Staff was helpful, had some TV problems that a they helped solve with direct TV not working. Room and hotel are very dirty and our room smelled like tobacco and urine. One blanket had chunks of wet chewing tobacco or pipe residue still on it which we found in the morning. For anyone to have put that blanket on a bed speaks volumes. Blankets were changed for second night upon request but the sheets under the blanket were not changed which is gross. All sheets had multiple stains. Multiple pieces of trash were under the beds and the carpets had not been cleaned in a long time judging by the density and discoloration. Its not worth it to save the few bucks to stay here. They make you clean your own trash from the room to take to a garbage behind the building, I've never seen instructions like that before. If the manager put as much care into cleaning the place as they do in crafting responses to poor reviews they would be better off.

The police were in and out of the building. The room was dirty, the bed had been slept in and the shower had dried vomit in the shower. We did no stay and when asked for a refund, they refused to refund our money. Had to sleep in our car bc no rooms available at any other hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The location was for our needs. The hotel smelled awful as soon as we came in the entrance. The ceiling in our room was peeling and the bed sheets were stained.

I was so disappointed with my stay here. There were stains on the wall. The lampshade was broken. There was cracks in the wall. The only semi decent claim is the bathroom. I still showered with my slippers because I was afraid of catching something I had a late flight and arrive at the hotel at 11:30 PM. Otherwise I would’ve been looking for another place to stay. The filters on the air conditioner were compacted with dirt that had accumulated over the decades. I was afraid to unpack, and I slept with my clothes on. I don’t know about the other rooms but when I complained the man on site to shake his head up and down and said he’s sorry. The location of this hotel is great, but I don’t recommend staying here.

Good budget stay for spending a night while traveling.

When I requested to change the room the attendant said you can checkout and find other hotel. The whole downstairs had smoking odor even though the section entrance door says "Non-smoking". However, the other room on the 2nd floor was decent.

For the price this is a very nice place to stay. I paid 322 for an entire week. No breakfast or coffee but there is a Burger King that is a couple min walk away so you can get breakfast there for cheap. As long as it's not raining, you are golden. The no - smoking king and queen rooms are nice. I stayed in the no-smoking twin bed rooms, non-smoking king and queen and smoking king rooms. I quit smoking long ago but that was all they had available at the time so I had no choice. It absolutely reeks of cigarettes, if you are a smoker I'm sure it's fine but otherwise avoid it like the plague.

Upon entering the building you could smell a bad odor from the carpet my room odor was even worst I got a headache from the smell, there was nothing in the room to hang my suit looks like the clothes rock was rip off the wall, I ask for a room change in the morning the guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating gave me a different room which didn't smell, but this property could use a good face lift. It is very conveniently located close to lots of shopping opportunities.

The best part of this hotel was the location and the price but unfortunately the hotel could use a good cleaning, airing out the bad stench of moldy and cigarette scent and a change of beddings that we experienced were full of stains and cigarettes burns even though it says no smoking! The Tv had problems working when we got there and the remote control for the TV never worked how it’s supposed to work. The washroom smelled very stinky and the water pressure was very weak from both the shower and sink. We stayed for 3 days and asked for cleaning but it never happened! We came back to our room and noticed someone came in but did not clean anything! We hope this review helps others to decide whether to stay here or not because this hotel could be good with the right changes.

The second-floor ceiling appeared to have a severe water leak, and there was also mold. The carpet had numerous stains and smelled of cigarette smoke, as well as marijuana smoke, especially considering it’s on the smoke-free side.

We loved the location, it was close to stores, restaurants and the freeway. There was no fridge on the room, the bedding and towels were stained/dirty and the windows had bo screen so bugs were coming in when opened.

I liked that this location was close to the airport. The check in clerk was very nice and patient with me. The rooms did not smell clean, the bottom of the tub was stained, it looked like someone tried to paint the tile in the bathroom, people yelling at 3 in the morning.

The smell was unbearable from the moment we walked in. Mildew everywhere. You can literally feel the humidity trapped in the walls. Nothing felt clean. We were scared to even touch certain things in the room. The overall atmosphere was depressing and sketchy. We could not wait to leave. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had in our lives. Avoid this place at all costs. There is absolutely nothing positive to say. Beyond horrible.

