The lady Alicia from the front desk was so nice and friendly, made fell good from the first step into the hotel.

Rooms were great but could use a comfortable chair. Staff was EXCELLENT and would help with WHATEVER was needed. Breakfast was better than most places.

Nice stay.. quiet for the most part. I just wouldn’t recommend a room by the stairs. When the guest use the stairs, you can clearly hear the door slam behind them which made it fairly loud in our room. Other than that it was good.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular but sufficient. When we arrived nobody was at the desk, so a cleaning person noticed us and grabbed the front desk person from somewhere around the corner. Then she was locked out of the computer. Not the end of the world but juts annoying. No hand soap in the room so we had to ask for that. The pull out couch in at least two of our rooms was not acceptable for the even the kids to sleep on and there were popcorn kernels on it and in the sides. The pool area was ok but small with minimal. Hairs which makes it difficult when there are two sports teams there with parents. Parking was good. Location is close to lots of things. If I had the choice, I would not stay here but this is where the team chose to stay.

Very pleasant stay only thing was that they are changing over to a new key system and we had to get a new key four times within the first 12 hours as they keys would stop working. Hotel was clean,quiet and staff was very nice and helpful.

I've stayed here a few times now for events in the area and the hotel is always clean and staff is welcoming.

First of all, the room I reserved and PIAD for was NOT available. I was put in a different room that did NOT compare to the one I paid for. Also, the bathroom door would NOT latch shut. Very disappointed in the whole situation! Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I do expect reimbursement for the difference in price between the two rooms.

The lobby and breakfast area are clean and updated. The room, however, had a musty, dog smell. The room was worn and outdated as well. It was humid, even with the air conditioning on. The temperature never seemed to regulate correctly. The bathroom was the most updated and clean part of the room. I would not stay here again.

Stayed here for a night last week while visiting the area. The location is very convenient, near restaurants and right off the highway. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The TV was on the small side for hotels these days, but that was only a minor complain. The continental breakfast was the usual of eggs, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, waffles, etc. No complaints!

The room was clean and front desk staff were friendly. We booked at the very last minute (same day) and didn't want to pay a lot. It wasn't a bad experience but it would not be my first choice, either. This is nice for a family on a budget. The pool water looked murky. The breakfast was mostly carbohydrates. The fruits were not hardy. Most hot foods were microwaved. The breakfast staff was kind but moved slowly to replenish food and condiments. Not an upscale experience.

(note to hotel) rm 391 shower door continually slides open - unsure if anything can be done to fix it but worth mentioning. Also main door to restroom pretty squeaky.

Good breakfast. A pool that could entertain the kids and a spa which was nice. But the trofee goes to the staff! Friendly, helpful! They turned our good stay into an exceptional stay! Everything was fine.

Nice clean place. Very comfortable beds. Easy check in. However on the morning we left there was no coffee. They said coffee machine was broken so that was a negative.

Clean, fairly comfortable and accomodating. One issue was the fire alarm that went off prior to checking out and wouldn't shut off causing my daughter to have a seizure. This was unexpected and thank goodness no evacuation was required because I wouldn't have been able to move her or get her out of the hotel. My only suggestion is better communication about what was happening or if we needed to evacuate. No one really said anything to me in the hallways or when eye contact was made. Great location, excellent area for animals outside. Thank you! See above.

For the fire alarms. The shower steam set off our smoke detector in our room and then a burnt bagel in the toaster in the lobby set off the whole buildings fire alarms. The hotel Was not able to turn the alarms off and after at least 30 minutes the fire department arrived. As the fire department was arriving we chose to check out early because it was so loud and obnoxious, not to mention unnecessary. One housekeeping lady did say the system was new and they didn’t know how to use it yet and it was too sensitive

The hotel was looking worn the room was clean but could use more attention to the details. The hallway was dark the refrigerator was noisy the room was ok.

This hotel is very comfortable for a reasonable price. It is conveniently located with many shopping and dining options nearby. The complimentary breakfast is nicely done. I would stay here again.

Our room had a kitty litter smell to it and was humid because the air conditioner was not working the best. The fridge froze all of our produce.

besides the floors giving out at some points of the floor in our room as well as above the 2nd flight of stairs... it was fine.

