It was a nice place clean spacious quiet. The host was very good. They’re nice. Definitely recommend this place. If you’re traveling with your spouse or your family is very convenient. Parking lot is good. I just wish that the price will stay low so that we can go back to check in at this place.

I have been coming to California for over a decade for the theme parks and this is legitimately become my absolute favorite Hotel less than 10 minutes away from Disneyland and Not only was the staff incredible and helpful but the room was absolutely Immaculate I cannot recommend this place enough!

The room had hair all over the floor and couple dead bugs on the wall. The bed had no fitted sheet and when asked about it, the hotel staff said that was intentional and they only have a single sheet for the bed.

We were placed in a handicap room and the floor practically got flooded! No assistant when we needed floor towels! No conditioner! I will not stay there again. And they charged my card an my boyfriends card! All unacceptable!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to Disneyland. There is also shopping stores around which it makes super convenient. Definitely would stay again. The room was also clean and tidy. Overall it was a good and affordable hotel.

Beds were terrible and very hard looked like blood on the comforter. The dead bolt was hard to lock. The shower was not working. The room and bathroom were dirty. The tables were very worn and coming apart. The refrigerator smelled bad to where we bought an ice chest. Had to leave the key card it the light switch for it to stay on. Smelled very musty and left everything morning with a headache. There were just us two women and it was very sketchy, sadly wont stay here again.

HORRIBLE! I have never given such a bad review but this place was down right gross. We had COCKROACHES and moths everywhere! we were given a half a roll of toilet paper and one full one. the bathroom had so much rust and bugs were coming out of every corner. Majority of the furniture was broken and the AC was ridiculously loud. If we didn’t have such a short stay we would have not stayed here at all! Yes it is a great deal but do not stay here!

Do NOT recommend. Bed bugs, bleach smell to the point of itchy burning skin. To receive electricity you have to out in your room key, it only stays on for a minute or two. Left the property as we did not feel safe and starting feeling very ill. We called the hotel and they got extremely rude. Will not give refund and basically told us to go away. You’re welcome parkside not INN nothing about it is nice. Place should be bulldozed over. Disgusted and super disappointed by false pictures and false reviews. Cost me a lot of money in the end, not worth trying to save a dollar. Never again!

Property is A Bunch Of Snakes that steal money and expect you to repair and help staff prepare the room for narcissistic attack. This location keeps a dirty room or rooms they know have issues to force incoming customers to sit thru a narcissistic attack during check in with using the room service basic amenities as a roadblock to equal customer service on recognized customers. A crime waiting to happen as some of the staff are your own culture. The slap in the face is appalling and is going to lead to a crime. Any day a violent crime can take place at this location as they pick war veterans to pick and choose service with. Racist Hotel and needs to be shut down permanently.

Clean room but worn. The sink had a ton of lime around it, a quarter inch thick at least. This hotel is privately owned - the owners live at the front desk and they do not have professional laundry service so the bedding and the towels were filthy. Every single towel had long hair stuck in it, and I had to change our bedding because there was brown stains all over the sheets. When I went and asked for new sheets, they were dumbfounded, but handed me two new ones that look like they had been ran over by a car tire. Also room service is mandatory.

We encountered several issues during our stay, including an unpleasant odor in the room, the presence of a waterbug in the restroom, and soiled bedsheets. The actual accommodations did not align with the images presented. This experience was quite disappointing and falls short of our expectations. Additionally, the towels provided were notably small and of low quality.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible place to stay at. All bad reviews are true. Our room was full of spiders and the room smelled like/had mold. We spoke with their management and they declined a refund after we told them there was spiders, mold and staines on the sheets. There was a lot of water damage. We left the room the way we found it and management later lied saying we used the room. We weren’t even there for an hour.The photos they post of the rooms are catfish. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE! Save your money! On top of that the man we spoke to about our refund was rude and was yelling at us calling us liars.

