Typical 2 star motel, walls paper thin. Good for an overnight stay.

Pizza box still in the fridge. Fruit in the drawer and a sweater in the drawer. So basically they don't check things very well.

It was quiet. Located near things we needed. Pizza box still in the fridge. Fruit in the drawer and a sweater in the drawer. So basically they don't check things very well.

Everything. The place is filthy, the floors look like they never get mopped. The walls never get wiped. The curtains have cigarette burns. And I believe a family member stays in the rooms, and he was peeping at my window and scared my children.

There was a plate with old food and big fat worms in it It smell like a death body was in the room Staff did not clean at all Worms were crawling all over the place Not a trash can was available A/C was not working
- 0.5/5
Nothing. The place was boarded up and nasty. We left ASAP. The room was permeated with intense cigarette smoke with area that stayed in our hair and clothes once we left and had burn marks the furniture and curtains. There was a pornagraphic sticker on the wall. Ohh yeah someone took down the fire alarm and apparently part of this place had burned down. There was tagging on the dresser and carved into the mirror.
- 5/5
The owner of the hotel is super friendly, very accommodating. Enjoying staying here on my business trips.
- 1/5
Never again got bug bites
- 2/5
Owner or manager that stays at the property is a douche.
- 1/5
Definitely not clean by any stretch of the imagination. The cleanest thing was the front desk area. Upon entering the room, I was made brutally aware that this was a room fire damaged. The ceiling and back wall had smoke damage. It also looked like the room was in the middle of being renovated because puddy was along all of the walls, but nothing was cleaned up or sanded. It was a tan puddy on white sheet rock. The only thing clean was the bed spread and I couldn't even bring myself to touch it. Thankfully I had a family emergency I had to run to but there would have been no way that I would have stayed. Also, I didn't realize it until I looked up that 1/2 the building is burnt. Please avoid for the next few months, and management should disclose this when you book.
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. I killed several roaches inside the room. There was graffiti INSIDE the room. It was filthy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. I did not feel safe at all. Would definitely NOT recommend ever.
- 4/5
The property was clean but messy at the same time. There was a fire damage to the building that was obvious the room I was staying in was patched up and not repainted but an overall good no frills hotel nothing special nothing to extravagant with what I needed for a place to sleep for the night
- 2/5
The room kinda stinks
- 1/5
The beginning of the building is all burned up . It was a horrible stay. Disappointing in every way. Walking up the stairs you can see mysterious stains everyway. The room was the only thing decent enough. The bathrooms have graffiti on them.
- 1/5
Worst place ever those pictures lie the price for the night is overrated half of the building was burned down the room was so ewww I went and bought supplies to clean it and you can’t get a refund so your pretty much screwed
- 2/5
Overall it was subpar and would not stay again. The room had been cleaned and was serviced each day but the furniture, carpet and fixtures were worn down and grimey; graffiti in the rooms, in the furniture and outside; and mattress had body indentations and was not comfortable. Biggest issue is there has been a structure fire and part of the building seems unsafe but is still being used. Our room was beside the damage and the walkway didn’t feel safe to cross.
- 3/5
The room was clean enough and the bed was relatively comfortable.
- 4/5
Surprising clean and spacious for the price. Would stay again
- 1/5
no comment
- 4/5
First impression is that it's very out of the way, dated furniture and in need of painting. But it's reasonably priced, clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable with good linen and nice pillows. Overall, a bargain.
- 1/5
Overcharged for a small not very clean motel.
- 1/5
room was extremely dirty
- 1/5
The actual room was disgusting. It was hot and musty, the paint on the walls was peeling and scratched up. The furniture is from 40 years ago and it shows. The bedding is had burnt holes in it, and mysterious hard substances stuck on the pillow. The carpet had other mysterious sticky substances all over it as well. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor overnight, creating a huge puddle of water all over the bathroom area. Not to mention the giant bug in the corner of the wall, which we thought was dead, but disappeared over the night so no clue where that went. Absolutely disgusting place and would NEVER recommend.
- 4/5
The only thing to note was the AC unit was noisy. Definitely would stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice

- 1/5
Did not like this property at all, it is filthy and the room smells like cigarettes smoke
- 3/5
it was confienant, easy access from hwy, and cooperative with check in time.
- 2/5
There was multiple stains on bed sheets, there was a strange smell, ang floors weren't clean at all.