My dislikes about her place is the Safety. I was given a room with no lock. My window, thank God I checked before going to bed was unlocked. My room after being cleaned and before I had a chance to sleep in my bed or use my towels; was soiled. I showed Housekeeping, she found it hard to believe though you could see that she understood and knew I was telling the truth. My door and window again were left opened after my Room attended. My overall, the place has such great potential, it's beautiful in some areas, it's a great place. Do not let the outside deceive you. I had a wonderful time because I chose to. The hotel is rundown and dirty. When we checked in, we were give a room with an unmade bed, a TV still on, and trash on the dresser. I complained and was given a different room, which had been cleaned, but the heater didn't work and the second lock on the door was broken. The beds were really hard and the pillows were too thin. We spent a cold, uncomfortable night. Never again. Not at all worth the low price and proximity to the airport. Avoid!

The carpet was lumpy the ceiling was falling apart. The staff was rude. Most of the rooms seem occupied by residents. It smelled horribly.

a few problems at check in, but Chris took care of them right away. when we booked it said restaurant and bar (and thought it said pool). there were none of these. people staying in our hallway had a party/ screaming match until 5 AM, so we got no sleep. we were 20 feet from the front desk, we thought they would have done something about the yelling and fighting going on but nothing was done.

This hotel urgently needs to improve its cleanliness and attention to detail. I would not recommend it.

This place is cheap, and that's because it's a dump. Stains on the bed cover and sheets, cigarette burnt holes too. A mini fridge that's hotter than an oven. Broken door mechanisms. Never again.

No signage on the roadway, had a hard time locating the building. Building exterior and interior are in major disrepair, peeling paint, damaged walls, stained carpet. It's with great disappointment I'm writing this message.I observed the room I got looked nothing like the photos you post with your advertisement.Secondly room was filled with a strong scent of burnt Marijuana I don't smoke I'm a Christian the room said non smoking so why did I have to experience that ? I complained to the front desk his response was he can't do anything about anything he just works here what does that means ?

The room was filthy. There is garbage under all of the beds. There was garbage behind all of the tables. There were stains on all of the bedding, most of which also had cigarette butt holes in it. There was a pill under one bed and a bouillon cube under the heater. Our feet stuck to the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom door latch was broken. The rug in the bedroom I don’t think has been vacuumed since at least 2019. There was a squashed bug on the wall. The halls reeked of marijuana. The beds were not comfortable at all. One star is too many.

Someone was getting arrested when we pulled into parking lot. Lots of cop cars. Couldn’t even go in. Pictures are not current. The place is falling apart so bad, it looks like it’s closed and condemned.

The desk was a little dusty the sheets seemed like they needed to be cleaned/washed had a little stain on it If you need a quick stay and don’t really care I guess it’s the perfect spot but ion think I’ll be coming back. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME!!!

But i feel like the pictures of the property are deceptive and very unrepresentative. and how in the heck did it get 4.2 stars on the reviews?!? The front desk staff at check-in was pleasant enough, through the thick security glass. Worse than a bank. The room is very worn, the bathroom and tub extremely worn. But a new tub faucet and spout. Lipstick on a pig. But the smell… as soon as you open the door to the room. I’ve never smelled anything like it to describe but it’s instantly offensive. After a can Lysol spray and running AC fan, window full open, bathroom fan running with the room door open to the hallway for 2 hours then the room was manageable.

Staff was great and very helpful, place was a little rundown due to remodeling. I'd likebto see the place when it's done.

Order two rooms, run room was OK. I had a weird smell. The other room had dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms. There were semen things and one of the rooms on the bed.

The lobby and main carpets were filthy. In the room there was a fallen picture placed on its side with cracks in the wall. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter. There were crumbs along side the bed and in back. The toilet overflowed and staff told us they would have to wait to take care of it in the morning, leaving us without a workable toilet or switching rooms. The shower was filthy and had a slow drain, bad plumbing. The remote control was broken.

