Courtyard by Marriott Denver South/Park Meadows Mall

The hotel was fine for a quick overnight. Parking was an extra $10 which I don't remember reading anywhere on the website, and breakfast is not complimentary, although there is a restaurant on site. I was hoping to use the pool/hot tub, but there was a group of about 25 in there for a couple hours with loud, splashy kids, so I passed. Highway noise wasn't too bad, and it's tucked away in an office park but close to a bunch of restaurants/shopping.

Breakfast was not free as advertised.

I really appreciated housekeeping cleaning the whirlpool in the room

The hotel is in a convenient area however the noise levels are rough. From the traffic noise coming into the room to the structure. We heard the tops floors footsteps all night making it hard to get good rest.

Friendly, helpful staff who offer fresh baked cookies! There’s always fresh unsweetened ice tea and lemonade available near the main entrance. Room was clean, plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again as well as recommend to family and friends.

Besides the first night the room I was in was next to the side door and this is open and shut all night but the next night was good cuz I got moved to a good floor and also the only other one was the refrigerator didn't get cold enough in it I had to waste my food but then manager he was able to just help me out payment out from the parking and then I'm also emails provided a couple of complimentary snacks for me and my daughter better than that yeah I'm satisfied with that hotel

The good...Staff at front desk was amazing. The rooms are very clean and the beds were comfy with good pillows. The purchased breakfast was pretty good. The bad... The walls are thin, was woke up at 12 am to cars racing down interstate, could here the person above us walking around till 11 pm, Had to pay to park our car and the breakfast was a bit pricey.

Older hotel rooms look a bit dated. Sheets kept coming off bed. Shower was old tile. No restaurant just an order counter with quick eats etc.... 10 bucks for parking a day there's only hotels in the area why am I paying to park. It didn't feel luxurious quality none of that

The front desk staff who was working the afternoon shift was an absolute doll. Super sweet and great at customer service. Room was very clean. Bed was amazing to sleep in. And there was a gentle man who worked there who was very nice and an eye candy for sure.

I forgot that Marriott when booking does not provide breakfast or a discount breakfast like Hilton , or Hyatt, or Wyndham does. I don't mind paying, but you should make it more reasonable, for $16, coffee, egg sandwich , fruit or juice would have been priced write. Even a microwave in the room would have been nice.

Room was good. Don’t like having to pay for parking. This is in an office building area. Parking lots everywhere that are free. And no contental breakfast. All other Marriott places have it.

The week prior, I stayed at this hotel. When I was checking out, the desk attendant helped me with my reservation for this weekend. I wanted adjoining rooms. She assured me this was done. When we checked in, the desk attendant did not honor this request and was not helpful. We did not get adjoining rooms.

Got locked out of my room, and hotel charged me a parking fee SIX TIMES while trying to refund me for the initial parking fee, when I don’t even have a car!

I didn't like they charge you 10.00 dollars to park your car, no Continental breakfast. I ask what time breakfast was and the told me 6:30 But I had no idea it was an overpriced bistro and you had to pay. I had No hot water when I showered at night then again in the morning when I tried to shower it wouldn't get hot again

The website said renovated, but our room was not. The bathroom shower was old and patched up. Website should clearly state parking is $10 a night per vehicle as that was a surprise expense. The main positive thing about the place was the friendly staff.

I honestly love staying here because the location is close to Park Meadow Mall while feeling like its own private area. Just convenient and feels safe to stay. Any time I'm in Denver I try to book a room here.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. The staff are excellent. However, the WiFi is pretty much the worst, and the tech support company for the WiFi makes it clear they don't care.

The furniture in the rooms needs some attention… Showing its age and disrepair

The only downside was the major freeway is literally 50 feet away from the rooms so it is SO loud all day & all night long... Thus, I Did not sleep very well at all. There is no freeway wall to block the noise.

Location entrance was very confusing to drive into and at night no street lights. Charged to just park $10.00 each day, who walks to an hotel? No lighting overhead in the room, very dark. Dim light over sink in front of mirror very hard to see. Had to open curtains completely to shave or put makeup on. Didn’t provide breakfast, had to purchase , very expensive $20.00 plus. Finally only received maid service one day out of 3 days. Never again!

Everything was good except we had problems with the TV ever since we checked in we had to go to the office a couple times get batteries once and then got a different remote. A repair man came in one day and checked out the TV cause you couldn’t change channels, but it finally got straightened out the night before we left.

