What concerned me most was that the room door did not lock properly, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The entire atmosphere of the property felt sketchy and not somewhere I felt safe staying. Because of these issues, I canceled my reservation and left within 10 minutes of arriving on the property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and accurately represented place to stay.I’m

Convenient, clean. Lousy parking options.

AC didn’t work well, shower didn’t drain well, smelled of smoke in the room. Staff were friendly. Know what you’re getting into.
- 4/5
Staff were very helpful, the newly renovated room was spacious. The breakfast has limited options but they kept it stocked
- 4/5
The stay was OK. The front desk was very helpful with check-in and checkout. The rooms were pretty clean. But they were in a transition from turning from a La Quinta to a Ramada Inn?. It was kind of odd. But the breakfast in the morning was horrible. We showed up two mornings in a row, and there was only two peach yogurts and waffles available. No eggs, no milk. Their bread was stale and everything was gone and not being refilled. We ended up just going to McDonald’s for breakfast for the remainder of our stay. I have always stayed at a La Quinta for years so I know how my expectations should be.

You can tell they’ve tried to update the hotel. But certain parts of it are not updated. Our TV would not work and the secure lock on the door wouldn’t lock.
- 2/5
The staff were nice. Housekeeping never once came to clean our rooms. Not sure if we’re suppose to request for it or not. I didn’t appreciate housekeeping stealing all my drinks and snacks out of my room. This violated my trust with this hotel and I will not be renting/recommending this hotel to any of my families.
- 1.5/5
The front desk clerk who checked us in was really rude.

- 4/5
The property was in good condition and the room was clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. The major drawback was that, for some reason, there was a high percentage of homeless people in the area which was a concern. I understand the facility has limited control over this, but at times I was concerned over my personal safety. Thank you.
- 3/5
“Remodeled” room was done by a 4 year old. Lighting was 2 dim lamps and the sink mirror light. Could have better lighting. No bathroom fan caused the whole room to be humid and uncomfortable. Swimsuits hung for 2 days to dry and never did. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Ice machine broken. Staff was friendly. Get what you pay for overall.

This location needs a lot of updating. Only half the USB ports were functioning. Very noisy. Free breakfast was very sparse. Choices were fewer than any any La Quinta we’ve stayed. Will not be returning.

It was affordable and comfortable, with a good location and very nice staff. The continental breakfast needs improvement, TV is small. Door in room opens to the outside and was damaged and bent, seemed someone tried to force the door open at some point.

Location The room smelt like animal urine and cigarette. No tissues in the room and room did not have sofa like it said it did. Also, was told the pool was open when we called prior to booking the room and the pool was drained and we weren't told at check in either.

The front of the property was cute and rustic. But once you go around to the rooms in the back, it's not very clean. We had to change rooms three times due to the room smelling of snoke or the room did not seem worth the money. The staff was friendly and changed our rooms without a hassle. Breakfast is very functional, nothing fancy and great. It's a decent spot for a quick stay.

When we arrived we had a couple of small issues with the room. Basic maintenance issues. They moved us to another room. Both were very clean. The breakfast was comparable to other hotels we have stayed at. It was fresh and enough. The beds were comfortable.
- 4/5
It's an older motel but they have recently redone the rooms so they are pleasant. It was also good value on this Boulder graduation weekend and lots of stores and restaurants by car. If the shades are drawn, the lighting is a bit dim, and hairs in the tub. But still good value.

Someone left their car in front of our motel room with their alarm going off for over seven hours was not able to get a hold of any staff until late morning

There is renovations going on at location. Temporary inconvenience but can be tolerated. Easy entrance to and from express Way i-25.
- 2/5
the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. We attempted to use a baggage rack and the wheels were not adequate to make all the turns from the one elevator to our room. The toilet is too close to the ground and hard to get down and up from. Wi-fi was extremely slow.

I liked the property at prior visits for the most part I was told ive been put on a list that says im not able to stay there anymore. I haven't been able to call the manager during their possible available hours and so I have no idea why I would be denied checkin after booking a reservation by someone who isnt even there at the property.

Plumbing for shower drain near useless. Room and hotel staff however were great

The outside of the hotel felt and looked neglected. The inside of our room was overall clean, but the quality of the recent remodel was poor. I don't recall being advised that the hotel was under construction with the work happening right above our room. We only stayed one night, checked out and had to find another hotel. The staff did the best they could.

