Closeness to airport. It had a microwave and small refrigerator. The first room that I was assigned didn't have working lights and didn't have a remote control.. I was reassigned another room, and thus room did have a orange room lights and a TV remote control. I didn't like that I had to be "buzzed" into the hotel when I left the h I tel to go outside. You should be able to use your key for access.

Place to sleep for 6 hours. For the price the place was dirty, sheets were stained, splatters on the walls, lamp shades, had to wear shoes to keep feet clean. Bed was so worn out you roll to the middle. Can hear every car drive by with door and window shut. Every tv station was froze like it had no internet.

Staff was amazing. When we first checked in the motel. There were lots of hairs at the bed from the previous stay. We asked the reception to changed the room. However he changed it later on. But we liked the room before.

That I was indoors overnight TV didn't work. Was like trying to break into fort Knox to get to my room. Bed was uncomfortable. Roaches the size of my thumb... I didn't even want to set my bag down when I saw the damn roaches and I slept terribly. The bathroom was nasty. Maybe a good spot for a drug dealer or a prostitute but not for a man and his wife/ girlfriend. Also, traffic was loud and they apparently sprung for the cheapest windows possible and I heard every damn car that drove by, people walking by car doors slamming... might as well have been outside. Oh, and the coffee I was looking forward to when I checked out was not there. Overall I'd say never again, under any circumstances.

VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also.

Great price and location to Midway The curtains allowed streetlight and sunlight into the room, we heard noises from the neighbors all night long and the beds were not very comfortable; all making it very difficult to get restful sleep.

Easily one of the worst places ever. Slightly better than spending the night in Chicago Midway terminal.

The facility is dirty, shady characters hanging around the property, felt that if my family and I stayed there, my vehicle would be broken into or stolen, and we would not be alive the next morning. Dirty, people looked shady and your company needs to inspect the property, I would not recommend this property to anyone

The front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I raised these issues. The property overall felt unsafe, and I observed activity that looked like prostitution happening openly on-site, which management did not address. I only booked here because other hotels were sold out, but it was a huge mistake. I left feeling like I needed to wash all my belongings multiple times just to get rid of the smell and grime. Bottom line: Do not stay here. Spend your money elsewhere, even if it costs more.

Bed was hard, bathroom door didn't lock, no stopper for bath shower head loud.

The property was close to the airport The property itself was nothing like the pictures. The first room. They took us to had standing water on the floor from the air conditioner. It also him running water from the faucet in the tub. We rejected it when they offered us another room. The second room had peeling paint, black mold on the walls in the bathroom And bedsheets were not fresh. We did not even stay second night despite paying for it because the property was so disgusting.

A dump. Next time im forced to choose this place or a floor in the airport, I'll choose the floor.

The room was unacceptable with both safety and sanitary issues. The toilet was leaking all over the floor. The door jamb was broken. The smoke detector was taped to the ceiling. Curtain rods are broken. The flooring is coming up. Holes in walls. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Absolutely unacceptable.

They didn't have no necessities only thing they had was towels they didn't have hardly any no toothbrush toothpaste none of that. The necessities for in the morning

It was disgusting. Room looked like a drug house. It’s was gross and everything was broken or in bad shape. Bed sheets had blood stains all over them.

The staff was nice They had roaches in room 121 real bad woke up to a dead one in me & my fiancé bed .

my husband lost his bag while loading the stuffs in the car. the hotel doesn’t provide the video and there is one guy approached the car but the hotel doesn’t provide the video on that scene

Nothing!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed! Disgusting bathrooms sheets had holes in them. The place smelled refrigerator was filthy. Couldn’t even close the bathroom door!

Owners locked me out of my room. Went to the front desk to try to get in. Another man come into the office. The person that was staying with me was right outside of the office smoing a cigarette waiting to get into room. Owner said that there were only two people to be allowed in the room and somebody else was already in it. I tried to tell him that the a man that came into the office after me was not with me. He did not believe me and picked up the phone and tried to call that room. It is not their business who I have any hotel room that I've rented for the night. He should have been more worried about the man sitting in a truck outside selling dope all night. I'm assured they already know as they probably are getting a kick back from it.

