There are no toiletries in the room and no breakfast. When our room was cleaned, the trash was not picked up off the floor or from the nightstands.

The property was average. No breakfast served but coffee and tea are available 24/7. It would be nicer if the ice machine is working. I forgot to place the sign out for my room to made. So á little disappointed as no house keeping attended to my room for 2 days.

Room was clean, but the AC was too loud. And the ice machine was not working.

The bed sheets and blankets were so scratchy and felt dirty. There were so many ants at the door coming inside. The elevator smelled horrible.

One thing I really appreciated was that coffee was available throughout the day. The hotel also offered a nice pool and spa area, and the overall cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The staff kept the common areas and rooms very well maintained. The room itself was very basic, which wasn’t necessarily a problem, but it lacked some modern features. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and not very reliable during my stay. The TV channel selection was also limited, so I ended up purchasing a Fire Stick to turn the television into a smart TV and access my streaming services. My only suggestions for improvement would be to heat the pool, as it was quite cold during our stay, and to consider adding an extra chair in the room since there was only one available. Having additional seating would make the room more comfortable, especially for families or multiple guests. Despite those minor drawbacks, the hotel’s great location, cleanliness, amenities, and convenience outweighed the negatives. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to travelers looking for a clean and affordable place close to the area’s major attractions.

Free WiFi!! That was a plus for my kids! Plenty of parking on site, pool could use some cleaning tho. A lot of food amenities close by and Disney is about 15 min drive, very convenient!

not too bad of a location some people said it was bad, but it really wasn’t lots of amenities around only issue we had we stayed three nights. Let them know. The TV wasn’t working and they never fixed it. Also, you don’t get room service unless you ask for it.

The front desk was very friendly, when we went to check in there were three people in front of us. As I was standing there I saw the front desk lady being so friendly with everyone and when it was my turn she recognized my voice from a previous phone call I had with her. She was great and I regret not remembering her name.

This hotel is great for a night or two. It’s cheap and offers free parking plus it’s close to Disney. The rooms were recently renovated and have a fridge and microwave. They also have coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby. My only complaint is we booked rooms with 2 queen beds. They said they were queen but there’s no way they were. They were definitely full size. Don’t upgrade on Expedia for queen. Save the money.

Tje jacuzzi was green, jad to ask for pool to be opened. It was 1030 and pool suppose to open at 10. No towels at pool after i was told there was. Room is very old. Tub was almost too high to step out of and it had broken parts on the side that could scrape you.

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a frustrating start. We checked in at 3:30 (the stated check in time). However, we were informed that our room was not ready, which was a major concern for us because we had a family dinner at 5 pm and we needed to be there. We had all traveled from out if town and needed to change clothes before dinner. We had hoped to also relax for a short time. We finally got our room keys at 4:30 and rushed to our room to change and leave to arrive at the 5pm appointment.

Hotel is old but they do a really good job maintaining it definitely needs an update or remodel. Coffee downstairs only not in room is very inconvenient.

. I love staying there whenever I’m in the area. It’s very close to Disneyland and to local businesses if you’re into Mediterranean food (and there are plenty of other options nearby if you aren’t). The hotel itself is not overpriced like many others, and it is always clean. I just wish it had more outlets near the bed to plug in electrical devices and a full-length mirror.

Quiet location, comfortable sleeping, the fridge and microwave was a plus. Only minutes away from attractions. Would stay here again.

Upon arriving at night it was difficult to access the hotel since there was no staff to receive us, and after they opened us there was a confusion with the price and they wanted to charge us more, after a while they could give us our price, the check in in the app says it is at 11 but in reality it is at 10:30 am and if you leave later it has an extra cost

Nice hotel. I don’t want to sound picky, but there was hair in the tub when we checked in. Walls has markings. Looks like they did some partial updates, but kept some dated furnishings and decor. Loved the microwave and mini fridge. Very convenient. Overall 7/10. I would still book again. Parking was free, staff was very friendly, and close to Disneyland.

