We were there for eight nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once. I went down and got clean towels and trash bags multiple times and spoke to the front desk but the room still wasn’t clean. The front desk clerk said he was going to have the GM refund our parking fee due to this but that hasn’t happened yet either.

No customer service when it came to requesting a night change due to a flight delay. I frequently use the Marriott chain and this certainly isn't the service I pay a little bit more for.

Pool, Gym, double room, double bath Noisy room close to the street due to non-soundproofed windows. Essential breakfast, parking 10$ (while being under maintenance with difficult and inconvenient parking). Housekeeping every other day.

It was very clean, quiet and in a very nice area of the Denver area. Easy on and easy off. It was nice our kids had a little more room to play with this location verses a basic hotel room.

We stayed here for a week due to my work. The hotel is close to Park meadows mall and I 25. So while I went to work, my daughter and mom went shopping and loved the mall. They have a gym and breakfast that were good. The only thing I could complain about was that my room smelled a bit like dog. The maid Maria was super nice and sprayed my room when I requested and brought us whatever towels we needed. Overall, it is fine.

Strong weed smell coming from other room. Hotel provided crib had throw up in it, when I tried to call front desk no one answered had to walk down and find attendant who was watching tv in the lobby. Got charged $6 for a bottle of water I didn't buy, had my own waters with me.

Third time I've stayed here in the last two years. Amazing location right off of the Interstate, easy acces to mall and grocery shopping, restaurants galore. Clean rooms, excellent service and an amazing breakfast included. I'd definitely recommend to anyone traveling alone or with pets!

Didn't receive the correct room type because of booking - we were told it was on first come basis because we didn't book direct. Room was dingy and hall smelled. We could hear everyone above us and outside (ground floor) and breakfast was almost gone a whole hour before it ended. Would never stay again!

Checking in, the front desk agent said he wasn’t giving me the room I’d expected. He gave no explanation. There was no fireplace, instead we got a brick wall 6 ft from the window. The room was dark and gloomy. The air conditioner was very noisy, on and off all night. I’m very forgiving, but thumbs down on this place.

Having stayed on a family trip we had 5 so for sure the pullout would be used with that said the bed was broken and falling into middle and they didn’t have cots so our kid just slept on floor just spending that much money for our kid to sleep on the floor sucked. But other than that no issues

This property is great, great location, next to Park Meadows Mall. The staff is absolutely the very best of the best. The only drawback is being charged for parking…let alone charged twice.

Getting proper housekeeping services was a challenge. I had to request towels, toilet paper, body wash, garbage pickup. And even then it was beyond the next day, so I would have to call front desk.

The breakfast has much to be desired. The staff was great.

Had a great stay overall. We encountered a huge booger on the wall left by the previous guest but the houseman cleaned it up immediately, room was very clean besides that. Pool was great and breakfast was good. The bed was poor and very saggy, felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline, id we had stayed longer I would have requested a new room.

The courtyard was a great place to relax and enjoy. The bbq grill was an excellent choice for dinner and the stocked kitchen in our room was a bonus. The swimming pool temperature was perfect and the morning breakfast was delicious!

Dirty room, smelled like food, Suprise daily parking fees. Everything has a price tag on it. Rough check in, noisy neighbors and more nasties.

Rooms were delightfully roomy and suites were well stocked with amenities you would need for a longer stay. Bed was extremely comfortable, and space was very clean. Only downside was proximity to walkable areas. But no problem if you have a vehicle.

Overall we quite enjoyed our 2-bedroom suite w/kitchenette. Beds comfortable, sofa bed not so much, but we didn't need it. My quibbles are a coffee maker that was wobbling on its last legs and the fact that there were NO GRAB BARS in either the shower or tub. Because we're elderly, that was a black mark. Slick wet Floors of showers & tubs are notoriously fall-risks. Otherwise we were quite happy. Will stay there again.