- 2/5
Front desk at checkin: computer system down. Wanted to hold my DL until ckout. Absolutely not. Room: carpet torn, comforters stained, sheets had burn holes, sheet had yellow stains. Lucky for me I brought my own pillow and a blanket. Non smoking room smelled of smoke and musty odor. Front desk worker limited in English language making it difficult to understand him and or to get answers when I had to prompt him on motel info. Complimentary coffee machine broken and on floor in lobby. Rooms show better in pictures than real life. I suggest painting damages on wall with brush rather than a spray can. Overall didn’t feel room was clean enough to stay again and something liquid was poured on my vehicles tire making the parking lot not acceptable to leave my vehicle again. Regardless of the low price you need to do better all around to serve your customers.
- 1/5
Roches and graffiti everywhere 👎👎👎
- 1/5
This place was disgusting. I’ve stayed in cheap places before but for the price of this one I’d expect them to somewhat clean not just make the bed and give new towels. Upon arrival the floor had not been vacuumed, there was cigarette ash in the night stand, graffiti in one of the drawers and someone had taken off the smoke detector and put it in the drawer. In the bathtub there was what looked to me to be pubic hair. The blanket on the bed had little holes on it. It was gross, definitely not worth the price.

Everything
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable, but smelled like smoke. Parking lot had enough light.
- 3/5
Furnishings were a bit shabby. Towels and sheets had stains. Wifi did not work at all. New floor was dirty.
- 1/5
Horrible. The people next to were so loud all night long even when i called the front desk to talk to them about them it didnt help. Many creepy looking people around. We found old food next to the frig that didnt get cleaned up. Holes in all the bedding from cigarette burns. Suppose yo be non-smoking but sinked of smoke. I had to fix the toilet in the middle of the night because it would not stop running. Crappy patch jobs on the wall plus holes in the holes also. Plus a hidden $20 key card deposit that i was not aware of. Unlike other people have stated though the management was very nice to me and no bug bite problems also. Also with how dirty the place was i was surprised they had no roaches or bed bug. Please dont stay here with a family ever. The price of the place i could had stayed a few miles down the road at a nice holiday inn for a few dollars more. Very frustrated with this place and myself for putting my family in this scary nasty place.
- 1/5
Bad service.
- 2/5
The comforters had cigarette burns in them, the room smelt like cigarettes, woke up with bites on our bodies.
- 3/5
Room was clean, bed was comfy and staff was good. Property is mediocre and homeless were present and kept coming through. Hotel is old. No coffee & not much amenities. Good for a single guy just wanting to crash for the night.
- 1/5
Nothing was good I’m not being an ass but the room bed sheets were dirty had blood also it smelled so nasty like a prostitution hotel
- 2/5
Check in was easy . But the room was horrible . The chairs are extremely dirty and the carpet too. Walls had big paint spots missing . Towels were not clean and didn’t want to touch them . Outside there were a few rooms open and the people were just sitting there getting high . Manager did make them go inside and also made people leave the parking lot that were just hanging out there not sure what they were doing . This hotel has gone down a lot and it’s not worth paying the price they are charging . The only good thing about it was the bed . That’s it .. it’s too bad because we used to really like staying there but now we are looking else where
- 3/5
Location hard to find. We missed the turn and had to turn around. Room was clean but run down. Chairs had paint on them and sheets were ripped, the bed was nice though. Friendly staff and liked the fact it was only 10 minutes away from Disneyland. Overall it was ok.
- 5/5
Good place to stay really accommodating
- 1/5
This is the worst place I’ve ever been too. I can’t imagine how expedia let this property get into their list. Don’t expedia at least research about the property before posting it? The pictures on the site is way misleading when you get in the property! The good recent reviews were fake! First, when you get to the property its already creepy. The first person who approached me was rude. Then when I get to the room, I still have my mask on and I could already smell the smoke. The room looks really dirty, the microwave is rusting. The bathroom is nasty. There are dirt and gum on the wall. The chairs have a lot of stains which is really disgusting. The smoke detector is on the cabinet! When I complained they try to put me in another room and its even more disgusting! I asked if I could refund they said I have to stay for 1 night because I booked for 2 nights and then will refund 1 night and I’m like Me and my kids will not spend a night here, not at all. But the person I was talking to that its a policy to stay 1 night so I said to just charge me 1 night but refund me the other night which is ridiculous! I don’t really know who to blame with this experience because traveling that far 6-7 hrs with kids and you’ll get to that kind of place is really frustrating! The rate was not even that cheap to tell me that I’m just getting my money’s worth. And like I said, the photos on Expedia were really interesting. I will never book thru expedia anymore!