Close to the airport. No airport shuttle. Rooms are old and in need of serious upgrading. Tub was dirty, sheets had burn holes in them, wash cloth looked like someone with dirty hands had hung it up. There were yellow stains on the wall beside the toilet that looked like urine [BIG stains]! There was hair on the floor and in the sink in the bathroom and what looked like blood on the wall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were good and accommodating and did there best and that is appreciated! However, this place was horrid. We arrived 30 minutes past our check in to be told that our room wouldn't be ready for at least 15 minutes. Usually not a big deal but we did have places to be and had to leave there shortly making it an issue. They found us a room, not what we originally booked, but again, we had somewhere to be so we took it. It smelt horrible, there was holes in the wall. Literally one corner of the room and bed smelt like PEE. The manager argued with us cause the outlet in the bathroom did

First they were impossible to get in touch with by Expedia and by phone. Outside of the building had paint falling off of it it looked like it should have been condemned. As soon as you walk in you smell the drugs. Alcoholics walking up and down the stairs because there is no elevator. Walking into the room the TV did not work it was holes in the walls stains not only on the comforter and sheets pillow cases I drove to the store to buy my own bed sheets and blankets so my daughter could sleep in a bed. Toilet was not cleaned there was rappers in dirt that clearly had been stuck to the bathroom floor. If you do not clean your own room before you leave they keep your security deposit. Worst mistake I have ever made!!!

Oh my God, do not go here. All the photos are AI generated. I walked in to check my room out. Had 2 Kids Pl. does not look like what it is appears to be online. As I walked upstairs to open the door to the hallway to my room area, I literally got knocked out by the smell of urine.

The room we settled on for the few hours we needed it still didn’t smell great. The door lock was hanging on the wall. We would never stay here again. I suggest others avoid it.

The preview on Expedia are completely wrong. Building is very run down. Upon arrival room wasn't ready. Room nasty sheets dull and stained carpet dirty , bottom of our feet were black after walking across it. The bathroom door someone kicked it in and it was never fixed. Drunk people were outside our room yelling all night.

The parking area was the only decent thing about the place. The room and concourses reeked of black mold. The paint and wallpaper were chipped everywhere. The mattresses were soiled. They should pay visitors to stay there.

The floor in our room was damp, and our socks would get all wet. The manager said it was because they had steam cleaned it. It smelled damp all night. The AC worked okay. The other negative for me was there was no coffee in the room or the lobby, I had to drive 5 minutes to Starbucks. But it offered a place to sleep which is what I needed.

Easy check in. Had a good stay. For the price, you can't really get overly bent out of shape over some stuff. But some issues were there like no hot water from the sink (but fine in the shower), stains/discoloration of tiles and no Kleenex in the room. But the biggest issue is the odour. It smells like overkill of deodorizer mixed with staleness. I don't know if just got used to it or it aired out once I turned on the AC, but it can be overwhelming at first. It's close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. I'd stay again.

All of the shops you would need were nearby. However, the experience was horrifying. This property would be a great candidate for a TV show, the ugliest/dirtiest Inn in America. As you approach the Inn you immediately get concerned. The lighting is poor. The entrance to the property is not clearly marked and you may enter on the back side of the building, scary. The infrastructure is dark and dreary. It has peeling paint on the outside walls and is in desperate need of new doors and windows. As you enter the lobby the carpet is dirty and it smells old and mildewy. My room was on the second floor but there is no elevator. Only stairs to access the upper floor. It was distressing for me with an arthritic knee. The room was not clean, dirty furniture that needs updating, dirty refrigerator, dirty bathroom with missing tile on walls, water-stained ceiling and walls with peeling plaster and holes. This place is in desperate need of a renovation. The linen appeared to be washed but is stained. Roaches were present and spiders. All rooms in the area were booked due to a big college game that Saturday leaving no opportunity for alternative housing. Felt exactly like a dingy dirty motel would .

