I enjoyed the quiet time. The internet connection could've been better.
- 2/5
The Staff was nice and apologetic. The lobby and room was okay. I was promised a credit $20 that never came.
- 2/5
Elevator was broken, we had to stay at the bottom floor that supposed to reserve for pet friendly. But my daughter allergic to animals fur
- 4/5
The area is nice for shopping and the staff was nice. The bad thing was I
- 1/5
Elevator not working, I was given a room on second floor and roommate walks with a cane. Television not working staff were asked on several occasions and no staff came to fix.
- 3/5
I didn’t like the back door at the hotel was open and never lock. Someone can easily came in and could hurt someone. That really needs to be fixed, I didn’t feel safe not at all!!!!
- 5/5
I love to stay here when I’m in town.

Came for a funeral, my reservation choice was not hovered, bed sheets were filthy we asked for other sheets, room had tv but no remote, went to the desk they said they did not have any remotes available, the couch while side was not attached and fell off and spilled drink due to this, the breakfast was horrible. This has changed our minds and we won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn anymore, sorry.
- 0.5/5
I had bed bugs or scabies after my stay. I was affected on My right side/ side I lay on (right face, right wrist, right upper arm, right behind the knee, right elbow, right shin. Couch was unclean. Make sure bed bugs are not in rooms. Waist of money and time.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 2/5
Broken elevator, stained bedsheets and towels and looks like they were just restocked without cleaning. In pictures its looks really neat and clean but in reality it was not even close to 50%. Breakfast was okay with limited options.
- 2.5/5
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful! Beds were comfortable. No bugs. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was good enough. Close to expressway and some restaurants close by. Building needs some extensive maintenance. Elevators worked, but were in very poor condition and sounded like they were going to break- we only took them once. The AC units were unplugged or not working on the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways. The TV remote didn’t work. Our pullout sofa mattress looked like it had never been cleaned or replaced. My son would not sleep on it. When asking for an extra blanket, we were told they were out of them. Towels were dingy and falling apart. Only received 2 towels for the 4 of us. Breakfast was just ok. It’s nice to have the waffle maker and juice. Sausage was very salty, only bread was white bread and yogurt was Trix brand. So nothing really healthy to be had. We arrived on a Friday and a group of construction workers were basically partying in the parking lot. My husband moved our vehicle because they were leaning on it and sitting on the bumper. The pool was nice and clean, but water was cold and we had to sign in at the front desk and she had to unlock the door for us. I’ve never seen that before at a hotel.
- 2/5
While there were some good experiences, the molded carpet smell was the deal breaker for me.
- 3/5
I really liked the location. It was close to everything we were in town for. I did not like the elevator, needs some work. The bathroom shower did not have a soap holder in there. The room door felt a little unsecured, like it had been kicked in before or something.
- 3/5
The location was decent. The staff were nice. The elevator made scary sounds like it was about to break. We were constantly told how we’d have been better off if we had booked directly through them.
- 5/5

Bad breakfast. Bad shower. Rickety elevator. Marijuana smell

Very poor

I just wish that the market were open & that the gym had free weights & funcuoning machines, but I understand that the cliemtelle of the community where it is situated causes challenges to maintain facilities in the best condition

The bed was comfortable Hotel seemed very dirty! Kids running up and hallway all night. Elevator was not functioning We could not sleep for noise from neighboring room.

The rooms were nice. There was only 1 elevator that had restrictions on it. No more than 3 adults which was an issue since we were a party of 10 and had to use the stairs with luggage. Also the food out couch was filthy!

Clean rooms ,dresser drawer would not stay closed. Kids being loud after 10.00,back door was popped open .and coffee was very week. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Oh my stay was for 3 people and cleaning people will only put 2 big bath towels out Both of my stays had to ask for an extra bath towels. So take extra towels if there is going to be 3 or more people.
- 4/5
We found the hotel centrally located to the freeway.
