The staff where professional and respectful. The comfy beds and the overall cleaniness of the place was outstanding. Management has obviously been putting in some overtime. A great place to stay especially for the price.

Surprisingly nice motel

Clean conveniently located

Late check-in. Bed unmade, obviously slept in. No clean wash cloths. I’m a retired US Marine, better than sleeping in a f@rt sack on the ground, but you expect more for $70/night.
- 5/5
We have used this facility from time to time for the past 8 years and have found it to be very good each time. It is always pleasant to find the same people operating the facility and they are always very friendly and kind. We appreciate the price and the availability.
- 4/5
It’s was an average motel, lots of people roaming the parking lot.
- 3/5
Its an older property in a jungle of older properties. Mattress slept well and linens were clean. Nothing special to mention about the stay except its pet friendly.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk and staff were very friendly.
- 2/5
Bugs. Normally would have left but it was late and hoped they would not bite, so we stayed
- 1/5
Indian owners with overpowering incense burning in the office. Room with terrible smell. Beds not comfortable. Cable in room didn’t work
- 5/5
Everything was great no problems
- 5/5
A very nice option for our delightful visit to Chattanooga
- 4/5
The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The outside of the hotel had a lot of trash around it. It’s great that the hotel is smoke free, but set up and area for the few smokers so they won’t toss their butts all over the ground. There was cigarette butts everywhere. Other than that it was ok.

Comfortable bed. Dark and quiet
- 1/5
We contacted the hotel hours in advance advising that we would be very late checking in due to hours of construction delays. We were told that was fine. Upon arriving the lobby was empty and nobody answered the phone. We waited for over 30 minutes and Travelocity also attempted to call. We were forced to sleep in our car. Utterly disgraceful.

the people were very friendly and helpful.

Your hotel manager was amazing
- 5/5
For the price it’s great. It’s a motel. The doors open to the parking lot. You can park a few feet from your door. It’s a good deal
- 2/5
Bathroom toilet broken. Had to take top off tank to flush. Floor was softer than sleeping on the bed. Couldn’t hardly understand office personnel. For a non smoking room, the towels and bed covers smelled like cigarette smoke.
- 4/5
People nextdoor were loud, but the AC was louder. Hard to sleep

My wife and I were traveling from south Florida to Kentucky and after 3 hours of traffic delays due to 2 really bad accidents and road work we decided to call it a night in Chattanooga. We booked this hotel online enroute and arrived at the hotel around 11 PM. The lobby was locked and we had to check in from outside. The room was small and one of the outlets did not work forcing us to juggle our charges for out phones and watched and laptops. The room was not the cleanest and we only had 2 towels, wash clothes and hand towels so we had no clean towels the next morning after showering the night before when we checked in.

TRAVELERS BEWARE, DO NOT STAY HERE !! I had a 7 night reservation. Due to the deplorable conditions, I left after 3 nights. During the entire stay, I found the room had a bad odor. A cockroach was observed climbing the wall in the bathroom every day of my stay. EVERY DAY ALL of the towels including the bath mat were dirty, stained, and they smelled like sweat and smoke. The hair dryer and base fell right off the wall when we went to use it. The phone in the room did not work as well. I went to the front desk at about 10 am on Sunday morning only to find the main lobby door locked. I had to talk to the manager thru the night security glass. I explained what I had encountered and the manager told me that the towels are “thin” and that is why they looked stained. Every time I tried to talk about the cockroach he avoided the conversation. I attempted to get another room at another hotel for Sunday night but I was advised by several other hotels that there were 9 events going on in Chattanooga that weekend. All of the hotels that I spoke with were full and had no vacancy. So I spent night two in this terrible place. When the bed covers were pulled down I found a “butt” stain on the sheet. Replacement sheets had several burn holes in them. The following morning I found that my room did not have a smoke detector in it. It was missing !! The body soap that was provided was “paper thin”. One adult could not get a full body wash with the soap that was provided. Shame on Windham Hotels.

Bathtub was slick so showering was unsafe and no handrails at all; toilet didn’t flush properly; extremely limited toiletries; TWO clothes hangers; cabinet leveled with a piece of wood under one leg; no phone book or informational literature; limited towels; had to ask for coffee the second day and coffee pot still had yesterday’s pod in it; had to unplug either TV or refrigerator to operate coffee pot; while property was pet friendly, we had to walk our dogs outside the property, behind a fence, and area was littered with bones (chicken?) and plastic pieces; doors to “lobby” were closed and we dealt with a vestibule area. The room was way over priced for what we got. On top of all that, the room next to us had strange people going in and out all day, lots of talking outside late into the night, one expensive truck had Mexican plates, two other high end trucks had Texas plates; one visiting car was backed in with Georgia plates. Not traveling through as they were there the whole time we were - Friday through Sunday. While we were packing up to leave, a guy with a backpack was walking through the parking lot, watching us, then walking near the ice machine, then walking into the next motel’s areas. Very scary!!
- 4/5
Stayed here on a road trip and it’s an excellent value for the price compared to other hotels around. Did the room smell a little musty? Yes. Was it clean? Surprisingly the room was very clean compared to what it looks like outside. Had no issues with parking and felt very safe leaving the car overnight. There is no breakfast but that’s not a big deal for me.
- 5/5
The nicest Travel lodge I’ve ever seen.
- 5/5
Easy check in&out. Clean room, clean sheets&blankets, clean bathroom, clean towels. Good sized room with nice sized tv. All needs were met. Would definitely recommend!!
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
No breakfast, smoke detector beeping upon entry to one room, front desk told us to take it off the wall and take the battery out. Charge for our rooms is now pending 4 times on our bank account.
- 4/5
I had no problems with my stay. Would recommend to others.
- 4/5
Staff was nice. Neighbors were loud.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
It was good for a single night stay while traveling. Clean room and friendly people.
- 5/5