My husband and I had the worst stay we’ve ever experienced here. We arrived late at night after our flight, and every other hotel was booked due to a college football game, otherwise we would have left immediately. The outside looked shady, with cardboard stuffed in the windows. Inside, the hallways had missing ceiling panels and our room ceiling was in terrible shape. The mattress had blood stains, the comforter and sheets were filthy, and the bathroom was so dirty we couldn’t shower. The carpet reeked of mildew and dust was everywhere. To top it off, a picture that should have been hung was just leaned against the wall by the bed. We asked twice for clean bedding, but the “replacements” were also stained. We were so disgusted we slept in our clothes with socks on, and I only used my own washcloths because theirs were unusable. When I politely asked for a refund the next morning, the man at the front desk became rude, saying: “This is a 2 star hotel, what do you expect!” and “Hell, I don’t know what you people expect!” He even tried to provoke my husband into an argument. Other family members staying here had the same issues, and even another guest confirmed her room was just as bad. We got a refund for the second night, but the first should have been refunded too — the room was unlivable from the start. I have photos and videos proving everything. This hotel is unsafe, filthy, and unprofessional. Avoid!!!

This hotel is not maintained at all. When I asked for clean towels, the staff told me, “This is a 2-star hotel, what do you expect?” That is completely unacceptable. At the very least, I expect basic cleanliness, proper linens, and some effort in making guests feel valued. Instead, I was told the “clean” sheets and towels might have burn marks, holes, and stains. Seriously? Don’t stay here. I tried to save a little money because my son goes to college nearby, but I’ve learned it’s worth paying more for a place that provides respect and basic standards. Well where do I start - if there were negative stars this hotel would have received 5 of them. Checked in, went to the room only to find a room with no security latch/lock. Asked to be moved to a more secure room - was moved to another room. This room had a small "flea infestation" problem. I told the person on staff who said they would move me to another room. The entire time I had to keep going up and down stairs to the lobby due the key not being read properly by the lock (electronic swipe key system). The entire time I was there was a complete and total debacle. It smelled of body odor and mold and mildew, the staff was unfriendly and the hotel was literally falling apart. As far as the staff goes - when I was leaving for dinner a lady (patron) was asking a female staff member about some garbage in the parking lot. The staff member engaged in a screaming profanity contest calling this customer a f#$$%ing b%tc#. IT WAS HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Everything about this facility was terrible except the price. The room was not very clean including the bathroom. The TV was very hard to figure out and I had to have help from the front desk twice. The carpets were dirty and everything needed a coat of paint.

No coffee on property (or coffee maker); bugs present (killed three gnats during one night stay); woken at 2am by arguing outside our ground floor window; TV changer did not operate TV, had to call for service to receive instructions on direct TV box use to change channels etc. Vending machine charged $2.45 for a bottle of water. No hair dryer in room; Worst were the airplanes directly above us( approximately 200 ft above the hotel) throughout the night. Everything was peeled or peeling including wallpaper, doors, and furniture (in room and hallways). I do not recommend this terrible property even with the $96.70/ nt rate we received.

My stay at this hotel was horrible, they were unprofessional, the lady at the front desk, her name was Robin ,she was really rude and started using profanity towards me which then i did back to defend myself. The place was not in good condition like shown in the photos we took, we also had a nasty odor in our hallway of the hotel. I feel that I need a refund because i was charged twice and when i asked about it i started to get yelled at. Also me n my child n her dad did not stay long at the hotel.

Dust everywhere, AC was dirty. Most lamps/TV was unplugged, room very dated and falling apart. I did not read the reviews before booking, should have! We did not encounter bugs, thankfully. But to be safe cleaned everything we had in the room when we got home.

Booked this very reasonably-priced hotel for a quick overnight getaway across the border. The property is in rough shape. Front desk staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be despite being on the receiving end of a lot of complaints. The room was in poor condition with the standout defect being a bathroom door that did not close. A broken luggage stand in the closet was a surprise too. See attached photos for a few examples of issues in the room. Managed a decent nights sleep despite the issues.

The one staff member at the property was kind and good. The property itself was terrible. As soon as you are at the main entrance the smell of damp and very humid atmosphere is very noticeable. I was wondering if the place had flooded recently, and mold was growing somewhere. The room sheets might have been clean but had some stains. You get what you pay for pretty much. I did not stay at the property but did go see what the room looked like.

You get what you pay for. Although would still not expect to find bugs in the bed and dirty carpeting, which we did.

