    Location was nice. Buffet was good. Pool was out of service during our extended stay. We were not informed about this prior to our stay. Was notified that hot water would be shut off at 9am and took a shower at 6am instead and the water was cold. 8:30am, after using the toilet, the tank never replenished and we did not have ANY water to wash hands or use of the facilities after then. My husband couldn’t use the bathroom after me and he had just ran 5 miles and needed a shower. Thank goodness we had bottled water so I could wash my hands. The AC unit was very loud, so much so that we had to turn up the tv when it kicked in and it provided three nights of interrupted sleep. Also, our room was not located per my specified preferences being a rewards member; located next to elevator/ice machine… Very unpleasant experience and not up to par for Hilton properties. I have been a rewards member for many years, and the front desk, when they were actually at the desk, said they were unable to compensate or help us in any way. I had been a front desk employee in college and we were given empowerment to make the customer comfortable and execute top customer service at every turn; it saddens and upsets me that Hilton doesn’t provide their employees that empowerment to their employees and provide adequate customer service to their guests. I believe this would help their employees feel better about the customer service ability and have the power to implement on Hilton’s behalf and provide more than just a cashier’s position. I pride myself on providing great customer service with any job I do from when I began working in my teens up until now. Hilton might want to explore getting back into the customer service business since the competition is so vast for people like me to look elsewhere.

    I didn’t like the fact that the faucets were loose the bathroom door had a big hole in it and the crack of the shower was dirty I didn’t like the fact that someone had tampered with our door knobs a couple of night (they Might have been drunk ) however making the door knob loose and the next door to us was extremely loud the whole time we was there.

    Would have been nice to know ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations and have been for over a month now. The whole reason we chose this hotel over others in the area was because it stated there was a pool and hot tub available. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel itself was clean and well kept however you could hear the traffic on the highway all night. Staff was friendly.

    We have a reservation for Saturday , the dest person have us wait one hour and 3 minutes before we got the rooms , but while we was waiting several families came and didn’t wait like us , when we finally got the rooms they wasn’t clean and have a cigarette smell for one of them , I’m not sure if it was our skin color or what was the problem

    16.00 for breakfast isn’t much, but it’s the same stale food that any other hotel has complimentary. Bottled water in your room has to be charged unlike most other hotel chains. Pools were under construction, so maybe free water for the inconvenience would be an idea. I made a mental note to stay at Marriotts again.

    The toilet in our room was broken. The tank wouldn’t Ill and water pipe was leaking all over the floor. Front desk was notified via a call because the chat function is only available during certain hours. Front desk informed me that maintenance does not arrive until 9 am. We waited over 4 hours and no one ever showed up. This is unacceptable.

    It was a wonderful stay! I had the King size bedroom with whirlpool and that was amazing! I very much enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool! Everything was clean. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful! I definitely would love to stay here again if I'm in the area sometime in the future! I will definitely consider staying at another Hilton Garden Inn location in my travels in the future!

    The thermostat was clicking and flickering all night. There were dead bugs on the floor. The lady at the breakfast entrance was very annoying. Instead of asking me my room number when I walked in she waited until I sat down and was eating to ask. Other then that it was a nice place

    We arrived at this hotel from our Ca travels on a weekend early evening. The lobby had lot of music and activity. The hotel restaurant is open throughout the day. Breakfast rate is $17/person. William checked us in quickly, very friendly. Room was quiet, clean and cozy.

    We always stay in the hot tub rooms. The rooms are always clean and spacious and the Jacuzzi bathtub is large enough to fit 4 people but perfect for a couple. Throw your favorite bubbles in there, light some candles and enjoy a perfect night with your partner.

    I had reservation from 21 to 28 of November. During stay the doir lock is not working and every singl time when u trying to enter to room i have to sticking with this isdue for 5 to 8 minutes. Also room service I have to ask for full service its look like this hotel have 2 type of room service 1 is just put back bed stuff back and towels and the full service is replace them and clean the room. The issue not with posters tyey are very helpfull but depending from the instructions came from hotel managment. I was in San Antonio Hilton grand inn a tow days before i cone to dallas the service is totally different its very high qulity. But here in Allen Dallas its not.