Room was clean and front desk guy was nice. Sheets were a little dingy and bed was clearly an old mattress but not awful. The shower was also a weird design that flooded the whole bathroom. But overall just fine to sleep for one night. Would not mind staying again

I had to go back to the lobby and ask how to use the shower head. The gentleman held out a a picture of where the shower water release button was for me to then take a picture of it on my phone. I’m assuming that this is an issue for every room since he already had a printed picture of where the release button was to show guests. Why did he not say something when I checked in? Betting blankets were limited, found another black long hair. Very uncomfortable. I was not expecting a four-star property, but this would not even get a 1/2 of a star.

Check in and check out was easy. The reason I am rating so low is because of the smell in the room. Very strong of chemicals and could not air out the room.

Wasn’t expecting much for the pricetag. Room needs a deep clean. Fire alarm in my room went off multiple times around 1am. Had to walk over to front desk, the worker came to our room and disconnected the alarm. Apparently another guest decided to smoke in their room which set our alarm off. Was expecting some sort of compensation but received nothing. Will not stay here again.

Bottom line, this is a 2-star level motel. And that is fine, but I think $100+ is too much for the quality. $80 price point, yes. $100+, no. If you’re going to pay $100+ for a room in Anaheim, pay $150 ish and get a brand Name place. If you’re in the $80 price range, go With a Days Inn, Motel 6 or Super 8 as you consider Parkside. Ok stay overall, rooms clean

The staff on site was nice and communicative. The room was not in ideal condition. The bathroom had: a stained/dirty toilet seat, dirty countertop with caked up grime on the faucet and grout surrounding the sink, and the sheets had hair. I requested a cleaning almost immediately which wasn’t done until 6p and there were still no towels. The room next door had roaches in the closet area.

The original hotel we had booked had no hot water so we had to book another hotel last minute, for what we paid it wasn’t terrible. Unfortunately one the bed frames were broken, as well as one of the drawers, room in general had a lot of damage. Phone for the front desk isn’t real so when we reached to call the front desk we realized it was a plastic fake phone. Sheets also had cigarette burns in them :( for a little more I’d go for a different spot.

Walls are paper thin, I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the room beside me from the loud moaning and a** slapping to the yelling and arguing. The room was okay, in need of some TLC. The chair at the desk was an office chair that was dirty and had a broken wheel. The bed was hard, there wasn’t a remote for the tv. You could tell the floor in the main room was water damaged. Water pressure was low and the shower leaked all over the floor. The light in the main room was a dark yellow so lighting wasn’t great. I stayed 2 nights and was surprised that they came in and swapped out my towels and made my bed again so that was nice.

I wish it was more cleaner. The floor was super dirty, and the mattress looked anything but clean! It looked like it was picked up after but not cleaned at all felt really uncomfortable and unclean.

The room only had one small shampoo bottle and one small body wash even thought I had booked for four people in the three rooms that I reserved. The bed sheets were not soft at all and one of my kids got an allergic reaction to them. The furniture in the rooms were either broken or very worn down. It’s very close to Disneyland and it’s convenient but it needs work on the comfort part.

We booked the “accessible” room and were given a shower head that was mounted at waist level, which is fine for wheelchair users, but my disability doesn’t require a wheelchair, so I had to hold the shower head above my head the entire duration of my shower. Also, there is no division between the shower and the bathroom floor so as I showered the entire bathroom became flooded. There is only one drain which is in the shower area, so the floor remained sopping wet until it dried the next day. They failed to provide us towels and when we went to ask, he would only gave us two. there were no floor mats or smaller towels provided to step onto after the shower so it was extremely unsafe and also disgusting. Within a few hours of checking in I tried chatting with customer service as we felt unsafe, so they called the hotel to come up with a solution but “Charlie” refused to help. he said it was our fault for booking the “accessible”’room and that their policy does not allow for refunds. Best he could do is offer us a room change the next day but we’d have to pay for it on top of what we’d already paid. I was extremely frustrated with Expedia customer service as well for not being able to help us out once Charlie said no. They said they have to abide by the hotel’s policy. My review is DO NOT stay at Parkside inn and don’t expect customer service to be able to help you if you’re in an unsafe situation.

