Property is older however our room was clean and the staff was friendly. I did the online check-in and only had to stop for our room key.

Our room was ready when we arrived. The room was clean and there were plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable as well. The breakfast was what we expected with several options that were to our liking. The parking could have been had better lighting. Even though it was in a somewhat busy area with some lights from nearby business, it's just nice to have a well-lit parking lot. Entry way outside garbage was a bit full and that didn't change while we were there. Also, it would have been nice to have the smokers not smoke right outside the entry doorway.

The room was clean , beds comfortable slept great. The AC was wonderful in room .The pool needs some repairs, but usable. Lightning was poor, pool tiles in areas need replaced. The pool ladder was broken

The room needed repairs, the toilet was loose at the floor and it ran/flushed? Every 15 min, loudly! Bathroom fan/lite was so loud I didn't use it. Rubber mat in tub looked icky, I didn't shower. I believe there may have been fleas. My cat whined and scratched and tried to escape during the entire stay! She never does this...we stayed in 4 places this week, never did this. The parking lot and curb appeal ..NOT good. I stayed here because of the Wyndham name. I'll stay with the Drury name now.

Hotel is perfect for your stays i really have no complaints aside from upgrades needed, stayed here numerous times with no issues.

Overall, our stay was exactly what we needed. Family (14 total) stayed overnight for a wedding and basically needed a place to change and sleep. More importantly, the kids wanted a pool to swim. The location, pool and breakfast in the mornings were perfect. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Everyone raved about the black out blinds. Traveling, we aways forget or need something, and Walmart was right across the street among the myriads of fast food places including DD and Starbucks and even a Menards. The greatest strength of this hotel IMO was the staff. They are OUTSTANDING. I had to call numerous times to confirm, change and cancel reservations due to sick children, adding rooms, etc. It all was handled with friendliness and ease. They were very accommodating in early check-ins and late check-outs. We travel a lot. This AmericInn was the least fancy and not upgraded as others. I think it was a Motel 8 prior, but the staff made it a great experience, plus it was economical for our entire family. The Wi-fi is a little touchy and I needed to call down to get password. If I really needed it, I would have investigated it further. It initially said I had to pay unless I signed up for some points thing. Ummm no. There is only one vending machine on the first floor and ice machine was not working. But again, there is a decent size mini fridge (not college dorm size) and microwave in room.

The room was stale smelling, the bathroom sink and toilet was clogged. When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was completely broken, I had to lay it across the bed in order to use it. They never acknowledged our complaints or did anything to try to help or accommodate us. Never in life will I ever stay at this hotel again. Worst experience I ever had!!

The breakfast area was terrible. Eggs were bad. Milk in a picture, not in a milk carton for safety reasons. Not enough fruit selection. No meat. I would not stay there again. When I got there (approximately 3:30 pm) there was nobody around to get checked in, I end up calling him on a house phone. Ridiculous…….

There was a lump under the sheets, turned out to be a piece of tape. Also the room smelled terrible when we walked in. We were there for 8 hours for a quick night sleep so we just made coffee to hide the smell and went to sleep. Wasn't worth trying to switch rooms.

Did the job for a one-night-stay.

Quick overnight stay. Easy off the interstate and able to grab a quick breakfast before heading out again. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The outside is a little rough looking which originally made me question the initial booking. However once inside and in my room I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the quality as there were no scuffs or any damage from general usage. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was very nice.

It a solid value for the price. Basic but clean and friendly.

Room was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Pillows accommodated my picky neck. We had one issue. Friendly courteous staff. Ravi made every effort to resolve the issue and he did. Our Room was conveniently located to take the dogs out easily. Food was adequate. Coffee was ok. I did not partake in pool or exercise room. So cannot rate. I would recommend this place.

I have just stayed four nights at different hotels prior to this one and none of them were up to pare. So it was refreshing to have what I expected to have when I stayed the night here. The biscuits and gravy were good the next morning. Staff was pleasant. The room was clean had hot water that worked. The lighting in the room

it was cheap and close to our location. Overall the hotel was clean and the only employee I saw was nice and helpful. the room was not great. Toilet ran all night, sounded like a faucet. The hairdryer in the room started crackling and shooting sparks when used. There was a red smear on the bathroom door, assuming it was nailpolish. and the front door of the microwave was cracked, which is a fire hazard.

Overall exactly what I would expect for the price

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were mostly clean but the bathroom had several surface mold stains above the shower. The rooms and bathroom are small. The breakfast was not good, stale bagels, eggs that tasted awful and the muffins were not good either. Very limited!

The desk person was courteous and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only issue was the noisy room heater. It didn't have controls that had a specific gauge to set a temperature so it was very warm. There were numerous restaurants nearby along with gas station & other shopping. We didn't take advantage of the fitness room or the pool,both looked adequate.Breakfast provided scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal,juice and coffee.

We got there fairly late, so it was just a place to sleep. Good location with restaurants close for breakfast. Hotel was quite. Nothing fancy. we thought the price was fair. We didn't check out the continental breakfast. We stayed there 4 months ago, so we came back there because we liked it last time.

The room was clean, and everyone was really nice. They gave us two bottles of water and snacks as a complimentary gift. Really enjoyed our stay. It’s tough finding a nice place in Beloit, and this one was definitely worth it.

The sheet on one of the beds had a blood stain on it. There was no sausage or bacon on the breakfast menu. The sausage gravy was ok but the biscuits were cold.

