    Later, we were informed that the real issue was a significant shortage of housekeeping staff, which left insufficient time to prepare rooms. What was particularly disappointing was the response we received from the hotel staff. Instead of offering a sincere apology, we were told that some guests check in as late as midnight and that a 5:00 PM check-in was therefore “not that bad.” This response showed very little understanding of the inconvenience caused to our family. We also booked and paid for a room with the reasonable expectation that it would be available at the advertised check-in time. If a guest were unable to pay the full room rate on time, it would not be considered acceptable for them to simply pay less. By the same logic, it is difficult to understand why the hotel would not be held accountable for failing to provide the room at the promised time. Furthermore, the advertised housekeeping schedule of service every other day was not followed during our stay, apparently due to the same staffing shortage.

    I stayed for several weeks. They would clean my room every 4 or 5 days after I would complain and throw my own trash out and get my own clean towels every night. Ridiculous for how much money I spent.

    Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 4:30. Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for at least 5 minutes. Finally someone came out. We were told our room was not ready. She called the cleaning staff twice and got no response. She said. I’ll be right back. She was gone for a good 15-20 minutes. Once she came back she checked us in. Upon arrival we were already weary from traveling so we were not satisfied with the service.

    As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel.

    Usually bottled water is free and we were surprised to find out that there was a charge for it. We were given a couple bottles complimentary when we checked in but they tried to charge us for any others. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping was hit and Miss. one day they called us saying “the maid is outside your room we want to clean” and another day we returned after 6 to a room that hadn’t been made up. If you stay here over the weekend be advised they don’t offer housekeeping on weekends. Breakfast was ok, about what you’d expect. Lastly I used the fitness center while I was here and the two of the exercise machines were out of order. I wouldn’t mind staying here again but with so many minor issues I might look around for other options.

    Property location excellent. Close to restaurants and across the street from I 75 quiet and nice neighborhood. Felt very safe there. Lobby is beautiful and was greeted by front desk lady named Fleur. Elise elevator was prompt and room was very large and super clean never woke up in time to try the breakfast water pressure and shower very good . Even though there was only one elevator, it was always very prompt and also very large would give this facility five stars and would definitely recommend it.

    Drove 6 hours from Odessa to Allen just to be told as we walked into the hotel that the room booking had been canceled earlier that morning, we got there at around 10:45 pm, and that the hotel had failed to call or email to notify about the cancelation. Ended up having to hunt down another room somewhere else at almost 11 at night with 2 young children, and needing to be up early for one of the children to compete with taekwondo. WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER ROOM AT THIS HOTEL.

    Rooms are advertised as being cleaned every other day. Ours was cleaned only once, on Friday. When we arrived, we didn’t have enough clean towels, so we picked up extras Friday morning. Unfortunately, during the one and only cleaning, housekeeping removed all of the clean towels from the bathroom without replacing them — so we had to go back down and request more again that same night. By Sunday, with no additional service, we were out of toilet paper, low on towels, and it was clear that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. To make matters worse, the bedroom doorknob literally fell off in my daughter’s hand. That is a basic maintenance issue that should never happen in a hotel room. The website also lists a restaurant as an amenity. There is no restaurant on-site, which was misleading when booking. While I can’t definitively prove the cause, Friday morning after sleeping in the bed and using the pillows, I developed pink eye and had to visit urgent care Sat for prescription drops. Given the lack of cleaning and overall condition of the room, this was concerning. By Sunday evening, the experience had become frustrating enough that we decided to check out early and stay elsewhere for our final night. I informed the front desk, and they said they would “take care of it,” but nothing was processed. I still had to formally check out through the app on Monday when prompted.

    This property is old and in need of updates. The carpet in my room was stained, and overall the property looks worn. The microwave in my room died while I was there, and the kitchen was minimally stocked - no dish towels or dish soap, only dishwasher tablets. The breakfast served in the lobby was not great. There were hot food items, and a large selection, but it was not good, other than the waffles, which were fine. The fitness center was in good working order, but there was only one treadmill and one of each machine. The water cooler in the fitness room was not in good working order, and there was nowhere else to fill water bottles. Beds in the room were hard, and the couch in both my room and my friends' were saggy in the middle and uncomfortable.

    Breakfast was great. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet! I did not know about the ( burger)event that was happening ahead of time and made plans elsewhere. Would have liked to know that it was happening ahead of time. Next time I will definitely ask during reservation!

