We arrived after 1 am after being stuck on the freeway due to flooding. Our room was on the second floor (FYI no elevator). All we wanted to do was shower and sleep. When we walked into our room it appeared clean, but as I went into the bathroom, I saw the bathtub had big strips of black duct tape covering a hole in the bottom of the tub! I don’t even understand why the room was being used for guests. We were exhausted, so just went to sleep. I talked to the lady at the front desk in the morning about it, but she didn’t think it was a problem, and told me to have a good day.

Price and staff were great. Check in was easy and efficient. The location was easy to find and convenient to the convention center. It is an older hotel but has been maintained. We didn't have great hot water - but I believe this is something that will be addressed. It is probably not an ongoing issue. I believe the staff cares about the property.

Location, Chair at desk was worn with bottom needing replacement. The other room rented (220) had plaster falling off in shower, and dirty. NO ELEVATOR

The air conditioner in the room was not working, needed to go back down to have the front desk change the room. In the Second room needed to move the cable from the table lamp to make it work as it seems the connection was bad. Breakfast smelt great but the orange juice was a weird orange water, so we just didn’t even attempt to even make a waffle.

Great parking staff is very nice. Clean rooms and comfortable beds breakfast u have a few things to choose from the lady in the mornings is so sweet actually everyone there was very nice and helpful just the hot tub needs a serious scrubbing bc it's black on bottom and pool is kinda green... But overall we had a good week stay and will be back when in the area... 10 out of 10 bc nothing is perfect:)

Breakfast is good.. but no meat tho like (advertised) just boiled eggs (sometimes) and some round eggs like a scrambled type idk what u call it... and waffles, yogurt and muffins and you can make toast... And all day long coffee and juice for breakfast as well. But overall I give a 10 out of 10 and we will be back when in the area... Also very quite and good sleep at night beds is comfortable! But the lady in the morning is my favorite she is on point and very sweet!

I would not stay here again. The building has a very strange smell which was obvious from the moment I walked in to check in. I was given a room on the second floor. Just FYI, if you have trouble with stairs or require an elevator this place does not have one. There seemed to be only 2 guys working the afternoon I was checked in and they were both gone from the front desk with tasks for quite some time. The second floor had an even worse smell with an attempted masking of it with air freshener that was so thick you could literally taste it. The room, luckily was ok with the smell. The bed appeared bug free, but there were a large amount of hairs in the sheets, which made you question if they were cleaned or just remade after someone checked out. The shower and toilet worked. The AC worked well. I did not try to use the TV. I left before the breakfast opened.

They’re probably properties awesome the design everything then everything was cool The fact that we sweated all night and wasn’t comfortable, the air conditioner only goes to 64 which didn’t come on but maybe every 15 minutes so it made it very uncomfortable to sleep because we had no air. We had to change rooms twice.

Admittedly, my expectations were not too high when I reserved my room after reading the reviews before booking. The reviews were generally mid range. Upon arrival, I found that the lobby was clean and orderly. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was seamless and fast. The overall appearance of the hotel inside and out was somewhat worn, but well-maintained. My room was in the same condition but clean. I was impressed to see that there were enough towels and amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Everything worked as expected. The Internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable. However, the mattress was softer than what I like. The water pressure was very good. Particularly the shower. Had good water pressure. The heating system and air conditioner worked well. The hotel was quiet. It is conveniently located near grocery stores and shopping all of which are within walking distance. Conveniently located near the main highways.

Breakfast was fresh. A protein would be a good addition to the breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean. The features were nice. The breakfast was fresh and beer than expected, TV, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, desk, the only issue I had was that there was no elevator. I'm handicapped and stairs are very hard for me plus I had luggage. However, the desk clerk moved me into a downstairs room. Everything else about the hotel was pleasing, just no elevator.

Even though I did not bring it to the front desk attention, I had cereal Saturday morning and two yogurts and was violently sick after 45 minutes to an hour the rest of the day Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to the next morning, And ruined my whole Saturday trip to Dallas but Staff was nice though

Quiet clean and affordable

The staff were friendly and the breakfast nice but, the hallway area had an overpowering deodorizing smell. I awoke the next day with several bites on my body. I can’t say it was bed bugs because I didn’t see any, I will say, I’ve experienced bed bug bites before and they looked VERY similar.

Place smelled good and fresh. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Pressure was great in the shower, run hot long. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Moe remembered me from a year ago! I rebooked this property because I had such a great experience when I stayed here for Mary Kay Career Conference. The rooms are very clean, and there are a variety of breakfast options. All of the staff is friendly, and professional.

