I would not recommend staying here due to the location of the property. A lot of sketchy people stay at this motel. The rooms were not clean the floor was not mopped the only thing I noticed decent was that the bed was made. The owners or staff are very short and unfriendly.

booked a 1st floor handicapped room through booking.com and ended up with a standard queen, non-smoking room on the 2md floor. My wife has difficulties with stairs.

This place was honestly quite disgusting and there were quite a few sketchy people hanging out in the area. I asked for first floors because I had a dog and he told me I had to pay more. Considering the room was awful I’m glad I didn't pay more. The shower was disgusting, the tv was crooked on the wall, there was a table with no chairs, stained sheets, and barely even a pillow. I could not leave faster! Do not bother with this one.

Room was run down and damaged. People were loitering around outside all night long. Fighting and arguing going on in the rooms! Mold on shower curtains! Bed bugs and roaches in the room! Worst stay I have ever had! Will not stay again at this location!

Location. The place was nasty. Bed sheets were stained, bath tub had hair and cigarette ashes, and the fridge had rotting food in it. We decided not to stay and the man in the office said we stayed over 20 minutes so he could only give me half my money back. I haven't received anything back.

It was the worst experience. I didn’t even stay more than 2 mins and I checked it. The towels was dirty, one of the towels had a blood stain,the bed sheets was dirty, the shower had mold in it. They don’t do refunds.

Gary was wonderful. Everything else was the worst experience of our lives. The room was disgusting. The heater did not work in thirty degree weather. We paid for two days and had a woman at the front desk try to make us leave after the first day. A man opened our door without knocking to tell us to leave on the first day. The only good staff member was Gary.

The floor was sticky there was holes inbthe walls, on it smelled like the nursing home. However there is a waffle house in the parking lot

Unsanitary and not safe and should be shut down. False advertising. Scary and straight up beyond filthy. Don't even think about going by what they are showing in pictures cause that's straight up BS. NOTHING CLEAN AND I mean Nothing and don't even ask for clean bed sheets cause I asked and told very rudely I don't have any.

The flooring had dips in it especially in front of the tub, there is a hole in the wall behind the door The linens and towels had stains.

The room didn’t look like what was online at all. It wasn’t even ready when we arrived, we had to wait almost 30 minutes. The staff was nice it was just the poor quality look for me. I opened the door, and closed it right back. It needs to be remodeled!

This place is by FAR the most scallywag nasty motel room I have ever seen. I can assure you this room 131 has not been cleaned in weeks! No way am I staying here...No way is this legal! I'm taking the loss and running. I would rather sleep in my car. This is not motel 6...it's motel sticks! I don't dare sit...on anything! I dare not even touch the tv remote. It feels like I stepped into a slimy old mop bucket. Take my advise...do not be fooled...spend the extra few dollars on a real room. This here = grrrross!

Cigarette burns on everything even though it was supposed to be smoke free

We stayed here before and it was very clean. This time the sheets and towels were heavily stained, floors were dirty, and bath tub had debris in it.

Late checkin was difficult, waited 10 minutes outside the locked lobby. No one answered the phone. Upon checkin the room was apparently not cleaned, stained sheets, smelled of urine. Surrounding area sketchy to say the least. Loud music outside far too early…3am. But hey it was a roof over my head.

Motel was a dump, derelict people all around got the hell out of there as fast as I could. The towels and wash rags were black

This place was disgusting!! First impression, when you walk it’s so hot and dewy in the room (very uncomfortable feeling). Then I went to the restroom to find a roach in the bathtub, weird reddish stains all of the shower curtain, and the toilet was nasty!! The floors also looked like they hadn’t been been cleaned in forever, not to mention the big stain (what looked like blood) on the floor with a bullet hole in the wall above it.. that was off putting for sure. Family members in the adjacent room also saw three roaches themselves, we didn’t even bring any of our luggage inside the building because it was so gross. If it wasn’t already 3am when we got there, we definitely wouldn’t have stayed but we just needed a place to sleep, reallyyy contemplated on just sleeping in our cars though! Also stripped the bed to make sure there were no roaches under the blanket too, luckily there wasn’t but the blankets were still covered in stains. Overall, the worse place I’ve ever stayed, definitely would not recommend to anyone!

The room was clean enough; however, the shower head had a leak where it screwed into pipe and water sprayed over the shower curtain onto the toilet and the floor. Maintenance already done in the room was subpar. The key did not work properly. Every time we returned to the room, we had to go to the office to have the key programed. Also, we reserved a non-smoking Queen room, but got a room with a full size bed and it had a hint of smoke. Also, they do not clean the rooms until after you leave. Had to go to the office everyday to get towels.

There was Gun violence on the property during my stay. The rooms are dirty. There are bugs, and the staff is rude. Definitely not a place to stay for families.

