Many exterior doors were blocked open to allow non residents to use exercise and laundry rooms, which allowed anyone to access the building

Other than that our stay was great. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Not the greatest are but not the worst. Don't leave valuables in your car though.

They were out of coffee in the rooms. They were so friendly. I will pack some k cups just in case.

When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities.

There weren’t any rooms available,when I went to check in! So I had to go through the trouble as to canceling the booking and trying to find and rebook a room elsewhere!

Renovation in progress and nothing informed us of that when making reservation.

The photos online are not reflective of the property. This hotel is 4 years old and it has never been updated. There was old furniture sracked in the lobby that you had to walk around just to get to the desk. The attendant was extremely rude. We had to spray the room with lysol and air freshener because of the smell.

First room had mold all over the ceiling. Second room still smelled, but not as bad. Dead roach in the bath tub. Woke up at 5 am to screaming, door alarm, and a parking lot fight right outside our window.

The hotel is great, but it just needs a little work.

Filthy

When turning on water for shower, it was brown! Mold in the bathroom, it was as clean as you can get it being an old hotel! Staff didn’t really care if you were comfortable or not. The TV remote was missing and they had no way of getting another one, baggage cart wouldn’t roll properly and last but most frustrating part was that they had no way of printing a receipt for me.

It was so bad we didnt stay. The room was hot, smelled funny, with a sketchy group of gentlemen drinking from a paper bag at the side entrance. There was no breakfast and the pool was closed according to the sign at the front desk.

When I asked for a late checkout, they wanted me to come down and give them $20 before checkout to get an extra hour. I said no thanks, and someone knocked on the door at exactly 11am to make sure we didn't stay an extra minute or two to pack up.

This hotel is a COMPLETE ripoff! On their website it says they have hot breakfast AND a pool. When I got there they did not have either. The room was extremely hot and smelled bad. This hotel is more like a motel. If you’re looking for something cheap looking then this is the place. If you’re looking for a decent hotel at the least. Then this is NOT the place.

There was no pool or hot tub open nor breakfast as advertised on their outside sign. The tub has rust and hair still in the shower.

No signage, no one in the lobby upon entering. Sign on front desk reads pool closed , no breakfast. Had to wait 10 min for an employee to show up. Desk guy said no smoking property but the hotel reaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Wanted a cash deposit of $50 but no receipt was given. Hotel was hottt. Took 2-3 hours just to cool rooms off. 1st room checkin smell horrible, very hot, room & hallways smelled of smoke. Bed was full of hair and sheets had stains and cigarette burn marks. Went to front desk to change rooms, 3rd floor room given - hallways dirty, smelled of fresh smoke. new room was completely hot and took 3 hours with window open and air on lowest setting to cool off to bearable temperature. shower drain was clogged as tub filled up from a 10 min shower. Check out was a breeze when desk guy showed up- handed me back the deposit with same cash given. Will not stay here again.

Air Conditioning did not work properly. Remote to television did not work. Pool was closed, No Breakfast.

The property surrounding did not appear to be safe. A lot of people appeared to loitering.

This hotel should be put out of business the rooms are very disgusting. I found old urine in the toilet, uneven floors through out the room, smoke detector pulled out of ceiling, no plate in microwave, smoked room, broken toilet seats in both rooms, food on walls. I was to scared to sleep in the bed. The owner got very nasty with me he told me to leave call the police if it wanted to just get out until I told him I will exspose the pictures if we didn't get our money back so my advise don't use this hotel they are not clean at all. Enter at your own risk.

It was cool and nice

When you arrived to hotel normally the AC is already on. The AC wasn’t on we didn’t realize it at first because we walked in dropped bags off and left straight out and hit the city Memphis in May month. Came back at late and turned AC on and my bf went to sleep and he was woke up choking and shortly after I had asthma attack and he threw up in toilet then it wouldn’t flush, then went to get water out the fridge and it was hot and all my food spoiled. Fridge didn’t work

We enjoyed this property very much!!! The only thing that would have made it better was if the hot tub was open and if they had free breakfast. The room was very nice and I love the layout with the living space separate from the sleeping area.

I was really upset when check in due to no breakfast and pool closed. Sign stated heated pool and free breakfast and not true. Leaks in room, no covers on sockets and refrigerator leaning, fingernail on carpet. Strong smell as you walk down hallway.

