Staff was pleasant. Room was clean! Pool closed wasn’t optimal but it was a good night stay.

The fitness center was Cardio focused so if you just need cardio it’ll work well for you. The pool was closed and unfortunate as that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel with our family of 6. So there wasn’t much to do for our kids. We stayed 2 nights. Staff was helpful and polite.

The price was good and it was close to shopping and eating places. The breakfast was sufficient. The AC unit was very loud. The carpet in room 320 needs to be replaced. There were spots everywhere. It just did not look clean. The abandoned building next to it needs to be torn down and grass needs to be mowed.

I liked how beautiful the sitting area was when you first come in. Our rooms were very dusty. Like it was never cleaned properly, we were banking on going swimming, but nowhere did it say online that the pool’s would be close. It’s after Memorial Day and it’s still not opening like your policy said. Before check out I talk to a man up front and told him about the problem we had with one of the front desk. We asked for new towels obviously we are paying for treatment and a place to stay, but we didn’t get that hospitality. I told her the rooms were dirty and dust that was never cleaned properly and it wasn’t properly vacuumed. She told me to bring the towels down ourselves and we were not there. I ask if we could get our room cleaned and she caught an attitude in the phone. Was very disrespectful to the point I had to hang up and just send a message asking if they can send someone to our room for cleaning. I will never stay here again. Thanks but no thanks.

The room was clean . The location was cool though, right across the street from a mall and the plaza/strip mall right next to it was nice. The staff never answered the front desk phone, the pool was closed our entire 5 day stay, there was no actual bar it was a little counter with a couple beers and soft drinks, there was no actual lounge, no restaurant just a couple boxes of pizza that sat in the glass above the “bar”/beers. The breakfast was decent.

Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel

Had a nice stay at this Hyatt place everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast is a sure plus. Also the staff was nice and accommodating.

Fairly clean room. Carpet and couch were stained and in need of deep cleaning. Plenty of space in the room, but the double beds (not queen) were cramped for two adults. The short access road to the hotel behind the mall are not maintained and bore huge pot holes. The hotel and surrounding area was quiet. Breakfast was just okay: the milk was room temperature, there was no waffle maker like most other hotels offer, and the "hot" food wasn't hot despite being on food warmers. The pre-maid oatmeal was very watered down. Despite it being after Memorial day weekend, the outdoor pool was still not open. Would not stay here again.

The location was a little different. There was abandoned buildings around it. Didn’t feel fully comfortable.

The room was large and clean. No pool until June. Staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. Service was just bad overall, no sense of hospitality. Never was able to eat breakfast as it was ravaged by 8:00am and not re-filled. Coffee was always empty by 8:30am. Room alarm set to go off at 5:00am at full blast.

Rooms were clean and nicely layed out with plenty of towels. Property was nice. Pool wasn't open yet. Thursday morning breakfast was good. Friday morning breakfast was poor. Hot food wasn't coming out often enough, coffee ran out, grabage was overflowing. Sadly disappointing after an otherwise nice stay.

Housekeeping no existing until guest checks out. We couldn’t get our room cleaned or beds made during our stay. I only saw housekeeping cleaning the rooms people checked out of.

The hotel and staff was great can’t speak on the breakfast as we checked out before it was available. The area was ok it felt safe enough for my wife and I, it is t the back of like a shopping center and the drive getting back to the hotel was a little rough so go slow. Since new owners/managers took over last year, this location has gone down hill. We will be looking for a different hotel to cover our travel needs in Memphis.

Parking lot needs several large pot holes fixed. There is some mold in the shower ceiling. The staff was friendly but I called and asked for towels and the front desk told me I can come get them. I probably wouldn’t return.

I was first given a key to a room which had not been cleaned. They quickly found a room for me when I went back down to the desk. But that was sort of disconcerting. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Pool was closed

A bottle of water costs $3.57, I needed it for my babygirl for milk after I ran out late at night

The hotel was not well-maintained. The carpet in the common areas needed vacuuming, and there was mold in the shower. When I requested towels, the front desk staff appeared annoyed and only provided four bath towels instead of a full set. Additionally, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived, which made check-in inconvenient.

The Hotel room itself was clean it just had a stale odor. The Hotel is a bit run down but it's kept clean.

Room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was good and the parking lot felt very safe.

