All the lights were on a timer and kept shutting off whenever I needed them on. And there were several roaches crawling around.

Got here to check in then was told there was a deposit that needed paid went to get them money to pay it when i arrived again on the second attempt i was made to wait over thirty mins as they closed the window and was doing who knows what

Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff would definitely stay here again

The room I stayed in didn't have trash cans in the room,but the room was clean. The second room didn't have a phone in the room and had bugs.

The staffs have good service.

This hotel had homeless people that were coming in and is an extended stay. Pictures are very deceiving.

Staff was rude.

There were roaches in the room. When you try and call the hotel, it goes straight to a recording and nobody ever seems to answer.

Lobby in disrepair. People with large dogs walking in hall ways. Couldn’t breathe for cigarette smoke in hallways. As soon as I stepped into room there were roaches on the counter top by the stop in the kitchen area. Bed, etc worse than some bunk room at a kids camp. Walked right out back to lobby and told representavie I was unwilling to stay in a room with visible roaches. Requested refund, gave room key back within 5 minutes of arrival. She said Gen manager would have to handle Monday. Then chatted with Hotels.com agent. They will be researched and emailing me back.

My original room does not have a door for the bathroom, and the sheet is soooo dirty. The lady switched us to another room but the key card does not work so she has to open the door for us. Worst experience ever. I wish I can get a full refund for this kind of experience.

Its clean the staff is very nice

The floors of the room were the only thing really clean, the bedding was stained, cigarette burns, also only had 2 pillows for a double queen bed set up. This property seems to be set up for section 8 housing but still trying to market as a hotel. Avoid at all cost.

I should have paid more attention prior to booking this hotel. I checked in late and there were lots of people just milling around in the parking lot. The room is very basic for the price I paid and I had to kill three cockroaches within the first five minutes of entering the room.

The worst hotel I've ever considered staying at. Booked a non-smoking room. After arriving after check in time, waited minutes (along with someone else who was staying there and couldn't get in) for someone working there to finally come to the desk. Was informed that they did not have any non-smoking rooms available, despite my reservation. I was offered to look at one of the smoking rooms available to see if I would be interested. I went to look at it via the elevator that sounded like it might break at any moment. While checking out the room, I noticed multiple holes in the walls, mold on the refrigerator, mold on the bathroom sink, and stained linens on the bed. I was obviously not interested, went back in the sketchy elevator, and informed the person working that I would not be interested. He informed me that they would not be able to offer a refund. Never been so disgusted by a hotel that I was willing to eat the cost and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of other terrible hotels in the area, and I assure you they will be better.

The front dest closed at 8pm. The smell was very strong, the keys did not work to the room. Not clean. We couldn't stay at all However the 1 staff member that attended us was very polite and did her best to accommodate us.

Beautiful newer building….. many transient people living there … no vending, ice even cups in room. A bar of soap …. Was not impressed but clean and half way acceptable after going to Days in where I was greeted with bed bugs…. 🐜.

Charged twice. Booked 2 queen room, got single queen. Place is used for short term housing

My biggest issue was sleeping in a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes like someone was smoking in our room. According to the front desk staff, it came through the vents from the smoking rooms. The lights turned on and off as we used the bathroom and shower. It seemed as if someone was controlling them.

This was definitely the worst hotel I’ve encountered in my entire life. The staff person was frazzled and stressed at checkin. She couldn’t make the computer work to check us in. There were several men in the lobby who were trying to enter without a key fob. One had a dog. No pets allowed in this hotel (not sure why, not it was so filthy) but she let him in - oh that’s why it’s filthy. And then several construction workers did not have key fobs but she said they had to show her their ID or passport. She made a copy of 3 of them and the rest (about 6-8 of them) just ran in once the door opened by another patron. How do I know this you ask?? This all occurred while she was trying to check me in. She was a poor manager-of-time. Once we were registered I opened the door to our room and was assaulted by a disgusting odor. As I walked in the light was on and glanced in the bathroom (see pictures) and made an about face and went back to the lobby to tell her we were leaving. Greeted by a closed roll up shade, I vigorously rapped on it to get her attention and told her we were leaving due to the repulsive conditions. I showed her the pictures. Found a beautiful Fairfield Inn nearby that was sparkling clean.

Not a safe place very load people can barely sleep at night bad people staying there do not recommend anything find some other place to stay

The room we had, had two beds. One was turned down and had hair and possibly body fluids in it. Looked like it had been rented for an hour. Pillows were a mess. The person on duty warned us that the bed had been turned down, but the other bed was clean. Incredibly sketchy... we took pictures. We would have changed hotels, but to tired to deal with it and took our chances with the clean bed. Worse hotel experience I have ever had and I have stayed in 100's of them.