I honestly wouldn’t know how the actual facilities were cause I couldn’t stay. Hotels.com allowed me to book this hotel even though the hotel had been booked up through Memorial Day weekend since the previous week. The receptionist was not very nice either

Room was not very clean. Smelled of mold and mildew. They require a $50 deposit that has to be cash. When I went to get my deposit back the next morning they never even checked my room before giving it back to me.

The pull out couch had hair blood stains and pony tail holders in it. When I went downstairs to have something done about it, they didn’t even change the sheets. Claiming they didn’t have any but when I asked if they had empty rooms to switch Us to, I was denied that request as well. Checkout was at 11 and I had a wedding to attend at 1. Before I could get my full sentence out to ask for a late check out because we were from out of town, the lady at the front desk was already shaking her head no. Mind you, the hotel was not full and I’m sure my request could have been granted. They were rude at check in…I should have known to expect a horrible stay

This is the worse hotel I’ve stayed in ever. We received no Wi-Fi code the place was full of dust, the toilet would hardly flush, the carpet was dusty and not clean. The blinds were dusty and not clean. It was the worst time ever for me and my team.

Upon arrival to the room, I felt like I had to spell out phrases for my key card to work. Turned it over, waved it back and forth up and down, and turned it back over. I thought ok maybe it's me but it literally required this for the entire weekend and even after receiving a replacement card. The room was dated and displayed wall damages chipped paint, dirty carpet, and motel quality appliances. To make matters worse, I wanted to shower so I ran my water to what I would have thought would be lukewarm but I was so wrong. First and foremost the water pooled up to over ankle level and when I stepped in to test the water it was scalding hot so I had to let the water drain and then take an above cool bath so the water I had to stand in wouldn't burn my feet. I let staff know about the standing water and nothing was done. When I check out: No well wishes or thanks provided.

This hotel was HORRIBLE! Nothing worked, the public bathroom was out of order, the ATM was out of order, the pool was out of order, remote in the room had no batteries. The room smelled horribly. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

The hotel clearly advertised pool and breakfast and neither were provided. When I asked for a refund because we booked the hotel specifically because they had a pool, the manager refused. The hotel is falsely advertising their amenities. The sign outside clearly advertises breakfast and pool and I even took pictures for proof.

When we arrived, I walked into the lobby and my breath was immediately taken away by the overpowering smell of Marijuana. They asked for a cash depost. I didn't have any cash so I had to drive 3 miles down the road to the nearest walmart due to the hotel ATM being "out of money". Got that taken care of and we went up to our room. The linens were dirty, the floors creaked when you walked across, there was a spot on the furniture that needed cleaned due to what looked like maybe someone had peed. When we pulled the bed out from the couch I wanted to leave but it was too late in the evening by that time. It literally looked like a giant blood stain where blood seeped through the entire hide a bed mattress. My first thought was "someone probably died there". It literally looked like someone had bled to death on that mattress. There was no breakfast at all and the pool was closed. The lobby counter was dirty. There was a coffee pot in our room along with 2 cups but no coffee so we had to get coffee elsewhere. It was a terrible experience. I will not recommend it to anyone and we will not be back!

Hotel had pictures of the pool on main description page. Pool was not working. We drove extra 30 min for this. It was disappointing. Hotel stank so much our nose hurt. Room was big, but stinky. I am glad we only stayed 1 night.

No in door pool or breakfast and the only thing decent was rooms..

Paid online and still had to give them $100 deposit in cash. No breakfast food only cereal, tubs dirty, whirlpool jets didn't work, toilet broke, pool area closed. If you smoke or have a party in the rooms they won't give you your $100 back.

I thought I had paid for the jacuzzi room and I received a mobile accessable room. My receipt showed a standard room. I did not get the jacuzzi room and I expressed that I really wanted a bath not a shower. I was NOT given a different room....

This property was very unsanitary. There was blood on the elevator walls, the bedding to include the sheets were stained. There was mildew in the bathroom shower and on the ceiling.

A little tired and worn! It could use a remodel and a thorough cleaning. Staff a little difficult.

Not allowed to take breakfast to your room Not allowed to have children in diapers by the pool They look in your personal vehicle before you even check in to see if they can charge your for pets. You can tell this is a family owned business because the blankets are way too small for the beds, the showers have rust and corrosion around the handle. Not worth the 10 bucks that was saved on Expedia.

Our bathroom was very dirty and not kept up at all. They didn¿t have enough people working and the ones that was had been working for hours with no help.

Hotel was very clean. There were hotel staff walking around cleaning and wiping down common surfaces. The staff was very friendly.

It would be nice when using a third party if they tell you about the extra deposit.

