Terrible and lowkey terrible people I hated my stay and they were very rude never stay here
- 3.5/5
The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and gave us clear directions to our rooms and gave great recommendations for food around town. The rooms and beds were clean, and the A/C units worked well. The beds were pretty firm, which I liked, but others in my party weren't as fond of. The location and price were very convenient for some guys doing a long road trip needing a place to sleep for the night. Oh, and the shower did have excellent water pressure! For what this is, we found this place to be a totally fine experience. The place is pretty old and worn down. There was some general damage to the rooms, like broken drawer handles, torn ottomans. The rooms were a touch dark, but not awful. There was also an unexpected $100 cash deposit we had to initially pay that we got during check out, so do plan for that! Also, there are smoking and non-smoking rooms, so make sure you book the right type of room (the non-smoking did not smell of smoke, just to note). The lobby itself was also totally closed, which considering there's no breakfast or anything served it makes sense, but it was a little jarring to interact with staff through an old-school service window.

Clean, polite staff, the bed was comfy and clean. I really was surprised I really didn’t have a complaint other than it kinda smelled like the room was smoked in and then trying to be covered up. But it wasn’t too bad.
- 2.5/5
The location is a very busy area that had lots of traffic noise at night. I think a fire hall is nearby given the number of sirens we heard. As a result, we did not sleep as well as we otherwise would have on a comfortable bed. This room qualifies as basic. It was an adequate value for the price. If you want creature comforts or a quiet location, be prepared to pay more.

Nice location, hotel clean When you drive six hours for vacation, you are tired and want to rest an relax. But no, you have to be out of your room by 10:30, so they can clean your room. Even if you put do not disturb on your door. So really didn’t get to relax an enjoy my vacation because we had to get up early. We want be back!

Im pretty sure there was a situation dealing with a pimp. And im sure that someone tried to break into the room next door. The area was EXTREMELY sketchy definitely dont want to be alone in the hotel or area.

Nice place. Clean sheets and floor.
- 3/5
Pas de dejeuner et semble pas tres securitaire, tres bruyant
- 1/5
Smell like cigarettes burns on sheets and blankets toilet was dirty the floor was nasty the room smells like it it haven’t been cleaned at all
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable but the bedding had stains. The guy at the desk was nice. But overall i didnt feel particularly safe.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. We stayed two nights, so second day in the morning we get a room service offering us their service. We didn't need the room cleaning, but got clean towels. Really great experience. Would stay there again.
- 1/5
Property needs remodeling and an exterminator. The handle to bathroom was tapped to the door, roaches were crawling through out the entire room , bed felt like a box spring and the covers were burnt throughout with holes.

I had a terrible stay at the hotel. When I checked in, the front desk demanded payment even though I had already paid through Hotels.com. They told me to leave if I didn't pay them again. I had to call Hotels.com so they could communicate with the hotel on my behalf. Despite our efforts, management insisted they wanted me and my family removed from their property because they claimed the payment was not in their account. After about three hours, Hotels.com was able to resolve the issue and the hotel finally accommodated us, but the service we received was pitiful, disrespectful, and minimal. I asked for bath towels, and they questioned if I was going to extend my stay; otherwise, they wouldn't provide any more towels. In the end, I did not receive any towels at all.

i was booked at the wrong location. The one I had chosen was 8 miles away. Your web site sited breakfast, but there was none, just in-room coffee. otherwise, room was OK.
- 3/5
No breakfast as posted.
- 2/5
The reservation, payment was included breakfast, however the management declared that the hotel does not serve any breakfast.
- 2/5
The listing said breakfast was included and it was not. I booked because it indicated breakfast was available. Don't of the towels were dirty too
- 3/5
Breakfast included was what was advertised but it turns out this isn’t the case. Our stay was only one night so it’s fine but I wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.
- 4/5
Very cost efficient and the beds appeared to be clean but the head of the bed is lower than the foot making it awkward. For the price everything was really decent. Floors needed more cleaning!
- 3/5
The room was good. My only issue was the beds were awful.
- 3/5
It was decent for a low rate property
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that there was a very strong scent in the room,(type of cleanser maybe), that caused me some breathing issues.
- 3/5
We had roaches in our room
- 4/5
Accessable. The room had oder to cigarettes there should be a nice freshh clean smell.
- 4/5
We booked for 3 nights and only stayed 2 we were supposed to get 1 night refund but they said the computer was down
- 2/5
The room had bugs, the lady at the check in window, had an attitude because I woke her up when I was checking in. The shower curtain was dirty and the drain didn't work properly. We only stayed one night and thats because we booked at 11:48pm.
- 2/5
The area wasn't very comfortable. The lobby door was locked and we had to wait for someone to show up at the window. No breakfast like it said there would be. Toilet handle was broken. I witnessed an interaction with another guest and a worker and they were extremely rude to them. Definitely would not return. Thankful it was just one night to rest. Thought it would have been completely different.