- 4/5
A quiet, clean, no frills place to spend the night while traveling.

- 5/5
Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean. Close to restaurants and shopping.
- 5/5
This hotel looked great
- 5/5
Room was good for our one night. It was clean, but there were no frills.
- 4/5
There is no breakfast. No matter what some of the pictures show or what some past reviews say. There is no breakfast. Thr place was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit. The outside noises are easily audible from inside the room. I could hear birds and other things through the night. They were able to accomadate my super late check in. Overall a decent place to crash for a night.
- 4/5
Fast check in, clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Bathroom floor was not clean
- 5/5
Great place to stay and get some rest during long road trip.
- 5/5
Friendly & efficient staff, particularly the front desk. On our second night the front desk person recognized us and thanked us for our patronage. Price was very reasonable as well. If we need to stay in Chattanooga again we'll stay here1
- 4/5
Not bad. Lobby locked entrance to a jail. Cheap comfortable room.
- 2/5
Old , dingy but better than sleeping in your car
- 4/5
Property was fine, nothing fancy, but was a good place to rest our heads for the night on our trip down to Florida.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the fact that they do not have coffee pots in the room or access to coffee in the lobby.
- 2/5
Floor had dirt in the corners. Even though the room was non smoking, it stunk like cigarette smoke. The shower had a piece broken out near the faucet. The hole was big enough to put your finger in. The smoke may have been coming in there. Makes me wonder what was behind that shower.
- 4/5
My downstairs room was terrific!! Plenty of space, huge comfortable bed with awesome pillows, nice shower, very clear picture on TV, internet connection automatic and fast. Even the ice machine was easily accessible. Only thing I would add, breakfast.
- 4/5
Clean, but the property is in rougher shape. Clearly cared about but in need of a remodel/renovation. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Area is filled with restaurants and near many attractions.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable, great value for the price. Also, road noise is not too bad.
- 4/5
It's was quite so that was a plus also like the fact that it's located around restaurants and shopping. The beds was good and everything worked overall good night stay
- 5/5
The property was very nice. The room was very clean. Everything we wanted to eat was there in them area.. the only thing I did not like was the pillows on the bed were so thin and small I could not get a very good night's sleep. It was like laying my head down on a quarter.. other than that everything else was to my satisfaction..
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
This will be our regular go to when in Chattanooga from now on.
- 5/5
It’s cheaper high quality and the staff was friendly I was back to the room for my electric toothbrush and without problem could I recover it
- 5/5
Bbbbbbb
- 4/5
The only less than satisfactory points are that while the door shut and locked properly, it took us multiple attempts each time to get the room key to work, and the bottom corner of the door needed extra help to line up with the seal when closed. We also had one window with blinds only, no curtains, so the room was a little brighter at night than we would have preferred. Overall, it was comfortable and clean though!
- 5/5
Great place to stay for the money.
- 5/5
Besides being just off the interstate, the place is clean and not overly expensive. Staff is friendly and accommodating, too.
- 3/5
Never was able to get to lobby, it was like owner or front desk clerk was afraid to be with customers.
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. There wasn’t even a leaf in sight outside on the property!! The room was well kept and I had zero complaints. Everything was neat and in place. I would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Coffee maker would not work. No extra blankets in the room.
- 5/5
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. If I had to complain about anything it would be that I had to pin the drapes together at the bottom. They didn’t overlap to keep the room dark. Most hotels are like this so I travel with clips or pins. Also I had to reset the outlet wgere I recharged my phone. It was tripped and wouldn’t work until I pressed the button to reset it.
- 3/5
Thr room was clean, expect a hard bed. No other complaints. Service was good.
- 5/5
The hotel room was clean and quiet. Parking was very close to my room. The gentleman working at the desk was very polite and friendly. I would definitely use this hotel again if I travelled through the area.
- 3/5
I have been here before. This time there seemed to be many perm residents here. Groups outside smoking causing a need to walk thru clouds. The management allowed parties in rooms causing guests to break them up. Where was the staff ? Probably not going back...
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the place for the price we paid. The TV worked really well with a variety of channels to choose from. The bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet, although I could smell some weed at the end of the building where I got ice. We will definitely stay here again!
- 2/5
Dirty tv didn’t work. Frig made noise all the time. People running up and down halls all night making noise.
- 4/5
They had a breakfast area, but served no breakfast. It was closed.
- 5/5
It's very quiet and clean. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly.
- 4/5
Very Nice Room No complaints
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Property was very clean and updated, staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
The room has a lot of space..
- 4/5
Simple room, easy parking, comfortable and quiet.
- 4/5
The genltleman that was at the desk was very professional even though I was a rather late check in. I had an issue opening the door and came out and helped me. Thank you
- 3/5
Inexpensive and fairly decent. Housekeeping NEEDS improvement.
- 4/5
Location is everything
- 5/5
The man at the front counter was helpful and kind, the rooms were clean, the location was convenient and not too loud. We were unbothered and felt safe our entire trip.
- 1/5
Our air didn’t work properly, and they do not provide a continental breakfast “due to Covid.” I mean, come on, that excuse is getting old.
- 2/5
Room was on 2nd floor and NO ELEVATOR. Older hotel and rooms are the old-fashioned door direct to outside. Lobby was not open early (6:30 am) to get coffee. There was a coffee maker in room and small fridge and floor was nice vinyl tile. Only found 2 dead bugs but beds were clean and fairly comfortable. Only use as a rest stop - definitely not a destination to stay.
- 3/5
It was cheap and the guy in charge was friendly. The pullout sofa was really bad. The room smelled of stale cigarettes like it had at some point been smoked in. Everything else was clean and functional.
- 3/5
There was a dead bug under our Ice bucket so we didn't use it.
- 5/5
I like everything about this property. Management was very courteous and they walked around the property to make sure everything was ok with you and your vehicle. The room was upgraded and very comfortable. It was very lit up outside and no strangers hanging outside. I will stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean place to stay staff was helpful
- 5/5
We enjoyed the stay because the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend this place for anyone.
- 4/5
The location is convenient to the Interstate and restaurants The manager and other employees were cordial. I would stay again if it was only 1 night.
- 2/5
Property was clean.