    Given the wrong room when we arrived, overcharged for our room and why on earth do you charge for parking when we’re staying at YOUR hotel. We were not informed there was a parking fee at all. Room key didn’t work when we went to our room after breakfast one morning and our room was the absolute furthest from the main desk so we had to walk back down the football field length of a hall way you have to get it fixed and my husband has limited ability to walk with his back being messed up. That was the whole reason for our visit to this area in the first place.

    This hotel is beautiful but it isnt run very well. The staff at the desk are not hospitable, when you need help, they look at you wirh annoyance and act as if you are a peasant. The rooms are very nice ald spacious. Unfortunately our room had dirty sheets with blood spots on them, food in the fridge and the dishwasher was in use. The hot water is cold at night and the wifi is spotty. I tried contactingthe manager but he/she never returned my phone calls. We had initially planned on staying for 3 weeks but after our terrible experience, we are moving after 1 week there.

Staff made concerning statements about contacting authorities regarding our dog, which caused significant distress to my family. My wife became so anxious from the confrontational interactions that we left under duress, fearing for our pet's safety. We also noticed inconsistent policy enforcement. The property advertises as smoke-free, yet our neighbor smoked daily without any staff intervention—a notable contrast to how strictly our situation was handled. I strongly advise pet owners to carefully verify current pet policies and ask specific questions before booking. The "pet-friendly" designation did not match our experience, and the treatment we received was unacceptable.

    The location. The cleanliness. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. When I made coffee in the room and I opened both creamers they were spoiled curdled. The sofa was worn that when I sat on it , it was like sitting on the floor. I was surprised that the tv was not a smart tv so that I could use my apps.

    Breakfast was very good. Quiet room. Having ethernet was a bonus. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Charging for parking in an area like this is beyond chintzy and stupid. Sofa is too old and needs to be replaced. The fitness room lacks a universal weight machine. Slow internet. Kitchenette should have four of each eating item.

Pool had toilet paper floating around, leaves floating all over, really dirty. The upstairs 2nd floor hallway was smelly and hot and right out of The Shining.     There was a small issue when I arrived. My room was accidentally checked in with another family. No biggie the lady at the front desk took care of it. Later that night though I did receive a phone call after 10pm asking to come down to the desk to sort things out. I guess the lady thought she called the other family.

    The breakfast was good. The room condition was ghetto. The headboard was falling apart. The kitchen was nasty. The wallpaper was literally hanging off the wall. The curtains in the bedroom were only shears so light flooded in the room from the street and highway all night long the room had a horrible smell. The sofa was something they may have found in the trash.

    My wife and I have stayed in Homewood Suites in the DFW area off an on over the past six months. Above all, this is by far the best one we have stayed in. The living area in the King Suite was fairly sizeable and it included a dining and separate work table where I could set up my laptop. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful

    This hotel was great for our family for a baseball tournament. I loved having a full size fridge. Our room was warm, but they were able to reset the a/c and they also provided 2 fans. Also, smoke detector battery started beeping and they handled it very quickly.

    The room that I booked was not available so I was given another room. Which was 2 queen beds instead of a king bed. This wasn’t a big deal except that room was disgusting. On first glance the room was okay. But then there was the Peeling furniture, the toilet wasn’t working and was missing a part. The poor front desk clerk had to grab a part from the toilet from another room! The ac was not cooling. I think that room that we were put in wasn’t ready for guests but they put us in it anyway! The sheets smelled musty. If the room was cleaned prior to our arrival, wouldn’t they have figured out that the toilet wouldn’t flush? The next morning we asked for another room & spent our last night in a new room. That room was much better & cleaner. The only bright note was the Staff were nice and friendly. I’ve never had this experienced anything like this at a hotel before.

    This location was a downgrade compared to the one in New Orleans. The New Orleans location was cleaner and comfortable. The Dallas location had bed skirts on the beds as top sheets and no comforters. The New Orleans location had extra pillows and a blanket for the sofa stored in the closet but Dallas didn't have any of that.