People in the front office were very nice and tried to help accommodate but the first room we were in wasnt ever cleaned. Second room we got put in was a little better with cleanliness but the sheets and covers were still stained.. heard people arguing outside our door half the night. For the price i paid for one night and also having to put a $50 deposit down and not knowing you would think that the sheets would at least be clean and the pillows be actual pillows and not feeling like your sleeping on the bed with none under your head.

The owners were absolutely wonderful. Very business oriented and on top of things... they were so friendly to us and I did feel very safe there and the room was very nice.....the bed was oh so comfortable!

This place needs to be seen by the cuty and shut down. First the rooms were dirty. They have roaches everywhere. The bathrooms were not cleaned as well as the microwave and fridge. The hallways had bags of trash not picked up. When we went to the manager in the morning he was so rude. It doesn’t take that much to clean a place and give good service. This place meed to shut down period.

First I go in my room that I reserved no smoking and as soon as I walk in it smelled like smoked I had to go back ask for a different room. I dislike this place never ever going back. Don’t recommend it at all. The second room they gave me was completely Dirty , blood in shower, cockroaches everywhere walls bed floor. There was left over food in microwave everything was dirty and stinky. Please do not pay for this it is a complete mess. Terrible terrible terrible

Walls were in dire need of new paint. Door was disgusting with fingerprints, looks like it never gets wiped down, had to slam it to get it to shut. Had to kill 2 roaches and when I told the owner the next morning I was told they were probably there because it was dark and only got a “sorry for the inconvenience”. Bath tub was disgusting, a dirt ring around it like it hadn’t been cleaned In Who knows how long. Bedding in serious need of being updated, was dingy and cigarette burns in the blanket, flat sheets used as fitted sheets.

Very noisy outside in parking area and next door restaurant until after 1am. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Overall condition of the motel building was poor—little or no upkeep of the property. Best feature was the convenient location for travelers. Low cost but short on some basics.

There was trash under the bed (I took pictures for proof). The tub/shower curtains were NOT clean & sanitary in appearance.

I have to say that my boyfriend & I have stayed here many times, but we were disappointed this time. The sheets had spots all over them & cigarette burn holes. Also, there were a few bugs crawling around in the room and the bathroom. We didn't say anything, but we're reluctant to stay again.

Shower had large amounts of mold, shower did not drain. Towels extremely thin with what appeared to be old blood stains on them. Front desk did not seem to care about the mold or drainage issue.

The staff is SUPER RUDE and I had problems using the reservation with hotels.com. The customer service at hotels.com fixed everything and was great but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was unsanitary there were writing on the walls, dirt and stains all over the bathtub, the front door and bathroom door had both been kicked in, I found some type of pills in the corner of the room and the sheet had piss stains absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen

Hotel manager/owner was rudest man I have ever met. Said if I book it online anymore I will have to pay a deposit. Room was just so so nasty. Then I got double charged.

Check in i was informed to have a smoke free room like i paid for i had to have a $50 cash deposit ...was not told about before hand. This was the worst experience I ever had. The ac leaked water all over the floor. The mattress is dented and was uncomfortable. Room service never came by to give me fresh towles or anything. I had to use all my towles to clean up the water from the leak. The sheets were stained. This place also has roaches.

The hotel was not clean. Other “guests” were very loud. At one point two women had a fist fight outside my door. The parking stayed full of activity with questionable legality. My worst stay anywhere ever. If I could get my money back, I would. Cheap Tickets should remove them from their list.

There were roaches. There was still hair in the sink from where a previous guest had shaven. There were burn holes in the blankets and stains on the sheets. The towels were dingy and didn’t smell very clean. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Everything was dirty - the floor was wet when we walked in, the shower was dirty, the towels looked dirty, and the bedding is in desperate need of replacement. Even for the price, not worth it. I felt too gross to sleep well.

THIS PLACE IS UNREASONABLY NASTY. I WAS THERE ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE I CHECKED OUT EVERYTHING. THE SHEETS HAD STAINS ON THEM IN MULTIPLE PLACES, AND THEN FOUND A 5/ ROACHES JUST RUNNING AROUND THE TUB. I THEN BOOKED A ROOM SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEN I WENT TO COMPLAIN TO THE OWNER, AND HE DIDN’T WANT TO SPEAK TO ME. HE EVENTUALLY CAME OUT & WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME THAT HE WASN’T REFUNDING MY MONEY. I WAS NEVER RUDE, NOR BELLIGERENT, NEVER RAISED MY VOICE OR CURSED AT HIM. BUT HE GOT REALLY DISRESPECTFUL TO THE POINT I JUST LEFT WITHOUT A REFUND, BECAUSE I WAS STARTING TO FEEL SOME TYPE OF WAY. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND TRASHY PLACES & EVEN TRASHIER ATTITUDES. THEY NEED TO NOT EVEN BE AN OPTION. WISH WE COULD UPLOAD VIDEOS, SO YOU COULD SEE THE NUMBER OF BUGS IN THE TUB.