Too run down. Expedia site for Hotel property policy stated Pet Fee of $10, was charged $25. The extra $15 is a hardship with my limited funds in retirement, for my 8 lb companion. Was too tired @ checkin to check reservation. Had to use bathroom before check in, and had to wait for clerk on phone to get buzzed in. Then told to use facility in lobby, but sign on door said "out of order". Clerk then said it was repaired yesterday. Once in room, TV Cable didn't work, TV said "No signal". Attempted to call front desk, but room phone did not work, no dialtone". Had to walk back to office. Clerk did come to room and connected Cable, but couldn't get phone to work. Made me feel unsafe! Can see where update attempt made in past, but just "lipstick on a pig".
- 4/5
I stay here once a year for business. You get what you pay for. Bed, tv, bathroom. That is about it. Old motel but as clean as they can get it. Room fine but animals are ok so barking dogs are possible. No breakfast. Good location. Will stay here again next year.
- 3/5
Hey, what can I say? For the price it ain’t The Ritz but it was adequate for a long-distance traveler to crash overnight. Room card was obviously in a reused envelope which was dirty. Place had quick wifi. Bed was flat and shower warm. That’s all I saw or used.
- 1/5
When we checked in could not get the key card to work . Had to go back to the the desk the lady redone the car still didnt work . When went back again she came to the room with us . And trued and tryed finaly after like 20 trys it opened the door . So she was loke ok there it is . Well after being out all day all we wanted to do was get in the room and lay down . Took me around 5 mins to get the door to open . Woke up at 6 the next morning. Went to make coffee there was a coffee maker and cup but no coffee . So went to the lobby to get the included breakfast THAT WAS ADVERTISED. the lobby was closed and locked up just the key drop box . Very poor service !!!!!
- 3/5
The Hotels.com reservation information quoted $10/night per pet. However, at check-in, I was informed that the Travelodge website said the fee is $20/night per pet. Had I known that, I MIGHT not have stayed there as I always read the fine print for this information. I am VERY disappointed with the misinformation given by Hotels.com!!
- 5/5
It was very clean and smelled good when we arrived. The staff was very kind.
- 1/5
I have traveled for 30 years and stayed in some dumps. This place reminded me of how the worst dump I stay in was a hundred times better than this place could every be. First the two card keys freshly program turned out to only have one that worked. After cleaning the slot, I got the second one to work. Once inside it took about 10 minutes to get the tv to work properly. By then my wife point out that the door had been kicked in at the bottom. The gap was at least 3/4 of a inch in size. Next turned on the heat and had the temp set at 80, little to not heat. Two later the room was still not warm. Went to get a shower and the fault had been replaced and had a larger gap than the door. Decided that the people on the first floor may not appreciate their room standing in water. The room was advertised as non-smoking, wrong it had to be one of the designated smoking area. Left and drove home. Hotels.com, Marriott or Fairfield owe me my money back. Forgot pull back cover and sheets looked like they had not been changed before our arrival, so much about well cleaned and maintained room, and don't be surprised that the room isn't even close to the picture on hotel.com, I think that this place is a bait and switch outfit.
