Almost everything! Asked for a 5 am wake up call and never received it. When I told the clerk his answer was we put it in. I couldn’t use the printer on the computer. Clerk didn’t know how to fix it. Said I had to email what I wanted printed and gave me an email address.

It was very clean inside while they have construction going on to the outside of the building. The bed was very comfortable for me. I didn't care for the breakfast.

Location The exterior of the property was under renovation and was not appealing. There were bugs in the room and ants in the bathroom. My wife did not sleep because of this.

Bathroom door would not close. Tub was very slippery and there are no grab bars. This is probably a code violation. Saw a spider in the stairwell entrance. Toilet is one of the lowest ever used. Bathroom light is blindingly bright and there is no way to dim it. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory (Orange juice was a little weak.) It just didn’t live up to the Country Inn & Suites level of quality. We tried it; but this location is now on our never book again list.

Check in was quick and simple. All of the staff that we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, well stocked with towels, cups, coffee and toiletries. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, maybe the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The pool was nice and very clean. I didn't use the fitness center but it looked nice, equipment looked like it was in good conidition. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the room were in good condition, all worked well. Iron and hair dryer in the room as well. There is a washer and dryer available in the hotel for guests which would be very convenient for a longer stay. The breakfast was very good- waffle maker, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, various bread items and muffins, juice, coffee, tea and more. The dining area was very clean and well stocked. We only stayed one night but I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Clean Tv is too small, pool was cold, air conditioner rattled. The first room we were put in wasn’t cleaned. Desk guy acted like he didn’t believe me, ran right to the room before he gave me a new one. Folks that came in after me had the same problem.

legit my only complaint is that the front desk individual gave my boyfriend directions to my room! I understand it is my boyfriend but from my understanding, he was not on the reservation and an id was not checked before directions were given. this only concerns me because it could have been a completely random man that was lying about being my boyfriend!!! scary that they were quick to tell them what room number i was in instead of calling my room but other than that it was super clean and nice!

In the morning, I needed to water pick my teeth and there was no electricity going to the plugs in the bathroom. I had to floss my teeth over the ice bucket. This was very uncomfortable and unsanitary if you ask me. The front desk had it fixed by the time I returned, but the maintenance person left a mess on the bathroom floor.. They did not offer me a discount for these inconveniences. I will neverstay there again and I will not not recommend that Radisson either, For the outrageous price I paid I should not have had these issues and I should have been compensated.

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The elevator to the 3rd floor made very loud disturbing sounds when approaching the 3rd floor. Unsettling. Parts of the breakfast were inedible. The scrambled eggs were disgusting. The biscuits hard and cold. The bagels were hard and soggy. You need more seating in the breakfast area.

During my stay they were in process of a remodel. My stay the room was clean and quite for being so close to the airport.

The entire building was covered with construction materials and it wasn't even obvious that I was in the right place. The lobby was clean and the attendant was quick. I rode the very small elevator with 2 others to the third floor. There the walls had incomplete baseboards and other edging here and there but not everywhere and not in any obvious pattern. Once I got to my room, I realized that the door to my room was not closed. I opened it the rest of the way and looked around. I went to switch on a light switch for the room with the bed and nothing happened. I then returned to the lobby and informed the attendant of both issues. His response was that the door was probably not closed all the way by the cleaning staff. He then asked me if anything was missing in the room. I responded that I would have no way of knowing that. He said he would go up and check out the room. I told him I would wait in the lobby as I was exhausted and truly thinking I was leaving. I am disabled and just walking to and from the room, was my limit by that time in the day. When he returned he said that nothing was missing in the room. He also said he had turned on all of the lamps in the room. He said he had called the manager and was told that the light switch was a remnant from a time when there was a kitchenette in this room. I asked if there were any other rooms they could give me and he said that mine was the only one available. That was a joke as I had only seen 2 people so far.

Paper thin walls. I was up all night from door slamming and people talking down the hallway. Then the couple next door started having a fight. I requested to be moved and was told they would just deal with it. But instead I was just up until midnight listening to them continue to fight.

Very loud! We'd stayed before but never as loud. Bed incredibly soft and clearly felt it should have been replaced long ago. Breakfast was not remarkable.

The room appeared clean and was comfortable. What we didn't enjoy was the construction on the whole side of the building that started at 7am. By 8am the noise level was horrible and the rest of my party was woken up to singing "Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work I go". While I appreciate the enthusiasm the worker had, it does not fare well for a restful stay. They should note on the website that the building was undergoing a huge overhaul and maybe offer to put people on the opposite side of the building only.

This is a great place to stay; the rooms are clean, fresh and very spacious; the breakfast rooms are equally well-maintained, and the food, while the same as everyone else provides, was satisfying and fresh. I would suggest you update your website to say that you do have an airport shuttle. I would have no problem re-booking at this hotel the next time I have to come to Bloomington, IL.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself going through some updating to the outdoor entrance. Room was clean and met our needs for our overnight stay.

