I bought a small $5+ bottle of water fr lobby store while we waited for our rm to become available. After we checked in, was offered cookies and water....it wouldve been nice to have been offered those while waiting for our room. Online they advertise bar located at pool open may-sept which was part of our decision on staying here. But it was closed during our stay. WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

Very nice room - spacious and comfortable. Excellent location on top of that. One complaint: we were there for three nights and had difficulty securing coffee and cups for the room after the first day

I do think the staff could be friendlier, also our room was not cleaned any day however, the day of checkout they knocked three different times before checkout time to clean the room. We also requested towels and it took over an hour to receive them and then we still didn’t even receive the full set and then when they came back with what we asked for they brought a ridiculous amount and I didn’t really appreciate the tone of that considering again that our room was not cleaned and we didn’t have any fresh towels.

The rooms are large and well appointed. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. It was quiet and in a safe walking area, even at night. It’s sits about a 10 minute walk from the Grand station

If you're traveling from the train, it's only a 10 minute walk from the red line station and maybe 40 minutes from O'Hare but it's central to downtown Chicago, there are so many good restaurants and shopping and attractions all withing a 10-15 minute walk. As soon as my friends and I walked in we were greeted by the best citrusy scent that was both luxe and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and even though we a couple hours early we were able to go to our suite. We stayed on the 26th floor, I also booked a room with the DoubleTree within the same building and that was on the 20th floor. We were given cookies and we went to our suite and oh my it was beautiful, super spacious, a king size bed in a separate room and a massive shower. The living room was large and we had a little kitchenette plenty of room for three people. At night I called down for an extra blanket and they were so sweet to bring it up, really loved this room and thought it would be perfect for a family. The staff here are super friendly at the end of our stay we still had a couple hours to kill and we were able to keep our luggage with at the hotel while we explored. I want to come back to Chicago again and would definitely want to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club again!

Not enough equipment in the gym area. The hot bar breakfast area was closed one morning and the staff just said that happens sometimes Wi-Fi connection wasn’t wrong.

Only design flaw in the suite is that bathroom is open to closet and small dressing area, so it’s cold when you shower!

Loved this place. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Pillows were great, bed amazing. Loved the small touches, charging dock, self-closing curtains and the mini kitchenette. Close enough to all the main attractions to walk too. Also so quiet, couldn’t hear other guests or outside noise (besides some sirens). Hope to come back one day 🇦🇺

Lovely suite, very new and spotless. Furniture was very comfortable and we appreciated the kitchenette. There was lots of storage space for clothing. The only problem with the design is that the bathroom is enclosed with the clothes closet, so there’s no door on the bathroom and shower is cold.

This is a lovely hotel in a really convenient location in the city centre. It is well presented and very clean and tidy. The room was exceptionally nice with a great size bed for when you returned at the end of the day. Lots of space, seating and a nice bathroom. My only comment is that the water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Place was great but they could not find our reservation and we had to wait for 30 minutes after a long flight at midnight for them to locate our room. Then we found out they had given away our room so we had to stay in another room and then check out and back into our actual room the next day which wasn’t ideal. They did give us a spending credit for the inconvenience but still just wasn’t ideal that late at night to sit and wait that long and for how much we paid for our room.

Property was okay but not very many amenities. No robes or slippers. Empty fridge (no water available). Ripped and stained bedsheets. Breakfast not included. Im not impressed considering the expensive cost of the stay. Staff was friendly though, especially Liam - he was very lovely.

The employees were great in every area we encountered them. From checking-in, to late night drinks at the bar, all employees were helpful, funny, and engaging.

The pool was under renovation, 2nd Hilton GV property this has happened to us at, so not sure we'll plan on being able to use the pools featured at Hilton properties - as they also never provide disclaimers when the pool will be closed on their website or 3rd-party sites.

The hotel was perfect for us in a convenient location to be able to walk to the river in a few minutes. The hotel sfatt were friendly, and before our stay they looked after our luggage so that we could return the car to the airport and we explored Chicago on foot, The porter was excellent. The hotel is multiple Hiltons in 1 building and we stayed with Grand Vacations which meant we were on the 22nd floor. View was amazing. The room was big, modern, clean and comfortable with a large lounge area. As we were sightseeing all day it was lovely to return to this room at the end of the day. would highly recommend.

Room and service were great. Only negative was that the pool was closed due maintenence, but that didn't bother us much.

My reservation was lost and made me very nervous because I had just driven for 12 hours only to be told that my reservation had been canceled. They finally found it which was great and they were very nice about it. When I asked for extra pillows they never brought them when I asked for an extra blanket they said they were completely out of them. They did bring towels every time I needed them and I really appreciated that part. On the first day I met somebody in the hallway that was cleaning the rooms and asked for clean towels and she said that that half was not hers and that I had to call the front desk. On our second night the alarm in the room went off three times and woke us all up three times. I had to call the front desk all three times and they had to send somebody all three times and I think I got one slight apology one time. That was a huge inconvenience for us and kind of messed up our following day because we couldn't fall back asleep. Other than that everybody else was really nice and I appreciated how friendly the staff was.