This is an extremely old Hyatt, does not even come close to usual Hyatt hotels. Desperately needs remodeling, simple things like new shower curtains are not even being kept up. No up do date charging options, carpet tearing, stains everywhere, elevator dirty. It was not the worst but I would not stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The lady staff were friendly. I spoke with a gentleman regarding a few concerns that were not addressed. No fitted sheet for pull out bed, or proper comforter, slidder in the bathroom was stuck (heavy slidding doors), no automatic room service and they ran out of food for occupants. Although it was near 9 am when breakfast closes. Other than that the place was good for a few nights.

The location is starting to show its age. The parking lot has potholes. The shower needs a good scrub. The breakfast is good and varied each day. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Common areas were not clean (tables, elevators, walls in eating areas). Staff was nice except for one. Rooms don’t have microwaves. Beds were comfy. This probably Sounds petty, but toilet paper rolls are placed too far behind toilet. Welcoming to my dog for a fee, but no pet area to walk pet. Not sure what fee is for. Not terrible, but I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, it wasnt too clean. The elevator still had carpet flooring, which was very filthy. The room was oddly dusty. The bathroom floor was very dirty the corners had alot debris. There were two used up toilet papers. One was more than half used up the 2nd one was already started. 2 light fixtures had light bulbs out. The front office staff was AMAZING. The breakfast was nice. Unfortunately everything was served in styrofoam plates.

It’s best to access the hotel through the shopping center road and lots. The side road entrance is not kept up at all. No fault of the hotel management, I’m sure.

I was significantly overcharged for my room and haven't yet had any success in getting this resolved.

We stayed at 4 different hotels on our journey along the way, and this by far was the worst one. The staff acted as if you are invisible. Not the front desk - the other staff. Trying to walk with a luggage cart? They don't move/mind/care/walk in front of you/cut you off/etc. For some reason they set the floor blower right in the middle of the walkway (so had to go a whole different route with luggage cart). No hellos, nods, nothing when passing by them. It was so strange and felt so unwelcoming. Then, I'm still baffled as to why they decided to put the towels INSIDE the shower (see pic). And I'm sorry, but using zip ties for shower hooks is ghetto for as much as this room cost.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and responsive. My only complaint is that there was a roach in the first room that we stayed in. We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest.

This reservation was made for the wrong day—one day early. This hotel hung up on me three times as I tried to simply extend my stay a day. They were incredibly rude to no reason, and they made it very, very difficult for me, as they told me many times, “because you used Expedia.”

This was a sub par Hyatt Place. There was a hole in the floor, instead of fixing, it they covered it with carpet. The bathroom remodel was also bad. Whoever they hired to fix it, did a poor job. It needed a new shower head. It also wasn't as clean as it should have been. The only plus is that the bed slept well and pillows were good.

I returned the dirty mat to the person.. Bedroom- The bed spread had stains on it. It was the nastiest thing ever. I was so grossed out. Of course the manager was not at the location. We we’re stuck in the winter storm so we prepared by bringing extra food and wanted to warm up our soup but had to go to the lobby. Other than that the staff was extremely nice friendly and the rooms were excellent.

The rooms smell of old cigarettes, the carpet is stained all over, the hotel itself looks abandoned from the outside with dirty windows and dead plants. The air vent was filthy, I used my Lysol wipes to clean it. I will post the photos. If you have allergies, don’t stay there. The breakfast was bread, yogurt, donut holes and cereal, it appears to be run by one big family, it’s run poorly.

Ms. Angela and Ms. Tina were awesome hosts. Finding me a room and allowing me to check in hours early to decorate for my daughter's bday. I accidentally left my daughter's cupcakes at their desk and they guarded them until I returned to get them. I always do some wiping down when I get hotel rooms and I can say that my room was very clean. Sheets and pillows were clean. Price was reasonable and no hidden fees.

I had a paid reservation. They did not have a room. Apparently, one room had a maintenance problem and they gave my room to those guests. I asked Mr. to be given a free room at a nearby hotel. They refused, and I protested. Then

Clean room

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and in good repair except for a mysterious drip sound that seemed to come from the air conditioning unit. The sound did not start until about midnight and could not be remedied by adjusting either the thermostat on the fan controls. It seemed to be gone in the morning. I notified the front desk at checkout, so hopefully the problem is fixed now.

The front desk attendant did not mention breakfast, the room appeared not to be clean, the sheets and bedcover had stains, was moved to a different room where we found stains on the bedcover. We removed the bedcover and checked out next day.