Visually from the front desk the hotel seems like a reasonably small humble spot, but the room I had was extremely dirty and run down all over. Massive splotches, scratches, mysterious stains white and red, darkly smudged towels, it was functional at best but not a pleasant experience when it’s clear the housekeepers only worry about changing the bed, even after initially complaining and being assured by the front desk that they had alerted them to do a more thorough cleaning the following morning, and clearly one if not both parties could’ve cared less about that basic request. Amenities were scarce and if the room quality was this terrible I couldn’t fathom actually utilizing them.

This place is old but so clean!! We really enjoyed our stay here and have stayed at so many hotels around Disneyland and the hotels are so run down. This place really surprised us. And the staff were so friendly. We got there early so they let us use the pool, and even came and got us when our room was ready. Let us check in 1 hour before. We will be coming back!

The place is ideally situated to go to Disneyland. Easy access, easy parking, everything is in order, all you may need is no more than 2 blocks away

Everything was great! Clean, comfortable, and close to where we needed to go. Easy walking access to CVS and In n Out.

Sometimes didn’t just stocked, tv didn’t work first 2 days. Staff was aware will be emailing the main email as I was advised by Anthony and Pamela. Not first time I stayed here last time was in January 2026 but I had a better experience and so did my kids. This time around my kids were disappointed and I was also. Last time I tipped the maids this time I didn’t. I also wrote a note in Spanish during my stay so the maids could do a better job and the note was still there and the room was not picked up or touched. I will have to think about staying there again. Other inconvenience is they have multiple floors but no luggage carrier/trolly hard to do it with kids I had to use my stroller and go back and forth to unload. But pool and rooms were clean at first glance and area seems safe.

With the restaraunt right next door parking was a pain. Room was clean, rob for room dooor just randomly quit working had to get it reconnected. It was good for thw few nights we were in the area.

The check in process was very quick and easy. The gentleman working at the front desk was very nice and helpful. This hotel has an elevator which was very helpful for those in my party who have difficulty walking stairs. The room was very spacious and super clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower has shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. The towels were thick and soft. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but the pool area was clean. There is a lot of parking for this hotel. The area was very quiet during the day and night. Close to a variety of restaurants. This hotel does have a banquet hall and there was a celebration going on during our stay but we couldn’t even tell from inside our room. The room did a very good job of keeping any outside noise to a bare minimum. I would definitely stay here again!

I was a great experience staying there the room’s almost have everything we needed. the only thing I wish they would change is that they didn’t have enough outlets to charge the cell phones only on one side of the room or very far from the bed and that there was no long mirrors in the room.

Stayed here one night to go to Disneyland the next morning. There was a big convention so most hotels were very expensive or sold out. So only here for the night which it was perfect for. Only about 10minute drive to park. Parking is free and I felt safe there.

When we checked in we were told we would be charged $20.00 per towel if we had makeup on it. The vending machines were out of water all 3 days we were there. The pictures make the hotel condition look better than it is. Our room had quite a few stains on the carpet.

The area wasn’t the best, but it felt safe enough. There was a soda machine available. The front office staff was friendly and allowed me to have deliveries dropped off with them. They’re very accommodating with late check outs. While I saw a photo somewhere that there was continental breakfast, they unfortunately do not have breakfast. I’d stay again if it wasn’t so far from Disneyland. I know it’s only 3 miles, but 3 miles is a long ride if you’re going back and forth for days, when utilizing uber.

This hotel had everything we needed for our Disneyland trip. They have ample parking space behind the building. Staff was very nice and check in was fast. The rooms were very clean.

On the site and Expedia it said the hotel offered grab and go breakfast. My family and I double checked 2 weeks before we left what was offered. When we went down stairs the next morning no food at all was provided (but there was coffee and tea options). In the room they had a microwave and a mini fridge but no plasticware, plates, bowls were provided… but when I asked if we could have some the front desk did give me a handful of bowls and spoons.

Rooms were beat up and we had 2 rooms that we had to request the room change due to heat not working and aunts in the bathroom. Will not come and stay at this hotel again unless things change drastically. I am usually easy to please, but this was bad...

It was lovely until I noticed the chair in the room was infested with adult head lice. I didn’t notice it on the beds however that’s still unacceptable. Here’s to hoping I don’t have to chop off my hair or my daughters. The staff for the front desk were very friendly and I appreciate their help.