The help couldnt wait to tell me what they couldnt do for me. Thrived on negagive j.
- 1/5
Manager or owner has zeeo customerservice skills. Got mad at me for asking for a remote control that worked. I got punched for an extra room key and I couldn't return it at the end of my stay and get my money back and he wanted it back
- 1/5
The staff was very rude and aggressive
- 1/5
Bad experience got yelled at my owner for checking in late. Don’t come here unless needed . Everything was dirty .
- 3/5
Nothing special room stank
- 1/5
The owner was very rude didn’t really speak English too good I told him I had booked a room and he said I wasn’t in the system and then he told me to get out n shooed me away like I was some kind of buggy.Yeah then a few minutes later he comes outside and walks up to my car and says oh now you’re in the system you can come check in.
- 1/5
I paid and was charged for the room through Hotels.com and the receptionist did not give me a room even though it was paid for already and was no help at all.
- 3/5
well this is the 2nd time the i stay there and i have some bites of something I think it was a spider the first time it was the same I think they should be more careful
- 3/5
The accomodation was good for its rating
- 3/5
The location is convenient but the hotel use a lot of insecticide. The first room I was given smelled so strongly of insecticide I went back and ask for another room which still smelled of insecticide but after leaving the door and windows open for a 1/2 hour the smell dissipated. More concerning is that the front desk asked me to pay $20 as a hold on the room key. (You go t to be kidding). I refused and cited violations in the agreement. After some argument the front desk gave me the room without the deposit. Quite honestly I have never been asked to make a deposit on a room key and I have traveled on business well over a couple of million miles. This is disgraceful. I will never come back to this place again.
- 5/5
The owner was very nice and helpful at check in. The room was newly renovated and clean. The room had microwave and fridge. Good location. We went to the beach (30 minutes away) and Disneyland (Less than 10 minutes away). It was reasonably priced and nice. Lots of restaurants close by. Coffee and rolls were available in the lobby in the mornings. We were only there for two nights. We enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
The room had a horrible urine spell, there was Jaír in the shower, and the smoke detector was covered with a bag
- 2/5
I did not like that the receptionist asked for a cash deposit for the room key.
- 5/5
Close to restaurants and work for me. Great location
- 1/5
Bed bugs, would not refund the night.... left at 6pm, sometimes you get the feeling you’ve witnessed scum on earth... come here to feel that!
- 5/5
Managers of the property were very nice checking in and helpful with information about what’s in the area restaurants, markets, shops etc.
- 3/5
I slept like a rock though, tv worked, and shower pressure was good. Unsure how safe that area actually is... kept the door bolted in case.
- 1/5
The property manager was probably the worst front desk experience I’ve ever had. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and almost hostile. It was so shocking, I immediately booked another hotel. The hotel was also dirty, smelled like smoke in a ‘non-smoking’ room, in an unsafe area, walls were very thin, and uncomfortable. I know the hotel is just a 2 star but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please do not stay here!!!
- 5/5
Nice quite and convenient place to stay, easy access to anywhere
- 2/5
The onsite motel manager is a little overbearing. I saw them watching another guests getting ice and going up to them saying they were charging $5.00. It’s hard to understand them when they are communicating. The rooms are very basic. I thin bath towel for each guest and one wash cloth for all guest. The bath exhaust fan cover and ac vent cover are both dirty. The fridge does not keep cold and has no freezer compartment. They charge you a room key deposit $10.00 cash only and thru give only one key. Be sure to have exact cost cause they have no change. You have to be sure to use the door tag (ours was missing and had to ask for one) to tell them if you want your room serviced otherwise they will not clean your room if you do not have the door tag say you want service. The pillows are minimal and flat. The furniture and room looks very dated and smells weird. Onsite manager lives onsite.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the bathroom as well. Staff were very friendly and accepted us at a late time.
