My stay was good

Location They never came to clean the room, they never came to empty the trash, they never came to bring clean towels. Had to take out my own trash daily, and we had to go to the desk and request clean towels daily. They Never serviced the room even after asking for them to do so. I will never stay there again.

We had a confirmed booking secured with a credit card. Got to the hotel at 10:30 pm after sitting in Memphis traffic for an hour and the hotel had given away our room with 2 queen beds for 4 people They told us we would have to buy an additional room (2 king bedrooms). We ended up having to stay at a much more expensive IHG hotel that didn't include breakfast.

The only negative i have is the housekeeping didn't come clean my room or bring any new towels. But i got some from front desk. The lady at the front desk was A1!!!! She is a keeper!!! Everything else was on point

We stay here often. Great location that is close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and movies. Not luxurious at all but nice. Minor maintenance is needed: bathroom door couldn’t close well, duck tape on the window ( holding it in place maybe?). Breakfast was ok. No eggs today which I was hoping for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will return again as long as the rate remains low.

First room smelled like a cigarette had been smoked in just before arrival. Got a different room which was ok. Light in bathroom blinked repeatedly. Property generally run down. Not nearly worth the price.

The place itself is fine—it’s clean and well-located—but the overall experience was terrible. We went three days without air conditioning. The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. To top it all off, on Saturday—our day off—a fire alarm activated. before 6:00 a.m. and kept ringing for over an hour, Well, personally, it was a very bad experience.

Rooms were so nice and peaceful the staff were so great and friendly.

Great price and clean room. However, the hallways and elevators smelled like weed. Definitely prostitution, fights in the parking lot, and drug dealers at night going on that were witnessed. Would not recommend staying here. Did not eat the breakfast as we checked out really fast.

Parking lot was completely lit up at night and we could see our car from our hotel window on second floor. Hot breakfast was served with a nice variety of choices. Liked the small waffles. Had the accessible king bedroom. A bathing bench was provided as well as safety bars. Building was made of stucco, which made me feel more secure during stormy weather. Very nice and helpful staff

Did not clean room well. We could tell desk tops not wiped. Trash not emptied. Did not renew items needed for morning coffee. Gap in sliding window. Could not completely close it shut so cold air blowing in. Will not stay again.

Staff was,very friendly. Property is dated, room windows have moisrure film from old sealing and needing replacing. No shampoo or conditioner in bath, not sure of typical or if missed. Suggested to staff if you're going to have bagels on the breakfast bar they need to be pre cut. Plastic knives through bagels doesnt work and you cant have a bagel option wuthout having cream cheese. Odor of Marijuana throughout hotel but didnt permiate room. Surrounding area was unsafe wirh police surveillance caneras everywhere. Was concerning.

It was great better than I expected

the bed was very comfortable and loved that the pillows were slightly firm. Plenty of lighting in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was my first red flag. There’s a $100 deposit, and I was told it had to be in cash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that preferred cash for a deposit, and when I asked to put it on my card, they said it would take three weeks to get it back. I ended up having to leave and find an ATM. When I asked for a receipt for the cash deposit, I was met with attitude and told they couldn’t provide one unless I used my card—again, something I’ve never encountered at any hotel. Upon checkout, things got even stranger. The staff member went to inspect the room and returned with a box of cigarettes and a lighter, saying she found them on the nightstand. Neither my boyfriend nor I smoke, so it felt suspicious, almost as if it was planted to justify keeping the deposit. Thankfully, I did get my money back, but the situation left me extremely uncomfortable. Aside from the deposit issues, the stay itself was fine—breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. Some amenities, like the gym, could use attention. Overall, the deposit policy and the way it was handled were enough for me to decide I won’t be returning. Also checkout states noon on Expedia. However, the hotel stated it was 11:00AM. It would be great to update this

We booked this hotel at the beginning of September. Apparently, they changed the hotel name in October. We drove 6 hours from Illinois to Memphis and when we got to the hotel they told us our reservation no longer exisited because they changed names and they were completely full. Leaving us with no place to stay. I received confirmation emails the day of travel, but yet the hotel never bothered to inform us that we no longer had a reservation. There is no cuse for that.

Check in staff could not find our reservation. They say this hotel is no longer a Country Inn & Suites. We did get a room but the lack of reservation was disconcerting.

The clerks was friendly the hotel needs an update freshen up the rooms was clean but they need to be updated parking lot was easy to get into had a little trash in it but it was okay

I like the area that this hotel is in. However, I did not like how the door to my room was already open upon entering. In addition, the beds are the softest but decent enough for a night’s stay.

Regular was clean but had some things that attention needed to be brought to which I told the manager when I left and that was the TV reception went in and out the desk chair went all the way to the ground when you sat on it well the lamp shades was broken into pieces and wouldn't hang straight and the bathroom toilet seat moved all over the place other than that it was clean quiet and restful

The room was very dirty. There was still makeup on the counter and hair. The light switch was filthy. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I don’t even think they changed the sheets. The hallway was absolutely filthy. I don’t think I’ve been vacuumed in weeks as well.. on a good note the check-in was fantastic and the gentleman that helped us was more than friendly and accommodating. But as far as the cleanliness of the hotel if I could read it a zero I would.