Advertised as newly renovated and rooms are not newly renovated from broken sofa bed to old and dirty kitchen

We got a last minute reservation due to having to be out of our house for some renovation work. Two kids, two dogs, me and my husband. Staff was very nice at check in and throughout our stay. The room felt 8/10 clean and was great to have a kitchen in there, but our stay went downhill from there. We had a bed and a sofa bed and when we pulled out the sofa bed it was disgusting. Very stained and flattened and we didn’t even want to try using it. We were lucky enough to be able to grab an air mattress at our house for our kids to sleep on. The extra sheets in the closet had holes and stains on them. Our bathroom was filled with marijuana smell/smoke coming though the vent multiple times per day. When I took my dogs out at 6am one of the mornings, I went to use the stairs and tried opening the door but there were two people sleeping in the stairwell landing. I let the front desk know. I didn’t see it occur again in the three days we were there, but ultimately didn’t go that way in the mornings or evenings. The area was nice and convenient to many things but overall the stay was not ideal. The staff was great- I can’t stress that enough. They were all so nice. But the room and facility left something to be desired.

The lobby space was excellent for relaxing during downtime during the day.

The TV in the room is not convenient to also see from bed, there is a lamp in the way of the TV if you sit on the couch. You cannot turn the shower on without getting hit by the cold water. The bed was hard.

Close to everything but didnt seem busy. Broken elevator and towel rack in room but other than that a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

The billing differed in rate each day. I find this not to be consistent.

I liked the rooms, the property, and the amenities, except for the fold-out couch. It was somewhat uncomfortable with a metal bar hitting me in the small of the back. Everything else was excellent.

Road construction around the hotel made it hard to enter

1st floor windows were open with shades pulled down & presented a safety/security hazard. Someone came up to the door & tried to access room. As I was traveling alone, I believe it was inconsiderate for reception to place me in a 1st floor room. After notifying reception of the room issues, I was moved to another room to n a higher floor.

In my next room the fireplace would not turn off. It had been in the off position for over three hours and I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with a gas fireplace running so they switched me again. To the first floor which was loud and directly in the parking lot. It was a rough night. The next day their “hot” breakfast I think meant they only had a toaster. They had stale muffins, apples and one flavor of yogurt. I was thrilled to ha e my first weekend away since covid and left so disappointed

The bed could have been a little softer and pillows a bit firmer. Also some more hangers would have been nice to have some extras. 1

The room we reserved was sold out so we got an upgrade. Pet friendly hotel with convenient areas. It would be nice if more people picked up after their pets, but that's not the hotel's fault. It's right off the highway, close to lots, but tucked away from traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The card key for the pool stopped working prior to check out, but the staff resolved the issue.

Staff was all amazing - kind, helpful. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. I saw some people commented on breakfast. They were COVID mindful … breakfast isn’t what is used to be at any hotels, but they had a few options and even wrapped the apples to minimize spread of germs. Great experience!

Overall it was nice, but little things - ie. my fridge had an issue and dumped water everywhere. Called maintenance, and they couldn't "fix" it right away, but sent someone down from housekeeping to clean up. But instead of bringing a mop or something, they just handed me a pile of towels to take care of it.

The room was beautiful and they had multiple breakfast options. I was disappointed in the housecleaning services. They didn't clean my room once and I had to ask for necessary items. I go on vacation to be pampered and this didn't live up to my expectations.

Was an awesome room, everyone was friendly. Unfortunately parking was crowded and the spaces are very small. I had to park on the side of the building.

Staff offered room upgrade for no extra charge when available. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are located in a business district that were better served by those with vehicles. Although a large shopping mall was located across the freeway from the hotel, it required a 15 minute walk across a long, over the freeway breezeway to access.

There was no large ice machine to fill up. Ice makers just in refrigerators, but they weren’t fast enough. Tons of flies in pool area! No frying pan to make your own scrambled eggs or grilled cheese. There were 4 of us but one bed and one couch that would convert into bed. So kids had to sleep together in one bed. Main bed was only a queen which resulted in poor rest. Incomplete sheets for the pull out couch, until room service fixed it.
