breakfast was just ok nice selection of fruit , baked goods, and yogurts coffee machine a bit difficult to operate but great coffee! way too noisy for sleeping next to the freeway

The cold refrigerator Ended up with Bed bugs!!! Bugs in the towel fibers Broken toilet wouldn’t flush Super loud cooling unit couldn’t sleep Shower head only drizzled small amt of water Electrical outlet by bed didn’t work for charging phone Pillows had sharp feathers coming out ! Tv remote didn’t match tv and the channels were awful NO soap in bathroom! NO Sanitizer in hall by elevators All of this for $250 a night! I stay in a lot of hotels this was outrageously bad. Staff didn’t seem to care much.

Location, clean and room location Bathtub was slippery, bathroom floor slippery, sink was barely draining, and hand and body wash bottle were empty, insufficient towels for two in bathroom. Coffee make is too big for counter pace and cord too short to move it anywhere else.. No one drinks decaf and two regular coffee k cups are not adequate .

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and perfect location.

Refrigerator kept me awake till 1230 am. It was sitting on high by someone else freezing and making noise although I asked for a bottle of water I was told they had a shortage. I was here on the vets role on a motorcycle and really would’ve appreciated something.

We have stayed at this property before and love the staff. They are very accommodating and friendly to guests. It makes you feel at home.

It wasn’t too bad it was comfy. I got all the amenities and it was cool that there was a pool and a gym area. And the staff was pretty nice coming in. They said that I would get my $50 damage deposit back and I never received it I was by myself. Nothing was damaged, but I still never got my money back so I’m very disappointed. Won’t be staying there again.

The breakfast was great, the staff was nice and the hotel was clean and quiet. The sink in one of our rooms didn't drain. I think it's a design issue. The lever in the back gets snagged or something.

Staff are always nice and affable. In particular, the cooks are cool as hell. The food is always fresh and very tasty, and the women who prepare are patient and great with the public. Abdel is a really nice guy. My shower ran into the foyer. There is a leak somewhere in the wall.

The room, staff, and amenities were great. We checked in at 3pm, unloaded things in our room, and then went to the pool. We had our 1 year old grandson with us so after about an hour, we headed back to the room for a little break. Around 6pm, we went back to the pool, and we're having a great time. After being in there for about 30 minutes, SEVERAL teenage kids came flooding into the pool room and obnoxiously jumped into the pool, fully clothed, including shoes. We decided to take our grandson back to the room at this time, and immediately upon stepping onto the elevator, it smelled horribly of marijuana! We got back to the room and our grandson was trying to look out of the window (we were on the 4th floor). As we held him up to look, we noticed that there were 2 vehicles driving recklessly through the parking lot, with no lights on. They continued making several laps around the hotel, almost hitting numerous parked cars. It was at this time that we decided to leave and go home. We checked in at 3pm and checked out around 7:30pm. I lost out on money as we unfortunately did not feel safe in this hotel.

Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent! I loved the make your own pancake machine! Definitely recommend!

This is the only hotel on our trip that met my expectations as a hotel. It smelled clean and the bed wasn't overly hard but I typically like a softer bed. The breakfast was good. nothing

The rooms were spacious and nicely updated & maintained…neutral colored walls & bedding made it easy to relax! Both rooms were very clean, the hotel was quiet and the pool was clean and pleasant. Staff was also very friendly & made check in a breeze!

The breakfast was great just need waffles added on the menu the people was nice and friendly and the courteous of the staff was excellent they made the stay very easy The bed could have been a little more softer and the price of the snacks and food in refrigerator could have cost a little less and the tv guide could have been a little more easy to adjust

The bed in the handicapped accessible room was about 6 inches too tall! Very difficult for me to get into and out of.

I was very impresses with this Holiday Inn Express. Staff was very helpful, professional, prompt, and kind. Property-inside and out-was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and had both feather and non-feather pillows (I'm allergic to feathers, so that's HUGE for me). I would highly recommend and definitely not hesitate to stay there again the next time I'm in Bleoit.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were more spacious than I thought they’d be. Included office chair and side chair plus a long large bench. Manager was super friendly and helpful. Was very attentive to our needs. Didn’t even have to ask, she was ready to help. We will definitely stay here again.