The tv did not work. The couch was broken. The shower was filthy. It was missing simple amenities as stated the hotel would provide.

My wife and I liked the layout of the room, with a microwave & fridge as well as a living room area. Unfortunately, it was obvious the place did not have a proper maintenance staff for a long period of time. Two of our electric receptacles did not work and there were stains from water damage all over the ceiling. The shower curtain did not have the interior plastic lining. But, at least the linens and room were clean. Not a bad place to stay but it could have been better.

Not well maintained

Left the hotel on tears and drove down the road in a new state looking for any other place. Called hotels.com. I received only $20 coupon . I stayed in the room 20 minutes before pointing out the dirty bed. RIDICULOUS. Do not stay here. Use another app to book hotels. Unfortunate, I have always loved hotels.com

After being on the road all day we were exhausted and ready to sleep. We walked in our room and were sickened by the smell. One of my kids started crying and said they were going to throw up because it smelled so bad. I told them it would be okay we would just sleep and leave as soon as we got up, went to lay down and there were stains on the blankets and sheets. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund, they said they would give us a different room. We took al of our things and went to the next room they offered but the key didn’t work. I asked for a refund for my deposits and will have to wait 5-7 days, I’ve slept in some pretty gross hotels, this one is the only one that was so bad I had to leave.

Never will i stay there again

The most dirtiest hotel I EVER stayed at. I had to change my room 3 times because of the mold in the tub. Only for the first room to be the best, because after that? The rooms got worse. Mold in tub, mold on pillow cases, dirt on the bottom of the toilet. Dookie floating at the bottom of the toilet . Animal hair was over the comforters, & I was told animals weren’t allowed (only to see one walking around the hotel later) I could go on… & on… it was gross… i had to spend $200 at Walmart for cleaning supplies, pillows, sheets, & etc!

Outside they advertised hot breakfast but the really had pre-pack danish, bananas and color water instead of juice… find a better place to stay!

There were several discrepancies at check in. The clerk at the counter was VERY RUDE to my daughter. We didn’t even check in due to that.

Checked in late, slept great. I was woken up with a ROACH crawling on me. I tried going to the front desk and she proceeded with talking on a personal phone. She looked at me crazy. Took my info and no one contacted me. I’m dissatisfied.

This property was really quite and I was able to rest! They really need to renovate! There was tissue stuck in the peephole, the tub had mold spots and there was a strange smell in the hallway!

Check in was a joke, I immediately said hello when I walked in the clerk took about 5 minutes to finish eating before he came to help me and 2 others that came in after. Room was hot, never did get below 74. Throw up in trash cans next to the elevator, people yelling all night long. It was clean and the sheets/bed were comfy but that’s the only positive things I have to say.

We made it to Country Inn Suites &Radisson to check in and they said, our credit card was Declined even though, I chose Pay at The Hotel and we used the same Credit Card at another Hotel. They lied and said they tried to call us, Just Lies , Really Sad for Business.

Mold under the bathtub handles. Towel wasn¿t clean, it had orange spots as if someone ate chips and rubbed their fingers on it. Not to mention there was a roach in the microwave. I recorded it and showed it to the front desk cashier.

Clean, friendly people, nice pool and hot tub, free breakfast - I can’t complain for a price that was $30+ cheaper than other hotels around. There were some minor interior cosmetic issues but that’s not a deal breaker for me, it was very obvious that everything is kept clean. My only complaint was the sliding door between the bedroom and living area was broken. Since it was just my daughters and my self that wasn’t a problem but could be for others needing privacy.

We did not stay. The beds and the couch was filthy.

The not so good details: I was disappointed that check-in rep asked for a $100 deposit to be refunded 7 days after our stay for ‘incidentals’ but no choice after we already booked online. Breakfast was a joke--brown bag of a muffin, nutrition bar, chicken wrap and NO hot food. One lady didn’t get a brown bag so I guess it could’ve been worse. Bed duvet had a stain on it. Overall was acceptable experience.