- 1/5
The fitness area was dirty without towels. The equipment is rusty and not working properly. There was a dead roach in our room and the safely lock on the inside of the door was broken. Do Not Stay here.
- 3/5
Room was clean, beds had clean sheets. The pull out was scary— mattress probably should be thrown out. Pretty gross. The bathroom had good water pressure. Breakfast was lacking, coffee was terrible and waffles were questionable. The pool was clean, no towels, but also, no heat in the (indoor) pool. Kiddos didn’t mind the freezing pool, but not for the faint of heart. Outside there were signs on the property mentioning theft, and our bedroom door had TWO locks on it, also a little concerning but didn’t have any issues while there.
- 3/5
Yes sorta, parking not good, a shared lot with adjoining motel. Ever wear signs posted on the building "PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK"
- 4/5
Clean room .shortage of bath towels. other than that had no problem clean smell good staff was friendly. quiet.
- 4/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Ok
- 4/5
Very nice staff and the area is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The parking is kinda precarious because IF you park in the wrong place you'll get towed. The staff will let you know where you can park. I wish the bed was more comfortable, but other than that it's wonderful.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful.
- 5/5
Great customer service!!
- 2/5
The best thing about this place was the staff. The rest was lacking: non-working guest laundry and pool, no 'market place' or snacks available. Breakfast was just ok but coffee machine didn't work properly. In my room, the bed was comfy, but the room not really clean and the bathroom door hit the toilet so it wouldn't open all the way! Wrinkled curtains were off their hooks, bedside reading lamps didn't work and the tv was hard to operate as the instructions were wrong (they were told they are no longer allowed to set out a 'channel guide' which is a bad corporate move!). In the living room portion of the suite, there was a tv hook up, but no tv. And, the tvs were not smart tvs so I couldn't watch anything under my accounts like Netflix. The heating/cooling system was very loud too. I know I didn't pay a whole lot but I won't stay here again.
- 5/5
The room was very nice. It was clean and fresh. The bed was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. Staff was super nice and friendly. We were give plenty of towels and supplies. The bathroom was super clean. This place is highly recommended for your stay.
- 1/5
Not clean, stinky
- 3/5
Never got. Either tv working. The word was that all tv conditions were bad. Room telephone had no dialtone ..non functional. Desperate need for instructions to be posted or published. Would not repeat.
- 1/5
Mold in hotel rooms, pool area and workout area. Dirty underwear left in exercise area for 3 days. No heat in workout area. Room was disgusting, with open electrical wires and the smoke detector had tape over it, so would not even work. SUPER UNSAFE. Lobby was so dirty and the food tasted like year leftovers. Every where you looked there was an out of order sign. The laundromat, the store and even the elevator said only 1 person at a time. This place is an absolute dump! They should not even be open. We begged for a refund, could not get one an finally just checked out and left. It felt like a homeless shelter.
- 3/5
There were transient individuals that were very unpleasant. One person had a pit bull dog that walked up to me while sitting waiting to be picked up in the lobby.
- 5/5
It was only one small problem my mother and sister room in 108 we found one bed bug other than that great service
- 3/5
Variety and hot ready to eat
- 2/5
The beds definitely need an upgrade slept horribly. The door to the room not properly secured ie too much open space where a door should be sealed. The staff was extremely beautiful.
- 4/5
Clean room, breakfast was basic things(waffles, eggs, sausage), bed was hard.

- 4/5
The employee at the front desk was nice. The concern came later when the internet and televisins disnt work. They said they would discount the room but never answered when hotels.com called
- 1/5
I didn’t even get a chance to check in my room
- 4/5
The elevators didn't work or wifi but overall everything was ok
- 5/5
We had a great stay! But, by me having a walking disability, the elevator being down while I was on the 2nd floor was a real bummer. Other than that, a good stay with a pleasant staff.
