    However housekeeping did not clean the rooms everyday. The housekeeping staff first cleans the checkout rooms first. Then if time premits they will clean the occupied rooms. You may have to refresh your room yourself and get your towels and other consumables items from the front desk. The breakfast was excellent comparable to some of your better breakfast restaurants. Location was great, for you were surrounded by shopping strip malls and a variety of fast food restaurants where some were in walking distant of hotel.

    The location to food places was good. The carpet in the room was dirty and felt gross. The shower doors had scum and filthy. The entry light didn't work unless you turned it on and off 100 times. The mattress was thin and hard as a rock. The covers were not fresh smelling.

    The breakfast was $15 for a bar that looked bad, the bed was very uncomfortable, and it was very difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. The staff was great, the room was clean, but for the price it should include breakfast and it should definitely be comfortable.

    The staff was wonderful. My granddaughter left her stuffed bunny in the room when we checked out. We hadn't realized it yet.The housekeeping staff found it, notified front desk and they caught me in the parking lot to tell me that the bunny was left behind and housekeeping was bringing it down. Amazing service! Nothing.

    The bed was comfortable coffee bar is 24hrs location is great parking was free and plentiful Staff girl thought she was cardi b or something had horrible customer service. Did not explain the direction to room. The resurant menu is not available digitally so she told me I must come to lobby to see menu. I get to the lobby to only be told my the kitchen staff they stopped serving food 30 minutes ago. I believe she knew that. Rude.

    Breakfast was also cold and when I mentioned it to the waitress, she didn't seem to care either. I was shocked that it was $15 when it was listed as included when I booked my room. When I mentioned my issues with both of my meals they were nice enough to take them off of my bill. The bartender was very courteous and apallegetic.

    Coffee machine didn’t work.. main light in room worked sometimes . Bathrooms could have been cleaner . No do not disturb door hanger .. but no worries cause, no one showed up to clean up or offer fresh towels ..continental breakfast wasn’t free and breakfast buffet was expensive for what was available..front desk associates were nice and professional. will not use this location again.

    The room was clean, but I think the hotel needs to be a little more renovated or updated on some of the parts to the room, especially the bathroom; toilet paper holder, and a few other things that were showing a lot of rust. Also, I appreciate the safety, but the light outside the room on the outside could be toned down a little bit, very very bright in the room. But did love their location and everybody that we came in contact was nice.

    This was the worse Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This place didn’t have towels in the room and when we called for them they told us they didn’t have any ready. It took them 3 hrs to bring us some. Those beds feels like we were sleeping on top of bricks. I’m glad we stayed bc my whole crew will be here next month for about 2 months and we will need about 12 rooms but u best believe we will not have our workers staying here. I went and found another Hotel right by Texas Roadhouse and we loved it

    So first off there is a charge to cancel...not with Expedia but with the hotel, not happy but not a problem. $25 a day for incidentals again not a problem just unknown. No complimentary breakfast...never stayed at a Hilton where you had to pay for the breakfast. The real issue was the room we were in for the price. Very dated room not impressive at all, squeaky bed wasn't very comfortable, so tremendously overpriced, we received no Room Service the entire 2 night stay not even to see if we needed fresh towels...possibly because it was V-day weekend. Then on the morning of check-out the lights went out at 830 am, no elevator, no hot water so no shower, not really able to check-out. The light came back on at 11:30 am and I understand it was not the hotel's fault but there was no "Sorry for the inconvenience, Thank you for your stay, Here's a complimentary...anything" when we we're finally able to check-out because my fiancee is disabled and we HAD to wait on the elevator. I'm very understanding but the customer service just wasn't there and I've never been so disappointed with a hotel stay. Definitely won't make this mistake of booking again.

    Lobby was clean and offered infused water & coffee for guests. Plenty of parking spots available. Concierge was great and although you could check-in via the app and use your phone as a keycard, I still wanted to speak to a person. Check-in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. My only critique is that there were not enough towels/washcloths provided, just 1 each per person. We also used the pool which had no fresh towels available so we were using our room towels. This is why I'm deducting 1 star. Didn't try the breakfast there, but wish I had. Other guests were quiet or friendly. The location is perfect too -- lots of shopping and restaurants in immediate area and not too far from downtown. I felt safe staying here. Overall, I would definitely stay here again next visit!

