No complaints. Everything was as described. No issues.

Staff, particularly Miss Wanda, was more than pleasant and engaging. Very courteous and her (customer) service would be the saving grace of the entire experience. The room was decent at first glance. Yet, after settling in later in the evening there were details that spoke to some questions of long-term maintenance. The bathroom (tub) was pretty clean. Yet, when actually paying attention to the shower head, it was full of lime scale. That was very off-putting and since it was an overnight stay, I decided not to wash up until my next destination. One other thing that I took notice of was the chair foot stool combination was very dingy, if not dirty. So that was not used in too much capacity for what it was intended. Otherwise, the bed and bedding was comfortable and the TV and other amenities were operable and useful (refrigerator/microwave/air conditioning) Breakfast was solid. Standard selection. Waffle, eggs, juice, coffee, cereal, muffins, bread, and bagels. Overall, a decent stay for a one night layover. If I came back, it would just simply be for the pleasantry of Miss Wanda.

I am slightly handicapped and I was put in a room on the 2nd floor. The nice lady working Friday nite helped me get my luggage up there, which I was very thankful.

First room assigned was 1st floor and it smelled like mildew. Second room assigned was upstairs and the facet in the bathroom was broken, hair dryer and beds are firm. Unfortunately this will be my last time staying at this hotel. They need to invest some money into repairs.

The room was just what I need, which was a place to sleep for the night. Unfortunately the halls smelled of POT being smoked in one of the rooms. For it being smoke free it sure wasn’t really smoke free.

Our tolet in room 127 was wobbly but nothing wr couldn't deal with a just a night of sleep well driving home from a vacation.

Sent to a room that hadnt been cleaned & looked like the last guest was still occupying it! Requested a different room but was already creeped out so I checked out next morning!

I was there for 14 days and after the 6th night I had to ask if they would put clean sheets on my bed. I had to ask for towels every 2 - 3 days. What i put above

It was quiet, comfortable, staff was friendly. I would prefer bacon over sausage with scrambled eggs for breakfast. My son was absolutely thrilled to have waffles! It got us within an hour of the event we were traveling for. I rarely sleep in a hotel bed, and I slept quite well...even sharing a bed with my very mobile daughter! We would stay again. We almost stayed again that night as our event was in Milwaukee. After getting away from flood waters, I just wanted to get my feet up and rest, but my awesome son drove us home! Bacon, please :)

It was to expensive, I rent another better hotel in Janesville for half the price of this one, I ask to extend my reservation and they want to charge me for one day more almost the same price I pay for the other. The hotel I had in Janesville had pool and steam room. And good breakfast for the half of this hotel.

My room was clean. Although I had to ask for clean towels since there was no cleaning service furnished during my stay. The entry, staircase and door entry very dirty.

There was a weird smell in the rooms. They were clean however there was a weird smell. Was only in the rooms not in hallways.

It was reasonably priced There were several prominent signs in the parking lot saying the hotel wasn’t responsible for things stolen from cars- didn’t exactly give me a good feeling about the location

Had a late check in for one night. The staff was exceptional. The door to my first room was broken and would not lock the carpet in the hallway and rooms was absolutely filthy.

Had 2 rooms and neither one had a bathroom door that would shut all the way. Carpets in hallways and stairwells were putrid. The smell in the stairwells were atrocious! Front desk staff was friendly.

Staff looks like they live there. Very friendly and helpful, but look like they just woke up and went straight to work. No uniform or dress code. Nice quiet area. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy freeway access. Bathroom was gross. A little pricy for the level of quality.

Friendly front desk worker and throughout the hotel when walking by workers they would all greet us with a smile. Our room was clean and comfortable. This was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while traveling.

The room smelled really really bad it was very musty even after buying air fresheners and carpet freshener to put down it still smelled very bad. The tub was dirty we had to clean it and put a towel in the bottom of the tub to take a shower.

The door peep hole was missing and it was just stuffed with a paper towel. The emergency exit/additional stairs door was unable to be opened for either side. We told the front desk associate and was just told, "It's Sunday, we don't have maintenance here to fix it today."

