I always love staying here, there was constructions going on but I hardly noticed it.

We had issues with our room not being ready when we tried to check in but the man at the front desk was very understanding and apologetic. Our experience was made better by him!

Staff was friendly. Construction was going on so some amenities were not available, but the room was great and we will continue to stay here when we visit Denver. Thank you for the great stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay.

I love the bedroom options with the full kitchen. We truly only needed to bring food, a few toiletries, and clothing. I see why the rooms get sold out so quickly. The complimentary bottled water upon check-in was much appreciated and a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful and my child, who is typically picky, had nothing but good things to say. Every person on staff who I interacted with in passing or directly were kind, professional, and helpful—especially Patrick. The indoor pool is a perk especially with the heated room, so it’s not freezing. My child did not want to leave. The 4 out of 5 stars rating is mostly due to the active renovations and lack of access to certain amenities, along with a small attention to detail needed with cleaning—I found a few too many stubborn hairs and crumbs on various furniture items. Additionally, having to walk all the way to the front door from behind the building is inconvenient, especially when disabled. I hope part of the renovations include using the key card for more than 1 door around the building. I also appreciate the proximity to the highway and fun local activities within a 20 minute drive. The WiFi and the various smart TV viewing options are the best. 2 nights here was not enough! We look forward to returning after renovations are completed, to enjoy all amenities available. Thank you!

Our stay was great! Our room was clean, and equipped well with everything we needed! Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, lots of different options! The only complaints I have, was the cloth seats in the breakfast dining room were pretty dirty, and we used one of the hotels pack n plays for our baby to sleep in, and it was very dirty! Overall though, a good stay, and we’d stay again.

Nicely renovated , beautiful colors and very clean

The hotel is undergoing renovations so I think they're doing the best they can under the circumstances. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The room has been renovated and was very comfortable. The public areas were all clean and well maintained, but you can't overlook the protective floor coverings and the protective coverings in the elevators. We stayed in here last fall and the renovated room is an improvement. We will stay in this hotel again.

Property is under renovation. Our group had an old room and an updated room. Both were great! Comfy beds, lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel breakfast was better than most, including pork tacos! Large rooms with bunk beds are wonderful…teenage boys don’t like sharing beds, so bunks in a hotel room is so great so we don’t have to pay for an additional room.

They are in the middle or renovations and we were placed in an older room which is not their fault. The pool was a little chilly and only 1/6 nights we heard some hammering at almost 8pm.

The hotel was renovating and there were no curtains on our room windows. Renovation workers had to come in and work on the room while we were there. Unheard of! The hotel should not be offering reservations under these circumstances, it is deceitful for guests who think they’re going to a place to rest. We moved to a different hotel.

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I am around that we were charged $14.50 for two nights of parking IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT. The one star rating for everything else is a reflection of the extra charges for state, local, and county taxes. We were supposed to only be charged $219 for our stay and we're instead paying $236 for all the extra taxes and parking fees. We will never stay here again.

Me, my husband and our fur baby had the privilege of staying at this hotel for our 5 day vacation. From the front desk to the engineering department everything and everyone was absolutely awesome!! The property it self is located in a beautiful and quiet area. It is well maintained and kept clean inside & out. The front desk staff

Don’t show up on a Saturday night expecting to watch a college football game on NBC. You’ll have to watch it on your phone. Because they don’t have NBC in the rooms.

Overnight front desk gentleman went above and beyond. Although , it may seem like something small to others it meant a lot to me. He went out of his way to make sure the room tv worked after I had called about it not working. It was missing a cord and everything. He found one and it started working just fine.

I stay here every time I come in town for business. Always nice front desk welcome and the property is quiet and clean. There are a few places in walking distance, but you likely need a car or will need to Uber to restaurants and other facilities.

Couch in the room was old and had stains all over it. Got charged 4.50 to park at the hotel that I spent 200 dollars for the room!