The Man behind the counter is very nice and the motel was clean
- 2/5
Roaches in the room and microwave didn't work
- 5/5
For under $100 it was clean and I slept great before the Chattanooga Triathlon

I booked through Expedia. Got to the location where i booked and was told there was no reservation for me. Found out that they were full so expedia booked me without asking first at a different location which was out of the way! The floor in the room was filthy and reaked of smike even tho it was suppose to be a smoke free room! Never again!
- 3/5
It was ok for a night. Not the cleanest and it felt unsafe to be outside at night. Breakfast was promised when it booked, but there was none. Being on a tight time budget, that put us behind.
- 1/5
First of all, they don't serve breakfast. When I booked this hotel, it shows that they will provide breakfast which is a lie. Second, the oven is not working properly. Lastly, the beds and comforters are not clean. There is a tons of cockroach in my room including in beds. Even when I left I found cockroach in my bag.
- 3/5
Mold on the walls, ripped shower curtain, chips missing out of walls, overall not very clean..
- 3/5
I guess I should be happy at least they did save me a room. For the money I do feel it was worth the stay.
- 3/5
I would never disparage a company or business, but this property had the basics of what a hotel should have, but toilet ran every few minutes, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, hotel was next to interstate and many inconsiderate drivers in TN and surrounding states like to rev their engines at all hours of the night, nothing the hotel could do, so not their problem.
- 1/5
It was nasty. All kinds of men standing around trying to get our kids to come to them, cussing us then banging on our door. Gun shots from the parking lot kept us up all night plus scared to sleep because of my kids being scared. Beds are nasty, bathroom was nasty shower & floors NOT clean & something all over the chairs, furniture & beds.
- 4/5
Room was clean and great. Only downside was mattress on side of building, and a homeless person was sleeping on it
- 1/5
It was filthy, hair and dirt in bathroom tub, toliet has pee stains and it just was horrible, only stayed one night cause we had to, but found somewhere else and left the next morning. Never again!!
- 2/5
Would NOT reccomend this hotel!!!
- 2/5
The rooms are way nicer on the inside than it looks like when you pull in, but the bed is so uncomfortable. Its 2am and we just got up and left to come home instead of staying any longer. The shower had great oressure but it looks like the shower head hasnt been cleaned in well over a year. You can also hear everything outside, at all times of the night and day. And the worst thing is that we had the a/c cranked all the way to 60 and you could barely feel any air at all. Had to get a small fan in order to sleep at night.

Refrigerator froze every thing

I enjoyed it the only thing was frig froze everything
- 4/5
Just average not the best not the worst
- 4/5
Everything was pretty good. Only things that should be improved on is there should be some fruit available at the continental breakfast. Also no desk clerk when we checked out at 6:30am. There was another gentleman waiting for someone but no one ever should before we left.
- 4/5
The room was recently renovated, clean and odor free. WIFI was fast and never experienced any problems. Very limited breakfast items. I would stay here again.
- 1/5
Office ppl are always watching and asking questions. They are rude
- 4/5
Ok for the money
- 4/5
There were no blankets on the beds, just a sheet and comforter. When we ask for one they didn't have any available. The "full" breakfast was not. There was no hot food items, just cold cereal and doughnuts and cinnamon rolls.
- 3/5
The bathroom fan made an awful noise, I told the guy at the front desk and he said he would call maintenance... maybe the next guest will have it fixed because it made noise every time I turned it on. And since it was just down the road from the fire station, I got woke up a couple of times a night from their trucks.
- 4/5
Good for the value. Modern rooms inside, close to I75
- 5/5
This is an amazing find. Room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. The staff was most helpful and very friendly.
- 3/5
The hotel was was very outdated have people living there not people who you want to know. The breakfast was consist of bread, coffee and muffins the size small rubber balls. I will gave hotel one and half stars
- 5/5
We would stay there again.