Smells very strongly of stale cigarettes. Cigarette burns all over the “comforter” but it was really just the quality of an airplane blanket. One towel. One. In a room for 4 people. When I asked for more they said they didnt have more than 1 more to give me & the lady suggested we share. THEN came the bugs. We saw 8 within the time we were picking up our bags after seeing the first and the front desk clerk was very rude and told us that they would not return our money. I wasn’t trying to be a b* so I said I understood since we’d booked third party we’d request a refund through them and she said no, you won’t get one because we wont issue it. Filthy; gross and I still feel the creepy crawlies all over me. Run far away.

Never been at an extended stay before. Front office is not 24/7 and Room service was once a week. The only positive was that the room had a full kitchen.

My experience with this hotel was all but good as they allow anyone with money to enter! Never again! Drunks all around the back entry chain smoking cigarettes and weed!

As far as extended stays are concerned, this one was just average. While the staff was kind and accommodating, the facility smelled like bad foods and people were incredibly loud. As a single female, I did not feel safe staying there.

Customer service sucks. Made reservations online, arrived to the hotel. No one was working the front desk. Called the number provided multiple times with no answer. I asked a hotel guest if any one works here and he stated he has been there a month and he would highly recommend going somewhere else because customer service sucks. He even said the hotel employee lives in the hotel. Any ways we were happy to leave because it was not a nice/safe area

Entire hotel smelled like marijuana for the whole visit, despite the whole property being listed as "non-smoking". Multiple people had regular pets (specifically *not* service animals) when it said only service animals were permitted. Very young puppies, vocal and reactive/untrained dogs, etc. Front desk only staffed between 9am and 3pm most days. Staff was always polite and respectful. We were unaware at booking that no kitchenware/dishware/utensils are provided. Despite booking 2 beds, none were available when we checked in and our daughter had to share our bed until midway through our stay. Overall it will do in a pinch, but I wouldn't likely stay again.

The property felt very unsafe, ended up not staying and paid for another room for the night somewhere else in Chattanooga.

We were unable to get checked into the property, no one would answer the lobby check in phone or the room where the clerk resides after hours. We ended up having to drive through the night. Terrible service.

Certainly when we got there, there was pot smoking outside by many men. We then got the wrong key to a room that was already occupied and very lucky my husband didn’t get shot.

My reservation was cancelled minutes before i showed up for check in. The man behind the desk wasnt very helpful. When I asked if he knew of any other places to say he just said “ no I dont live here”

Very clean and quiet area nice staff and very willing to help with any needs

We stayed here and from the looks of the hotel online, it looks fairly new and safe. When we arrived the desk area/foyer was tiny and it appeared to be a "contractor" hotel. Several service trucks were onsite and carried groceries up as we went to our room. I'm not sure if it is being used to house immigrant families, but we saw three school buses make a stop here while we were eating breakfast.

Very dirty and poor internet. Office staff not very interested in helping customers.

Clean properly nothing fancy for sure

As I walked in to check in, the hallway and lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. The employees were super nice and very helpful. I went to check our room and as I was in the room, there were bugs crawling all over the floor. I opened the bathroom door and a big one ran out. That's when I went downstairs and told the front desk I could not stay there with my family.

Filthy! Reeks of Mold, roaches everywhere. Floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. Towels, wash clothes and sheets were stained.

Yes I have a handicap room and I really wish that I was on the third floor of the smoking floor because I do like to smoke cigarettes from time to time and I hate going outside because it's so cold to smoke but and other than the walk-in shower I hate it because I love taking baths and it seems like the floor gets soaking wet with this walking shower because I'm not handicapped so hopefully I'll be able to get into a another room tomorrow some man at the front desk tonight and hopefully he said that he will be getting moved tomorrow because I plan on staying with you guys for a while I really love the hotel

For the bright side the beds are ok the pillows are aweful . It has full fridge and two burner stove which makes cooking better if your stuck in hotel for a time. The owner of the property needs to change policies to be allowed to wash sheets at least once a wk. Switch towels out like every third day. My car did get vandalized here. The homeless are problem here as well.

This place is very nice especially for the price I paid . Real clean and well kept .great job guys!

Roaches in room and generally not clean

I didn’t like anything I didn’t even stay upon entering my room there was more than ten roaches I stayed in 301 they lady at the front desk was very unprofessional from the moment she arrived I say that because no one was in the office when I got there it was left unattended I had to wait for someone to come idk if two people was on staff or not but she entering with a guy that looked like he did not work there I called downstairs after entering the room and seeing nothing but roaches she said she would call me back in 2 mins to see what she can do it took her 15 mins not to call and let me know so I went down and waited in the lobby where she allowed me to sit for like 30 mins then when I decided that I would just go someone else cause if one room has it do does the others I know on the gate and she came around and we let her know we were leaving and her words were oh you can leave we didn’t take any money from you, you have to take that up with online bye I will never go there again and will not recommend anyone to go EVER

They cancelled my paid confirmation so I never checked in. Left me with no place to stay in Chattanooga. Not happy.