- 5/5
It was very nice the beds are awesome the only bad thing is that they had to wake me up everyday for house keeping I stayed there 4 days and not once a could I sleep inn due to them knocking and having to enter the room daily
- 1/5
Let me start by saying it's way OVERPRICED! I have stayed in motels and other properties all over the world and I can say that this's the worst so far! The check in process took way longer than it should, and required cash deposite on the spot without having any ATMs around! Everything was movinh extremely slow! We stayed for 3 nights, the first day there was room cleaning, the second day they finally showed up, it's like they choose which days to perform routine room cleanings! I would've liked to know that ahead on time! Moreover, Our room door was holding together by red tape! The only redeaming qualities is having a microwave and minifridge! I wouldn't recommend it though!
- 1/5
Also, the management did not understand English, and was rude to me wife when she asked for fresh towels, which we did not get. They also threw away a pair of shoes I left. We would NEVER return to this flee bag motel again.
- 1/5
It was horrible here! Not only was the place filthy, TV didn't work, and towels that rip your skin off, but we were literally forced out on a Saturday when room paid through Wendesday, due to a $12 window screen that fell off and got bent. The guy who runs this circus is a freaking illegal, who hardly even speaks English, not to mention couldn't understand a damn thing being requested. The soda machine takes 1 buck bills only, if you're lucky it reads em. If it does good luck getting change from it. The ice machine was busted, also, AND COST QUARTERS, but didn't work with the quarters. The lady came out and Jimmy-rigged the thing to work, but literally gave me sh** when I came back later and needed more ice. Said I give you one more time for free, but then cannot just come out whenever and give to u. (Just in more Indian accent and moronic phrasing) i told her your machine ate 3 of my quarters. Ain't s*×t free! Plus, when the *uc* did places start charging to give frozen water? Literally, you're giving ppl for 100 bucks a night, some sh*% room, with cheap bathroom and shower, and not even a microwave, and you're gonna charge them for ice!?, if you even will take the 15 secs to help.... PLZ! BLOW IT OUT YOUR CULO! I could get 10 lbs of ice for 4 bucks that are real ice, not air filled frozen shells, at basically any Gas station liquor mart, 7/11, supermarkets are even cheaper, and you wanna charge me $100 for the crap room and then limit my ice consumption? Fk U!
- 5/5
Great motel that is only 10mins from Disneyland. Super clean rooms and shower. Great AC in the room. The non-smoking room was perfect.
- 1/5
Very rude staff went inside my room Everytime I left and was very mean to me
- 4/5
Very comfortable beds! We stayed in the two king room I believe 215. Minimal surface space because of small dresser below TV. Room should have luggage racks, and iron and ironing board. Easy access to Freeway. Just stayed 1 night.
- 5/5
The room was very nice . It had a larger tv than most places. You can park right up to your door if you're on the first floor. It's not a large motel so it doesn't get crowded. The pool is very nice and clean.
- 3/5
I dislike that the fridge didn't work and the room pretty much smelled like cigarettes even though it's supposed to be a nonsmoking room but turning on the air conditioner clears the smell. Overall my stay at kona inn motel was quite great.
- 3/5
Motel 6 type of hotel. Clerk was incredibly nice and very attentive to my needs. He upgraded our room to a suite because that’s all they had left. Made sure I found a parking space close to my room. My only issue was the bed spring was breaking so I didn’t feel entirely comfortable sleeping. Overall, average comfort for the price (type of hotel) and location. I’d stay there again if I need something quick and cheap!
- 5/5
It felt more like a hotel. The room was nice and clean, close to disneyland.
- 1/5
Very disappointed. The older clerk pretended like he was not the manager when it's a family owner business and was not very accommodating. All he cared about was my cash. The previous 2 young gentlemen made sure my stay was comfortable and they were very accommodating. The parking is hell, there are hoodlums and weirdos hanging around and up all night, no free breakfast, and a rude older clerk at the front that makes you feel like you're encroaching on his property. Dont waste your money here. Unless this type is your cup of tea.
- 5/5
Great quiet location with friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces, and rooms were VERY clean and recently renovated, I would definitely recommend this location, near Disney just 10 mins drive!
- 5/5
great customer service. so polite.
- 4/5
Nice, clean rooms. Refrigerator was unplugged and walls are a bit thin. Neighbors were loud
- 2/5
The rooms smell like cigarette and it didn’t look clean
- 2/5
People selling drugs outside the hotel rooms gangsters hanging around, was scared my things would get stolen every time I left
- 5/5
I didn't like that shampoos and soaps were not provided.