We booked this hotel for those reasons and and indoor pool. The pool was under maintenance which left a bad taste in our parents mouths. Multiple families booked along with us for these amenities!

I also slipped and fell in the lobby on wet floor because there was no wet floor sign. I got a big bruise and had a hurt knee the rest of my stay so that was a bummer. My guess is someone had just swam in the pool and dripped out into the lobby. There was no formal process to file an incident report so I was handed the manager's card. I misplaced it for a while and now it's been long enough that it doesn't really matter. The hot tub was out of order, but the pool water and the pool room were nice and warm.

Room was fine the toilet didnt flush but when I called the office to tell them she was pretty quick with getting me another room. Overall it was a good stay for my son's football tournament for the weekend. I would stay there again.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find out the pool was not working. We went to breakfast the 1st morning of our 3 night stay & it was not very good. We didn’t go back to breakfast again. The room was clean. I hope they get the pool fixed and make improvements on their breakfast because we do want to stay there again when we visit the Dallas area.

This hotel was less than par. The smell whether it was a spray, they used or whatever was nauseating. The pillows on the bed were so small and soft you couldn't tell you were laying on one or the bed.If the hotel is advertised as having a pool and hot tub then when it is closed for maintenance then they need to change their advertisement. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known! The shower was blah at best!

The front desk guy at night was very sweet. The ladies in the morning, not so much. They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either. The breakfast is what you would expect for the price you paid. Make your own waffles, fake eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice. The rooms are in desperate need of repair. I know they are in the middle of construction, but our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, ceiling was starting to crack and droop, there was an old ac vent in the bathroom that was falling off and was extremely dirty inside. The pool area was nice. The hot tub floor is an unfortunate color that makes it look dirty, but it was clean water. No elevator, but there is only 2 floors, there are enough doors that it would get you close enough to your room so that you don't have to walk far.

Very good location for Allen. Right off highway and 8 mins away from the Texas credit union venue. My only complaint is that there is no elevator which is okay, but we just didn’t know beforehand and had so many bags. When we checked in the water was also not working throughout the hotel, but they did fix it within 20-30 mins or so, really fast. We were in rush for a concert so it was a little stressful. The pool was very busy and we wanted to take pictures but it was filled with people there the entire stay sadly. These are my only complaints! Everything else was amazing. We loved our room and the TV had amazing channels and great quality. The beds were super spacious and comfortable. The a/c worked so well, + the mirror was well lit. Another great thing was that there for two mirrors which was AWESOME because there was us two girls. The hotel was very worth the stay and it was such a good price. The deposit was only $50, and I know other places have a hold for $100 sometimes. Breakfast was also great which I look forward to at hotels.

This was an ok hotel for the price and location to what we needed for our trip. The room was super musty smelling and we it was rough whether the AC was on or not. Ended up just keeping the window open.

The hotel is an older building but the rooms have been remodeled. The hotel is very clean and their always making sure everything is to your expectations. The pool area is amazing, the pool temperature was just right not to vold or to warm. The hot tub was nice. The only thing that could be improved would be to add a little more to your breakfast options.

A great hotel for a bargain price and the service was excellent. The Lobby and the passage way to our room was neat and smelled good. They had a pool and a hot tub for relaxing and had breakfast options such as waffles, fruits, cereals and muffin. We needed good Air Conditioning in the texas heat and AC worked good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Front desk clerk took much too long to check me in and then didn’t tell room service I had a late checkout so I was woken up early. A/C doesn’t work well. Hot water is not very hot. Sink water pressure is very weak. Otherwise it was fine.

The place was great for the price and location. Only drawbacks were that it smelled like weed when we stepped out of our room every time, and the hot tub looked either dingy or like it hadn't been cleaned well. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows!

Place is garbage, stinks, full of bums outside hanging arpund your cars. If you ask for a refund they say talk to the owner and for some reason the owner doesnt exist cause no one can ever find him. Stay away and go to La Quinta instead for a better stay.

The staff goes out of theor way to make you feel safe and comfortable. Property is clean, but simple. They're updating rooms, and we were put in a newer room. Thdppol is cold, and the hot tub jets/bubbles do not work. The breakfast was very basic...boiled eggs, packaged muffins, bananas and oranges, a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and coffee and juices. Overall. Nice stay.