Dirty, no housekeeping for the 4 nights I stayed, I had to go to the front desk every night to get fresh towels.The building had a strong odor of air freshener that was a bit overwhelming. It could be a nice place. Obviously lacks management. I was carrying in and the clerk who was walking directly i. Front of me couldn't even hold the door open. Very un professional.

It looks like an old apartment from the outside. Not as appealing. Needs upgrades. The room was very small for the double beds. The bathroom is not for a extra large human. The plus side, it was clean, the staff was friendly.

The front desk staff was absolutely so polite and accommodating with our early check in. Best customer service I have received in such a long time and it felt great to have received that. I will absolutely use this location again and recommend to others. My only concern i had was my toddler found a piece to a tattoo gun left under the bed otherwise overall was a very clean room and bathroom.

There was glass all over the parking lot from someone getting their car windows busted out and when I reported the glass being in the parking lot to the front desk the lady seemed to not really care. Someone ended up getting a flat tire because of it.

There are hand written notes pasted on most of the doors--quite unappealing. The woman who checked us in was not very interested in that duty at all. She is probably doing too many jobs but based on that we won't be using Baymont ever again.

Raymond was wonderful. We weren't aware that the hotel didnt have an elevator. He was able to help us get into a room on the first floor.

It was ok until I booked my room for another day and she saying she doesn’t have my reservation and is calling the police. She won’t talk to me she won’t look at the reservation, told me I could show the police when they get here. She was very rude especially for this being my second day. So spending about two hundred . She wouldn’t even look at the reservation that is horrible. And apparently this is the manager named Wanda . Even worse it is the manager acting like this. Not very polite and not business like at all

4 day stay. 2nd day asked if we needed anything from housekeeping. Said towels and coffee packets. Got exactly that. Had to run the wet towels out to her. Breakfast was not very good. Seemed to only put the mimimum out and would add if asked only. Room was very damp and smelled so strong with cleaning supplies. Last two days, no housekeeping at all.

Could definitely use a furniture upgrade

The facia on the building is coming off. Notices on outside of building stating "not responsible for damages to cars or property." Sat on the bed and bed tipped over. Checked out immediately!

Not so clean. Bedding and towels had old stains, they were washed but old stains. The bedskirt was dirty apparently not been washed at all and the night stand had not even been wiped down, the phone was glued to the stand from opened honey packets that were left there. The toilet paper wasn’t even changed. There were 2 rolls more than half way down. Overall it was just not very clean at all.

Hotel is outdated compared to the pictures online, there were cracks and busted windows held together by tape. Ac unit took a while to cool the room down and had a musty smell. Sheets had blood stains on them. Staff were very friendly though. Area felt unsafe but there was a police officer posted out front at night which somewhat helped. Breakfast options were very limited.

Cheap and effective

Kids screaming and running in the room next to us. Called desk they came up and pounded on the door several times. Finally got quiet. Shower head super dirty. Towels old and dingy. You can see the dirty towel marks on the tv from whipping it. Ended up cleaning everything which I usually do.

The property needs updating. We had small flying bugs in the sink area and around the sink drain. The bathroom was so small you could barely close the door without standing over the toilet. Breakfast was just so so. The exercise room didn’t have a remote to operate the tv. No soap or towels to was your hands by the sink. I would not stay there again.

Had fresh fruit available for breakfast, something another local place did not. Replaced toilets with the higher seating ones which for an older person is very nice.

The staff at this place is rude and very disrespectful. The hotel itself is a dump. The rooms are small, the doors do not lock properly and people are using rocks to hold the doors open. My landlord called to talk to me and they would not connect her to the room with out the room number. She was calling to make sure we were there ok. We stayed one night and then moved to another hotel, very unsafe.

Disappointed. People on our floor were fighting for HOURS from 1am-3am no one could sleep we could hear various people telling them to stop the cops were never called doors were slammed we could hear things being thrown.

Simple and convenient

The room was dirty and the sheets had not been cleaned. There was a used bandage in the sheets and the shampoo had not been replaced from the previous guest. They refused a refund.