The first room had spoiled food in the fridge. The whole place smelled nasty. There are no coffeemakers in the room and lobby only serves coffee for 1 hour. 2nd room had squeaky springs in the bed and knots that poked through mattress.

Bed very comfy and room was a good size. Very disappointed that it did not include microwave, mini fridge or coffee pot but otherwise it was decent and quiet.

The box springs that you could see when you walked in had black stuff all over it. The bed looked as if someone was sitting on it and had just walked away. There were dead roach in the bathroom floor as if it had not been swept. We left we did not stay.

HORRIBLE stay. Booked three nights for an event I attended in Chattanooga. Left early due to unable to sleep peacefully due to fighting and physical abuse from room above us. Complained to front desk, nothing done about physical fighting screaming cussing upstairs all day AND night. Makeup and burn marks on sheets, exposed nails under air conditioner. Will NEVER stay here again.

The rooms were horrible. The first one they put me in it just had a bed a dresser a lamp that was drawn on. Yeah TV. In the room was huge. Oh that was in one corner and then I rest up for empty. So I went to the office and told him I want to refund. He said I give you better room buddy you stay. I said ok. It was a little bit better. But 10:00 at night when I pull back the sheets the sheets were not changed. There were men and women spots on the sheets. I went to the front desk that night the guy goes off on me. I said hey sir do you have any sheets not here. He screams I don't have toilet paper in towels. I said can you go to take some off another bed . He said no. He goes sit down I'm still standing there. I said thank you sir. Suck it back to the room I called the motel 6 down the road. Ask them for some sheets. He said we're not going to give him no sheets. The next morning I told the manager about it. He said yeah that's all we have in night time is toilet paper in towels. I said what are you hollering at man. What am I a liar. I said I pay for 2 days. I'm not staying another day give me my money. He gave him my money for one day. He didn't pay for horrible experience that I had that night. I never go there again . But when I left and check that he said I'm sorry man. I said it's okay. I said but you need to put some money back in your place man.

It was a Motel 6. Simple, decent bed. Easy access and great restaurant (City Cafe), a 2 minute walk, two doors down.

I will never stay at this hotel again. It was disgusting. The bed sheets were not washed. I have pictures if youd like me to forward them. They literally had pee stains on them. There was no remote for the tv. I had to go ask the front desk for one. The bathroom looked like it was under remodeling. I shouldve been placed in a room that was actually finished from remodeling and the maids had actually cleaned. It was late when I checked in online because i was driving all day. I wasnt in the mood to complain because i just wanted to go to sleep.

The tub hadnt been cleaned it had black stuff and hair in it. Tried to call down to the office 5 times they wouldn't answer went down to the office and they was closed! Horrible experience ever!

I made a two day reservation and after the first night I got up early the next morning and left the room by 930am. I returned by noon and my key wouldn’t unlock my room. I had my hands full and had to return to the front desk and have my key reactivated. A little inconvenient but not a terrible thing. The rooms cleanliness was a little to be desired. Little things like corners and the toilet could’ve used some attention.

Our stay was okay for just a quick stay and leave. Towels were too small to shower with, was cold and had to wait outside for reservation to be put through. Not pleased but the bed was comfortable for a night sleep.

Older property, but a clean, comfortable room at a budget price. The only negative was that the ice machine wasn’t working; that can happen, it wasn’t an issue. The drinks were cold from the car anyway. The owner is always nice and friendly, ready to help in any way he can.

Really poor quality. Mold around the tub. Chipped paint everywhere. Shower head fell off. Bathroom door was split from being kicked open previously.

Basic older motel stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC/heat worked well. The floor underneath the bathtub felt soft; like it needed more support. The desk clerk and owner were friendly and helpful, even helping me jumpstart my car.

Perfect if you just need to find a bed for a few hours on a last minute trip. Would not stay here if on vacation.

When i arrived it started to go wrong because they had to charge me a deposit for both rooms i rented instead of just one. Also the number of days was wrong by workers count. Then the first morning i had to renew my rooms i told the manger that i had already done so on hotels.com, he then informed me that i would then have to pack up both rooms and check out at 11am and not return for my reservations until 3pm check in time. Which is something i never heard before at any place ive stayed, why make more work for the cleaning staff. Looking back taht is when i should've left, but stayed. So that evening my 16yr. Son said that there was something biting him, i assumed since we were very very close to the poll that maybe a couple mosquitos got in his room. The next morning i asked that they move him so a different room. We are now on third night, i wake up to at least 4 to 5 bites the have the famous pattern of 3 bites in a curve, bed bugs! But i had not gotten bit the first two nights. So i deal amd use cortizone cream to help with itching. My friend get attached the 4th night worse than me. Although i got more bites too. We are now at this point scared that they might have infested our clothing amd personal items so we end up leaving after we find a airbnb to stay. On the morning of check out, we were letting the manager know that not only my sons 1st room had them, but ours did as well. We proceeded to show him all the many sores, he tells us its not his fault.No one told him.