Hotel was OK. Price jacked up because of several events in the area. Did get a nice little goodie bag with water and chips upon registration. That was nice.

This was our second stay at the property and unfortunately our last. I know you get what you pay for but the first time we stayed we really didn’t have any issues so we gave it another try since we come to the area regularly to see our son. I woke up to our ceiling leaking at 10 PM as the water puddled in the carpet. I decided to put a garbage can below the leak in hopes I could just get some sleep. At midnight, it was a steady loud drip so I resorted to bathroom towels in hopes of drowning out the noise and still just hoping to make it through the night. Needless to say there was a little sleep. I reported the leak in the morning and the associate on duty had nothing to offer since “I did not contact the front desk in the middle of the night” I explained the thought of packing up my things and moving to a new room was probably as bad as the leak itself. I asked to be contacted by the manager and was told he would be calling me the next day. I have never heard from him even though at this point I have left two detailed messages.

Staff very helpful, rooms have a chic up to date design and everything is clean. Breakdast is also yummy with an inviting, bright eating area.

Staff was very good, cookies were delicious, breakfast was good... It's the creepy drugged up women showing up, two stays in a row that were concerning... Is it a Beloit thing or is it this hotel only... that takes in druggies?? It seemed obvious to my mom and I that they were being brought there. I will find a different hotel next time thru that area.

Very impressed with this place. Looks average on the outside, but interior appears recently renovated and very nice.

I liked that it was so close to Restaurants, within walking distance, shopping and gas stations. My room was very clean and it was quiet.

The lady at the front desk was really nice & helpful but the guests were very loud & rude.And the beds weren't that great.Definetly not worth the $107 weekday price tag.I'd rate this place 6.5 definitely not 8.4 as suggested.

We just were there for a quick overnight. Bed was very comfortable (we like a little softer beds). The toilet was terrible! One of those where the seat if about 1' off the ground and a really small, round bowl. Breakfast ended at 9:00 and we stopped to eat at 8:45 and everything was either gone, or old and stale looking. I'm guessing they filled it in the 7:00-8:00 time range and figured that was good enough. (Plus, the area was pretty dirty) We chose to not try to eat anything and left. That was disappointing, but not the end of the world. The price was good and it's a decent property. Not incredible, but certainly not bad.

This was a super 8 until 3 months ago. They painted and updated the carpeting and raised the prices but everything else is the same- outdated and cracked tub and sink, old furniture. The staff at check in was so friendly but over all it’s overpriced.

Premises are in Outstanding condition and the welcome from staff upon arrival was warm, cordial and professional. This stay was a very pleasant experience. I gladly recommend it

All you need is a place to stay perfect for that.

Great place, clean, modern style room. Loved the black out blinds, friendly staff, great location to have access to lots of near by things. Affordable stay! Would stay again. We arrived later at night so I’m just bummed that we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but that has nothing to do on the hotel and we just didn’t have the time but the pool area looks really nice and clean.

Nicely updated. Room was smaller than those in some hotels (no room for a chair besides desk chair) but space was very efficiently arranged and modernized. Comfortable bed.

Staff was helpful and friendly. The mirror in the bathroom was nice. The bathroom could use updating. Quiet. Area had a lot of options for fast food.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat was peeling and discolored. The towels were stained. The shower was also dirty and peeling. The room had a musty smell. In the morning we went down for breakfast, the eggs had hair in them. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would.

nice budget motel met expectations

The place was located near lots of restaurants and stores. Easy to get too from the highway! Staff was very nice and accommodating! The bed could have been a little more comfortable. But all in all the stay was great!

The people their work hard to keep the place clean. It was very evident. I forgot a piece of luggage and Parth saved my bacon. Also Ravi was very nice to us giving us water and treats when we arrived.

We would use our key once and then had to get it re-scanned to use it again. Breakfast seemed to be donuts and energy bars. The receptionist was away from the front desk for over 20 minutes when we needed to get back into our rooms. The toilet seat cover was broken. Apparently a circuit blew, and we had power only on one side of the room. There wasn’t enough light to begin with. We could not adjust the heat or air bc there no indication which way to turn the dial. Also, the dial area was filthy.

While it's not the Four Seasons, it offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay and conveniently located off the highway. The room was clean and quiet, the shower was awesome, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I received a nice treat back with water and snacks when I checked in. The only issue I encountered was that the hair dryer didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a great value and I’d definitely consider staying again.

Stay was fine, however very frustrating to struggle opening all doors with rooms keys. Probably a 5 minute ordeal at every door. This should be addressed.

The front desk staff were not only friendly, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was clean and a perfect choice for a budget friendly hotel.

The pictures are deceptive. The rooms are tiny and stuffy. When you turn the ac on it rattles like it’s dying of its last breath. And the BIGGEST issue was housekeeping. I asked for a late check out of 12pm which was noted on my reservation. By 10 am they were knocking on my door to get in. I told them no and to go away, put up a do not disturb sign, and by 10:30 they knocked AGAIN. Then at 11 they came and knocked AGAIN waking my child up each time. When I went to the front desk they tried to say I didn’t have a late checkout despite it being clearly noted in their computer where I could see. So I called them on their lies and told them not to come to my room til 12:01pm. They barely apologized and seemed like I was inconveniencing THEM. Truly terrible customer service. Don’t offer late check outs if you’re not going to honor them.
