The room itself was good, clean, and a comfortable place to rest for a few hours before continuing on our road trip.

Pictures online do not match the property at all. The area did not feel safe to stay based on the large quantity of people milling around outside the hotel. We were there on a Sat night. Carpet in room was dirty, bathroom was not cleaned well and tile was broken and stained. Front staff acted as if any request was a huge inconvenience

Location was the best with many amenities right out the parking lot. Staff was very friendly and assisting. Rooms and hotel were very clean and smelled great. All staff were busy all the time keeping the hotel running very smoothly and clean. Pool was great and towels were supplied. Light breakfast from 6 to 9am with coffee juices and milk. No vending for drinks at location but some snacks in lobby vending. But with many stores and restaurants within walking distance it made up for that. Price was great, we booked thru booking.com and it was smooth. We will visit this location again. Thank you for the great stay !! No vending for drinks kinda hurt and I'd suggest longer breakfast hours

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Upon arrival I was told if I seen anyone struggling to open a door, dont help them. I thought was odd but didnt think to much into until I found out why, its basically a "crack-head hangout" (any reputable hotel would not allow this to happen. The other issue is the filth of our room. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks, empty toilet paper roll, and a dirty towel from a previous occupant hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Oh and the ceiling in the bathroom is falling apart and pieces are laying in the bathroom floor. We booked our room for a two night stay and we did tuff it out on night one but we woke up at 6am and went to check out. Didn't want to stay in that hotel another night. We will never be back here! The pictures on the website does not reflect what the hotel or rooms actually look like!

The price was right! The bathroom was small but had everything amenity stated. Had an outdoor swimming pool and a breakfast of your choice of 2 cereals, a waffle you make yourself or muffins and yogurt. Coffee, orange or apple juice and some 2% milk for the cereal. It’s what we needed when traveling through from MI to FL.

When I checked in the man at the desk said that I would need to leave a cash deposit of 100 dollars . When I checked out he tried to not return my deposit but I finally got my money back. On the outside it looks nice but the rooms can definitely use some renovations. The fridge despite being on the highest setting barely cooled, neither did the air conditioner, it was not cooling properly the whole night. On the toilet there was a yellow drop on the toilet seat, not sure if it was some cleaning agent or a drop of urine. Thank god I always carry cleaning products when staying in hotels and disposable bed sheets. The bed was hard, not a good sleep and don’t get me started on breakfast. Oatmeal packets, make your own waffles, bread for toast, blueberry muffins, coffee, orange juice or apple juice and yogurt. That’s it. No eggs, sausage, no protein at all. Empty calories and carbs. No variety. So this is a good stay for a night for someone passing through. I was driving from FL to MI so this rest stop was kinda meh. Check in staff was friendly, check out guy looked like he didn’t wanna be there and didn’t even greet me nor thank me for my stay not even a “have a good one” on my way out.

The room had dirty sheets and weird substances on the furniture. The smell of the room was unpleasant, we had to buy room spray to keep it smelling fresh.

This facility looks like a drug and prostitution facility. I do not like to judge but this was unbelievable when we arrived.

Parking was very convenient. Staff were congenial. The room was comfortable and clean. It was the nicest Indian-operated motel I have ever visited. Breakfast was a disappointment. The only thing I could eat was the fruit juice as I must have a gluten-free, non-dairy diet. Usually a motel will have breakfast cereal that would be an acceptable option.

Very dated room, paint/plaster peeling from ceiling, rusty shower. Floor not super clean. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though they have a no smoking policy. Grassy area right outside room was littered with cigarette butts. Bed was comfortable and place was fairly quiet. I wouldn’t book here again.

The elevator was stinky. One night that I stayed there, it was very noisy with guests next to us. Kids running around , adults were talking until pass 11 pm . I appreciate they came to clean our room though without being asked

Pet friendly but i had no pets, Only upside, super bright and tons of camera's, downside they need thise camera's because the location is sketchy, a coworker arrived a day early and cancelled their booking as the property was not secure with people loitering outside. Thankfully the manager was there when i checked in or i would've been double charged. As told in other reviews they have a staff member that clearly does not know how to deal with 3rd party bookings, he was fiddling with the computer for 5 mins till a coworker stepped in clicked one button and it went through. It was clear before that he was trying to charge it incorrectly, based on other reviews this has been going on for months. Then the rooms themselves were clearly a 2 out of 5, they were cleaned but not with care or expertise, clearly unproperly treated bug problems, woke up to bugs in the bed. The rooms were technically clean but there was deep seated grime on various pieces of furniture, additionally there were multiple areas that were clearly fixed by a handyman instead of a professional. 100% a 2 star hotel barely. For $50 and a bed for one night befoe the drive home it was serviceable. Would rate it higher if staff knew how to use their technology, bug problem fixed and parking lot fully lit to prevent loiters, hotel itself was clearly lit. Also the AI summary of room features were wrong, which one can see just be reading the room descriptions manually.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpet and upholstry on furniture could use a good steam cleaning, but room was perfect for a place to sleep and very affordable. Basic breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