Breakfast was ok, most of the front desk employees were friendly but the cleaning crew assign to the section were I was ...well...they were very rude, apathic, unfriendly and they didn't do a very good job at cleaning the room. One day a lady that normally takes care of the other side cover for someone in the area that i was and she was nice, polite and did an excellent job. I stayed there for a little over 2 weeks and on a Friday night someone dropped a glass bottle with alcohol and stayed like that for over a week. The shower bath tub had still the stickiness of the old rubber protector and it made disgusting to step on. The heater stayed on heat the whole time, even when I tried to cool of the room. After a while you can actually smell the mustiness from an old room.

Our hotel key card kept not working and we would have to walk all the way back to the main office, which is pretty far if you’re staying on the opposite side. The condition of the outside area was kind of not good and the elevator was kind of sketchy in the way that I was always worrying that I was gonna get stuck in there. One of my friends that was staying in a different room had a bathroom door that had a broken lock on it. We also had towels in the room that were already . This review is from three months after my stay here and I’ve been getting calls from a number and I finally picked up and it was some sort of scam. A lady was talking on the phone and she said that because I stayed at this hotel I am eligible for like a 3 to 6 day vacation somewhere and there’s a lot of benefits or some sort of package that I could get in she said she had some questions she wanted to ask and when I said no sorry I’m not interested she said are you sure it’s a really good deal or something like that and set a bit more to try to convince me and I said no again sorry I’m not interested and without saying a word she’s just hung up on me and it was all very creepy and suspicious.

Found parking for my tractor, has a laundry facility, and also breakfast in the morning

If I’m not mistaken, her name was Jacqueline at the front desk she was absolutely so amazing! As for the hotel itself and the cleanliness the room was disgusting. Hair on the bed yellow staining hair on bath towels on the floor, other dirt on the floor, hair in the shower. Back of tomorrow seat was dirty. Part of wall by bathroom door if not mistaken was all broken. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. So unbelievably nasty.
- 1/5
The hotel was awful. The room smelled very old and the beds were too small. I will not be using this hotel again.
- 1/5
bad service and they don't respect you
- 3/5
Pet area was good
- 4/5
I would stay again. 😊
- 2/5
Front desk agent was a bit standoffish in helping the line. The elevator was missing buttons and didn't feel safe, stairs have a noticeable tilt to them. The room has several scuff marks on the wall, restroom had holes on the outside of the bath tub and a massive hair ball clogging the shower drain. One bed had sheets with blood stains, while the other bed had some sort of unknown stain on the sheets as well. TV remote didn't turn down the volume or change channels without really forcing the channel button down. Typical thin wills, neighborhood has some characters. Only real convince is that it's right off the highway. Really isn't worth the listed price. Definitely won't stay again.
- 2/5
Additionally, while it is not the hotels fault there were several vagrants wandering around near the hotel property and parking lots through out the day and night.
- 4/5
It’s clean but it is like a motor motel with outside doors. Needs some paint
- 2/5
Room did not have a dresser so nowhere to put clothes. Toilet tissue was rough. One bed was soft and the other was hard.
- 1/5
Everything in room broken. Holes in wall. Ac wouldn’t quit squealing. Floor had sticky stuff on it. Shower was nasty. Towel bar broken. Tv did not work correctly. I was in room 147 but phone said room 149 and someone kept calling. Horrible area with many homeless outside my door at 3 am sleeping. No security that I saw.
- 5/5
The rooms and bathroom was spotless. The reception was polite and helpful. Air conditioning is excellent blowout cool air
- 1/5
The good part was the staff was kind. There bad parts People were doing drugs right outside the rooms. They didn't care if you had to walk past them. Puke on the handrails. Over flowing garbage. The cops were always there. You didn't dare go out after dark. It says pool but it was green and looked like homeless people there stuff in it. Only did housekeeping every three days. You had to go ask for towels, soap, conditioner. The breakfast was coffee and maybe some bagels. It was horrible we left early. It was a family trip would not recommend. I can not believe this was even an option.
- 1/5
The photos were incorrectly shown. The rooms were badly represented. The whole place is in a very sketchy looking area. The whole photo vs irl experience was something that shocked me
- 3/5
My room was VERY CLEAN the only thing I worried about was young guys hanging out outside my room around my car…..they looked to be people living in some rooms of the hotel, don’t know if they were guests….they didn’t look to be guests….I called the reception letting her know about my concerns….I think she called the security since the noise outside my room rapidly stopped and…..my stay was very nice and I could sleep fantastically fine. The area is good and plenty of restaurants and even one of them is just steps off the front parking site of the hotel where they have breakfast. There are plenty of some vendor machines in the reception area of the hotel with plenty of beverages. This hotel is right off Highway 25 with fast access to both South and North. The bathroom was recently remodeled and looks very modernized and nice. The rooom had also a small refrigerator.
- 5/5
This hotel was great. Front desk staff and maintenance did an amazing job, fast, friendly and efficient.Thank you for having us.
- 2/5
Started out good very helpful then we had to stay a couple more nights as the couple days turned to 10 or more customer service turned very ugly very disrespectful and at the end the main manager told us we needed to place another 100$ deposit so we asked if they could check us out to get the deposit from before and we will put it back in when that occurs because the times before they let us carry over the deposit due to we stayed in the same room and we paid for extra night as we needed because we are in between aptments and wait for the new apartment to be checked and is in code. The staff and the manger basically said no you need to get out and have 40mins to do so my partner a disabled veteran who has two broken shoulder blades had to pack and move all our luggage do to the streets he as of right now is still in a tremendous amount of pain. There is plenty more seems we were the only ones obaying the all dogs need to be leashed but we got the attitude and remarks because our service dog is big and barks at the other dogs. Overall very unpleasant and most disrespectful hotel besides the motel 6 and they had black mold in the ceiling tiles that's how bad your hotel was and wouldn't recommend it to my dieing worst enemy to stay there. No response on trying to make things right like part money back or a couple nights at another sister hotel no nothing
- 1/5
I felt like there were tweakers in every-other room. The room was clean, but old. The freezer melted my ice cream too. Won’t be back.
- 2/5
The pool was so dirty and the 100 dollar deposits was crazy for a chained hotel
- 3/5
The room was great and parking area great
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting, there was a man smoking creek oitside the door, duct tape over the peep holes and body fluids in the middle of the bed. Requested cancel immediately, funds were placed on hold to be returned in 7 to 10 days. So this place took my 700$ and held it leaving me with no room and no funds to rent a new place. I was told they do not have housekeepers. This is not family friendly or even safe for that matter.
- 5/5
Exellent
- 3/5
There were multiple light bulbs out in both in the stairwell and hall to access the room. In addition, the main room light bulb operated by the switch was out. Staff was great and friendly.
- 3/5
They need to redo alot of the renovation
- 3/5
There was a sketchy family in a room on our floor had a couple of little kids and they were leaving their door opened the they came and went downstairs and the Dad was hanging in his car. We were safe, but a little bit sketchy and they also had the downstairs back door to the property prop opened with a rock.
- 2/5
I understand that budget hotels have their quirks, but this one pushed the bounds of my comfort. The room smelled like mildew and smoke, various things were broken or out of service, and the hotel was very outdated. I was disappointed that the images presented online did not match the hotel at all. The staff was kind and helpful, but the facilities were poor and there were strange people around the property that made it feel unsafe.
- 4/5
The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, there are some things that are in need on the out side but property is in good state. Parking on one side lis limited and the rooms are outside doors.
- 1/5
Wouldn’t stay here again for the money that I paid
- 5/5
Super easy check in