Upon arrival, the building looks good under construction outside, but it looked like possible storm damage and wasn't an issue; inside, updated furnishings. Checking in, staff were nice. Walking into the room again it looks good, updated furnishings; however, the longer you look around, you start to notice things. Exs: possible “mucus” on the side in the bed (skirt area), boogers on pillow cases and parts of the walls. The top of the dresser has what looked like ashes, not sure if that was due to the construction outside. The mattresses were not the best, maybe could use a topper of sorts because you could feel every spring. Finally staff were a little strict at night. Telling our kids that the pool closes at 10 (sign said midnight) and that they weren’t allowed in the halls. Also while 6 of our group were hanging out in the breakfast area we were told we were too loud, when he truly hadn’t been. The purpose for our stay was a basketball tournament, so there were multiple teams staying. While some groups were allowing their kids to run the hall and be loud the staff had lumped us all together. In a pinch we could stay again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

We had to plunge our toilet as soon as we got there. There were ants all over the table stands. The pool wasn’t clean. It had murky water and debris a in the pool. The breakfast was horrible and made us sick. Found out that they were warming the breakfast in microwaves and it wasn’t fully cooked and some items were undercooked. Not the best experience for me n my family. I will not rebook here

Room had a strong urine odor and no matress covers on the yellowish disgusting mattress. Ice machine did not work the entire 3 day stay but could have been from constant use due to hotel being at capacity. Many breakfast items were gone by 9 am.

We stayed for a basketball tournament. The room was clean and spacious.

We regularly stay here because the amenities are above average (which is good) for the price we pay. It is close to our family and makes our visits more palatable.

Internet was good and easy to connect. The breakfast was ample. The only issue was that parts of the hotel (lobby) were updated, but the rooms had not been yet and half of the hotel is under construction. But it was a quiet, comfortable room.

Due to the property being "under construction" I could not rate it as excellent but once it is finished I am quite sure it will be at the top.

We had an adjoining room and the people staying next door were extremely loud. We had been traveling all day and were tired. It was very disrupting.

Building was under construction. Breakfast area was overun with volleyball kids one day and hockey kids the next.

Staff was friendly so I have no complaints. It took a while for me to check in but there was a mix up with my reservation. Hallways are dimly lit and somewhat updated but walking to my room made me a little nervous that it was going to look old. Room was very dim. Bathrooms have been updated but the rest of the room looks average. My lamp, TV, and phone didn't work. I was only staying one night so I didn't bother to walk downstairs to let them know. I probably wouldn't stay there again for my next conference but I think the price should be a little less to match the atmosphere. I would have expected to get what I paid for if it cost less.

The only thing I would have really liked in the bathroom was a towel bar and/or a hook on the back of the door, and a grab bar in the shower. Very pleasant stay

The room was fine but there was a shouting/screaming match in the middle of the night followed by endless honking of a car horn in the parking lot. It went on for over an hour but there was either no one staffing the night desk or they were deaf.

I was disappointed that my room reeked of sewer gases and the person on duty was unable to provide a different room. My hope is that the facilities manager makes the repairs necessary for the room to not smell like raw sewage so future guests don’t have to endure the discomfort.

I am going to give you my honest review of this hotel. We chose this hotel because of photos ,description, and reviews. The accommodations were spacious but I knew even before entering the bedroom that the mattress was going to be an issue. It was very uncomfortable .It felt lumpy and worn. I looked at the manufacturers label. It was made in 2004. For a king sized mattress I could have easily moved it myself. Every seating area in that room was extremely low .The bathroom had a raised doorstop nearly in the middle of the floor. After my husband and I hit our toe or nearly fell over the thing I place folded towels on top of it. There was no skid proof protection in the shower. When I attempted to ask a housekeeper that was in the hall about the bathroom her response was ' No English". I know you are aware of the hotel fee we were charged. This was a waste of money. I did some research on hotel mattresses and a mattress that is 23 year old raises some serious questions .They did offer free breakfast but with the look of the room there was no way I planned to eat anything they served. Did I mention the dead flies that had been smashed into the curtains? How about the smoke detector the flashed red all night over the bed. From what I saw the only upgrades being done is the price of the rooms. What a disappointment! Was this a leftover room given to guest who book through agencies? It shouldn't have been given to anyone!

All was good and clean. Room comfortable, breakfast well stocked. Staff allowed coffee at coffee bar to get cold and needed to remind them but they got right on it. The facility has been well maintained. Toilet seat on our room 202 needs replaced.

They let a bunch of us parents in the meeting room next to our room. They blasted music all night. I called twice and nothing was resolved. My children couldn’t sleep because the walls are either so thin or the people were that loud. I have video that you would think they were in our room. Disappointed that they couldn’t kick them out of that room. This was until the early morning hours.