The sofa in the room had greasy foot prints and the carpet was snagged and in disrepair. Not what you would expect from the Hilton.

Lovely suite with full kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the whole unit was clean. Furniture was a bit "tired" but the hotel had design boards up showing what they were going to be doing to update the rooms. The breakfast was the best we have experienced. Would certainly book again.

My flight got delayed and they CANCELLED my reservation, so I was stuck at 2AM with my kids and no place to sleep

This was the best hotel I've had in a long time! The staff was so friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and even though the hotel was showing its age (renovations starting in 2025!) it looked and felt clean. I definitely will be back!

I booked this place specifically for the suite with a kitchenette and other amenities, and it did not disappoint. The suite was spacious, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The kitchenette was fully functional and convenient, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The overall atmosphere of the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. Another highlight is its excellent location — situated near a shopping center, which made it easy to grab groceries, dine out, or just explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The bed linens were of exceptional quality and so comfortable to sleep on. I loved the 2 room set up and the vanity being separate from the shower/toilet area. The sink and toilet were awkwardly low. The staff was friendly and nice. We'd stay here again.

We stayed a few weeks ago and it was great. The breakfast is top notch!! This time not so much. The breakfast was still great but the room and front desk lady weren’t that great. The front desk lady acted as if we were a problem starting with asking for 4 waters instead of 2 since there was 4 of us staying. She just wasn’t nice and seemed annoyed when we came back with a question about moving to a different room which she would t let us do.

Rooms were not clean bathroom was not very clean and you did not have any water so I couldn’t take a shower or anything that is ridiculous and I didn’t know that at check-in I found out in the morning or I probably would’ve gone somewhere else

Took me a long time to find a hotel that I was comfortable with but this one had great ratings so we gave it a shot. The room was perfect for what we needed. With dishes and everything included that we would need for the night. My kids loved the bunk bed feature and overall it was a great stay. Definitely will keep it in mind the next time I need a hotel out that way.

Staff was very accommodating to my partner and I. They helped us in every way possible after getting into a hit and run accident they were able to help us get an extra night told us they could order a Lyft/uber for us if needed, told us if we needed anything let them know and any questions we had they always helped! The staff were also super friendly and the room was clean! Would stay again!

I would give a better rating except the kids on the 4th floor kept banging and running around non stop and it only got worse after I complained. Plus I was charged for parking but I didn’t have a car. I Ubered everywhere or caught a ride with someone.

They charge for parking but they don’t tell you until after you check out and you don’t get your full deposit back. The furniture in the rooms is really really dirty and worn. The rooms are not cleaned at all during your stay. They don’t vacuum often enough so the hallway and lobby and of course your room ends up dirty. I asked them to at least empty our garbage cans and they did not. The staff is nice but the lack of daily cleaning and hidden parking fees are such a bummer. Also you will hear the people above you very clearly. It’s hard to sleep if the people above check in late or wake up early.

We couldn't get the tv to work and the staff even tried but couldn't get it. They came up and fixed it a few hours before we checked out but they took some money off my bill.

Our was very good size for our family and we had a very good location in the hotel. The beds were comfortable we had appropriate linen and towels. GREAT size TV fridge and kitchen area. Breakfast was good and a variety of choices to choose from. Our room didn't smell fresh, actually smelled. There was a pencil (not our) on the floor and there was a very dirty alarm clock on the floor near the bed. Hadn't been picked up for some time, I imagine. We had NO body wash it was completely empty...poor job was as far as housekeep goes, so it made us think about everything else and how well it was cleaned. I paid 1/3 of the stay on a weekend day and had a better experience. The pool...not sure what you use, but there is a very saltiness you can't help to get a taste from splashing...a little boy plus her Mother and 3 sisters were in pool at same time..he was about 4 or 5 years old...he got that salt in his mouth and vomited..his mother took him out and he vomited pool side.. mother picked up with towels and was embarrassed, but this is not her fault. I have never been in a pool and experienced this before.
