This is a nice Hilton hotel. Clean, modern, spacious, wonderful staff! Only charges $20 deposit/ incidental /day. Free full breakfast. 2 spacious clean elevators, large hallways and rooms, comfortable beds, large TV with streaming channels, nice gym, pool and hot tub, chargers in the dining area, can walk to nearby restaurants and gas stations. Fast response in hotel chat. Great location by I-25, safe area. Plenty to do around. Will stay here again for sure! None

The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. This a awesome staff

It was great, plenty of choices. Bed is too tall for short people. I’m 5’2” and had to flop up into it every time. Bathtub was slick. Other than that it was great.

Location and breakfast included The air vent in our room was extremely loud, and the bathroom had no ventilation. When I asked the receptionist about changing rooms, he said all rooms have the same system and are equally noisy. Unfortunately, this negatively impacted our stay.

While it was a quick stop over the staff at this hotel made our lives so easy. We needed to be checked out and on the road hours before the breakfast would be available. When we left the hotel they made sure we had to go bags with a quick breakfast. Made the start to our day so nice. It really can come down to the little things in life to make your day.

Hampton Inn is always my first choice. Never been disappointed yet. Breakfast is good with the right choices.

I enjoyed the location, had a good selection of restaurants near by and Walmart across the street.

John at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I asked where a good place to eat was in the area. he gave me several options. It really helped. I like to to get the opinion of people who live where i stay. you get the best options that way.

There was a circulation fan that ran above the bed ALL NIGHT LONG. I visited and called the front desk to have it turned off . . . but they said it could not be turned off. It made for a noisy and sleepless night.

Has one and they cannot be turned off. Very irritating and disrupted our sleep. NOT happy!

Breakfast was great, with several protein options. Room very clean, bed comfortable. Ac/heat worked great. Pull down shade was nicely light-blocking. My only suggestion for improvement are better/more lighting. Some of us shower at night, and since there is no fan to de-fog the bathroom (or if you have multiple people and need to rotate out of the bathroom) there is very little light for trying to get ready or blow dry hair outside of the bathroom.

The whole hotel had a strange smell, and the room in particular had a strange smile. I opened the window.

The room was very nice and clean. However in the 5 days I was there housekeeping only came once. I finally had to empty my own trash 2 times. I reused a bath towel once. This was unusual bc I know they can do better!

Quiet, peaceful nightly rest! I guess the walls are properly insulated at Hampton Inn, compared to other hotels I've stayed in where you can hear EVERY noise from your neighbors! Clean rooms, hallways and delicious, satisfying daily breakfast. Friendly staff available if you need them.

Room was clean & inviting, bathroom was fabulously spacious {especially in counter space, and had a rather large shower as well} and the staff were fantastic.

I truly enjoyed my experience. Room was clean and well maintenance. The breakfast was rich and hot. The only off set was my late check in due to coming from our of state was almost cancelled because the front desk assumed I want coming, I would have appreciated a call or some form of communication before trying to cancel my reservation. Because of decline of my booking I now have to wait for a new card in the mail because it was recognized as a fraudulent card. I called several times to confirm I was coming but just checking in late, but still the staff at night didn't really seem to care, he chuckled in my face as he told me he was able to cancel. Not the best first impression, but after that my stay was nice all remaining staff was pleasant friendly and accommodating. Which meant a lot because we can't to stay here for our 1yr anniversary. Moving forward id just wish better follow ups on late check in would be pleasant.

Our stay was excellent. Gage, the concierge, was knowledgeable and willing to help with all things. Property was new but clean. One of the elevators went down but was fixed quickly. Have stayed in lots of hotels and this was a very good experience.

Our stay was okay. We had just stayed in a Hampton Inn in Boulder and it was so much better in terms of services and amenities. We only had two towels and no exchange of towels or other maid service like we did in Boulder. No fresh cookies in the afternoon either. The bed was clean and bed was comfortable, it just was a let down after the one we had been in.

We got in and immediately our eyes started hurting, it was hard to breathe, and just physically not safe. We immediately got out and washed off. As a chemist, this pool was not chemically balanced and the proof was in my silver wedding ring. My ring tarnished, which is caused by the saturated amount of chloride ions interacting with the silver to produce silver chloride. This has never happened before and even had to look it up. The fact that this pool was still open and another family was there also for a short time before leaving as well is mind blowing. This was a health hazard for sure. The city should investigate this practice as judging by the rust on the metal inside the room, it’s been going on for some time.

I had an accessible room and liked that the bed was lower than most rooms. Room was nice size, only had two negatives during my stay. One- the shower curtain wasnt long enough to keep the water from flooding the whole bathroom and floor is slippery when wet. Two- housekeeping staff entered my room when when they werent supposed to and removed a very important mobilty reaching aid from my bathroom that I now have to find a way to replace while hundreds of miles from home.. needless to say I was a bit angry to come back and see this missing!

Very good customer service

The first few nights were ok. No issues checking in. The front check in guy was super nice. We stayed a week. Maybe after the 3rd day…very noisy people checked in, people were smoking weed in the room across from us. We have 2 small children. The smell was going into our room making our children cough, giving them headaches. We called the office desk to let them know and the guy just called laughed and said he would come up and see where it was coming from. Very rude and unprofessional. Not sure if anything was ever done about it. You could hear people just standing in the hallway talking really loud at 1 am and a child just crying all night and dogs baking and crying all night. Did not get a good night sleep. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is nice & clean. The parking lot is well lit. It is also next to a police station so I felt very safe. It was within walking distance to several places to eat. Albert was the desk cleck & made sure to let me know about several places to eat. He was very nice. Our room was spacious & nicely laid out.

Everything was great other than we discovered the sheets had someone else’s hair all over in it and one pillowcase had smeared chocolate or blood, we couldn’t tell.

Their staff was amazing, everyone greeted you, the shirt 2 to 11 person was amazing. Did the exact safety precautions he supposed to and was just nice the overnight gentleman was out there in the morning showed me where the coffee was and was really kind and Miguel came on next was friendly, bubbly, and enjoyable. I love it when the staff is that friendly and it’s a safe place to be especially since I was staying by myself in Colorado Springs because my grandson was born three weeks early.

We stayed two days, on a family weekend. Our stay was great, our check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. But the best part for us was the check out time, 12pm. I will for sure be coming back to this hotel in the future. Pool was also clean and nice, hot tub was very relaxing and warm.

The breakfast was ok, juice was waterd down, coffee was weak and the flavor was just a little better than Folgers.

Convenient driving and flying for the shower with our baby born for end of October.

The front desk clerk Dane was amazing! He made us feel more than guests in his home than hotel desks. He made sure we were taken care off, went above and beyond to ensure my ice packs stayed frozen and checked on us once we saw the room!

Great stay, very nice staff. Lighting in the room was inadequate. Also, can they please have a separate container dedicated to hot water. I am really tired of coffee water for my tea or hot chocolate. Need more-or bigger-trash and recycle containers in the room. Most hotels use the same container and it really is annoying to tea drinkers. Other than that, it was s great stay.