Morning Breakfast
- 3/5
Bed was very uncomfortable and my husband and son had a hard time taking a shower because the shower head was so short. Stayed here for price and pet friendly, we didn’t like how other pets were not on leash in the walking area for that.
- 4/5
Convenient, lots of food options
- 1/5
We arrived late at night. We parked. We did not see a small placard indicating handicapped parking that is nailed to the second floor balcony. Your headlights do not shine up there. The painted wheelchair on the pavement is so faded you would not see it at night. Without any kind of notification they had our car towed at 2:34 am. We came out to a missing car. It cost over $400 to get our car from a distant location. We were not the only ones. They make money this way. It is a scam. The room was dirty and we killed four bugs. Terrible experience.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great, the room was a little dirty, floors were reslly dirty, and they had no crib for my daughter so she had to sleep in the bed woth us.
- 1/5
Didn’t even stay. Outside looks run down. General feeling of unsafe.
- 2/5
It was not so good of an experience. Room smelled. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Dryer burned out. Not so continental breakfast. Not going to be staying here again.
- 3/5
We asked two different times for the bathroom door handle, which had fallen off, to be fixed and it never was. we were there for 3 days.
- 2/5
Very tide and crowded breakfast area. Not worth the money
- 1/5
Every corner you turned it smelled of weed. Sketchy people walking around. No towels when we asked and they said laundry hadnt been done. Cleaning staff werent very friendly.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful especially Jaqueline, got an older room on second floor & had a musty dirty cigarette smell. She relocated us to the 3rd floor and room was clean & felt more comfortable. They have a pool it’s so clean !! Only thing that I was disappointed in was breakfast, very limited options & tiny lobby so it does get crowded in the morning.
- 4/5
Good value for money
- 5/5
Love it
- 2/5
The room smelled funny. Not sure if they cleaned the tub, there was toothpaste on the handle of the shower. The shower pressure was awful. I went to put my stuff on the bathroom counter, and there was a dental floss pick sitting on the counter. It was not ours.
- 3/5
Clean and efficient
- 4/5
Decent property for the price. Our first room smelled like smoke, but they quickly gave us a different one.
- 4/5
Nice looking area. The bed was super comfortable. One of the staff working there was rude and got into a loud argument with another customer in the lobby during breakfast, other than that staff was friendly
- 3/5
The only thing was they were working on the metal railings and on Saturday am and pm it was just outside my room and very noisy I was trying to rest