Pretty good stay…basic vibe to the amenities (bedding was economy-grade, room key is just a blank white card, no tissue, no channel list for the tv). Major issue: the tub faucet handle was broken and wouldn’t switch to the shower head. Also the temperature display on the heater wasn’t working.

The "replacement" room, 107, was next to the laundry, so for the first hour or so we had to talk quite loudly to hear each other over the clothes dryers running on the other side of the paper-thin walls. At about 5am, someone started quickly walking around the room just above us, like they were doing laps for 30 mins or so. Then at 6am, someone started their old, loud car right outside our window and left it running for at least 20 minutes before leaving. When I went for breakfast, the waffle maker delivered a medium-rare waffle, as in warmish on the outside but oozing when cut into, which I'm pretty sure no one wants... The good things about the place were friendly staff, cleanliness, hot showers, good water pressure, good and easy to operate heater, and a nice workout room. The pool looked very nice but i didn't have a chance to use it. Two stars because I've stayed in MUCH WORSE places.

This is an example of a Country Inn location that was cheaply remodeled. West Bloomington is the same way, but it’s a cheaper rate, and the heat kept up better. The 3rd floor heat seemed to be off, and with the room’s heat being weak, the bath fan made it to where the heat could not keep up. It was 12° this time, but I’ve had my heat keep up in Minnesota when it was -10° I don’t recommend this location when it’s cold, especially, just average overall.

Clean hotel, quiet stay

The rooms are fine, but the hotel is very close to a busy road and it’s very noisy at night. Additionally, you can hear everything said or done in the hallways and the doors slam shut VERY loudly, so when you have late night guests coming and going, you wake up all night long. I basically didn’t sleep for two days. Leaking shower, no way to fix it, huge puddle on the floor. Random clicking sounds from heater, and A/C was on in the winter for some reason so room was frigid upon arrival. Breakfast area is very small, so it’s impossible to get in there when it’s busy. It’s got a few restaurants near to it, and the rooms are clean, good beds. But it’s not somewhere I would stay again.

The breakfast was good. I got a biscuit though and the bottom was hard. I could not cut through it with the plastic knife.

However, was disappointed that the snow was cleared at the front door, but NOT the side facing Empire. I have a person with a disability, that had difficulty walking from car to the door in the slush and snow. The parking spaces were not even plowed when the rest of the lot was near clear of snow. No, I did not have a handicap placard as I’m traveling and had a rental car. I had to ask the front desk to shower the walkway and he did a bare minimum job!!

The other thing was, that the shower head leaked water, even with it completely shut off. ...a moderate drip leak of about one drip per second. Everything else about the room and facility and staff was good, with no issues. I was generally pleased with the place, and would stay there again.

This is one of our favorite hotels when staying in the Bloomington/Normal area. It is cost-effective, clean, has updated rooms and the staff is accommodating.

I typically stay here when I’m in town for business! Haven’t had an issue.

We have an early morning flight, so we were unable to take advantage of breakfast, but there were several great restaurants very close for dinner. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows and fresh towels.

Gave it okay. The heater was coming off the wall and bathroom needed a complete makeover. Looked like they were in the process but not finished.

This hotel looks a bit shabby on the outside but don’t let that fool you. The rooms are huge and super clean and very pretty. The sheets and pillows are so soft and perfect. Our room was so quiet. We slept well. Not close to ISU campus but only a 15 minute drive. We will be back.

Stayed at country in and suites in several other towns. Overall was clean and rooms / common area in good condition. Two problems 1. Beds were absolutely horrible- both me and the wife have back issue - soft as can be no back support- pain for the next few days after. And the dining area for breakfast was way too small for the hotel and amount of people at the hotel.

Check out time is 12:00. I have housekeeping knocking at my door MULTIPLE times at 11:30 even after yelling back that I’m still occupied, and my DND sign is even on my door handle. 11:50 I’m bringing my stuff down to my car; I have to make 2 trips because I can’t carry everything. As I’m coming back up from my 1st trip down, housekeeping is already in my unit at 11:53. Like hello?? I have my belongings in there still and I’m not even checked out yet. Do better. This was very upsetting.

It was clean and bright.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and tidy and breakfast was pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel, particularly the hallways, had a musty smell. The room was in pretty good condition, but it was missing pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I know sofa beds are never great, but this was a really thin mattress and I could feel every metal support beneath it. My mom and daughter slept in the main bedroom of the suite and that bed seemed really comfortable.

There was a funny smell in hallway. The noise above us made it hard to sleep

The cost of the room was MUCH higher (almost double) when I booked it a week in advance than cost available the day of our stay. The front desk staff yawned the entire time we were checking in. The hotel was very empty and we weren't offered any preference regarding room location. The breakfast was VERY bad -- lumpy gravy, cold eggs & sausage, and very low quality selection (white bread, wheat bread, plain bagels) & nothing fresh.