Elevators smelled bad. Air/heating didn’t work! Toilet seat was broken. Maintenance came to room. Didn’t fix anything. Said our hotel is full. Wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just more or less deal with it. Couch and carpet in room had stains on it. Their rooms need updated. I also didn’t feel safe in the area.

When I arrived the left me stand there for five minutes are so, after I told him I was there to check in. The carpets were very dirty, bathroom was very small, the bed had a dime in the middle of the sheets, which made me know the sheets were not clean. Many things like mirror was dirty. There were other things as well.

We enjoyed our stay, shopping and food in walking distance. Felt safe and facilities were clean.

We ordered a king bed room with a sofa bed. When arriving the front man didnt acknowledge us right away with no other guest around. We checked in and when we got to the rooms they were 2 double beds and just a regular sofa. We went down stairs to get switch to a room that we ordered for certain reasons because we have children, and he just said aint the room you have fine. Annoyed of the response and driving from Baton Rouge, a long drive, we just went back upstair. Rude customer service.

Very nice and clean, comparable to Hampton Inns, courtyard, Fairfield Inns, etc. The food was the standard hotel fare, reconstituted eggs and reheated potatoes with thin cut bacon. It was better presented than competitors, but the quality was the same. I would have no qualms staying here again.

Room has a weird setup - Room 606 - where the sink is facing the bed without any door or what so ever which gives like no privacy. The room details is it can sleep 6 people. Also, the bathroom room door is so wide that nearly touching the toilet.

Loved room

Stay was nice and we felt safe.

Staff was amazing. Very clean and very quiet. Great place to stay.

Would like the option to not be in a pet room due to allergies. The bathroom was so small that the door almost hit the toilet. The door would not stay open, swinging closed and hitting your knees it you were in the commode. There were ice buckets but to readily available ice on the floor where our room was .

The room clean, requested a bathtub and did not realize there wasn’t one in the room until I had gotten my sick wife in the room. Very very small bsthroom

The room had double beds instead of a king bed. It was the wrong room. For a single traveler, this made no sense.

I love the secure feeling, and awesome service given to me. Willing to allow me as a customer to be me. Much patience with me as I for a moment was into myself. Thank you Hyatt for being you 🙏💙

Hotel is pet-friendly, comfortable, clean, and with excellent service. Loved the variety of breakfast items. Will definitely be back!

Everything was nice

We always stay here when we are in Memphis. The place is convenient and easy to find. The staff is always friendly. The hotel could use some updates but I would still recommend.

Needs a lot of TLC, Maintenance has been lacking. Phone didn’t work, clock didn't work, Shower Head sprayed all over the bathroom......

This property needs upgrades and better management and workers at the front desk during the night. They didn't have sets of towels for us on our 2nd night. The breakfast area wasn't cleaned after each person ate at the tables. We found hair in our fruit. They didn't properly prepare for the number of occupancy as they ran out of breakfast. I would not recommend this property. Scam artist. Charge for early check in. Refused and room still dirty and full of previous guest blonde hair. AC was at a 60 degrees. Couldn’t adjust as heat came on. Refused to stay in these conditions for two nights. Front desk refused to adjust stay even though I left before checkout. No parking for handicap. Limited parking along with scary adandoned restaurant next door with overgrown weeds. Mold growing near AC unit. Not a good place to stay. Had to get replacement bedding due to lazy cleaning staff that did not change beds. Only stayed one night could not sleep another night in the bed.

The host was amazing and super helpful! We will be staying here again next time we come to town!

Free hot breakfast, was good as well. Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, tortillas—very nice. No syrup for pancakes; juice options included OJ and apple, but no cranberry. Coffee was way too strong; but milk and hot water readily available to dilute. Pleasantly surprised by cake donut holes available. Overall would stay again.

Everything was great the beds were comfortable room was clean. Didn't have the breakfast but I'm sure it was good also. Will diffently stay again if in the Memphis area again.

Good place to stay

Great clean rooms. Bed was comfortable but the sleeper sofa was not the best. Just needed a place for a nights rest so it was okay. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was just okay. Basic options cereal, bread items, fruit, eggs, yogurt, Canadian Bacon. Staff was very friendly and helpful

This was a very pleasant stay after a long road trip. I can recommend this site to any traveler.