The pool area was a bit of a mess. There were no towels and when someone finally did bring towels it did not accommodate the amount of people in the pool area. There were no lights on in that area so it was very dark. The breakfast was mediocre at best and very short lived which I did not get to try because the brown bags they brought out were as limited as the towels they provided. The room itself was nice. The bathroom could use some work and the obviously don’t pull the hideaway bed out and clean because we found a few leftover items of food under there. We only used the pool for an hour and basically slept in the room for about 5 so it was manageable but I couldn’t imagine an extended stay there.

one of the worst places I have ever stayed, when checking in, he told me my pre-teen kids were charged as adults, needed enough towels for everyone to shower, sent 14 year old grandson to desk to get towel, they told him they didn't have any. I had to go to desk and raise hell with them before I ever got any towels. went back 30 minutes later to get face cloths, told I would have to come back to desk in 15 minutes. Hot tub does not work, switch with open wires hanging out of the wall. now breakfast, ran out of coffee, said they didn't serve waffle mix on weekends, WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED, pulled sofa bed out, had BLOOD on the mattress cover, they did change that, overall terrible, that is why it has a fair rating.DO NOT MAKE PLANS TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, do not let the pictures of the pool deceive you, they were taken when hotel opened in the 80's

I called to verify the suites had a wall and door, not just a partition. We arrived at 9PM to find the clerk had lied. I was then told no suites had doors. After 13 hours and 900 miles I wasn't going anywhere else. The hot tub was lukewarm and the jets didn't work. Those were the two main reasons we chose this place and called to verify our choices before arriving. The "air conditioner" was so nasty we chose to be warm rather than have that gunky crap blowing on us. Their vacuum doesn't get edges at all.

The room was nasty. Stains on the pillows. Broken down sofa. Syringe needle under chair cushion. Feet stuck to the floor. The smell in the halls and room smelled of years of smokers. To top it all off, was the no cancellation or refund policy. This place was the worst place I have ever stayed.

I liked the location. I didn’t like the small roaches crawling by sink and on the bed top cover. Disgusted. I didn’t like that the dresser draws kept opening up. They wouldn’t stay shut until I folded paper up thickly and put it under the dresser to keep them from opening. I didn’t like that soon as my son got in the pool for about 10 minutes, the maintenance guy comes in stating that parts are missing from the pool and he had to close the pool. Like... you didn’t here that when you opened the door for the pool?? My son reeeeeally wanted to swim and by it being indoors, it was perfect timing. Wish my stay could’ve been better. And an updated tub is A MUST get!

Hallways and elevator were dirty, Lil bits of Trash everywhere . Male who checked me in was informative about property but not very customer service friendly. Told me my $100 deposit would be returned to my card within 24 hours of check out. It will show on my statement as pending and would reverse back on check out Still hasn't been returned. Asked for 2 extra pillows and was told they would be brought up to my room, never received.

Bullet hole in elevator door! Dirty underwear in the bathtub! Room smelled! When they cleaned our room they didn¿t make the beds or clean out the trash from the sink in kitchen.

This hotel was super dirty, the furniture was dirty and broken, the room smelled terrible (like it had not been cleaned), the sheets were dirty. Breakfast was included and there was no breakfast provided. Staff was rude and dismissive. Overall the experience was terrible and it was very pricy to stay there.

First of all customers had to wait to be check in and most hotels a staff member is always present. Secondly, I wasn't accustom to paying a deposit fee. I've never paid a deposit fee for a hotel. Thirdly. This hotel neefs to invest in new blankets.Lastly, breakfast was awful no waffles no friut, and no breakfast meats or eggs. No free newspaper. This price was too high for the lack of service. This was on a Sunday now I could see cereal serve through weekday. Very Disappointed.

I paid almost $170 to stay for one night and just expected so much more for that price. I waited for about 12 minutes at the check in desk before finally having to call the front desk on my cell phone in order to get anyone to come and provide the service of checking me in. Once the worker finally came, he was kind and helpful. There was a large wet spot in the carpet of our room which was just gross to us, especially since we had no clue what it was. Bathroom had obviously been cleaned, but there were just things like stains in the shower and on the floor that I would not expect to see in a hotel for this price. There was also no breakfast provided besides a “brown bag special” that which was very disappointing on a Saturday morning. I would understand if it was a Covid restriction, but we were told it was not. For near $200, I expect top notch cleanliness and a sufficient breakfast. Overall the hotel was okay, but definitely not worth the price, IMO.

The service from the hotel staff was terrible. The ac in the room wouldn't stay set, the sheets kept coming off the bed, and the tub was dirty. I booked for 3 people but could only receive towels for 2. And they acted as if the guests were hell bent on stealing towels. I had to hand off dirty towels before i could only receive enough for 1 person in return. Whenever you asked the hotel staff a question, they had a rude and smart mouth response. They were not worth the money i spent. I will never return!

They day staff was great. The night time staff was very aggressive and hostile towards guests. Not necessary me, but I wasn't pleased with the lack of professionalism. Ladies on day shift were nice and informative. Didn't like 100 deposit.