Was a good stay overall. The beds were clean and comfy. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok. The only complaint was the noise at night sounded like someone was in a drag race in the parking lot was super loud reving up their engines for like 4plus house from midnight to about 3/4 AM. Someone was yelling and slamming doors in the hallway. Def wished it was more sound proof. During the day someone was playing music in the parking lot so loud sounded like it was coming from my tv and we were on the 2nd floor. I understand most of this is out of the hotels control but prolly wouldn’t stay again due to 2 nights of no sleeps.

The WiFi doesn’t work, and it wasn’t explained that you need an extra 100 dollars to get the room until after we paid for the room. The front desk had an attitude about it too. If it wasn’t for the room looking nice enough, it would be a 1 star.

We could not rest because someone was blasting music for hours on the back side of hotel. We only got few hours of sleep before having to checkout.

The best thing about this hotel was the Brick Oven pizza place next door. The entrance/check in area immediately smelled of Marijuana. When I checked in, after making the reservation and paying on-line, there was a $100 dollar deposit which I didn’t know about. The A/C was out in the elevator. When I got to the floor, there had apparently been a leak as there were two loud floor fans running to dry the carpet directly outside my room. The marijuana smell was stronger now. The A/C unit had been off so the room was hot. That’s when I turned it on and walked next door for dinner. I will never stay in this hotel again; however, Pyros on Germantown has excellent pizza!

I would recommend that the carpet in the hallway be professionally cleaned as it was dingy overall not a great look.

This hotel only cleaned the rooms every other day. They only served meat every other day.

We were on the ground floor and there was a loud party going on outside our window most of the night!

I was not happy with the bed sheets. I had old Stan’s that I could see in my sheets. The quality of the washcloth was not good at all.

There was a stain on the bedspread, a stain on the accent pillow on the chair. Hard to find any staff to talk with about conditions. The breakfast was so minimal, no choice of bread- only sliced white bread, the eggs wear inedible( no taste and the texture was mealy, empty coffee urn until we alerted the front desk person as no one overseeing dining area. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I’ll standing hotel very clean very very clean very very, very clean. When you need things they will rent to what you need extra towels. I just didn’t care for their breakfast. Everything else was excellent.

The property was conveniently located to the highway and some shopping and dining. However, this apparently attracts a wide variety of clients. We didn’t always feel safe due to sketchy people loitering. It was unclear if they were hotel guests or just random people hanging around the property. The floors in the rooms were dirty. The bottom of our socks were black after a few minutes of walking around. And there was a constant weed smell in the hallways. At one point it seeped into our room and made our evening unpleasant.

When we arrived, the office staff had put us in as a no show and would not let us in our room. The biscuits during breakfast were frozen in the middle. The comforter on my son’s bed has food on corner edge of it.

No cleaning staff was available so requested a cloth and cleaner which was used over the entire room/bathroom. After that noted staff were wet mopping the floors. Other than the dirty floor my only other complaint is the 14” height toilets. Photos show cloth and water from 3x5’ area.

I have never been disappointed in a country inn and suites until this one. I understand now after spending the night why this property needed so much maintenance. All funds need to pay for security. The security guard was very attentive and made sure when we checked out we got in our car safely. I felt very unsafe at this location. Our room was on the first floor and window was facing parking lot with a lot of foot traffic, weed smoke, racing cars, sirens. Very dangerous area. Room had sticky floors, stained shower curtain, nasty musty smell. At check in this location did not offer the classic freshly baked cookies, fresh fruit or quaint sitting space with library. Where did my favorite hotel chain go? The breakfast was beat up and not inviting. We chose to skip breakfast just to get out as soon as possible. I wish I would have read reviews before booking. I never would have dreamed a chain like this could be so bad.

The people at the check in had 1 word conversation. Very rude. The room appeared clean but smelled sickeningly musty and worse everytime the AC or fan would kick on. I believe there was mild in the unit. I went out and purchased 2 odor absorbers and 2 room fresheners to make it even tolerable.

These people called me 18 hours after I was there and asked if I was paying for another day! Mind you I had already paid for 2 whole days $242.. scamming I guess they’ve been in Memphis too long. The sheet had blood stains on it, I ran out towels they only gave me one big towel 1 face towel.. the place looked abandoned! There were only a few rooms rented out!! Don’t do it

The hotel lobby is nice and the staff was friendly. I had a 1st floor room and the floor was vinyl tile with no rugs. My feet were very dirty from walking barefooted. There were cars outside of my window playing loud music late night and early morning which interrupted my sleep. The was no clock in the room and the phone was on the desk instead of nightstand. Despite all of this, the bed was very comfortable.

The front desk clerk wanted to charge me $30 for being early. Checkin is at 3 and I arrived around 12:30. He said he had a room ready for me if I wanted to pay the early checkin fee. I asked him who was inconvenienced. He said no one it was just policy. But if I came back at 1:30 he wouldn’t charge me the fee..?!?! That’s still early and you had a room ready already for me. I’ll NEVER stay here again.

Looked nice from the outside , walked into our room which was one of the priced rooms, and there was hair on the floor and an empty condom wrapper. I brought it up to the front desk when checking out and I was told “they’ll have the maid check it out”! For the money you spend , you should at least get a clean room. No matter how short or long your stay is. Do better or at least fake like you care, unlike they did.