- 1/5
The staff were nice. I did not like the non access to the side door and the elevator doesn’t work. The pool access card has to be shared between others in the building. The pool and the pool area wasn’t clean. My room lamp light kept flashing so I had to use to light by the nightstand. So good luck too you!
- 3/5
It was ok, the elevator was not working, but they upgraded us to apartment suit due to the inconvenience. Other than that no other problem. We were comfortable
- 1/5
The elevator was not working. I couldn't carry my luggage upstairs.
- 5/5
Elevator wasn’t working, but we stayed on the first floor, so it wasn’t an issue. Plan to stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
When we checked into the room the elevators were down and we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. When we went into the room we only had 2 face towels and when I went to the desk to ask for 2 more because were a family of 4 the manager said they don’t have any there was hair in the shower that didn’t not belong to anyone in my family there was hair in my breakfast that I made down stairs there was a snail climbing on the wall. I just wasn’t impressed at check out the manager didn’t ask us how was our stay he was watching tv just very unprofessional. I will not be back
- 5/5
The room was perfect and so was the service
- 4/5
Nice breakfast can be better food just didn’t tasted right
- 1/5
Construction started at 5AM right on top of my room. I went to talk to front desk and was offered no help or a change a room or discount.
- 4/5
Everything was okay but the food
- 3/5
Property needs better management and cleaning procedure.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 4/5
i liked my room
- 1/5
It was a very nasty place I’m not going more book no rooms on this site again
- 1/5
The couch and mattress was dirt. Shower was dirt and floor was dirt. Elevator did not work
- 1/5
Elevator did not work. Pool not open on time. No wash cloths or towels
- 2/5
The staff was great, but the rooms were dirty. In one of the rooms that I was switched to, I couldn't lock the door, and lastly, the elevator was out of order. We were on the third floor, the last floor. I had to run to change my key two times, so running up and down the stairs was frustrating.
- 2/5
Upon arrival the elevator was broken. Our room only had two towels. We asked the front desk for more towels and she said that they were out because they had a full house. Breakfast or lack there of was cold. The dresser drawers would not stay closed.
- 5/5
Remodling but still nice
- 3/5
Signs of park at own risk which doesn’t really make you feel safe.
- 3/5
Need it to be a little bit closer to Memphis other than that the stay good.
- 1/5
If I were known this definitely wouldn’t rented the room. Very disappointed. We were not able to use any amenities that are advertised.
- 3/5
This Comfort Inn was on the lower end of Comfort Inns. It is hidden behind a Costco, limited parking, is in the middle of renovations, had very dirty carpet in the main living area, new LVT flooring in entry way, new tile in toilet and shower room, a small fridge with no freezer, very thin bath towels, the pool and workout rooms were not available, key cards that if put in proximity to a cell phone were disabled (had to have mine reset twice during my three night stay, even though shower and tub had recently been updated they still had black mold in the corners, empty lotion bottle was not replaced during daily room refresh, hall was noisy late and early and staffing on Sunday morning was limited to one person checking folks out and getting breakfast out.
- 3/5
Under renovation. Door did not have a room number on it. Breakfast was somewhat cold and tasteless.
- 3/5
Hotel had a water pipe break and half of the hotel is closed. You cannot get to the pool or workout area.
- 2/5
Didn't like that the A/C was broken and didn't work, and the toliet lid was too loose, and pinched you everytime you sat down
- 4/5
Only thing that was a problem was that accessible tub/shower combo was too slippery. Not enough traction on tub floor.
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was a good size and had everything I needed.
- 4/5
The pool has word odor and then we saw something that resembled a condom floating in it. We didn’t get closer then 3 feet away.
- 5/5
It was closer to everything that I needed. I will use the hotel again. Everything was clean nice and the staff are very nice.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. Hotel property was extreamly dirty. Cockroaches in the pool. The room had a moldy odor and the floor was greesy. When using the white towel to wipe the floor thinking it was water/wet it came up black.
- 5/5
Super-friendly, efficient staff!