There is free parking, the rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave and was very comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights and was very happy to return after a long day and just put my feet up and watch some tele. There are plenty of options for food within walking distance whether it is a supermarket, fast food or restaurants. If I was back in Anaheim I would definitely go back to The Brookhurst Plaza Inn.

They canceled my original reservation, and I had to rebook, which led to confusion with the pricing since my key cash was used during the process. On top of that, the room I was placed in faced the street and was extremely loud. I could hear every car and motorcycle going by, even with earplugs. Although the staff was friendly and the manager tried to make it right, the experience felt poorly handled and not worth the money. I wouldn’t choose this property again.

The staff was so nice and helpful when I was in a pinch. Had to cancel a reservation at a different hotel because it was disgusting and unsafe to stay or eat at. Brookhurst Plaza Inn literally saved my Disneyland Christmas trip with my 12 year old daughter.

Always enjoy staying there because it is in a good spot to visit Disneyland and it’s a great price.

Our room only got cleaned once and it didn’t even get fully clean all they did was make 1 of 2 beds. The bed that got made was on the right side and on that night stand my brother left his AirPods and they got stolen. We mentioned it to the front desk and they asked if we knew who it was but obviously we didn’t we were gone all day that day and they have yet to reach out about the situation

Also the traffic noise is horrible! Kept us up all night to the point I had to buy ear plugs just to sleep. They also rent their ball room for parties so we struggled to find parking when we got back from Disney due to all the party guests taking up all the spots.

This is a no frills motelish hotel with good service, comfy beds and clean rooms. The rooms are a bit older the air conditioners are a bit old and loud but you can also open windows to let cool air in. The pool was super clean and well maintained. During peak disneyland season this hotel is full but the other guests are courteous and nights are quiet

The hotel was clean and, although a bit old, it looks recently renovated. Our room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. There was no iron, but I think it’s available upon request. The staff were friendly, and there’s plenty of free parking. The only downside was the AC it was extremely noisy, almost like a motorcycle so we ended up turning it off and using the windows instead.

A good one-night stay for the price, with a comfortable bed, clean room/bathroom, and a decent level of security. Need more customer staffing at the lobby to reduce wait times, and the room smelled dank with dirty and wrinkly appearing curtains. The AC was noisy, but the parking was free with a bright parking lot. An easy 15 minutes drive to the Disney Toy Story parking lot.

This was a last min. Booking. Our camper broke down the day of our trip. We quickly fount this place at a great price especially for Thanksgiving weekend. Room was great staff was great. We didn't need any thing fance but were so pleasantly surprised how nice our room was and hiw great the staff was. We accidently keft our car door open and staff notified us and all was good. I've stayed in many more expensive places and gotten much less.

Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I have 4 stars to was the building it is a little old and looked a little questionable when I pulled up but it was beautiful in the lobby.

It spelled like cat pee in the hallways. I told the front desk (which she was very nice) and she said they can’t stop the stray cats from coming in the back door.

Didn’t stay in the room for more than 1 minute. The entire property is gross. Spend a little more somewhere else. It will be worth it. Sketchy homeless hanging out right outside the front doors. The place doesn’t feel safe at all.

Stayed here during family trip to Disneyland and definitely more affordable than a lot of other options but did pay to Uber to the park and that was close to $20 each way every day. Staff was nice and helpful - it’s older and it shows - room was clean and comfy beds.

Clean rooms and quiet night. The early morning desk attendant really stood out for me. In the early am hours, my car was parked in by several cars that parked afterward. She saw my dilemma and came out to help me inch out of the tight spot. Very sweet of her and much appreciated by me!

Comfy stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The door to the building where the rooms are has a door that you need your roomkey to get into however it was broken the entire stay making it feel a little unsafe. The rooms were also very creepy and outdated. Stains everywhere. It was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

From my experience it’s 5 stars. The room was clean, the beds were clean, the AC blew cold, and the TV worked. What more do you want. Front desk staff was professional. And around the area, plenty of places to eat. There are also homeless people walking around but they don’t bother no one or go into the property

The next day we spent the whole day at Disneyland and returned around midnight. There was an event going on in the hotel’s attached hall, and guests leaving the party were being very loud and obnoxious, even throwing up in the parking lot. It took us about 10 minutes just to get from the front entrance to the back parking area because of the chaos. In conclusion, the location is convenient and the price is affordable. However, expect an outdated hotel with strange odors and visible stains throughout the room. On a positive note, the customer service was great.