This property COULD have been one of the best I have ever stayed in except for these TWO (2) major problems! First, this is California during the summer --- you MUST, MUST, MUST have a working ICE MACHINE! Not having one, is just PATHETIC! Get that fixed NOW! Secondly, one of the things about rooms having a rugged floor is that it hides dirt and dust much easier. B

Bathroom had hairs all the over the floor and as soon as you opened the door there was an overwhelming smell of smoke. We couldnt stay and checked out 5 min later!

The reviews I seen had me nervous about our stay. My husband booked it since it was cheap and didn't look at the reviews. After checking in I looked at the reviews and was stunned but I figured I would let the experience judge for me. I had the back room, room 123 and upon entering it was nice, clean and seems remodeled. I checked the beds as I had my kids with me and other reviews stated bugs and I didn't see one. Nor did I see any signs that there was any which was a huge relief but I still stayed on alert. the bathroom fixtures could be updated as they seemed well used. The lamp table had water damage on top that the paint was peeling off. In the morning we all woke just fine and still no signs of bugs. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, my husband said it was really firm. One thing I noticed was the mattress cover needed to be washed better as the sides had some staining. Otherwise it was an okay experience and No complaints on my end.

This hotel is very clean overall great value for the money. Shower was absolutely amazing. My only complaint is the beds are very cheap and not comfortable. I travel to Anaheim all the time and would stay here quite frequently if they had better mattresses.

I had an AD room as requested. When I went in the bathroom floor was wet which I thought odd since it was 10pm. When I went to get a shower the entire flood flooded immediately. The drain was super slow so I had to use all but 1 towel to put on the floor. I was only there 10 hours. I was so happy to leave.

By far the worst experience I've had at this location! Its not my first time here at Park Side and I've never had an issue before until this past booking. It will definitely be the last for me coming to this location. The room and check in ran smoothly what made me angry and upset was having one of the cleaning lady's knock and open the door at 10AM mind you i was barely waking up and had no clothes on. I complained at the front desk when i dropped the key off and the lady at the front just smiled and kind of giggled about the situation which is not okay at all! I told her what if you and your family were exposed like that and then she said okay so sorry ill talk to her... like I understand checkout is before 11 but if i didn't turn in my key why are they coming into the room before then and just barging in! Note to self ALWAYS have the do not disturb sign on so this type of situation doesn't happen to you or anyone that you know.

Apron arrival, my guest and I checked in. We walked in to a strong smell of bug feces and gross musty aroma, we went straight back to the office to let them know, they gave us another room to try and that one smelt of burnt cigarettes! Again we let them know and they assured us that the last room we will love, and of course it was terrible as well! It was on the way other end and we had to walk all the way back and they said we took 4 minutes so they can not refund us. We did not use the room. It had rust, and just run down. We tried to tell him we just want to leave they said no refund, and called the cops to trespass us. The man in the office said just wanted to take our money. Worst experience I have ever dealt with. This listing needs to be removed! Not a hotel, it’s a motel. They are scammers.

I notified staff at front desk and her response was that I should've booked a better room. The lady responded twice that they are aware of the safety hazard caused by the shower leaking water, covering the entire restroom floor. It's terrible that the staff is fully aware that their guests can easily get injured by slipping and falling by using their shower. You've been warned.

My expectations were not high due to just needing somewhere to sleep to not have to drive late at night. Room was clean, had a fridge and microwave. Nice basic room.

I recently stayed at the Parkside Inn Anaheim in Anaheim, California. It was a nice stay. The staff was great, and the location was convenient. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The property was clean and looked great, and everything worked properly. I really enjoyed my stay here, and it's an affordable hotel. Plus it's in a good location.

It was a decent stay for the 3 nights. Staff was nice. A few things to point out, the sink was clogged and would take awhile to go down. The shower heads had a leak and would squirt out to the towel rack and toilet area which probably explains the rust on the towel rack. The chair didn’t look cleaned. Other than that, the bed was super comfy and overall the room was decent for our stay.

