They charge all there customer a $6 service fee and states that it shows when booking and that’s not true. Also the rooms smell and has lots of moisture in them

It was comfortable Staff was not really friendly. Nobody came to the counter for a while and front desk staff were just dry. Zero customer service . Room service was terrible, literally everyday me and my husband had to walk to the person with the cart and get basic items for the room because its was past 2p and no one had came yet .

The host upgraded us to a suite. Nice! Only thing is it was on 2nd floor. We're seniors and there wasn't an elevator.

Location is convenient to the highway and a short drive into Beloit. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned every day. That is something special these days.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The room smelled terrible like animal urine and they had no other rooms available. Shower was stained very yellow. Very low budget hotel and it wasn’t cheap. Would never stay again.

Breakfast is not that good in my opinion which can be improved with more variety.

Pool was okay, it was a bit dirty. The kids wished there was something more to do in it. The breakfast wasnt good, bread was stale onlything ok to really have was yogurt and waffles. Also stunk like weed.. seems like someome tried covering up the smells with frebreeze.

Everything about the room was phenomenal. Very clean. Staff was great. The only problem was after I paid and signed everything. Then I was shown that you were not allowed to have any guest whatsoever at your hotel room which I thought was very unacceptable. If I’m paying that much money for a room. I should be able to have a guest if I want.

There was hair in bathroom sink and floor wasn't vacuumed very well on widow side of bed. Everything else was great.

Everything was clean, they have a dog walking area, coffee in the room plus coffee in the lounge 24 hours and a nice continental breakfast. Very nice lodging.

It was a quiet and peaceful stay. I loved having a room to myself. It made relaxing easier and it gave me plenty time and space to think.

I purchased two nights for a work conference, when I got there the white male Eric was very pleasant. I was assigned room 105, which the immediate when you want in had a high scene of Urine. Tried to use air freshener but I didn’t work. Eric then place me into room 211, which was fine besides the blood stains on the green conformer. Which I took pictures of. He then gives me a white cover that had a burn mark on it but that was no big deal to me. I took a picture of the blanket so I was charged for the damage at check out. The following day when I came back to my hotel room , I noticed someone came into my room and took my white cover I was sleeping with. I go to the front desk to get it back. I then was rudely greet with this male that looked either Arabic or Indian native who was extremely short with me and was trying to convince my I was lying about the cover I received and there was no extras. He proceed to lie and tell me no one was in the room and he give me this thin blue blanket to use to sleep in instead just replacing the cover that was taken from the room. The following day I was trying to extend my stay and the same rude and racially profiling men then charges me more then the amount of $88 for one night stay. He charges me $104.14 then asks me to pay for additional security deposit which was already paid for on the first night I stayed there.I decline the stay but he still charged me $25 for making the reservation. Because of him I will never stay he again!

There was a slight unidentified smell when we first entered room, but we stopped noticing it after awhile. The bed was very comfortable. The tv worked, but there was no directions for use. The breakfast was good, but a very small eating area. No elevator to get to second floor. It was a good experience for a reasonable price.

I didn't get to stay.. I had to sleep outside cuz your website took my reservation and the hotel was booked. They tried to refund me with cash key but I couldn't use it cuz it was after midnight. And my money wouldn't be back on my card for 3 to 7 days. I didn't have enough to pay for another room. And the agent said well I'm sorry. He's sorry that I gotta sleep outside in 13 degrees weather. Worst customer service ever.

Main suggestion is to move coffee makers our of bathrooms and place on top of microwave. Think about it!!!

This is an older building that needs updating. The rooms are musty smelling and the ceiling in the bathroom has bubbles in it and mold in the corners, like maybe it wasn’t originally designed for an exhaust fan. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent but very basic and watered down. We were only there to sleep, and for that it was fine.

Good for a one or two nights stay. It is an older place so a little outdated. Breakfasy with stay and coffee all day.Service was good and available uppm requeat.