TV was broken 5 minutes after I checked in. Went down to report it and they claimed it to be the weather - the screen had a busted place in it! After making me go to the third floor the first floor then the third floor again they finally decided to change me into another room. Don't blow smoke up people's skirt

The room was clean. The bathroom did smell a little musty, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. The musty smell went away after we took the first shower. We did not eat the breakfast cause we overslept. Which was fine with me the only thing I did not like about it is when we went into the room it was a bit warm, but due to the cold weather, hot weather swings we’ve been having lately I understand and yes, I would stay there again.

Everything was as expected except the TV looked like it was about to fail. The screen had visible lines across it like the display was breaking down. The mirror to the side of the sink in the bathroom was a little awkward.

Noted blue masking tape on floor around third floor elevator had been in place for some time. No napkins found at breakfast. The room was old, I discovered a cockroach in the bathroom sink in the morning… the place needs a full renovation to give an appearance of cleanliness! The breakfast was a horrible selection of 2 cereal types, milk, list Quality oats, list sugary muffins and waffles! Coffee was decent and the juices- I didn’t even try!

I wasn’t able to stay in my room at all. I told the staff my other traveler wasn’t allowing me in the room and they did absolutely nothing. When I told them I wanted to cancel my stay and get a refund plus my deposit back they said I wasn’t allowed to do that and that was how it was gonna be. I turned towels in and never received anymore. When I first entered the room there wasn’t a shower curtain. The employee at the front desk flirted with me to the point of making me uncomfortable. It was an overall terrible experience and I would never recommend staying there. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee but then on my receipt it’s only $40

Limited hours 6 to 9 for breakfast, i am not sure if the breafast optiins were what is minimum for a days inn franchise. Door card reader and elevator card reader not working any body could go in even without card although there are cameras. Neighboorhood is chockful of motels not really downtown so maybe security not an issue.

The included breakfast fell far short of our experience in other accommodations. We won’t be choosing Days Inn again. The room was small, there were things in view that I wouldn’t choose to keep in view and no in room coffee.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The location was near many restaurants and stores. My family and I brought our dog and had no issues. Overall a good place to stay!

There is a hole in the floor that has been covered up with carpet. The bathroom was terrible. Tub wouldn't drain properly, the bathroom door looks like a jail sell and the towel racks are missing. The stay was horrible. There were call girls walking out front of the hotel. Will not stay at this location anymore.

When we arrived and checked in they had changed us again for our stay. I returned and they acted like it was a mistake and started the process of having the charges removed and before I left it was gone but he would not give a receipt for the extra charges he charged for pet fee. Now I am home the day after leaving and they have put another charge on my credit card. This hotel should not be trusted and make sure if you stay to keep an eye on the charges they put on you. I have added a photo of current charges

This place was a little suspicious. We had two rooms for one night. Overall appearance of rooms small but appeared pretty clean. On investigation mattress’ wrapped in a zipper mattress cover with additional sheeting that had looked dirty with stains used to cover the mattress

The continental breakfast could be improved with more choices. The tile floors could use a mopping as our socks got filthy in the room.

Just passing through for one night and decided to book here. Check in took no time at all and the price was right. I am writing this review after just waking up the following morning from my stay here. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and water in the shower got hot almost instantly. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to find with plenty of parking. Some shady characters hanging out front saying negative things but the concierge was very friendly and even gave us dining recommendations.

I wish I could leave a good review, but I just can't. Nothing looked clean. Refrigerator wasn't cold, smoke alarm kept going off for no reason, and the staff said it was because we turned the heater on. Bed and pillows were horrible. My husband and I both woke up sore all over from them. Staff weren't friendly. Continental breakfast was the sorriest excuse for a meal I've ever seen . I do not recommend this hotel.

Both nights of our stay were filled with extremely loud banging noises from the room above us. Both nights, we called the front desk over this problem. Both nights, they said they would handle it, but the banging didnt stop. We got very little sleep either night.

Breakfast was ok, it did the trick. Room was clean and customer service was great. The rooms aren’t updated but you have what you need. The mattress was horrible. That’s about our only complaint. The hair dryer didn’t work but they were quick and super polite to remedy the problem. Nighttime was quiet and property was well taken care of. I felt safe there.

the pool was under construction, the staff tried to make a move on me, the bedsheets were stained and had holes in them, and i think the muffins i had for breakfast were stale.