- 5/5
Nice and clean friendly front desk and I love the pool overall it was good
- 5/5
I love everything about this property
- 1/5
I had ants in my room and bed also 20 card were broken into, i checked out early than planned
- 5/5
It was nice
- 1/5
I always stay here every time I come to visit and this time my room was dirty and they didn’t have another available with what I asked for and the elevator was out of service so we had to take the stairs with our luggage’s. Hair in the bathroom nasty towel left on the floor under the sink. Something splattered all over the bathroom door. This time it was very unacceptable
- 1/5
Not clean poor condition untrained staff
- 3/5
I had horrible experience there had to be rescue by firefighters stuck in the elevator that sucks and the manager didn’t offer any thing for me like sorry
- 5/5
Very quiet and relaxing get a away for mothers day
- 4/5
Friendly efficient staff.
- 3/5
Low cost, but too near an industrial site.
- 4/5
Nice, clean, friendly staff.
- 5/5
BEST CREW EVER KEEP IT UP YOU ALL
- 3/5
The first room the ac did not work. Moved us to another room but the toilet didn’t work. They let us have the key to the first room so we could use the restrooms. I used a hanger to rig the toilet so we didn’t have to walk down the hall to another room. Gave us a discount. Breakfast could have been better.
- 4/5
Super nice I never went and got any breakfast and we thought the hotel had a hot tub but it didn’t and the pool closed at 9pm that was a bit disappointing
- 2/5
The shower overran and flooded bathroom they gave us another room. The night lady wS low on friendliness.
- 5/5
Customer service was top tier definitely enjoyed my stay.
- 3/5
Rude staff, NO INTERNET, NO CABLE
- 1/5
Upon entering the parking lot, it was apparent there would be no parking… I had my husband drive around and look while I went in and checked in. The front service staff was friendly and wonderful! The problem with this hotel is not the service and the grounds, it is a horrible parking lot and its design is ridiculous. It is also shared with another hotel. That makes it even worse! They appear to cater to contractors, etc. utilizing large trucks and heavy equipment… Further exasperating the situation. Through no fault of their own… A large percentage of the parking spaces are wasted through this process. We were forced to make the decision to surrender our room and try to find another hotel more suitable. Consideration for a full refund I would hope be something management could take under advisement.
- 5/5
Nice comfy rooms with lots of space. Decent breakfast options. However, you need to make sure you take all bags inside, there was a car break-in while we were there.
- 4/5
The front desk clerk was fantastic. He was welcoming and had suggestions on food for dinner. I cannot remember his name but it began with a Q and was a unique name. That fella is a good employee for greeting and checking in. He was fast and courteous and welcoming during my check in. Kudos to him. He shows it takes no effort to be nice and friendly and I hope this review earns him so kind of recognition.
- 3/5
Bed bugs.
- 4/5
Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was not the best I’ve had.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and we got clean towels everyday of our 5 night stay, which was nice. My husband enjoyed being able to do a load of his laundry there too. I just wish the breakfast was better and had more choices than waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, small yogurts, instant oatmeal, apples, and muffins/bagels/bread. Our bed was comfortable and I was glad to get a channel lineup as we are not from the area and didn't know the TV stations. All the staff we met were pleasant and polite.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The property could use some updates, but overall for the price it's worth it. The location is good. The pool is HEATED INDOORS, not OUTDOORS as listed on Hotels.com
- 5/5
The beds were so nice. I slept really well that night. Also it was quiet
- 3/5
The first impression was not good. The entry was not clean and looked uncared for. The hallway looked old and worn. I was worried before I opened the room. The room was clean and in good condition.
- 2/5
More then 30 cars were broken into on 2 occasions during my stay.
- 1/5
Hotel itself was ok. But very unsafe. During our stay many vehicles windows were shattered and broke into. Not safe at all.
- 1/5
Well there was roaches in our room on top of the fact my car was vandalized along with two other vehicles in our group, windows busted and property stolen! We will NEVER stay or recommend this are or this hotel!