Easy access from interstate. Stayed on the first floor. My only complaint was that the room smelled musty. Needed a dehumidifier or something!! Otherwise was good.

Also the room we were in, the hotel staff or a customer had taken out the smoke detector, so that was also a safety hazard. I would like my money back still for the two non sufficient charges when my card shouldn’t have been charged in first place. Also, Harry stated well it’s paid now, I could refund your card, but then how are you going to pay. I said refund my card? I didn’t pay anything, well he insisted I did with no money on this card, so I did try to check in as he said my daughter would only need her ID as it’s already paid. Of course like I stated it wasn’t so when she tried to check in they said she still needed to pay. Please train your staff thank

Place was nice. New carpeting and paint.

The room was good. We were awakened at 8am by housekeeping cleaning loudly in the room next door. When we left our room to go downstairs for breakfast, housekeeping asked us if we were checking out. We definitely felt rushed and checked out sooner than originally planned.

The hotel next door is a Super8. There is always alot of activity out in the parking lot

It’s a Quality Inn so you know what you’re getting. But the ppl in the room next to us were up to till 4am talking and we heard everything as if we were in the room with them. Walls are super thin. I called the front desk to complain but they couldn’t have cared less.

Breakfast was ok and tge staff was very friendly. Pool was fun for the kiddos.

We are in hotels 250-300 nights a year. This young lady -Rebecca- working the front desk was one of the worse ever. Attitude and mouthy. Very very unprofessional! And that is giving her too much.

The room was tidy but the hallways-interior of the building was dirty, walls scratched and unkept! It seems like a residential area rather than a hotel-I was very uncomfortable.

I don't know how this hotel is 3 stars, it is outdated and we saw a cockroach in the room. We got bit up by bed bugs also. I would never ever stay there again!!

There are multiple issues at this location. First and foremost, there is no elevator at this site, at least we couldn't find it. There appeared to be druggies outside and they appeared to be on something and were kind of nuisance if you had to go outside. The place itself was in rough shape. Really needs a paint job. The room was an ok room but there was a huge wet/damp spot on the floor at the foot of our bed. That is gross. The shower head was not screwed on tight so that means you were losing water/water pressure. I will not stay here again.

Overall facilities were not very well-maintained and the pool was disgusting with Band-Aids and the pool itself had like a dark whole ring of black around it very unimpressive will not stay here again

A simple thing like the hallways needing paint brought down our rating. The room was clean and spacious. Very clean. I really don’t like a nightly pet fee. Come on- that is a scam in my opinion. Whether the pet is in there one or two nights, what is the difference? Great back yard and nicely mowed for walking the pet. Good restaurants nearby-

Very friendly and helpful staff. When we went to our room, the window was open, and we were concerned about being on the first floor because the window did not seem to lock. The staff member said that our comfort was his priority and he would gladly move us to the second floor if we wished, but he accompanied me back to the room and showed me how the window closes, locks, and has an additional safety glass panel! We stayed in that room all week. Very quiet. Great location. I would stay there again!

The tub condition was poor. The staff were very friendly. We were there during a tornado warning with sirens but the staff didn’t know what to do and where to tell us to go. Very clean room.

Our tub wouldn't drain so after 2 shower, I didn't get one. Bed was very firm, not comfortable. The info on TV directory was all wrong. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The eggs and sausage were not at temperature in warmer, very unsafe!! The juice machine wasn't plugged in, then didn't work, one side of toaster didn't work, no fruit. Oh and coffee machine dispensed water! And CNN was playing in dining room, the most divisive and incorrect news channel in history! But front desk did allow me to change the channel. I didn't want to listen to gruesome details if a murder trial .....

There was no indication that there was no elevator at the hotel on the site or the hotels website. My accommodations that I listed and called the hotel to confirm were ignored. Once we got to the hotel room, only 3/7 of our lights even worked. 3 outlets did not work. There was trash left on the floor on one side of the bed, and the fridge had a very weird smell. Overrall not happy with the experience and left a night early.