I would like to have had a warning of the renovations taking place. The tub faucet constantly dripped. Someone complained of leaking below my room. But, no one inspected or offered moving me. Other than that, my stay was GOOD.

The reason we booked it over others we were looking at was the indoor pool. My kids were so excited to swim. The pool ended up being so cold no one could enjoy it. Also, the lack of elevator was a little rough with a baby and 2 other kids. Would be a nice touch if they had cribs available as well like most hotels have. Breakfast wasn’t restocked well. There was one piece of fruit left and very few healthier or protein options.

Below average property. Night staff at the front desk not very helpful. When we reported a blocked toilet, the front desk staff told us to come down and get the plunger and help ourselves. Strange voices and noises at night that you don’t want your children to hear. Morning cleaning staff helpful as well as the day staff. Would choose only if no other option feasible.

We received the wrong room. Paid for King got a double or queen. Could not change. No refrigerator and dirty vents. Requested the price corrected and have not gotten yet. Will not stay again.

There were different places in the room that needed attention, one was the toilet. It's too small, and I'm sure all rooms have one that's too small. My knees were higher than the rest of my body and it was difficult to rise. This might be an unpleasant subject, but the person that made that decision during construction should be "canned!" This isn't the housekeeper's fault, and I did leave something for them, as I always do, but it wasn't as much as it would have been if the rest of the room had those different places cleaned.

I’m giving a two star review because of the safe location of the hotel otherwise it would be a one star. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The kids were playing in the pool area but were asked to play quietly as there were a couple guest room located in the indoor pool area so any noise was annoying to them. Which is completely fair and understandable however I would argue if it were an outdoor pool the kids could play normally and have fun without feeling like they need to whisper so the kids didn’t really enjoy it after that and we didn’t use the pool for the rest of our stay. Also the hot tub was luke warm at best I look forward to a warm hot tub and this wasn’t it. As for the room the towels were scratchy and the rooms were a bit worse for wear we had to be moved as our tv didn’t work and both rooms we were in had poor water pressure and Luke warm water and not great shower nozzles hardly any water would come out. The continental breakfast was disappointing severely lacking. 2 out of 10 would not recommend. The night staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The area is safe and clean and parking is available and easily accessible.

Desk clerk was very polite and efficient. We didnt arrive until 2am as we came from Alabama. It wasnt a problem. The room was clean. The only issue was the bathroom tub/shower faucet had a continual stream of water.

The POOL and HOT TUB area is as nice as the photo and was our main reason for booking this hotel. We stayed 4 nights with 2 boys, so we did use the pool every day and the pool was the HIGHLIGHT. The BREAKFAST is minimal and very basic, as I expected. It has 2 waffle makers that make Texas shaped waffles (my son loved that) and they have fresh bananas & hard boiled eggs for some healthy options (I loved that) in additional to cereal and muffins. The coffee however was very disappointing and was watered down and not drinkable. I can drink bad coffee, as we are simple people, but it really is not drinkable. Our room was fine, but our fridge had an old yogurt and 2 sandwiches in it from previous guests. We left them in there because we didn't want the rotting food in our trash can in the room with us. And I feel terrible to add this, but I did kill 3 baby roaches, all on different days. Day 1 on the bathroom floor. Day 3 in the bathtub. And Day 4 in the sink (that was the creepiest, ick). This hotel definitely needs to change their pest control service and take care of that. People do not want to stay in a room with bugs. We survived, but we would not book this hotel again.

Had very strong air freshner when walked in doorway at rear entrydoor (my family and I are allergic to airborn style air freshners) The coffee was horrible!!! (What happen to fresh brewed coffee) Why is it at some Quality Inns have full breakfast (sausage, eggs, bisquits and gravy) others just waffles? For the same price range!!

This is an older hotel with a strong old smell within the room and hallways. It has some damages to the doors of the rooms, bathroom doors and ceiling. The hotel is at a reasonable price if you're looking for a one night stay though.

Bathtub was very chipped up, the tile in the bathroom was also chipped up and kinda gross. Bed was very firm and could feel and hear the springs all night while pillows was the opposite issue, all of them where extremely soft where i was using 3-4 pillows to feel like a normal pillow.

I was very disappointed that what I saw online was not what I saw. The hitel has a very strong odor that we vould barely breathe, no elevator. We had to check out the same day. And I have been waiting fir my refunds fir the charges applied to my card. I still haven't received it.

I recommend and would stay again. For the price it was great! Its clean and staff is nice.