Elizabeth at the front desk was very kind and helpful at check in. The front desk agent in the morning was also helpful and allowed us to come back after we thought we needed to check out. Would stay here again!

Stay was good overall. I prefer Marriot hotels to anything else. Our AC didn't work well though and it was loud so sleeping was near impossible

Was soon as I got there I went to the restroom, I found pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. I took photos. I didn’t complain because I was busy. I would appreciate a refund or a free stay in the near future.

I am very unhappy with my experience at the Courtyard Denver South Park Meadows Mall in Centennial, Colorado Staff at front desk were snotty and everything was really expensive and they treated us like if they were better than us.

Nice place, clean, nice lobby with free cookies, tea and lemonade. Indoor pool and hot tub and a cute courtyard, lobby lounge looked like a nice place to have a drink and hangout. Decor/carpets are a little dated, amenities make up for it though

They charge $6 for a bottle of water and $50 for a bucket of cheap beer. We’re on bikes and generally park under the awning off to the side at motels. This place called us out of bed and threatened to tow us when we parked there. Unlikely to stay here again

If you book at a hotel woth Marriott, be mindful with booking with the hotel directly. 3rd parties have issues with changing the reservation names and wont be much of help when they do. This is my last time booking with expedia or any other 3rd party.

Location makes food, shopping, and transportation easily accessible. It was very clean and welcoming. Front desk was always attentive and pleasant. So, at least from the 3 floor, the freeway traffic is intrusive. Fortunately, I like the AC to run when I sleep, so it helped, but the freeway is loud.

Terrible service on checkout. We enjoyed our stay until then. We asked for a late checkout and reception said 1pm. Then housekeeping harassed us starting at 12:15pm four times as we were trying to get packed and leave. My son took me on this trip for Father’s Day and they absolutely ruined it just because housekeeping wanted to finish early. Then reception called again and said housekeeping needed to clean the room and they kept calling and knocking on our door. Was then insinuated since we booked through a “third party” that we wouldn’t be accommodated with late checkout 15min after they said we would. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. There was no manager on duty and the staff was rude and unaccomodating. I did get the managers name and contact info and will follow up with him. Very poorly handled by the unsupervised staff. We will not return to this Marriot. We always stay at Marriot sometimes 4-6 weeks at a time so this is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, though appearing not at capacity we were still given a room on the back corner facing the highway traffic noise, speed racers overnight and trash dumpster crash pick up in the early morning. The air conditioner unit in the room is aged and needs service as it rattled alive throughout the night like a small airplane engine whenever it turned on and off. The bed was mediocre, far too layered with pads and sheets made for a warm temp sleep even with the air blasting. The market appeared to not have been restocked in some time as the selection was slim, and the ice cream was unfortunately very freezer burned. Just disappointed.

Stayed for one night. Room was nice. We were by the elevator so I was worried about the noise but I didn't hear anything all night. Took advantage of the hotel bar, the bartender was really nice but not surprisingly a little expensive. Hot tub was nice got taken over by children even at 10:00 p.m. but that's what you can expect. Overall very nice would stay again

Nice Hotel right off i25, couldn’t hear the highway a ton which was great. The woman who checked us in was super sweet, gave us free breakfast for my husbands birthday and it was delicious. The King Spa tub room was small but clean and nice! Will love to stay here again!

I stayed here the week of Christmas because the hotel is close to my daughter’s apartment. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially Brianna whom I spoke to several times. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. The tub in my room had chips in the bottom of it. My mattress was comfortable enough but it kept sliding off the box spring while I slept. Despite the issues, I would stay here again. It’s convenient for me and well-priced for the Denver area.

It was ok. Had broken iron and missing blow dryer to start but hotel took care of those two items. The hot tub did not work when I was there. Overall, just an ok hotel. Was not thrilled with it. Beds were hard also.

All hotels seem to struggle with being truly clean. There was trash on the bathroom counter that was missed when the room was made up. Otherwise a good stay for the price! Staff was so friendly!

The room was overall ok, but 2 major problems stand out to me. One is that I was not able to hook up my Roku TV, I wish that this hotel was like all the other ones, I stay that where I was easy to be able to use my own streaming service device and not have to go and rely on that TV. But the major issue was that I saw a mouse in my room. That is not good in my opinion, that tells me that the cleanliness of this hotel is not up to standard. If a mouse is able to come in. This is the first time I ever was in a room with a mouse in a hotel.