    Upon check-in, my wife and our 12-year-old daughter were directed to their first room. When they entered, the television was missing from the wall, the furniture was extremely outdated, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The situation immediately made them uncomfortable and feel unsafe, as it appeared something had happened in the room. They attempted to call the front desk but received no answer, so they went downstairs to address the issue in person. While requesting a new room, the front desk employee unnecessarily shared explicit details about a prior altercation involving previous guests “who were a male gay couple” in that room and stated the TV had been broken. This information was completely inappropriate to share—especially in front of a minor—and demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and training. They were then moved to another room, where once again the television was missing, indicating poor room inspection and management. At no point should guests encounter multiple rooms in this condition. Overall, this hotel was not fitting of the Hilton name. Between the condition of the room and staff

    Booked a 4 night stay with 2 rooms. Rooms are to be cleaned every other day but that did not happen. Talked with front desk person and was told she would personally make sure it was done. Neither room was cleaned during the stay. Had to ask for towels at the pool none were stocked.

    Horrible room. Not the room we asked for and we go there in plenty of time for it to be cleaned. They stuck us in a sub-par room. It was dirty, with old food on the furniture, when my daughter got in the shower to tak a shower, the whole shower handle fell off. We reported this to the next shift and that worker said "didn't they tell you about the problems with that room?" As they continued to charge the same price. We will never stay here again!

    did not receive passcode for wifi upon checkin, called front desk for code, gave me code but upon inputting code it asked for phone number which was not necessary in my opinion. Wife went to front desk, clerk was not helpful, would not give wife direct wifi code. called me in room and threathened to call police and kick us out. she did give me code over phone and wife returned to room. Also, $14.95 for hotel breakfast is outragious. Will not be staying at Garden Inn ever again.

    We specifically asked for a king bed and with no prompting to let us know that was not available we get to our room and have two full-size beds. My husband went back down to talk to the attendant at the desk and she informed us that that’s what Hotels.com does if there’s no king beds they just put you in the next bed. We are very unhappy about this due the medical issues we needed the King we’re not provided that.

The lady in the back csme out. Looking hateful and nearly screamed at me they wasnt open yet. I explained to her i was just checking our the menu. She never reply, walked away. No response .     At check in our reserved King bed was no longer available. Following a 7hr drive that day they offered us a room with 2 queen beds or the would arrange for us to stay at a different hotel. We opted for the queen room. I asked if there was a reduction in price, the answer was no. When we setteIed into our room we found that our priority status had not been properly set up by the hotel, so we didn't have free wi-fi. We also discovered that the tub drain was broken. We had to prop the drain open with some cardboard to allow the tub to drain while showering.

    Made reservations for assessable room with walk in shower. Got assessable room for hearing impaired. Rooms are really small for handicap. Was a couple of minutes late for night food bar.     we stayed for 4 nights, our room was not cleaned, made up or fresh towels put in it. I had to go get fresh towels every day, they indicated they do it every other day, but that did not happen. for a Hylton it did not meet expectations for the price

    Do not come! Within 5 minutes of getting to our room on the 5th floor the fire alarm went off. The hotel floor smelled of weed and cigarette smoke which I’m sure was happening in rooms! The parking is a nightmare around this hotel property! Just absolutely a mess with tiny spaces and limited. Will never stay there again.

    Ordered food evening - we were the only people ordering - just a few guys pounding down beers at the bar. After about an hour + - the bartender guy comes to our table says our order was not to his standard - we said cancel the order - he comes back in about a minute later with a box with an under cooked pizza that we never ordered. We watched two guys the whole time in the kitchen area basically doing nothing. I’ll put it diplomatically - we are not low life non-minorities - but made to feel like such..,

    Check in process was seamless. Dining/ bar was a great option to chill and decompress. The firepit was out of commission during our stay but it was no biggie. It was pretty windy and cool so we probably wouldn't have sat out too long anyway. Overall great stay.

    The hotel is not putting back into it's maintenance. Dingy carpets, poor caulking, dirty vents, found a drywall screw on my floor, a few ants in the bathroom, and the AC units are in poor shape. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

    The ambience is really beautiful! I love that they have a little store front, bar, & different longer areas! Indoor Swimming pool & exercise room were nice! Room was nice but could use some renovating on the walls. Black marks and spots down the walls and it was a roach on the light fixture crawling! I air dropped the video to the receptionist to send to upper management! Overall, great price! Just get the pest and walls painted in some of the rooms!

    Great to stay in a place where you can get a nice meal and drinks in lobby for a reasonable price. Lobby is beautiful & comfortable to relax in; had a great meal there with friendly service. Only negative was that our room recently had furniture varnished. There was strong odor and sticky feel to wood surfaces.
