We chose not to stay here. The hotel smelled of pot smoking throughout. The room was dirty and had cob webs. The place did not seem safe. We ended up returning our keys to the front desk and left. I asked the manager to reverse the charge on my credit card and he said he would. So far the charges are still there. We went and found a place in Marion Ark about 20 miles away.

The room felt right at home

So I never write a review like this. So be advised, this will be real amd "graphic" I was traveling with my kids for one night. We arrived late. We had to change rooms 4 TIMES!!! Yes, 4! 1st rooms pull out soga was nasty! Trash and red stuff all over it. So we moved to room 2. On that pull out was a ton of dog hair and what looked like cycle blood. 3rd room the pull out sofá looked lile it had been peed all over with intense yellow stains. I had a King suite reserved and paid for. We finally went to 4th room and pull out was still filthy , but they gave us 2 beds. Which was a good thing ciz of.kids. if I can attach pics, I will. I was exhausted so we stayed in the 2 beds. The sink stopper was stuck in sink. I spoke to manger Iris at checkout and she said "well you are staying at an extended stay" and "nothing will be done. The owners are not switching anything or changing anything out. I was like oh wow. So yall will continue giving people these rooms in this condition and she basically said yeah and that they are not investing any money in to that property. Breakfast is muffins and breakfast bars. Pool is closed and has been for a while. Not cool to pay for this you can use. WILL NOT BE BACK. I will be emailing corporate as well. They should know about this property. Not sure if it will help.

Room was very unclean. I complained to the front desk that both beds are unclean and hairs are on the bed sheets. She showed me some rooms but all of them are worse. We had no choice because we can’t go to other place with my children. However, we asked some extra bed sheets and replace them by ourselves. There were too much noise from outside. It seems to me that I was sleeping on the road.

Well I picked this motel because it served a contental breakfast NOT LOL my husband went down at 630, nothing and they were supposed to have breakfast at 6am.

The property is not clean. The room was clean however the lobby has old worn furniture, the carpet is extremely dirty throughout the property, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the room smelled of stale cigarettes. For the most part the staff was friendly. There’s is always one who is difficult and there was one but overall the staff was friendly.

I will NEVER stay here again in my life. It has a bad Odor I. The hallways and rooms. The rooms are very dated. The environment is a sleep with a gun type of environment. The sofa had hairs on it like it had never been cleaned before I got there. I pulled out the sofa bed and there was stains on the sheet. They charge for every little thing. I will need hotel therapy after this stay. Worst experience ever.

I DO NOT recommend. There was no TV at all and no internet as advertised. We got the suite and it didnt have any of the dishes available. Its was super warm even with 2 ac units on. NOT what we was expecting to say the least

Room was gross. Old and dirty. They did not have hot water. Tv remote did not work. Got this room due to the kitchen and they were limited on dishes, utensils, pans etc. sick did not work, bathtub flooded and we had dirty Luke warm water covering our feet and ankles upon showering. Tv remote did not work and we were replaced with I one that had missing buttons. I spoke to the front desk about our issues only to be told maintenance was only available part time and would have to enter our room without us being present. - made me super uncomfortable considering the location and premises. The front desk manager would not move rooms after 3pm which made it even more difficult and not accommodating. In the end they did not have any other rooms to switch us to so I had to have Expedia get involved and request a cancellation for the remaining three nights i was scheduled to stay. (I Booked 4). They refunded me two nights and made me pay for 2. Although they promised to refund it all as it was their fault for all of the issues. Not happy. The room was a basic double with pull out sofa. Hotel was dirty. Breakfast is a “grab and go” breakfast. Muffins coffee and orange or banana or apple granola bar etc. not happy with all the limitations after making management aware of the issues. This hotel needs a major renovation. Very old and 90s style. The extended stays I’m used to in Orlando are modern and up to date. Won’t stay here again. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The checkin was good and the lady who checked is in was excellent.

The room smelled bad. The shower wasn't clean still had the previous people foam from soap on the wall. Walking down the hall a couple of doors looked like someone forced their way in.Request a room with sofa bed but got a hospital chair that turned into a bed .

We waited for a long time for someone to finally come to check us in. We finally get into the hotel room and it’s DIRTY, there was someone’s used soap still in the shower. Honestly the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. One star all the way… ridiculous.

We were given the key to our room and when we opened the door we walked in on someone getting into the shower. The entire room REEKED of animal urine and feces. I don’t understand the high reviews but definitely don’t trust them! Also, got to breakfast at 7:30 to be told there wasn’t any breakfast. Never again. We debated just sleeping in our vehicle.

