No one to check us in on arrival. Had to go to next door lobby and they had lost my paid reservation so had to get new reservation. Had dinner at hotel restaurant which was good food but very slow bar service . Very unorganized staff.

The hallway has a strong smell to it, I think it may be the carpet honestly. The TV was a basic TV, which I wasn’t expecting as all Hilton hotels I’ve been to in the past have had a smart TV. Housekeeping did not appropriately replace the bath linens. The room did not come with complimentary waters. I would have to say the location is great, about 15 minutes from wherever I wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed how modern the room decor was. The included toiletries did have a nice scent. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We have stayed there before and enjoy the restaurant. Unfortunately it was not open this trip. Odd for a Saturday night.

I arrived early to check in not expecting a room to be ready. Staff was accommodating and courteous. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and location perfect for my plans.

The staff, especially the waitress we had for breakfast, were friendly and eager to help meet any needs we had. The reception area didn't offer complementary coffee or ice water, as most hotels do, though there was a coffee station in our room once we got there. The breakfast was very expensive.

I booked this because of the bar and the bar was closed aunday and is only open 4 hours a day if that. They should post the hours while booking.

I loved that it was quiet and we felt like the only people there being there for Christmas that was nice The place looks better in pics then in real life. Although “remodeled” it was actually quite run down. The rooms were very dark also with no additional lighting and that was hard for my deaf partner to handle.

Everything was wonderful. Great place to stay when you have an early morning flight!

Everything about the hotel was nice. The only problem was i was put in a room that had a joining door with another room and the family next to me had kids that were up all night screaming and up early in the morning screaming. Getting a room after working doubles is a form of self love for me. I wasn't able to rest. Besides that everything else was fine

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room could have been cleaner--there was hair on both beds. We did not have enough towels and washcloths. The ones we had were rather worn. Overall, a good stay for one night. Convenient to the airport.

Sub standard uncomfortable room. We had late check in with advance notice but staff was very rude. We asked to move room from next to noisy elevator and told hotel was full when it was not.

For proximity to the Albany airport it cant be beat. However the first room we were placed in was substandard and i requested a change which was accomadated. The food situation was minimal. Again, very close to the airport so it serves its purpose.

The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. Would like an ice machine on the first floor had to jump in the elevator and go to the second floor for ice.

I travelled all continents and this is by FAR the worst customer service I ever received. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Stay away!

Easy to find.

It was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and had a good selection. As a frequent traveler, a great shower head with water pressure is a unicorn, and this hotel has it! The only negative is that the walls between rooms are not as heavily insulated as in some other hotels. I could hear everything my neighbors said. I would stay here again if in the area.

I have stayed here 3 times. I really appreciate the service for the customers. I also like the cleanliness. It’s convenient and there are places to eat nearby to eat. It’s always a pleasure to stay there.

The property is immaculate! It appears to be new, with non-carpeted floors, large comfortable beds, and white linens. Very inviting and clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning in my room didn't work. After the 1st sweaty night I stopped at the front desk on my way to work and asked that maintenance look at it. Don't know if they even looked at it, but they certainly didn't fix it. So 2 sweaty nights. Uugghh.

Perfect proximity to the airport as we had an early flight. Amber was friendly, quick and efficient with our check in. Overall a pleasant stay for the short time we were there.

We couldn’t sleep well in this beautiful hotel! The air con/heating unit was extremely loud and cranky all night and the room stayed stuffy and warm! I mentioned this to them on checking out! Otherwise, such a nice looking hotel, especially the lobby! Products were exceptional!

First time staying at the subdivision of the Hilton brand. Facility is very clean and well kept up. I found the location to be ideal for my business trip with several dining and restaurant options nearby I would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Just perfect and we can also have our meals on site and we did so. Food was great as well. Cheers! Also have interior swimming pool and fitness room.

It's a good travel hotel closed to Airport but not close to anything. Facilities are clean. Restaurant is very good but there is not free breakfast with the high cost. Staffs are very good and responsive to our needs to change room since shower water was too hot. Overall rating is very good for Albany/Troy area since there is not much choice in this area.

Staff not very friendly, restaurant offered a limited menu on a Friday night. Even the sign in front showed full menu. Very disappointing as we had decided to just stay in and it was getting late.

Disappointing. Our hotels during vacation because traveling with an early parents to have shuttle service and on-site restaurants. when we landed, the website said shuttle service was unavailable. Had to pay transport to the hotel. Upon reaching the desk tells us there is shuttle service, but limited times. We had to walk along the street or find a car service to go to restaurants. Breakfast was there the next morning however, the front desk was confused the night before if there was breakfast when we called told us there was none we decided to cancel our second night stay here and choose a different Hilton The front desk was condescending each time we spoke with them

Stayed here for a night enroute to Cooperstown. I don’t think you’re getting any nice place. I just don’t like how they used a really nice photo of their “lobby” that image is literally where the “nice looking” ends

The ac was horrible. Banged when it came on and another loud bang when it went off.

no AC room was 78 degrees. nasty staff. $114 in extra charged with no explanation, as this was paid in full of time.

The HVAC system was not working. Had to get someone to come and fix it. But it was not really fix. Could not move temperature without taking battery out of thermostate.

This is a convenient hotel for early morning travel from the airport. Staff are friendly and the communal areas are nice. The air unit in our room kept us up all night because of the noise and didn’t regulate the heat.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Trilogy this past week and loved it. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Their staff was professional and kind. I would definitely stay there again.

If you're looking for something close to the Albany airport (1.4 miles away) with LOTS of nearby dining options ... look no further. Very friendly and accommodating cleaning staff.

Very reasonable price, affordable breakfast available, nice staff, clean and well maintained

The hotel was great, but a couple things tainted our experience. When we arrived, the power had just come back on after an outage. No one's fault, but they were unable to restore elevator service for hours. We don't mind the stairs, but not with considerable luggage. Also, this seems to be a hotel where youth sports teams stay. Kids running up an down halls yelling until about 3AM. Again, not exactly the hotel's fault, but you should know that as part of making your hotel selection.

We stayed here after a concert at SPAC and found it to be very convenient at about 25 minutes away. For those departing Albany Airport, that is just a few minutes away although we heard no plane noise. Staff was friendly, rooms and spaces were very clean and the lobby smelled nice. I would definitely come back again.

We were placed on a floor with a the sound of a dog barking disrupting our rest. We complained and were told that there was nothing they could do about it. The bathroom sink faucet was barely trickling out. Not happy with this stay.

I can’t not stand hotels that don’t allow you to control the temperature in your room. Got back from a late concert and 74 was as low as it would go. Too late at night and exhausted to bother with calling to complain.

My whole stay was delightful. I was greeted upon arrival and the check in process was a breeze. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The property was in a great location if you’re needing to be near to the college at UAlbany. Other than that it was a cross between it needed to be updated dated or it May have been updated but not so sleek nor chic. The staff was okay, Nothing to offer a compliment. Again, cool for an over night stay if you need to be in & out
