her to the same place they took her from and only minutes have gone by. Unless you want your females turned out and sent back to you broke stay away

    Horrible staff! There was absolutely no professionalism or integrity. I booked and paid on Expedia but when I arrived the hotels computer was down. Even with my reservation, recipient and bank account withdrawal I was refused a room after waiting around over an hour. All the nearby hotels were booked and the front desk couldn’t even pretend to care that I was exhausted, with a child and have a morning flight. Sitting in my car in the middle of the night now, in a foreign city because after I questioned why she let a man get his room by “taking his word that he’d pay in the morning” and she wrote his cc # down (her words) but wouldn’t get me my room with proof I had paid, she freaked out and told me I needed to leave and she didn’t care I paid that she wouldn’t let me have a room. She then told me that she is only laundry personnel and walked away. Not even from the start did she seem to care 5 people were waiting around for rooms, most likely frustrated and tired. Such a rude woman. Thank you Expedia for issuing a refund, I will continue to book with Expedia but never this hotel.

    I was put in a room on the second floor. As soon as I exited the elevator I noticed the entire 2nd floor had an odor of grease & stale air from everyone cooking. When I opened the door to my room, it smelled like someone had just (within an hour) cooked themselves breakfast. As I looked around I noticed the bed was made very nicley with an envelope predominantly displayed asking for tips! Unfortunately the refrigerator had red sauce or something on it down the handle of the white door, a slight layer of grease everywhere, & the odor took the whole two days we spent there to kind of go away. When I arrived home I realized the odor made my personal blankets and clothing smell! So if they are still looking for T.I.P.S. (To Ensure Proper Service) do your only job & clean the room! Long story short I had to go to W-Mart to buy cleaning supplies to clean. The best part is they charged me $104 for my two dogs to stay for extra cleaning! My sugestion is to just pay a little more and be clean & comfortable! #FILTHANDSQUALOR

    The general area of the hotel is suburban and nice. This motel and the one next door house people long term evidently. There is dog poop everywhere outside. Liquor bottles all over the grassy area. I had a moving truck and a guy in the parking lot warned me his pickup truck has been broken into several times. Makes sense with all the people I saw just “hanging out”. The man that checked me in was nice but when I returned my key within an hour and told him I didn’t feel like my truck was safe he did NOT seem surprised. Hmmm. I should have taken the other bad reviews more seriously !!!

    I booked a room at 0030 to get a few hours sleep before driving home. I showed up a little after 0100. It took almost 20 minutes to get someone to let me in and then I was told that their computer system was doing it's nightly backup and they couldn't let me check in until 0700.

    I didn't like the property at all. This is the kind of place that comps people for review. This property is nothing like the pictures. At the main entrance and parking lot people are just hanging out smoking weed and cigarettes. There were cigarettes buds all over the ground. The place smells horrible inside. The signature pad hasn't been cleaned in awhile. I could feel the crud as I signed with my finger. The elevator was filthy. I got to my room and it was disgusting. The floors, tub, sink, table and chair were all dirty. The furniture looks like it was picked up in an alley. The recliner was worn and dirty. I did not stay. I asked for a refund but front desk staff said they didn't know how to do that. He was kind enough to hand write me a note and sign it. I'm requesting a refund. This place is nothing like advertised.

    Upon arrival to the hotel all the staff was exceptionally good they made sure that everything I needed was taken care of they have been very very good about making sure to ask me if my stay is good if there's anything they can do to make it better. The room did smell a little when I walked in the room but I just sprayed my perfume and it's been fine ever since. Nancy at the front desk is exceptionally great!!!