Staff said system was down. I called at check in time to let them know I would be getting there for late check in they told me my room was ready and late check in was fine. They double booked multiple people. At first they gave me keys to room that was already taken it had other guest property in it I recorded a video as proof. When I told front desk they acted like it was not a big deal. there were 4 other guest they did this too. Ended up having to find another place to stay at 1am after waiting around see if they would fix or offer anything for the inconvenience. They offered no resolution. At first they wrote down my credit card info to process it next day even tho I had already paid. When I asked for it back before I left they gave me another’s guest card information. I had to go back and get the correct information.

I spent one night with my husband , I noticed a bite on my upper thigh, then the next couple days , I had total of 4 bites on back, & hip. I read about it & it said what they look like & it can take up to 14 days for them to appear. I have been applying antibiotic cream & the itchiness is subsiding. Please replace your mattress!

Staff entered room with do not disturb sign hung on more than one occasion. Manager would not call us back about the privacy violation. Very dirty.

Staff were friendly! Very welcoming!- the room was amazing for the price. Bathroom and bed was great! Wish the bed was more comfy but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very nice and chill and close to Disneyland!!!!

The room was clean. It was close enough to Disneyland. There were only three hangers in the closet and no luggage rack. We could only find and only find two outlets in the room that were not conveniently located for charging phones and still being able to access them from the beds or the desk. The parking was free and easily accessible, but it was a bit tight getting into the stalls and backing out again. Overall it was a good value and I would stay there again.

This has been one of the cleanest stays at a hotel! The daily housekeeping is phenomenal. The hallways and rooms smell like fresh Febreze. The hot-tub was a great amenity to have before/after long walking days. There was no one at the pool/hot tub Around 4pm on a week night . The property was very quiet and super conveniently located in between Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. If I need to stay in this area again, I’m definitely coming here!

The towels are great, carpet maybe not so much. But it's quiet and decently-priced for what u get.

Hotel is near good and convenient food options. Staff were friendly and place was very quiet and seemed safe. There is a pool and hot tub.

It felt very strange . Empty. And once I got to the room it was hard to use the key . The hot water wouldn’t turn on and the staff didn’t answer the phone when I called over 4 times . I’ll never stay here again

When I came they told me the room wasn't ready and I had to wait until 4am and on the morning of leaving they called my room at 10am and told me I had to leave

When we checked in they had given my room to someone else’s and then questioned me several times about my identity although i was standing there with my valid CA DRIVERS LICENSE and my credit cards. They then proceeded to call the room at almost midnight to question the person. If it was me sleeping in that room and got tht call I would have been livid especially if you woke my children up. Even though I was there for 3 nights I almost missed the entire place coming in as the sign is not lit at all you don’t realize where you are until you’re physically under the sign they need lighting in it or shined on it. The room was fine fit our needs at our price point.

Family visit to Disneyland!

The pictures are a little misleading. We arrived late Friday night and there were several homeless people on the bus bench outside the Inn. There were only a limited number of cars in the parking lot. I was a little uneasy. We got into our room. The window was wide open and there was no screen on the window. We were on the second floor. The room was clean and the Inn was very quiet. Saturday night we came back to the Inn and there was an event going on in the hall below the inn. The parking lot was full. The stay was ok I just was out of my comfort zone. If I was alone I would have been very uneasy about staying in this location.

The lobby of this place looks very grand, but it is in fact a very cheap hotel. Right next to a very noisy apartment building I mean very very close. everything was dirty and they gave me an old roll of toilet paper.

I was worried about the reviews that i saw on google but it turned out to be good. The only thing i didnt like was that you can hear all the noise coming from outside the room.

It did the job

Despite the overall condition, I’d had a good sleep.