I wanted to use the refrigerator and when I opened the cabinet there was a nest of cockroaches!! Omg!! My room didn’t have a secure lock or padlock. There was only the turn the knob on the door handle kind of security. Sorry. I was terrified and disgusted and I didn’t have a choice but to stay

We visited the hotel, approached the check-in counter, and politely inquired if a visitor could join us. Unfortunately, the staff member responded rudely, threatening to expel us if anyone else appeared on the security camera. Shockingly, he physically confronted us, treating us as if we were in a fight. He even canceled our reservation, leaving us feeling unsafe. Subsequently, we contacted the police, and after their arrival, we decided to leave the premises.

I think housekeeping just changed only bed sheets. Bathroom is dirty, floors never met maps and water. Definitely overpriced motel. Never ever.

The place was disgusting. Dirty hand prints on the walls, dirty sheets with blood on them, a plastic bag over the smoke alarm, cigarette ashes on the floor and in the bed, the bathroom was just drywall with no paint, bathtube paint was chiped everywhere. There wasn't any soap to wash your hands. But at least there wasn't bedbugs.

Nothing in the room worked lady at desk was supposed to get a cab for us at 230 to go the airport. Instead a rude lady called and said my time was up and I needed to leave. I attempted to explain the situation to her and she basically wavede off. Although conveniently located to airport this is not where you want to stay.

The room was still dirty. It was not in good conditions hole on the ceiling in the bathroom overall not a good experience. Upon checking out, I was locked in my room had to call front desk for them to open the door.

The proximity to Midway was great. Other than that, it was pretty bad, holes in the floor, scarry shower. However, I didn't have to sleep on the floor at the airport, so I guess there is that.

Housekeeping and the Management very unprofessional, they don't even need to be rated cause it was that bad.

We checked in later but within our timeframe. They did not have our requested/ reserved and previously paid for room available. They lessened our bed paint, putting us in a room that was disgusting, falling apart and dilapidated.

Property was extremely dirty, blood stains in linens, peanut shells on the floor, hairs in the bed and bathroom. Left within 15 minutes because of the conditions, do not stay here. No refund given. BEWARE

Upon check-in the man was nice and polite. He then handed me a paper to sign (normal enough), then a receipt. He never asked if the card on file was the card I wanted to use for payment and he never spoke a word about paying up front. Most hotels don’t card your card until check out, not before even handing you the keys. We walk in to unit and within seconds the phone rings. So we answer. It was the same man asking if everything was alright. Ok that seems nice and like he was going above and beyond but he also asked before we had a chance to take in exactly what we were looking at. The floor visibly isn’t even mopped, which left little trust the sheets or anything else had been cleaned. I use the restroom, glance over, and there’s still a bar of soap in the bottom of the shower. Ok so that hasn’t been cleaned either. I start getting ready for the concert and notice there multiple splashes of god knows what covering nearly every wall. Like some spilled something a week ago and never bothered to attempt to wipe anything down. The whole thing was immensely disgusting. To be fair the sheets appeared clean, but we still slept on top of comforter. The TV seemed to function just fine. There were towels (who knows how clean) and some bars of soap packets. No coffee pot or even a cup anywhere tho. Starbucks was nextdoor, tho.

I felt it was grossly over-priced given the lack of amenities.

This hotel was a mess!!!! I don’t know where to begin!!!! The front desk clerk was very friendly!!! That’s about all I can say what not a mess!!! The front door was old and no functioning properly.. the bed had hair all over it. Omg. Hair was everywhere. It was supposed to be a smoke free room. However it was cigarette butts on the floor. Hair all all over the towel seat. Lamps wasn’t working. I don’t ever have enough characters to get start about the tub....... SMH

We needed a place close to downtown Chicago we figured since this location is listed on Hotels.com that it was a decent place to go that was our mistake this place should not be listed on any website it was filthy! it's a motel were people stay by the week we were awaken by drunk who come in in the middle the night he was awake all night yelling and crying. A couple staying there or living there when we came back from the baseball game at 11 o'clock at night and other windows open their door open smoking pot. We requested a non-smoking room in the room smells like stale old cigarettes the carpets are stained and filthy the headboard Was damaged on our bed. Overall disgusting I can't believe hotels.com represents places like this after I met made the reservation I tried to cancel it when I read a review and they refused to let me do that so we had to stay there and I can't stress enough do not under any circumstance is go to this hotel!!!!

We stayed 2 nights, could not get a full night sleep either night. The first night, management accused us of breaking into the room and staying without permission, despite having itinerary and key card. The second night The fire alarm went off in all of the hotel rooms. There was no discount or anything given foe the problems. The hotel is filthy.