- 4/5
I remember staying here a few years back, however, I'm glad I gave it another try. My stay was actually nicer and definitely friendlier this time around. The young man at the front desk was super friendly and patient. They might have changed up management or something because he asked my feedback and actually seemed eager to want to hear customer feedback to help utilize for a better staying experience. I'd stay here again just knowing the effort being put in.
- 4/5
We didn't like how run down the sheets were on the beds.
- 5/5
They ask for a 10 dollar cash fee for the card. I don’t carry cash and offered card. They didn’t want a cc charge so they “waived it.” I don’t like surprise cost, especially when I pre-pay
- 4/5
It’s was very quiet and clean. It also was a pretty nice area
- 4/5
The staff were very nice and accommodating. The property is just small. But very cozy
- 1/5
The manager was rude almost hostile for no reason they are not bike freindly
- 2/5
We booked this motel for a short stay while in Anaheim. I booked for a party of 16 and got 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms were not clean. The last guest left a ladies undergarment in the bathroom and the room service personnel failed to pick it up, makes us wonder if they had cleaned the room. The other room was also not clean. The pillow cases were dirty. The family staying there decided to not stay and made their drive back to Los Angeles at 2 a.m. i hope the property owner does look into this especially since it's a small motel. The price was great though but i don't think i would make a reservation here again.
- 4/5
I couldnt have ssked for better service.
- 3/5
furthermore, the motel entrance from the main street it was very narrow. It can only accommodate one car. Also, the parking lot in the form of the letter "L", you have to go to the end of parking lot to be able to rotate and exit from the same motel entrance. Finally, They do not have an emergency electric generator. On New Year's Eve, strong winds blew. It cut off the main power cord and we waited about six hours( in dark and cold) until they fix the problem.
- 5/5
This is a nice moderate priced hotel not far from Disneyland. The comfotable rooms have small fridges and microwaves.
- 3/5
Pretty standard cheap motel. Room was clean enough. Check in and check out was easy. Staff was friendly. If you’re looking for a cheap stay, it’s worth the low price.
- 5/5
The rooms are very clean and very simple but the bed.....dear god the bed....the most amazing mattress I have ever slept on in any hotel...EVER. Definitely worth it. I will stay every time I visit Los Angeles.
- 4/5
The coffee is a lie. It was never available. And we had to remind the front desk to give our key deposit back but other than that the room was great value for money.
- 2/5
The room is very dated the towels are disappointing and the alarm clock makes a weird noise had to unplug it. Overall I would not stay here again
- 2/5
The Indian guy working check in is pretty creepy.
- 3/5
We stayed 2 nights first thing when we walked into the room(which was suppose to be a non smoking room) it smelled horrible of cigarette smoke amd the bed had a burmed cigarette mark on the top blanket. We had to go buy fabrezz to be able to stsy in there. The actual bed was very comfortable though. The next issue I had was the shower there was really no water pressure and it would not drain fast. We had to turn the water off and on to washing our hair and bodies so the tub wouldnt keep rising. By the end of the shower we would be standing in ankle deep water. At the end of our stay I went to check out, they did returned our $5 deposit but refused to give me a receipt.Over all it was just ok!!
- 5/5
Good bang for your buck. Gentleman at the front desk was accommodating to my situation.
- 5/5
Great room for a low price. Staff was welcoming and very attentive. Will definitely stay again here if in the area.
- 5/5
Talked all night long. The room was super clean. But it did not have heat, and it was a cold shot.
- 2/5
Um well during my three night stay I had the fire alarm chirp at 3 in the morning two nights in a row. So making it extremely hard to sleep. The person behind the counter was not very helpful in trying to fix the problem, handed us a battery and asked us to fix it. But it did not get fixed until night three when they took out the alarm all together. All I was wanting a place to sleep after Disney but I did not get that.
- 2/5
Looking to get most of my money refunded.
- 4/5
Good value and service for this price around this area.
- 1/5
Mind you I had checked the bed for bugs before getting in the bed but those disgusting bugs hide well. We immediately picked up our bags and left even though we were absolutely exhausted. Now after washing and drying our clothes in very hot temperatures we are praying we didn’t bring any bugs back with us!
- 3/5
The hotel itself was ok. The air conditioner was oddly placed in the room, but worked. The sheets were clean, but we barely had enough tiny towels (2). For being a place to sleep and nothing else, it was ok.