    I really liked this hotel. Our room had high ceilings and central AC not the window AC you normally see. The bedroom was big, we had approximately enough space for 2 additional twin mattresses. We booked from Friday through Monday and no one came for room service unfortunately. We ran out of toilet paper which I was able to get from the room service lady in the hall. The lighting in the restroom is excellent for those women who like wearing makeup. The breakfast was your typical waffle and cereal milk and juice. They did have Turkey options for those that don’t eat pork. I really like that the apples were wrapped since my child is allergic to bananas I could place them in the same plate without cross contamination.

    One of our walls was very soiled. Our kitchen was missing basic items like skillet, pot, colander, no measuring cups or anything helpful. We ended up getting about 12 different keys all weekend because our keys would never work. It was a rough stay. The fold out bed had wire coils sticking out so far.

    Was very clean. However, we could not turn down thermostat below 67. We like it cool and it’s hard to sleep when it’s not cool in the room. Thermostat was hard to figure out with tiny symbols but no text to tell a person what it meant. Sheets were high thread count which does not breath well, so adds to the cooling issues. Breakfast was great, workout center was pretty good. Staff was great.

    I liked the location, the only problem was we stayed 5 days. Got there Saturday, sunday we were gone all day. Came back to unmade bed, trash and no clean towels. My husband went and got some. Monday they finally took the trash, and by this time everyone on the 4th floor had trash in the hallway.. we had to go get clean towels once again. This time at the front desk. Tuesday they finally cleaned, Wednesday last day.

    It’s really outdated. If you just need somewhere to stay for one night it’s doable but for the price it definitely needs an upgrade. Really disappointed with this stay. Staff was really nice and professional, check in was quick and easy. Just wasn’t impressed with room. Towels were stayed with pink residue, shower heads green, baseboards worn, walls worn bathrooms come with no soap .

    We loved the configuration of the rooms, worked perfectly for us. The breakfast was outstanding!! Lots to choose from and fresh and hot!! Really great! One of our rooms smelled very bad from the garbage disposal that didn’t work. They did try to fix that and it was better but still lingered. The ice machine in the fridge didn’t work and no ice machine available on the property. The hot tub was closed, not sure why but roped off. One room only had one towel available but an easy fix. The pull out sofa sleeper did not have any bedding in either of our rooms. Called the front desk and they said the bedding should be in the closet but they had more at the front desk that we could come get. Didn’t offer to bring the bedding to us and we were at the opposite end of the building from the desk. Not that big a deal but did think they should have offered to bring it considering it was supposed to be in the room and we were very tired and anxious to get to bed. Over all it was a nice place, beautifully decorated and a pretty good value. Minor inconveniences but it wouldn’t keep me away, I would stay there again.

    Property is definitely in need of a remodel and the breakfast has continued to get worse over the years. Hot tub out of service, stains on sofa bed, stains on floor, fixtures coming out of the wall in bathroom. Staff was great and lobby was nice.

    Room and foyer was clean. Customer service mid. Linens for sofa bed were not in the room, when called for some, they told me I had to come to front desk for them but they had no pillows. When I insisted on pillows they magically found some. Bed was so uncomfortable and worn out. The comforter provided on bed was actually a bed skirt. Ice makers are located in the room refrigerators that you have to turn on when you get there… provided so little ice that I couldn’t even fill a cup before the end of my stay.

    My family and I stayed here for USSSA SOUTHERN Nationals. Property is hands down the best we have stayed at all season! Clean, breakfast was always a 10/10 and friendly staff. The unicorn 🦄🌈 of stays (or maybe we are just easy to please). Either way if we are back in the area we will book again!

    I got very, very ill after breakfast in the dining room. I have a mold allergy, and I did not realize that the coffee in the big server somehow had mold in it. I was very ill and bound to my room most of the day for two days, unable to participate in my conference in the area. And I realized that the cup I brought my coffee up in was on the table and saw the mold in the top of the coffee. I took it downstairs to show the front desk, and they apologized and took the cup. They said that they were very sorry, that they did have a company clean the machine from time to time, but only the barrel, not the tubes or stopper. I suggested to them to check the entire machine and clean it out with vinegar and some solution because the mold made me very, very ill. The front desk apologized. I did keep a photograph of the coffee on my phone.

    -The website said the continental breakfast was to 1030 each day which when we got there they closed it down at nine each morning. -We were charged extra for parking each night (along with other fees not listed) which was not listed on there either and they had their own private parking lot. -It’s the middle of June and the pool was not open our entire stay and was not listed as closed on the website.