- 4/5
The stay was comfortable except there was only a shower in our room, no tub(a must for the Mrs). We found out that only 1st floor rooms hav a shower/tub combination. There were not enough towels except for two guests and we had three adults. We had to make trips to the front desk for each day. The complementary breakfast was lacking. Only sausage links and eggs were hot and no biscuits. Where in the south, especially Memphis are there no biscuits and gravy? There was a waffle maker so we did OK. Plenty of hot coffee. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. All personnel were very friendly and we would stay there again.
- 4/5
The hotel was upgraded after becoming Comfort Suites. Nice towels, upgraded shower, plenty of pillows, etc. Breakfast was a little sparce.
- 5/5
Our room was very comfortable. The bath was very nice. The mattress and bedding was cozy. Parking was accommodating. Easy access.
- 5/5
Great staff. Excellent service. Great rooms. Ok breakfast. Will be back!
- 5/5
I like the hotel cleanness and the staff personalities.
- 2/5
The room had a moldy musty smell. Air conditioner made it worse. Not sure air conditioner was even working. Very old building. The breakfast was severely lacking.
- 5/5
It was a good stay but we had an ant problem in our room
- 1/5
Floors inside room were so dirty it turned bare feet black. Cigarette burn holes in duvets cover (non-smoking room). Overwhelming smell of marijuana 24 hrs a day, coming through walls and in all halls.
- 5/5
The key card didn't work at the pool so we had to get someone to let us in. Other than that it was good.
- 2/5
Had issues with the check in process that was a little annoying. Other than that looks like a nice place
- 5/5
All the staff was nice and rooms were clean.
- 4/5
It’s my understanding that the growth of both this brand on this property but this brand in this city and perhaps even state. We did a great job in the past but that doesn’t fill rooms or protect either of our groups going forward to lunch and getting to know you a bit more.
- 5/5
Friendly and quiet location
- 1/5
Room key didn’t work so down graded to a smaller room with no price reduction, place is nasty and worn out. Room was dirty, couch nasty and gross, breakfast was awful, cheap discussing coffe in the rooms and lobby. Ridiculously priced at $140 per nite. Don’t stay here!
- 5/5
Breakfast was ok, but basically a continental breakfast. A hot breakfast to start a long road trip would have been nice, but the cost of the room made up for this.
- 5/5
I will definitely be saying again!
- 3/5
Didn’t seem safe
- 3/5
Room was probably an ADA accessible room. It would be difficult for anyone in a wheelchair to get around areas we’re so narrow. Large bathroom but no mirror and very little countertop area. Shower water barely got warm. Breakfast was very poor and no decaf coffee available.
- 2/5
The phone didn’t work in my room. The room was not clean by 3:00 pm and I had to request it get cleaned.
- 4/5
ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING
- 2/5
My floor had a strong smell of Marijuana. The cleanliness was poor. Limited parking. The room was priced too high for the the conditions.
- 1/5
Rude people working the front desk.
- 3/5
back room halfway worked
- 5/5
The lobby and other public areas looked a little rough. The room was very clean and very nice
- 3/5
I was very fortunate that my car was not broken into, however, several cars were vandalized the last night I stayed at the hotel. I was there for Fri and Sat night. The hotel is behind Costco. It's very convenient to the mall, and several eating places. However, it's kinda conceal from the main road, not easy to access.
- 3/5
2 day stay. Musty smell in handicap access room. Used towels left on floor after 1st night not replaced. Air conditioner was noisy. Carpet was damp. Meh all the way around. Staff was nice.
- 2/5
The staff was very kind and met us with a smile . But your facility was not up to par with a lot of customers, after driving for 15 hours we wanted to shower anns go to bed .. But, we had to walk up to the 3rd floor because the elevator didnt work! SERIOUSLY???? THEN in the hallway there was a HUGH ROACH . THAT is nasty ... Then, after a rain storm electricity was flickering off and on and as we were leaving at 5:30 this morning , walking down 3 floors we came upon a hugh puddle of water in the bottom floor hallway... You can paint the walls, but you seriously need to fix what is broken! As we went downstairs to turn the key in , there was water(condensation) on the floor ... Word of mouth travels very fast ! We refuse to stay at this COMFORT INN again ...