Great location and friendly staff. Elevator from parking garage directly into lobby. The room was huge and clean. I liked that there was both a table set and seperate couch in the room along with a bench. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were not great (for me at least- super fluffy). Shower could have been bigger. Parking entrance and small unloading area is off of Ohio St. and a little difficult to manage.

Beautiful and spacious and comfortable. Close to many parts of Chicago Sales pitch to sign up for the club. Salesperson got very angry when we declined multiple times. Keep in mind we chose to attend the presentation and could have declined.

They asked at check-in if I wanted the room cleaned daily upon which I stated yes. However when I asked the front desk why it did not happen they stated they clean every 3 days if you stay a week. It took way too long to just get towels to the room.

Location is the perfect spot. Our room was nice but when we used the amenities in the room they were falling apart.

The hotel is nice and located in a great area. It’s within walking distance to several points of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

They assigned me the wrong room type even though I paid ahead on expedia for a premium 1 bedroom corner. It get’s worse, got into my suite finally and the garbage can was fulll!!! These are house keepimg basics and there is supposed to be a second check once housekeeping is done. Clearly that didnt happen. We had a pullout bed in living room but no bedding was left. When we called for bedding andnpillows they said they ran out of pillows because they are fully booked. To continue the disaster, the lamps in bedroom werent working, the thermostat keep raising the temp to above 73 even though we lowered it to 68 numerous times. The pillows we dis have in bedroom were paler thin. You lay down and you might as well have a rolled up sheet underneath. Only great things here is location. When called concierge multiole times they either dont pick up, give you attitude when there is something wrong and then say they are sending someone and no one shows. Im an OWNER and will never stay here again. If all you care about is location then its great

We were told by the front desk that our room would not be cleaned because the package we bought through Expedia. A nice cleaning lady finally gave us some clean towels after 2 days. We came to Chicago for the Bears game and it was great. We won't be staying at this hotel in the future

Great size suite - room/space felt more like an apartment and less like a hotel. Gym was fine. Great walkability to Whole Foods and city sights. Have experienced more kid friendly activities in this chain in other cities though we didn’t need them.

It’s a beautiful hotel conveniently located in Chicago. My wife and I felt beat up after sleeping in the bed 2 nights with flat pillows as well as a rough bed. We were woken by a construction crew right outside the 26th floor chiseling the brick both early mornings. We were told at the start of our stay our son could park his car in the assigned lot for a few hours and we would be compensated for the fee after checkout. That didn’t happen, got a $68 parking charge to use their garage. Told management about the issues and we weren’t accommodated to our liking. I would recommend looking elsewhere for hotels in that area. There are many others to choose from. We didn’t have the best experience sleeping there. The location was great, hotel is clean, and it had a lot going for it. We just weren’t satisfied with the noise issues, parking fee, and uncomfortable bed.

We were greeted with a warm welcome, I felt super safe and secure and the room had everything we wanted and more!

We got a great deal on a 1 bedroom suite and it was really nice. The only odd thing was that the room was definitely set up for partying. The fridge was a wine fridge. There were no plates, bowls, utensils, etc in the drawers and cupboards. Only 2 wine glasses, 2 water glasses and a bottle opener. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I forgot a toothbrush charger in the room. Called back to see if they can send it to me. Housekeeping dept. said they did not find it. Interesting thing, I left the end of stay tip for the housekeeping on the same table of the charger. I wonder if they did not see the generous tip, I might add. Very disappointed in the staff honesty.

Fantastic stay in Chicago! Pros: We were shocked at how big our room was. It had a kitchenette, separate living room, huge bedroom, and large bathroom. Although we didn’t have time to use, there is a rooftop pool with corn hole, pool tables, and cabanas. These amenities aren’t something we typically see downtown Chicago. Cons: The staff wasn’t super friendly. Also, we stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came. When we got back to our room late that evening, we had to call down to get towels and washcloths so we could shower the next morning. Not sure why housekeeping never came. Regardless, would definitely stay again because of room size and location downtown.

Love how close this is to the magnificent mile, 8min walk. Quiet without too much noise. One of a few area w a pool and games for kids like toss and board games. We were welcomed with a wam cookie and it was 🔥. The rooms are clean and the AC is 💯. Went for LOLLAPALOOZA and it was a 15 min walk

We booked this hotel because we were looking for a one bedroom to share as a family. The hotel delivered on that. Small kitchenette with table fridge and microwave. Pull out sofa was nice and big for our kiddos. Separate bedroom for adults. Room was clean, no complaints. Pool was nice size and although busy never overcrowded. Hotel did accidentally charge us twice but fixed it and offered us a dining credit which we used for breakfast the last day. If you are trying to find a spacey room within walking distance to Michigan mile and navy pier, this is the place!

Loved the place and the room and especially the bartender were outstanding at the restaurant!! Only downside I have with the stay is that we never received any room service cleaning when we expected it each day. Other than that it was a good stay.

Large, apartment style rooms with auto blackout curtains and nice kitchen amenities. Located close to fire department so consistently heard sirens.