    We arrived and clerk couldn't find our reservations. Two people in front of us had trouble checking in as well. I contacted Hotels.com, they phoned front desk, clerk didn't answer. I kept Hotels.com on the phone & got back in line. Finally resolved issue. Room had bad smoke odor. Because of bad weather we stayed there, but slept with the window open. Earlier I went to front desk to request coffee pot (out of) dishes & silverware. Only received 2 coffee mugs & 2 spoons. Clerk looked at spoons & started wiping them with his fingers & just about to breathe on the spoons when I told him to give me washing liquid. The elevator alarm was on, the door was open & stuck. Clerk pulled the door out of the jam. In the lobby people were walking their dogs in & out. One person had 3 dogs & said he had a dog-walking business. During the night dogs could be heard barking. Overall our overnight stay was the horrible. Clerk was incompetent & not very friendly. We will never stay at this hotel again & we recommend others to look elsewhere. If it weren't for the snowstorm we would have looked for another hotel.

    Front desk was rude, Room was so dirty. Had to purchase a air mattress because we were afraid to sleep on the disgusting bed, There was old food behind the chair. Old food under the air conditioning unit. Bathtub was dirty and the entire hotel smelt like steel cigarette and piss.

    Check in was horrible! Took guy at front desk forever to check in I prebooked online. Then no tv or on and off service all wkend. Comforter was stained. Loud and noisy all wkend. Hall smelled of marajuana…homeless people hanging around outside window and someone or several people living in camper parked outside in and out of that all wkend. Nosey people hanging around by door listening and ease dropping by my door. Cops driving through parking lot. If I knew this place was a target for bad people? Or drugs? Idk… would not have stayed. Horrible stinky halls of dog poop or pee/ garbages always full and smelled horrible in halls!!!

    The staff is always great I’ve never met any member of the staff that was not helpful even down to the maintenance guy! This is definitely a hidden gem if you want a peace of mind this is definitely the place to be just being genuinely honest.

    Nice looking outside, old and run down inside. Evening checkin and fellow was not warm. They have no ice machine, just ice trays in the room freezer, which were not filled. Someone opened our room door at 11pm...had the top bar not been on the would have been in our room. Turning off the bathroom light resulted in a horrible clunking noise, and the TV screen was literally blue with no ability to alter contrast or brightness.

    Our room was clean and bed was comfortable, although refrigerator made an awful noise about every 20 minutes. Really noisy and woke us up several times throughout the nightThe public areas were really dirty..appeared the vacuum cleaner was broke. Food particles in hallways, on elevator, in lobby. There was limited areas for pets to do business. We've stayed at similar type hotels and this was definitely below our expectations.

    Only issue is if the hotel states that they have breakfast it should be more than just granola bars. A lot of the time i look at that option and figure the money saved by not having to buy breakfast into the room cost but when you do so and it only ends up having the value of $2.00 you end up feeling cheated.

    We had to wait 3 1/2 hours for this property to be ready. Excuses were made as to why we couldn’t get a room. Things like they were doing some sort of nightly process that lock down the computers. That was only supposed take an hour. Instead we were left to stand in the lobby never offered a chair we finally had to ask. The front desk receptionist was in the back supposedly doing laundry. She was in the back the entire time we were there except for brief moments we were able to try to get some information out of her. She also would not answer the phone when you guys called to confirm that we did not have a room yet. 3 1/2 hours later she finally gave in give us a room because supposedly she could now check us in. People were locked out of the building because she was not answering the after hours phone and letting people in. The next day when I woke up at 8 to call and ask for a late check out because we didn’t get our room until 3:30am, we were given approval only to be woken up at 11:15 by the manager who had not been filled in apparently and said that checkout time was 11 it is now 11:15 what was going on? We told her we had called and gotten permission from the front desk at eight that morning. She apologized and then left. Only to have someone knock on our door a few minutes later. Then we heard some talking in the halls saying no they’re fine. They were completely unorganized. And the nighttime front desk receptionist was completely rude. Never will I stay there again!

    After staying here for 2 whole days & rebooking online thru a third party & having our room paid for the old butch lady at the front desk had a fit & caused a scene & belittled me telling me that i had not paid for the room and was subject to getting my belongings out the room cause she had no info about me or my husband & than had the nerve to change my whole booking even tho she had no authority to change a third parties reservation! Old mean butch lady & her policy should be more respectful when talking to a costomer that already had paid in full! Bad lady! Never again nor will I recoomend anyone to stay here