The property is in shambles. We were a group of 6 and checked in late night, didn’t notice the door lock was broken. The toilet roll in the bathroom was soiled, no working hair dryers in the room. Since the door lock was broken we asked for a room change in the morning and after a few hours we were assigned a new room, the other room was terrible as well. The toilet seat had flies and super unclean. The sheets were torn and stained. Very bad experience.

The light didn't work, the bathroom did not look clean- hair everywhere, we saw multiple bugs crawling around, our non smoking room smelled like smoke, there were cigarette burns on our bedspread, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed.

Place is a dump. Carpets look like they were on the floor in NYC subway. The smell is intoxicating.....signs say no smoking, however the place smell of weed the whole time. Not enough towels, dirty shower curtain, worn bed sheets, paint is stripping. The pictures are not a reflection of hotel's condition. The place is just a NO.

Rude staff dirty rooms and broken furniture

0 Rating. Hotel was not hygiene. Toilet flush was not working and after complain they have allowed us to use other room toilet but that also had same issue. They have provided microwave anf fridge but not in usable condition.There was strange smell from all blankets. Room was not clean at all. Shower was not working properly. Next night(all most mid night) we moved to other room stlll same issues with Toilet flush. Not recommended and zero rating.

This hotel was disgusting, filthy, and hasn't had maintenance work or updates in decades. The old furniture is falling apart, wallpaper peeling off the walls, holes in the walls, as well as stains of something running down the walls. The carpets looked like they were from te 1950's, and that was probably the last time they had been cleaned. Bedding was stained and gross, and I felt like I was in a horror movie. Department of Health needs to pay a visit. Do not stay here.

It was close to Niagara State Park

The Bed was comfortable and the staff was Understanding of my and my Fiancee's situation.

The hotel was dirty, the room smelled fousty but the corridors smelled awful. The bathroom had the last resident's hair in the shower drain and on the bathroom floor. The rug in the room was awful and probably the biggest cause of the smell. The TV remote had just 2 working buttons, we could not turn the TV off when we left. The bathroom extractor fan did not work and was caked with years of dust/hair/cobwebs etc. The A/C unit had not had the filter cleaned or changed in years. There was no elevator and the split staircase was extremely steep.

We checked in 2 and a half hours late. No rooms where available and we didnt have a working tv. Also the room smelled like mildew

I liked that there was a lot of business near by, but I did not like that the tv did not work, the toilet leaked in our room, there was a dirty used condom under the bed, it smelled funny, and the pictures online looked way better than it looks in person.

Really would not recommend. Stained sheets, holes in walls, smell was god aweful. Dirty and unkept all around. Person checking is in was unpleasant.

What this hotel lacked in signage, lighting, and cleanliness, it also lacked in comfort and space. I checked the reviews before booking and they were decent. I’m not if they ply these people with alcohol for those good reviews or not but those people should be placed under psychiatric evaluation for what they’ve done. The room was so small that I felt like I was being imprisoned for something from a past life. Would you like hot water under pressure? Well… stay somewhere else. Want an elevator? Well look for it at the top of the stairs. Want to feel like you might be in danger in the unlit parking lot? YOU’VE MADE IT!!!

Blankets were stained no towels took 2 hrs to get them to bring more to us. Walls are filthy bathroom shower absolutely no water pressure

Didn't even look like a hotel. Tv didn't work and room was falling apart and absolutely disgusting. Please do not stay here unless you are down on your luck. Had to switch rooms and then that room was dirty too with someone else's hair in the shower and sink. Yuck!

First of all, I paid for my room in advance but upon check in I was required to pay a $60 “deposit” that would be refunded. It was late and I was tired so I just agreed. However the next day after I checked out I had another $60 charge pending, so $120 after already paying almost $90 for the room. Now those charges did come off of my account but it was incredibly inconvenient to have $120 being held for no reason. Secondly, our bathroom door did not close. The handle was extremely loose and did not have a latch at all… the door literally could not close, it would just swing back open. The toilet seat was broken right off, so every time you’d sit it would just slide around, not to mention it had questionable marks and stains… The state of the room itself wasn’t horrible but there were several signs of deterioration and poorly repaired damages. Lastly, the bed was super springy and at the foot of the bed the springs were practically bursting out of the mattress. And our “blanket” was the same texture and thickness as a hotel room curtain, so much so I inspected it for a strip for a rod to go through. We only got this room for a place to sleep for one night, and it served its purpose. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money just to sleep so at the end of the day I got what I needed. But I would not stay again or recommend it to others.