When I arrived, I found that they had neither. The rooms are great, staff is great but not as advertised. I did not want to have to travel to have a drink and eat dinner. They were kind enough to transport me to a restaurant & will come back to get me. I cannot stress how nice the staff is. But disappointed that the hotel is not as advertised.

Property was good lots of shops and restaurants that you could walk too. Staff was great. Bed was comfortable but tge ac was very noisy and even though this is a smoke free hotel someone was smoking weed. Would stay again if traveling back to this area.

It was pretty nice. It has a standard small pool. Relatively quiet. Smallish bathroom but still not bad.

Place was over all good. I would stay again. My room was clean, housekeeping arrived daily to replace towels and clean the bathroom. The walls were not thin because every night family members came to our room and we would hangout laugh and have a good time with no noice complaints.

Old and dirty.Ants in the bathroom everywhere.The hotel is a non smoking but smelled like marihuana everywhere.I will not recommend and never stay there again!Thankfully was one night and i stayed at the pool area for most of the night because the smell everywhere was 2 much :(

Everything about this hotel was great. I would recommend that breakfast be available until 10 am. Not 9 am some people on vacation like to sleep in late.

The abandoned Joe's Crabshack nextdoor is an eyesore and is attracting homeless people.

Property was in a nice, hidden location. Stayed one night due to home A/C being out. It was great and the front desk worker (Black man) was VERY professional, welcoming, and polite. He should host front desk etiquette for ALL Hyatts.

Breakfast was not well replenished. There was no other option for other religion to eat.

From the rooms, to the public lobby, to the staff, everything was exceptional! Free breakfast was great, had a vast variety of options. Rooms, pool, hallways, lobby, outside, etc. were clean and well kept. Stayed in 2 connected rooms in which front lobby staff helped us get! We hadn’t realized the rooms weren’t together, and without us needing to ask the employee took it open their-self to offer that as an option. We accepted and thanked them for it!

Nice property but in an odd location at the back of a big box shopping plaza and next to a derelict restaurant. Hotel had one Tesla destination charger and a non Tesla charger. Great to plug in and charge but the charger was a little janky. Room was nice but slightly dated with a crack in the sink.

Everything was good until I found a live bed bug. I put it in a napkin yo shoe the gentleman at the desk. He quickly gave me another room on a different floor. I’m hoping it was just in that room since no one else in my party had any issues and the other room they put me in was good. I stay at this hotel every time I’m in town and have never had an issue

Our stay was awesome. When we arrive, we arrived seven hours early. I walked in and asked so we could check in early and a manager looked it up and said no problem. We have two rooms available. That made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to start our vacation soon. We took off and enjoyed the sites of Memphis. My kids got to swim in a swimming pool. My grandkids had an awesome time. I would recommend Hyatt lotta places to see a lot of places to go. A lot of stuff was close.

We stayed at this hotel twice in the same week and found everything to be first rate. If we are ever in Memphis again this is where we will stay. The closeness to the Wolfchase Galleria was also a plus. The mall and places to dine are great.

This is a great property! It is located in a good area next to a new shopping center, however there is also buildings around that have been long abandoned that might attract unsafe activity. However, there are also lots of security cameras all around. The hotel itself is new and very clean. They also have a great breakfast selection included in your hotel stay!

Stayed for 1 night and all was well! Traveled with family.

We went to the room and changed into pajamas, did nighttime "chores" (brush teeth, etc) and went to bed. My daughter used the bathroom and said she saw some ants - I didn't think too much about it but went in there (though had taken my contacts out) and just saw one, so figured it was good enough. In the morning, there were ants in our toiletry bag (on the counter outside the bathroom). There were several ants in the bathtub. I rinsed them down and showered. Just a few minutes after the shower there was another one making it's way in the bathtub. I then noticed how dirty the floor/baseboards were and not maintained. There was dried gunk and it looked like something had previously leaked and then dried. I also then looked up and noticed a bunch of black spots on the wall above the door - to me this looks like mold. We left. When I checked out, I told the lady at the desk there were ants in our room. She said, "okay, I'll tell them" (I assume housekeeping or maintenance). Nothing else - not even "sorry for the inconvenience" or "I apologize that is not what we strive for". She didn't seem surprised and she didn't seem to care.

The property was nice and clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. If I were to come back to Memphis again, I would truly stay at the Hyatt Wolfchase Galleria.

The air condition was noisy. The hotel did not offer drink discounts like the other Hyatts.