There were 3 roaches

Small parking area and is more of a motel than what photos depict. Bed is rock solid and has a thin blanket with minimal toiletries.

Nice remodeled clean

Aesthetically according to expedias pictures it seems to be a cute clean Motel/Inn/Hotel. However this place has a horrible bug problem I.E ROACHES AND BIG ONES! the room my daughter got moved to after the roach incident had a broken secondary lock which is a safety issue. Expedia you are too good of a site to have this place on your website. Now I’m thankful to the front desk for moving my daughter to another room once they saw the giant roach in their bathroom but the room they got moved to is the one with the broken lock which my daughter chose to deal with and had to prop a dresser with a towel under the door to feel safe. This is unacceptable and some changes need to be made at this place.

My stay was pretty good. Plenty of parking was available. Not too many parking spots taken up. The shower in my unit dripped water everywhere so i decided not to use it just the normal shower outlet since they have 2 in the unit. The shower head had lots of green mold looking material on it. The sink had green mold on the faucet as well. I like how the water comes out the sink faucet, Pretty cool. Loud kids playing & crying thru out my visit & i think they live in the front office.

Other than the water not fully draining in the shower, it didn’t drain until the water was off, I enjoyed my stay. But they need to fix that.

This place has been around a long time but seems to had an extensive make over. It shows you can have a clean quiet reasonable price motel without sacrificing quality or short changing your guest. It came with amenities reserved for more expensive hotels like coffee maker plugs for your devices full size towels including hand towels wash cloths fridge microwave well lit no drugs/working girls no traffic in and out ice & soda and single story so no noise overhead the disabled rooms were large with roll in showers, very limited parking tight but seems to work keeping any in and out traffic out. And since there are no motels next to it there are no motels hopping riff raff. Thank you Parkside inn.

I booked this place for a Disneyland vacation. The photos make it look a lot nicer than it is, the rooms are run down and were dirty. We found huge roaches during daytime and despite being tile we would be given a refund+ given a receipt for one we haven’t gotten one. Skip this hotel- they falsely advertise and they lie to your face.

WARNING!!!! Extremely horrible experience. Photos are misleading. Cockroaches and flying insects inside the hotel. Furniture is water damaged. Curtain have burn marks. Suppose to be non smoking rooms but there was a lot of cigarette smokers next door. Hole in ceiling leds to other rooms. Staff was rude and aggressive when we were trying to resolve this issue with another room. Other room was in same condition. Bathroom was so dirty theres no point. Dirty hand prints on ceiling. Crumbs and dirty all over floor. So uncomfortable and scared for safety and health. Left the same day. At first they offered a partial refund, now they went back on their word. Save yourself headaches and safety issues. We DON'T want other visitors to have the same experience. THIS HOTEL WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION.

Water spilled outside the shower. Walls were dirty. Sheets were disgusting, they had blood on them, I requested new sheets and got sheets that had dog paw prints on them. Walls were so thin, I could hear the guy next door talking, coughing and snoring.

Dead cockroaches on the floor, first room the door was kicked in and they just screwed the frame with 2 screws so the door didn’t fully lock or even feel secure cause you can see thru the openness right outside… they insisted wed get a better room so we looked at a 2nd room we looked at was just the same, dirty and piss stained beds, cracked and chipped nightstands nothing like the pictures… Walls have patched holes that aren’t even painted… we didn’t spent more than 20 minutes at the property before asking for a refund which they denied… DO NOT.. AND I MEAN IT… DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION.. It should be removed from Expedias app for how nasty it is.. not safe, not clean, all around just do not do it…

The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors especially when they take a phone call on speaker phone at 6 am. There wasn't a plug in the sink drain. I lost a hair tye down the drain. There isn't a lot of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc near the hotel.

Didn’t stay. Lots of things damaged in the room. No additional locks didn’t feel safe.