The room itself was fine but very minimal, no basic supplies provided in the continental breakfast was only prepackaged muffins and granola bars. It’s an OK stay for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both service and amenities.

The staff was nice and check in went smoothly. But there were used towels in the bathroom and #2 in toilet. The sheets were stain and the floor was dirty. If the noise from the kids didn’t keep you up at night the loud air conditioner did.

All glass surfaces (windows and doors) were very dirty. Mattresses were great! Breakfast was gone by 830 even though they were supposed to supply it until 9:00. Very disappointing.

The hotel is very outdated and in need of serious upgrades. The staff are doing a great job with what they have, but you can only paint over holes so many times. Pool was closed prior to our check in. I would of never booked this hotel if I knew the pool was closed. Very disappointed kids when they saw the lime green jello water in the pool.

Similarly when you have trash you must take it to the dumpster. When I booked my stay the price said it was all inclusive and yes, I had included my pet. When I arrived to check in I was told this was not the case and I paid a hefty fee. In other words I could have stayed somewhere closer to my reason for the visit, in the end the price would have been comparable. The space was perfect for my needs and it's really too bad the rest of it could not have been more accommodating.

Room was very small, run down. It's a maze to get to the hotel and it's very junky outside the building and surrounding area. The halls smelled of weed. We not be returning!

This is less than a 2 star hotel. They were supposed to supply cooking and eating utensils. They had no bowl or large plates and only one drinking glass. (There were two of us) Drawers in vanity and kitchen cabinets would not open all off the tracks. Room 143

The property is old and there is visible wear and tear on many of the windows, walls, and doors. This property needs to be rehabilitated.

The first problem was that it took the desk clerk awhile to show up to check me in. There was a sign saying he/she was assisting another customer. But he had food on his mouth when he finally appeared out of the back room. The fire alarm went off late in the evening. A resident said he smelled something on the second floor, like food burning on a stove (that hasn't been confirmed). Finally, and the worst thing, someone (or more than one person) started going out and into his/her room at 2 a.m., and didn't ease the door shut. The door slammed shut at least eight times between 2 and 3 a.m.; the sound seemed amplified down the hallway. No one in management came to check on things and see if the person could be quieter. I finally had to take a melatonin to get back to sleep. The place seemed more like an apartment building than a hotel. Nice facilities, but poorly managed. Maybe they're used to people making noise all night. I won't stay in an Extended Stay hotel again.

We stopped in here after booking online while traveling through home from vacation. Check in took a long time and she wasn’t sure where our room was because she was new-not her fault. But the outside had people hanging in their cars, yelling and stumbling around. I got back out to the car with my family and didn’t feel safe enough to park or go back in. I’m sure I just lost out on the money but we left and never even went into the room

The front desk staff was excellent! After getting off the road, walking into the hotel to such welcoming individuals was a plus! Would stay here again next time we're in town.

Property wasn’t clean. When I turned the heat on in the room, it created a smell and smoke. This even turned on the smoke alarm. The room itself was old and dirty. Tub was in disrepair and the furniture was a mess. The only good thing was the staff. Extended Stay needs to invest in the property as it could be a gem given its location.

They had to give us another room because the first one wasn’t clean at all, dirty towels was everywhere, tub wasn’t clean, toilet wasn’t clean, had a bad smell in it, windows was open and also the bed wasn’t made… even though we got a new room, the new room bed wasn’t stable. We sat on the end of the bed and the bed literally came off the rails, we had to put it back on the rails. Will never book here again!!!

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The bed was comfortable, but the bright outside lights could not be blocked out with the window shades, which made it difficult to sleep.

Outside there was minimal lighting and people standing all around and trash around the curbs and flower beds. When we got inside the front desk manager informed us our reservation was canceled due to being 1am. She was very rude but after she let us know she had worked a double going on a 3rd shift because people called out of work it was more understandable. We were traveling a far distance and booked it last minute due to exhaustion and needing to stop so after going back and forth and almost begging she finally "reopened our reservation." When we finally got to our room there were dead bugs along the walls and when we opened the pull out couch there was a red stain and no blankets or anything to cover the bed. The bathroom had 2 towels and only one roll of toliet paper although there room was advertised to accommodate 8 people. I wouldnt recommended this place but I blame myself for not researching or finding something ahead of time.

This place does not deserve even one star. Dirty, you can see the hallway through the gaps between the door and its frame - had to use towels to block the light coming through at night. I don’t even want to start describing the furniture. Awful.