Cleanliness Issues: The hotel was disgustingly dirty. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I could tell maintenance and cleaning were not priorities here. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, there were stains on the walls, and the overall appearance was just gross. Terrible Smell: The worst part was the awful smell throughout the entire building. It was a musty, stale odor mixed with something I couldn’t identify - possibly mold or just general uncleanliness. The smell was so bad it made me feel nauseous, and it followed me from the lobby to the hallways to my room. I had to keep the windows open the entire time just to breathe properly. Rude Staff: To make matters worse, the person at the front desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed no interest in helping guests and acted like we were bothering them by simply checking in. When I mentioned my concerns about the room condition, they were dismissive and offered no solutions or apologies. Overall Experience: This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For the money I paid, I expected basic cleanliness and decent customer service - neither of which I received. I ended up leaving early because I couldn’t stand staying there any longer. Save your money and book somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Old, dirty and children were running on the halls as if it was a playground. No room service cleaning among other things I rated this hotel so low.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There were holes in the wall and dirt on the floor. Hair all over the restroom and the customer service was poor. For being a cheap hotel, it was not worth the price.

THEY CANCELED MY RESERVATION AND REFUSING TO ANSWER EXPEDIA TRYING TO LIE SAYING THEY HAVENT BEEN CONTACTED AND REALESED MY FUNDS WHEN THEY DIDNT. This property should be shut down by the department dealing with the hospitality industry. First of all, the rooms are dirty. They don't clean their bathtubs, toilets, and sink with soap. They don't even vacuum the rooms because there was hair all over the place. The beddings were dirty. We had booked the room for 2 nights and we couldn't shower for 2 days because the bathtub had soap scum from the previous customers. The sink still had marks of toothpaste from a previous stay. We had to make them change the room for us but the second room was even worse. When asked the staff on duty to get someone to clean for us, they said they can only clean by running water without soap and disinfectant because they didn't have them. The next morning we complained to the manager and he assured us he would make sure to clean. He came with a very old indian lady, probably in the 70s. What they did was not hygienic even for them. They took one of the face towels and simply tried to wipe, which spread them dirt and soap scum from previous customer. They were not wearing gloves. They did not use cleaning soap. When left, the room was worse than before. They didn't even vacuum. And the manager told us that they handwash the beddings. That sounds clean 🤔. We had booked a non-refundable room and so we could not get a refund. In short, avoid this establishment at all cost and for your own health.

It was quiet. However, the very stained and ripped sheets, curtains and most ceilings kind of brought it down. Not to mention the gentleman urinating right at the front doors for my children to see.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a stay at Fairbridge Inn Express near Buffalo Airport thinking it would be fine for a quick stop — big mistake. The hallways reeked of trash, and to make things worse, there were trash bags full of garbage just sitting in front of the rooms. It was filthy and completely unacceptable. When I got into the room, I noticed that the air conditioner looked like it had been burned or caught fire before. It was damaged, dirty, and looked dangerous. At that point, we didn’t even feel safe staying there. We lasted maybe 30 minutes before deciding to leave and book another hotel nearby — which, thankfully, was clean, safe, and professionally maintained. This place is a health and safety hazard. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs. Pay a little more and stay somewhere where you can actually breathe, sleep, and feel safe.

I did feel safe and clean otherwise. A little overpriced considering the ambience. Google maps only brought me close to the address. I had to find another road to get to the parking lot. Was easy because i could see the sign from afar.

The check-in desk was behind a solid piece of thick plastic.The room was in terrible condition. The bed spread had cigarette burns. The motel and Expedia have both refused to issue a refund for my reservation.

The staff was great and personable. The hotel itself smelled in the hall ways. My room was not very clean...the floors were dirty, the counter tops were dirty and so was the toilet. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns all over it. I was pleasantly surprised to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The air-conditioning was great as well.