Hotel was great

The first bed that we had in our room, had someone else’s bodily fluids on the sheets and the pillows. Although the bed was made as though it was cleaned. Then the front desk moved us to a different room, and that one appeared better however, I only pulled back sheets of one of the beds because we were tired. Then unfortunately, the front desk gave our room key to someone else and someone else attempted to come into our room as we were going to sleep. Luckily the latch was on the door and we were able to communicate with them that they did have the wrong room key from the front desk.

Special request was granted due to the manager’s understanding.

The room was comfortable, the bed was great. They had plenty of free parking and i could see my car from my room. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything! I will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean. The beds was comfortable and pillows were fluffy.The bathroom was clean as well. My kids enjoyed the pool and bubbling jacuzzi. We went for knottsberry it was about a 10-15min drive. We were close to the freeway and it was convenient. We will be staying again

It was a good location for Disney

Got good ratings on Expedia, but when I arrived it was an old property with some interior upgrades. It seems like it might be in the process of some upgrades, but there were missing baseboards in the hallways, it smelled like someone with bad odor put cologne on to mask it, the room A/C was extremely noisy, the electrical chord for the bed lamp had been wirenutted together behind the table, there were no plugs for things in any convenient place, etc. There was only one other vehicle there when I arrived at 5:30pm and a few more when I left at 7:00am. The only Hotel employee I saw was when I checked in. Overall not the worst I've stayed in but will not be coming back.

A little bit older hotel but nice renovation. Pool was nice. Area was not the safest at night but had grocery and drug stores near by and served its purpose. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Sadly me and my fiancé returned to are room are second day of are stay, to see that are bags were gone through and money was taken from are suitcase. The room had been cleaned that day so it is to assume that is who took the money. I talked to staff and they were no help. If you do stay just don’t leave anything value lying around.

Good quality for the price. Does have a swimming pool and sauna. Would have liked a laundry . Close to Disney that’s the plus.

Were moving abd have had to stay in hitels the last 10 days. I was very satisfied with everything here. Then this last week i frlt i was being treatted like i was some homeless person. I was moved from a average room to o e with barley and water preasure and the water was luke watm. I was told down in office when i was getting new key then once again by some women with a clipboard id never seen before she was rude and even interipted me talkinh to the staff about my room cha ge. She was wry rude. I dont believe ill stay there again

Not a bad stay but they didn’t have hot water both of my showers were luke warm at best. Rooms are also smaller then you’d think and kinda feel like a psych ward with how white the walls are and how plain everything is.

This hotel is clean and I like the fact that they shampoo the carpet regularly which helps a lot with keeping the rooms smelling clean.

There was a party at the banquet hall. It was loud. The room was clean. The carpet was overly stained in the hallways. There was a $100 deposit. I had to ask for a receipt and was told that they did not give one. A supervisor intervened and was able to help me. Check out was at 10:30 a.m.

It was convenient enough for Honda Center and Angel's Stadium (about 4 miles away) and the price was very reasonable.

Poor SECURITY someone break into my car and a lost some valuable items. The didn't take responsability. The oarkin area is very unsafe. There is people drinki most of the time. I don't re recommend this plase for security and attention

I had good customer service and my room was clean. There was a group of people that was loud in the parking lot.

Original plan was for a friend who was asking if we could get a room but she fell off the face of the earth as she does from time to time. So I told girlfriend who's been fighting with me on and off for the past six and a half years. You know some days if I eat some days, you know. Yada yada yada yada tada tada now she's happy to be out of the truck and in a room. She is very skeptical about rooms and booking in late because she spends so many hours cleaning the rooms are not up to her level of cleanliness. When she cleans, she deep cleans for hours. Anyways finally it's neat check out and she's not ready, so I called front desk and he gave me an additional 45 mins to get out, which girlfriend pushes checkout to the latest possible time which aggros me to the extent of stressing that I will not get my 100 dollars back for deposit. Which they took almost 2 weeks to send it back to my card after I called them to ask where it was and the lady released the hold for my deposit.

For the price we paid we were shocked. Very convenient location with lots of places to eat. Rooms are clean they smell clean look clean feel clean. Quiet area. Only bad thing is that it’s very thinned wall if it’s silent we can hear next doors microwave and bathroom flush but honestly not a big deal.

Motel 6 next door was $180/ night and this place was only $87/ night! It was clean and very roomy. :)