The desk folks were not terrible and not great. The third floor smelled of smoke. Our room smelled of smoke. Folks were hanging outside the doors smoking dope. The bath tub had a big patch of missing finish. The tub also had burn marks where cigarettes were placed down. A used bandage was on the floor when we first walked in. The towels smelled musty. The area of the hotel is sketchy with trash and hidden behind a shopping area. Too close to the highway with noise all night long. Cost too much for what we got. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Rooms smelt sour

The room they sent me to at first was not clean. They sent me to 2nd dishes wasn't clean. Floor in bathroom was coming up and it wasn't a shower curtain the plastic. The people over me kept stamping across the floor upstairs . I didn't get much rest . They need more housekeeper and need someone to check behind them.

Despite signing a strict no smoking agreement, entire end of hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. Police making arrest in parking lot as we unloaded. Loud other guests, not always controllable I know. Breakfast was a joke - coffee, juice, and your choice of granola bar flavor or instant oatmeal pkt. Room was clean. Mattress was on a wire cot like frame that squeaked when turning over. Will not likely stay here again

The hotel is hidden in the nastiest place. There were abandoned cars and it was dirty on the outside. Inside the hotel was just dirty and rusty. The ONLY reason I stayed, uncomfortably, is b/c it was a one night stay AND I would have been charged no matter what. No one is ever at the front desk, the hallways was full of filth. The room was small, very dusty, old and had a funny smell. It was horrible! Never will I ever stay in an Extended Stay. Not to mention, one guy who set up what they called a grab and go breakfast was rude as hell. This was just a terrible 13 hour stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel even if it’s a dire emergency. Also, my family and I had made it to the hotel about two hours early, the front desk lady said that it’s an extra $30 so we just went where we were going and came back later in the evening to check in only to realize that the hotel beyond the lobby was trash!! I wish I’d taken some pictures but it would have angered me more than typing this.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE- looked like Jeffery Dahmers apartment. I was given keys to a third level room, the window has NO GLASS, window was completely open, appeared to be blood splatter on the ceiling, the sink was stopped up with visible sewage, and a sewage covered toilet plunger on top of sink. Cockroaches on the walls. Immediately ran down to front desk and the guy running it was missing, couldn’t find him for over an hour when he pulled up in his car smelling like he smoked Me**. Poor older lady was locked out of her room looking for someone to get her back in for over an hour. This place needs to be shut down, felt like I was going to be kidnapped and sold into trafficking by the sketchy people and looks of the entire place. Cannot believe the previous reviews were positive, THEY HAD TO BE FAKE

So the place itself is fine. It’s a place to sleep and the bed was decent and that’s all we needed for a long road trip. There was a slight musty smell when we got there but it went away after turning the AC down. But what made us disgusted was that the morning we left we noticed there was dried poop just below the toilet flush handle!!! I couldn’t believe we didn’t notice it before. No poop on the handle but just behind/below it. I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable and when I told the front desk their response was “oh.” Also there was barely anything for breakfast. I would never never ever stay there again. That was not a $120 stay. Should have been $40! So disappointed and disgusted!!!!!! Don’t go here and find yourself a better, more sanitary hotel!!

Tried Extended Stay for the first time and this experience did not make me want to try them again. I arrived around 8p local time and there was a sign at the desk stating the clerk was away helping another guest. After a few minutes, another gentleman in the lobby said to use the doorbell and then the clerk appeared. There were multiple issues with the room itself: a sticky substance on the nightstand and desk; the "enhanced" wifi was not fast enough to even stream videos or work effectively; the bed was probably the worst as I think I would have been more comfortable on the hard floor. I will definitely be trying a competitor the next time I'm in the area.

They have no smoking signs up and make it very admitted at check in no smoking. Once you get on the elevator you smell cigarettes. The room smelled worse. I had to buy two bottles of Lysol and frebrez to mask the smell. Then the blankets I got from the front desk had cigarette holes as well. My child is asthmatic and I can't believe the smoke smell was so strong.

So, here the room was dirty including the bathroom. 2 of the 4 lights didnt work. The fruniture was worn out and dirty. The website said they cleaned the rooms every 7 days, i was told this hotel did every 14 days. If you wanted anything extra you had to pay for it. The carpeting in hallways was filthy along with the outside of the building, broken downs cars, trash in the parking lot and at the entrance of the building. Grab and go breakfast was a joke at best. Very little food was presented, what was there was stale, the coffee was not hot.

The grounds are nasty. Vehicles are broken into. Drug dealers are on site. I would not recommended this to anyone. Run away fast, especially if you have family.