We are traveling up to 10-12 hours a day and are very tired by the time we reach the hotel. Our room smelled like damp rug in a basement. There was a party in the room next to us with several drunk guys that kept us up all night long. We had to put the a/c on so we could at least get a couple hours of sleep before we head back out for another 10 hours of travel.

There was mold in the bathtub and the faucet was leaking. Hallway was noisy, the walls are paper thin. Will not stay here again.

Room was clean. Tv was a little outdated, but still worked well. The walls are a little thin and I heard people going in and out of the rooms next to me all night.

Room was nice, staff was great but the room smelled so bad. A musty/ mildew smell that just made the stay terrible.

I usually don’t leave any kind of review, but this place was so shabby, I feel that I should warn people that there were better hotels in Beloit. The first room we got, the heater put out a terrible burning stench that set off an alarm. The second room didn’t have a hair dryer. I didn’t check that night so I got caught at 6 o’clock in the morning with wet hair. I called the front desk and was told it weellll maybe I could check around and see if we have it another one….so wet hair it was. I want to add that the staff was nice and there’s really nothing they can do about the condition of the hotel.

Hotel had a horrible odor, my entire stay inside the room and outside the room.

Everything was lovely, as always the only inconvenience was the housekeeping staff knocking at 9 am in the room.

It was a nice property but I was treated terribly by the staff that was on shift. I didn’t like the facility and how they treat there guests.

Laura was very helpful in setting up my future stay at the hotel to attend my son's football game at Beloit College.

Didn't like anything in the place it was a mess!! Look like it was run down. Shower head was all screwed up, when turn water on to take shower it shot out towards sink in bathroom. Overall it was terrible. Never again. Sorry buts it's the truth>

I didn’t receive the correct room and had to fit 5 people in 2 queens beds, as opposed to the suite I had reserved. They provided a free nights stay in the future, but it turns out that wasn’t worth it as we all slept poorly with too little room, and we were on the second floor and the elevator was broken. We were carrying multiple suitcases, coolers, a stroller, etc which was very inconvenient. The staff was kind.

Group of 12 women had a party at the front door and went on until after midnight. Quite loud. Front desk did not ask them to disperse or be quieter.

Not much you would say is unique. The staff were very good in person, the management was difficult on the phone to work with prior to arrival. There were dirty sheets on one of our beds, the night staff went above & beyond to help change the bedding. There was a bug infestation, silverfish & ants in the room. The pool area looked like they were trying to improve, but not very successful due to lack of attention to details.

Accustomed to Drury Inn breakfasts which are better. And Drury Inn rates are less, plus Drury provides free supper Advertisement said pets stay free. We had to pay.

very friendly employees. My room smelled like stagnant air and it was not vacuumed very well. it did not meet the Marriotts high standards.

Friendly and efficient check-in and a very good free morning breakfast were the positives. The negative was the hotel needs a lot of touch-ups. Two drawers in my room wouldn't close and had to stay open the whole time which is not good. Plus, lots of nicks and dings in the room.

Friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator was a bit slow and not quite aligned with the floor. Just a bit low which was noticeable when rolling in the cart. Breakfast was so-so.

The room was clean and comfortable. On-site parking was very close. The only issue was the hot tub being out of service and having to get towels from the front desk because there were none in the pool area.

Reserved 2 queen beds and when I got there. Was only a king bed.

My family of six all fit comfortably in one room. Rates were good. Hotel room was immaculate. Has a very warm pool and a hot tub. 24/7 coffee in lobby. Great breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more. Additionally, this location is very close to restaurants and grocery stores and such. Great overall stay.

It was a great experience there seem to be some miscommunication about the amenities in the room however it was fine since they did have a jacuzzi plus a pool on the first floor. Front desk was very nice and felt appreciated by their mannerism. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling or even just a simple overnight stay.

Liked having a bathtub/shower combo. As a person with a bad knee, I really appreciated the upright bar in it to help with balance and getting in/out of the tub. Quiet night. Good breakfast.

Nice easy stop from interstate when traveling through wisconsin. Reasonably enoughpriced and all kinds of chain stuff in the area for food and such.

I'm a fitness nut so I enjoyed the fitness room. Even on Christmas I had to get my sweat on.

Nothing at all against the property but the construction in the road out front was a pain to navigate. Thankfully the hotel has great signage to be visible.