    I booked the King bed with Whirlpool tub. The tub was amazing! Although, it would’ve been nice if there was a complimentary bubble bath for use in the jetted tub. The bed was nice, not too firm. Good channels on the tv. The blackout curtains were great!!! The room got a bit warm during the day, even with the curtains closed, but it was close to 100 degrees outside and I was staying on the top floor. I will definitely be staying again! Thank you Hilton!

    Don't think we'll come back to this location again. There was water damage all over the ceiling and the room smelled horrible. Not sure if we were given this room on purpose or what but it was terrible. The top blanket was dirty on one of the beds like it wasn't washed. When we moved the bottom pillow off the bed there was hair and crumbs on the bed like it was never changed out. The sheets literally had holes in them nothing in that room seemed fresh or clean. It was quiet on the 5th floor but that was the only positive thing. Cindy who checked us in was very nice and helpful. When we checked out there was a lady with short blond hair that stared at us down like we didn't belong there. Very unsettling look from her. She had the most hateful look on her face. Glad we didn't have to deal with her racist looking self. All in all would not come back. It's ok for a 1 night stay but that's it.

    The room and grounds were clean and taken care of. It's a slightly dated hotel, but still in good shape. Probably pillows were my only complaint. Definitely, should have pillow covers under the pillow cases. Some of them were pretty used. But everything else was fine. We would stay here again, for sure.

    Water was not working for most of the stay and were not fixed. I took shower 3-4 times in cold water. Front desk representative was rude and didn’t help at all.

    The place was full of students for a state competition, but I wouldn't have known if I didn't see them. Had to change rooms when I first checked in because the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Overall not horrible, but not as good as I was hoping.

    The stay itself was a great location and the staff were excellent! If you haven't booked with the whirlpool, ilyou must do so...it was VERY relaxing! We're definitely going back 😊

    Stayed on a very busy weekend for this hotel. I got there a little early. We had to wait a little for our room. The manager on duty was Josh and he went to go check to make sure the room was ready. Serena also was working the front desk and we were talking. I appreciated their willingness to help us get into the room quickly after driving 7 hours. I stay at this hotel often when I stay in Allen. It’s because of people like Josh and Serena who made our stay better.

    The property was great for the most part. I was in a king bed room with a whirlpool tub. My only two problems were the toilet not being a comfort height and the shower was a 36” square shower with the soap and shampoo containers attached to the wall directly across from the shower head. It wouldn’t be a problem on a larger shower, in a 36” shower it was a big problem. Also, put more sugar in the coffee station in the room.

    Arrived to the hotel and could not check in because our room wasn’t ready. After, we were allowed in the room and unpacked and got everything situated we undressed to relax in the so called jetted tub just to discover that only two of the 6 jets were working. We called down to the front desk and William at the front desk was very rude and suggested he could send a technician into the room to try and fix it. This was a total mood killer and inconvenience. We were eventually switched to a different room a few doors down. All the jets were working in the new room but the tub was stained and out dated. The rest of the stay was not much better . Will never stay here again. Avoid this place it is old, outdated and the staff were very rude

    The cleaners didn’t leave toilet paper, wash clothes and even though I went to the reception to report it they told me they will ask them so send one to my room which they never did

    Second time staying with a room that has a whirlpool. Last time it was fabulous.. this time the room (a different room than I had before) was not as well kept and clean. Random hair in the sink, the shower, and in the whirlpool. Gross. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Chunks missing in the bathroom floor. But at least the coffee maker worked in this room!

    This is the 4th stay at this location. The staff is always super friendly. Only thing that is disappointing is the bar closes at 10pm.

    Check in was fast and easy. William is great! Room service attendant is one of the best! Patient and sweet and very thorough. Hotel is clean and spacious. My room was large and clean and quiet. Tub was fabulous. My coffee maker didn’t want to work, tho.