- 3/5
Nothing unique, your average hotel. To many homeless people around the area. Stairs were unsafe, overall the property is dilapidated.
- 2/5
The beds were dirty (stains, box spring was dirty), paint missing from doors and walls, extremely low water pressure
- 1/5
I’m with the Denver Post and had a major accident and on top of it all.. went thru EXPEDIA and used the filter ‘nearest me’ and showed the LaQuinta off the I-25 & Arapahoe and for SOME REASON, ended up popping up the ‘location’ for the 345 W 120th St location.. so I BOOKED it, and when I walked in to check in, they said it was for another location! DON’T TRUST EXPEDIA!! Morons!!! LaQuinta is AWESOME!!
- 1/5
This hotel looked nothing like what they advertised on hotel.com.. It was a run down hotel with all kinds of homeless people all around. The room smelled really bad like old wet dirty carpet. The pool looked disgusting liked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last year. I had to find another hotel to stay at because I did not feel safe with my kids there.
- 5/5
Nothing. My room smelled like a cigarette. Grounds were very unkept
- 3/5
Our room smelled like cigarettes and we had to go to the store to purchase air freshener to cover up the smell. This was inconvenient after a full day of traveling.
- 1/5
Some of those rooms smell like smoke and some kind of weird smells to the rooms. But Front Desk Clark was very helpful. To change the rooms that have problems. But most importantly is that your property need security at knights there are a lot of yelling and arguing going on back of the building
- 1/5
Room was nothing like picture. Holes in carpet. Electrical outlets didn’t work to charge phones and laptops. Cigarette butts all over the stairs and outside rooms. Ice machine was broken. Door wouldn’t lock. Shower rod had paint chipping off pole. Only given 2 towels. No fan in bathroom/ broken.
- 5/5
It’s not bad like the stars say, if you’re a person that needs to be treated like a king than it’s not the place, but if you’re humbled like any of us than I would def stay, I had no issues and even extended a night with breakfast included and room service, atmosphere was very calm and overall was relaxing
- 4/5
Motel was convenient and affordable for this stay.
- 4/5
It's good place but the bathrooms need maintenance
- 2/5
We had no choice but to stay there due to other hotels being at full capacity.
- 1/5
Nothing, dirty outside and inside
- 3/5
Room was not ready at 4:30 pm had to wait, like 20 min that resulted in a not completely clean king suite, pool is only open certain times daily for being told to balance out chemicals, so never used the pool
- 1/5
I took out our trash to an overflowing can outside on the 1st floor .The weekend desk clerk , was nice , but had no solution to offer except that she would pass the issue along to management , on Monday. We were unable to ascertain what hours the continental breakfast was available, as it was not going as we left in the mornings at 7:30 on Saturday & Sunday, yet it was closed already when we checked out on monday morning at 9 am . We really only wanted some coffee , but the middle aged woman working that morning was absolutely rude , and just snapped at me that breakfast was over , as she stomped past me chomping on a piece of gum . We just left and got coffee elsewhere

This was a clean property but it was old and the rust, wear and tear were everywhere. The staff did not service/freshen our room. There were people wandering around the place. I would never stay at the property again nor would I recommend anyone who travels from outside the area stay there.

The room I got looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia so I was little upset about that it was very mildewed feeling and had smell to it and like a old kind of motel room and I was about to leave after I saw hairs in the bathroom but I simply called the front desk and they quickly got me a more newly updated remodeled room which was more like the photos I seen and because of that I would stay there again but in the newly remodeled rooms

This hotel was absolutely gross. I booked it based off good reviews and being a decent price. The second we opened the door to the room a foul mold smell could be smelled. It was filthy. Hair on and in the sheets, floor had not been vacuumed for a very long time and all the surfaces were grimy. If it had not been for traveling all day and checking in at midnight, we would have left and found a different place to stay.