- 4/5
I had a good experience
- 1/5
In my room it was ants on the table and wall by the couch. The only thing I like about it the room had space
- 1/5
The room smelled like an ashtray!
- 2/5
Horrible
- 1/5
This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. These people are so unprofessional and the hotel is so nasty. The entrance, hallways, staircase, and elevator were all dirty. The elevator didn't work half of the time and our room keys had to be reactivated every time we left the hotel. My room was not properly cleaned or sanitized before my arrival. The mirror in my room had toothpaste splatter on it from the last guests and the couch looked like it has never been cleaned so I had to lay down their ripped up towels on the couch to sit. The curtains in my room did not close completely so I'm sure people could see me and my children getting dressed, talk about lack of privacy. Housekeeping never cleaned the room at all during my stay. They only had one person working each night during a busy Memorial Day weekend. The manager Sonica, refused to come into work to help her employee when I talked to her on the phone even though the employee had worked almost 24 hours straight. This lady was so over worked to the point that she pasted out and still no one came to help her. Another employee was seen drinking with male hotel guests and she appeared to be prostituting in the hotel parking lot. Oh and there is very little parking at this hotel as the small parking lot is shared between two hotels. We decided to check out of the hotel a day early because the stay was so terrible, and instead of refunding my money for the night we didn't stay, I was charged again.
- 1/5
Customer service was the only good thing. There was hair in the shower, and instead of a smoke detector there were hanging wires. They wrote down breakfast times, but there was no breakfast. The alarm in the elevator kept going off. Never again!
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY. Very poor condition. Staff reports its been that way for weeks to months. Elevator service light flashing and then dropped when the door opened. Our room was not cleaned, even granola bars on the floor. The smoke detector was hanging from wires from the ceiling without a battery and beeping. Maintainance reports fire department notified weeks ago. We asked for a battery and stacked furniture and fixed it ourselves. The toilet was shut off and not working. Turned it on to flush and soon realized that the toilet leaked constantly and made a large puddle in the bathroom before we could shut it off. No other rooms available. We canceled our reservation and the attendent was friendly printed us a receipt to credit the room but said manager would confirm it with their code the next day. After hours on phone, manager reports no refund will be given. The room should have never been given to us. We were very polite.
- 5/5
Newly renovated clean rooms with comfortable beds.
- 1/5
Knew this was not going to be the nicest hotel, but had to book here in order to car pool with a group that already had reserved a room. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a stern lecture about parking in the correct place or our car would be towed. Waiting at least 10 minutes to check in, even though there were 3 employees at the desk only 1 was dealing with customers. Checkout was a similar ordeal. When I opened my wallet to pull out an ID water dripped on it from above. The fire service light in the elevator was blinking, and an alarm was constantly buzzing during it's use. My room smelled like cigarette smoke immediately upon entering. Also there was an issue I've never encountered before, no TV remote in the room. Lastly, and really the final straw, housekeeping had provided no bath towels at all... None. There was one hand towel in the room at the sink. This was only a one night stay and I was thankful for that. It was bad enough that I would've gone elsewhere if I had to stay more than 1 night. All this place provided was a bed for the night, and I wouldn't be complaining if the price was $30-$50. But the rates were extremely unrealistic for this establishment. I paid $89, which was about 50 dollars too high for this place. Unless you want to overpay for a cheap motel experience, avoid this one.
- 1/5
When we got there they didnt have any clean rooms this was at 8pm the lady chexkimg in at the same time they gave her to different rooms which was already occuiped by other people thwy didnt offer a discount or to even clean the room the pool was broken we asked for our money back they said it would be 24 hrs we still havent recived our momey back