Was locked out of my room and told I would be allowed back into my room until I paid more money for my room. After talking to the attendant she said I must have not paid or that my card was declined cause of f the reservation was not showing anything on it. I told her I had prepaid on hotels.com and after 45 mins was finally let back into my room. Wish I would have only booked a few days not a week. Super bad place!! Never got maid service for a whole week either!! Didn’t get new towels or anything! Plus someone started banging on my room door while I was working at 11:30 pm and just kept banging on the door. It stopped after 10 minutes. Yet it was not the best neighborhood to be in.

Never even got a room. And I had to set up 3 separate reservations. Still never got a call or anything to advise that there was no room avail.

The state was okay to say the best about it however I was charged 3 times for one week is so that 3 * charged my card three times it is over a month later and I still don't have it back on my card if you could give me a call back that would b great 4233566869

Disgusting environment around the hotel. No housekeeping available. All the bed sheets are dirty with full of hair.Stove and microwave broken no one to fix. Hundreds of junkies around the property you will feel extremely unsafe.

Well it was not a good stay

I booked this hotel for my Daughter and I as we were in town for a Softball Tournament. The hotel was overbooked and as a result we were shuffled to a Motel down the street that was below subpar. Shame on Hotels.com and Shame on Woodspring Suites for a system that allows overbooking. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me using Hotels.com

Very clean and receptionist went out of their way to accommodate us.

Our room wasn't ready when we got there and they had to clean it. We got there around 4:30 and had reservations. The place looks nice on the outside but it's pretty shabby and run down on the inside. There were cigarette Burns on the tub and sink. We only spent one night and we're glad to leave.

Other guest constantly fighting in rooms, hallways and parking lots. Hotel is never quiet at any time of day or night due to this fact. Cannot go outside without being harassed or bothered by people begging for stuff. The entire place smells of pot. The exterior doors are propped open so that people not staying at hotel can come and go as they please. Several times was hit up by prostitutes staying at the hotel. Dog piss in hallway left for several days even after front desk was notified.

Arrived at 1 am. Didn't have our reservation, did have a room but was not cleaned because didn't know we were coming. Put us in what they said was their sister hotel, at 3 am. Said they would reimburse us for charge of that hotel. Still has not been done. The sister hotel was dirty and smelly. Went back to the hotel the next day, still no room was ready, and the manager called in sick and left no instructions on what to do to help us. Checked out the room they were cleaning very unacceptable. We cancelled our reservation.

Customer service is awesome and i guess its like that to compensate for the lack of amenities they have. They have roaches, i moved in 3 different rooms in less than 24 hours, didnt get a sofa bed they only had like 20 channels, there were no complimemtary water, ice,irons, blow dryers, breakfast or any of that kind there to show guest appreciation and this hotwl was nearlt 400 dollars a week. I was very disappointed in the lack there of. Also u dont get room service [cleaning] , u have to do your own garbage, take ur towels all the way to the front to swap them out for clean ones...when u check in here, they have it set up like a studio apartment dont expect anything after u checkin

This hotel is in a very high crime area. Marijuana smell throughout the building and obvious prostitution. Staff is scarce. No amenities whatsoever. Absolutely not worth the price paid.

This hotel was in surprisingly good condition and clean for the price. However, wi-fi was woefully inadequate so if you are dependent on the Internet, this is not the place for you. Plenty of parking by the hotel but not much around; you will need a ar if staying here.

Roaches, tobacco, pot and hookers. Chairs are plastic. Pillows suck. Lights shut off after 10 minutes if you dont move. Room service once every 2 weeks. Have to go to lobby to get new towels. Soap dispenser out of order in laundry room. Low water pressure. Feels like checking into a prison when you check in at the lobby with their list of absurd rules. Lobby has really stupid hours. Elevator out of order.

When I got to the hotel they told me they ran out of rooms so I had no place to sleep for one night I had to go find another place to stay at

There wasn’t much to like about the place. There’s absolutely no amenities besides coffee in the morning. No breakfast, no workout room, no pool. The room service is almost non-existent. There’s no pots and pans or utensils or ANYTHING supplied for you at an extended stay type hotel. Nothing about it makes you feel like I would want to come back.

Police, and fire department frequent the location..when walking up to the front door you’ll encounter many, many smokers, even though they smoke in the rooms.

It was decent for the price, only wished the air conditioner in room blew colder. I missed the hotel entrance like 3 times when first looking for it but everything else was nice.

The property looks good and is clean but they are severely lacking in service.

It’s expensive but cheaper than others it’s close to everything only I didn’t like was that there was someone going in my room hanging out a couple of times not to clean butvthings were moved blinds were up and ac turned off no cleaning done that was creepy to me I made a complaint about it and it stopped

They should probably put down a descriptor that this place is more of a halfway house than it is a hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures or whatever it has listed on their website. If you want to be greeted by 20 people smoking cigarettes out the front door and then this is your place. If you want to have a front desk that's only open from 8 to 8 this is your place. If you want to smell other people cooking food and have it smell like curry in your room this is definitely your place. Stay clear of this nightmare.