Our stay had no issues at all! We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean and safe. We had the breakfast both mornings. Very good! Especially liked the pancake maker! Breakfast area was clean, had a tv and plenty of tables to sit. Room was clean and comfortable! Staff was kind and efficient!

The deadbolt didn’t work and the door had sunlight coming through, so there wasn't a good seal. The living room and dining room had sheers, but no curtains or blinds. The walk from the bedroom to bathroom was not private. There was no hairdryer. I contacted the office and they said there should be one and to double check. I said we did and didn't get a response. The floor and coffee table were dirty. The love seat was broken and dirty. The chair was dirty. The sheets were stained. The apartment was a wonderful size, but not somewhere I would want to stay again unless some work was done. The outside of the building was beautiful. I was really shocked and disappointed with the apartment.

Room had unpleasant odor

The coffee maker didn't work and a light was out in the bathroom. The hotel seems to have deteriorated in the last 3 years.

Both rooms we stayed in had mini-fridges, which was a nice bonus for a budget hotel—great for keeping drinks or leftovers cold during our trip. Breakfast was included and just okay—nothing special, but enough to start the day. There was a waffle maker, a couple of cold cereals, muffins, apple and orange juice, and a few other light options. The only real concern was the surrounding area—it felt a little sketchy, especially after dark. Nothing happened, but I’d recommend staying alert when coming and going. Overall, it’s a decent and affordable stop with friendly staff, updated rooms (if available), and basic amenities that cover the essentials.

This hotel is really run down. It wasn’t clean at all. Felt unsafe and lots of homeless people around the property. No parking.

A loud whining noise in our room. Our room smelled funny. Looked like a blood stain on carpet

We didn't feel safe with the door not closing properly. The Registration desk offered to move us, but we had two rooms and our family in the other room were already settled in and didn't want to move.

I thought La Quinta would be good no matter what. I was wrong. The room had a bad odor, the lights and electricity did not work in the bathroom and vanity area.

The location for what we needed was good. It felt a little slummy outside the room. People were hanging around in the parking lot. However, we didn't encounter any problems, other than two guys talking loudly outside our door at 2:00 a.m. The decor was outdated and the bathroom ceiling had severe water damage that hadn't been repaired. The A/C unit would kick on and off every 15 minutes. When it kicked off it made a howling sound. By the second night I got used to that. The front desk folks were polite and helpful. The Dining area was small but fine. The food was better than expected. Would I go back? Probably, since it was the least expensive room I could find in that area. You get what you pay for I guess!

The location was convenient and near the places I was visiting, unfortunately I checked out because I had a skin allergy as soon as I came in the room. Guest did not respect the smoking policy and smoked in the balconies or out side there rooms.

The shower water was either cold or scalding hot. The in between was very brief.

The room was clean, but needed repairs in bathroom. Sink area outlet did not work. Staff was nice and considerate.

The room just looked like it hadn't been put together properly. There were plumbing lines hanging down under the sink. There were electrical cords hanging down under the TV. The shower faucet was loose, preventing it from diverting water to the shower head and reducing the water pressure. The TV was hung too high and the only painting in the place (which was ugly) was hung too low. The trim paint bled onto the wall paint. The lighting was all daylight balanced, making for a harsh evening environment. The heat bulb for the bathroom fixture was missing. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign. There was a space for a luggage stand, but no stand. Neither the refrigerator nor the microwave was secured within their cabinet, so that the entire appliance moved every time you opened the door. It was a perfectly clean room, but it just needed someone to spend an hour or so dealing with the details that wouldn't cost much of anything. Pretty disappointing. I won't be staying there again.

Our TV didn't work, so my husband called front desk they told him we would get a discount but as I got my bill I didn't really see any discount.

We had to go to the office to get towels because the maids never came by. Then when we tried to get towels they didn't have any but promised to bring some over and they never did. Television didn't work. We will never stay at a la Quinta again. Sad.

If I could attach the photos I took!! I would!! This place is awful. The bed sheets have stains and the mattress sinks in the middle of the bed, they didn’t have a mattress cover on the bed just a thin sheet. I asked the front desk to move me to another room and the next room had stains on the bed sheets and no hot water in the shower!! Don’t stay here!! It’s absolutely disgusting.