The lobby and rooms are nicely updated aesthetically, but you can see that the building is over and most of the updates were cosmetic. We had a terrible rain storm and our window was leaking all night. I showed the front desk person and he just looked and did not really offer any solutions. Thankfully we had no more rain. Breakfast was only just basic

The property was okay - a bit dirty in the bathroom, nothing like stains or hairs left in the shower, rather just areas that appeared worn and neglected. There was a strong storm that rolled in the evening of our stay - the window started leaking significantly. At this point, it was 1 am in the morning - not worth switching rooms. The pools chlorine levels were very high - we didn’t last too long with burning eyes. The front desk attendants were kind and friendly. The breakfast had a lot to offer.

The hotel needs some paint and basic maintenance. It is clean overall and I found the value to be good. There were no issues with customer service. Breakfast was OK, but the selection was limited. The worst part of the stay was the quality of TV service in the room. The tv was not clear. A 70s tube television would have shown a better picture. Over all it was a good non eventful stay. Nothing special. I'd stay again.

Very close to airport and easy drive to restaurants. Nothing special about the area but the hotel was very nice and comfortable, and convenient for our particular needs. The free breakfast was standard for this level of hotel that you see everywhere. Spent 3 nights, so would have loved some additional variety by day 3, but no complaints.

The beds were comfy my 2 girls slept very well. The carpets definitely needed updating. But mostly we were there for 3 days. All 3 days were the same breakfast options. I know there are other cost effective items. You need to change it up. This is the second time staying with you. I probably won't be back.

It was an amazing getaway from it all. We went to our church family camp and got feed spiritually! Had an amazing time in the Lord!!

This hotel was the most terrible place i have ever stayed..it is Pet Friendly and by the second night we were heavy on allergy meds which ruined the whole trip, on the second night the dog smell was so horrible, we slept in the parking lot in our rented Subaru outback..we noticed other people were sleeping in their car as well. If pets stay in the rooms there is no way you can clean the dog hair 100% ... then you need to offer clean from pet hair rooms. Totally ruined a trip to Chicago and wasted money that we work so hard for to save.

The staff was great as I was checking in but the morning staff was rude and standoff.

The TV/service needed repair. A program would come on for a minute, then freeze and have static. The longer the TV was on, the more frequently it happened. Could not watch anything then. TV Remote worked sporadically. The toilet kept running loudly after flushing. I had to take off the lid and push down the plunger so it would fill up and stop running. At checkout, I told the receptionist who said the TV problem was with everyone and a repair service had been called. Maintenance would be told about the toilet. I was only there late evenings because days were at the hospital so I did not report the toilet or television issues before checkout.

There was no cable. There was limited breakfast, and there was NO water in the vending machine to purchase. The front desk personnel would not print out a final bill upon leaving.

First, the positives…the employees I encountered were very nice and the hotel and room were clean. The negatives…we had both no television and extremely poor internet. I asked about the tv on Thursday and was told it would be fixed by 8pm. It wasn't. Still didn’t work on Friday so We ended up buying a Roku stick and using our phones as a hotspot. The tv finally came back on Sunday-the day we left. Even once the tv was back, the remote buttons did not all work. The dryer was broken and so was the ice machine. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were sitting in a puddle of water. This hotel had so many great reviews- so I’m extra disappointed with our experience. It was not even close. Probably fine for a quick overnight.

Rooms very clean. Location excellent for our needs. Pool was nice. TV service totally unacceptable. This is 2025 guys not 1990. Direct TV really. No service 3 of the 4 days we we were there. BAD!

Hotel was nice. Good location to ISU. Lots of food options near by. Room was clean and comfy. Only negative tv was not working front desk gave no solution.

Very clean, friendly staff, quiet. I asked for a fan in room when I booked the room and it was there. My only two complaints are the pool was over chlorinated and the tv channels kept going out.

Worked fine, with a spacious and clean room and comfortable bed, for a one-night stay to attend a conference in Normal. Check-in person was friendly and customer-oriented.

I had to ask 3 times to get clean towels and the trash to be removed. Finally got towels but trash was never taken out. Breakfast was lack-luster.

Near the airport and no issues there. Tv and internet were running off of analog systems and was so slow and tv was so grainy you couldn’t watch tv and see anything. Clothes dryer on 2nd floor was not working but no sign to let us know not to put money into it and no offer to dry our clothes for us. Clean hotel but was not worth the money we paid.

The pool is small, no hot tub. Broken gym equipment. Breakfast is the same every day. Rooms are small. They were clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Dryer was broken but the amazing girl at the front desk dried our clothes for free and even delivered them back to our room. Hotel is outdated and needs a refresh.