Called to request early check in. Was told not clean and disconnected. When we were given our room it had missing lightbulbs, pillows, blankets, no tissues (empty box), towels for 2-even though room booked for 3. Sofa bed did not have a mattress pad, the one provided was for a twin, no top sheet pillow or blanket Had to run around the hotel trying to acquire these items. Positives: water was hot. Pool was perfect temperature. Breakfast was good. Coffee machines insure a perfect cup.

It was everything we needed for our trip.

Had a great time w/ my family. Looks like it was a new facility. Wonderful breakfast options, comfy beds that didn't hurt my back, and clean rooms.

The constant noise from the interstate highway made it difficult to sleep. I woke up with a headache and tired.

I've stayed at other Holiday Inns and overall they are very comfortable...love the beds. However, the paper products are terrible. That is the only thing I would rate poorly. They are thin an cheap.

When we walked in, the lobby looked clean and smelled clean. Check in went good. On our way to our room on the 2nd floor we used the elevator, we got on the elevator and it smelled horrible of weed. It was not pleasant at all. Hallway to our room was clean, opened the door to our room it looked and smelt clean. The shower drain could use cleaning it was nasty looking.

Trash left on top of trash can near elevator for at least 3 days. Broken lid on top of oatmeal cooker.

My only complaint and it's not a huge deal, but a lot of other Holiday Inn locations I have stayed at in other cities have some type of restraunt/bar attached to the property. Like I said, it's not a deal breaker, just one ammenity I am used to that is missing when I stay at this location. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. We will continue to stay here as long as we continue to visit Beloit.

Nice place, remodeled and clean. We were roomed next to a loud birthday party, but we were reassured by staff at the front desk that she would ask them to be quiet or move us if needed. Only negative thing was that breakfast was rubbery omelets.

Quick overnight stay at halfway point on a longer trip. Hotel was very clean and updated. Desk staff very welcoming and provided good information on area restaurants. Free breakfast options were good.

Perfect for a mid-road trip overnight stay! Conveniently located right off the freeway. Quiet, clean, great staff, comfortable furniture. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Breakfast area and dining tables are clean.

This is just an average Hotel. Fine to stay in and staff I interacted with was good. We've stayed here a few times, each time it seems to be more and more run down.

Rooms are good, bed is comfortable. For being a rather new hotel maintenance needs to be kept up. Shower was in need of a good cleaning - shower head was leaky and stainless steel looks corroded. Otherwise was a very nice stay.

We have a new student at Beloit College and have stayed here a couple times now. Great, newer looking property. Rooms are good sized. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast has enough options, even for the pickiest of eaters. Would be nice if there was a bar for those that enjoy a nightcap. We will be staying here again when we come back.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Room was pretty clean- but did smell a little musty without the air on. Breakfast was all real food- cheese omelettes, turkey or pork sausage, biscuits and gravy etc. Area was well lit and felt safe

Everything was very good except the shower stall. Either the caulking was missing or it was not cleaned & there was something on the back wall that we didn’t investigate.

Everything was clean and service was great. Beds are comfy and the breakfast was good. Only one little thing was the body wash in the shower was empty which was no big deal really. We will definitely be back.

We had a short stay, got there late and left early the next morning. However, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, and the front desk clerks were pleasant.

Our room was right by the elevator and it was very noisy. There were children running up and down the halls yelling.

We were exhausted from traveling so many hours from Ontario, Canada, UP Michigan, heading back to Missouri where we live. This hotel was clean, good breakfast, welcoming staff, and comfortable beds. The size of the room was great for three (3) people and a service dog.

Very friendly, pleasant, and attentive woman at the desk during check in for my last two stays here, (twice in one week). Area around the hotel is loud and dirty, but this is the devil I know and this place accommodates my dog for an average fee. Room is clean, but the amenities tend to be dysfunctional (coffee maker, dispensers). Highway access makes it noisy but convenient and there’s plenty of fast food and gas stations nearby.
