Hotel was overall not too bad but the main light entering our room did not work, our Roku tv remote did not work so we were only able to watch cable tv, and the countertop was dirty with spilt coffee. Other than that, the rest was good.

The hotel itself wasn’t too bad but when we entered our room, the bed wasn’t neatly made, they gave us one towel for a two bed room, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that, staff were nice and everything else was fine.

Room reeked of weed. Our room was also in the basement and although it had a window it was very dingy. Not nearly as bright and airy as the photo conveyed.

This time they let us sleep there were no screaming or fighting in the middle of the night first time it was good. I hope it stays like this that way people can rest and sleep.

My stay here was simply used as a place to sleep for the 3 nights while attending a funeral. The staff were wonderful and helpful when I ran into issues. There were however “homeless” people hanging out around the property but that seems to be the norm since this particular area in the city seems to have a concentration of them out and about. I never ran into any issues with them, aside from the random yelling. My room was clean but it didn’t have an iron board/flat iron for me to iron my clothes. I’m use to hotels just having them so when I needed one this time, it wasn’t available in the room. I ended up buying one at the local Target to use. Overall, it was a nice stay and wanted to give an honest opinion on my stay. Thanks.

This is probably one of the nicest Days Inn's we have seen. It was pretty nice inside and out. It was clean and didn't smell like smoke. Overall, a good place to stay for a quick trip.

Rooms in need of repair under new owner ship but not addressing issues, breakfast was ho hum, old bananas. yogurt was ok. Low cost hotel for the area, but we won't be staying there again

It was the first trip my husband and I have gone on since having a little girl and it was the perfect hotel for us just being there long enough to sleep and shower to get ready to explore more around Denver for a week.

A lot of people smoking inside and water half naked and the room had blood in the shower and they only gave us 1 towel and made us wait until the next day around 9 to get more towels. Don’t recommend employee was rude when asked for towels and toilet paper.

Staff was great. After checking into my room, I noticed the window was slightly open. I went to shut amd lock it but the lock did not match up with the frame. Due to safety concerns seeing how it was in the first level, I requested a different room upstairs. Counter employee was very friendly and helpful. Up arriving to our new room, the once again checked the window and it was basically falling apart. Again, not be able to secure the window, I figured we were a few floors up so it wasn’t that big of a deal with me. The breakfast was seriously the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. That morning the were serving biscots and gravy. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was watery and cold. I expected the coffee to not be good as in most hotels, but it was really bad. I went to the orange juice and that was worse. The OJ was warm and watery. My daughter and I had to get a breakfast outside of the hotel. As I was walking down the hall? Several doors looked as if they had been kicked in at some point due to frame damage. I will say the bed was comfortable. Not trying to harp on on this place, but I’ve been to three days inn and it was a totally different experience. See above

Our bathroom smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. We had to keep our 9 month old as far away as possible. We were put on a floor they were decorating for some sort of party. The decorators were nice and courteous but it would have been a nice warning before getting up there and weirded out. I’ve stayed there before, but this time was disappointed.

The homeless came in and ate breakfast with their backpacks, etc… I think it is good they can eat there but should be in a separate area from guests for hygienic purposes. Food choices were ok. Our room was cancelled due to our plane being delayed and our rental car taking over two hours to get.

They have bed bugs (left with marks all on my skin and with a rash) breakfast is very limiting and it’s very hot on there. Also didn’t like the fact that another party started decorating for an inappropriate party that was gonna be held at that place while there was still children inside the hotel. Very disappointing and disgusting.

This is a great location at an affordable price in the Denver area. I got everywhere I needed to be with lots of dining options. The room was a bit old looking and dated. The breakfast bar was always a thin sausage gravy and biscuits and boiled eggs but the breakfast options in the area were great. It met the moment but I feel it could have been perfect had it been a little cleaner and newer feeling. Thanks!

Was told when I arrived, that the system was down. So therefore could not be checked in for my stay. The receptionist said I could wait until around 6am to see if the system comes back up but no guarantee or I could try to find a similar hotel in the area.

The gentleman at the front desk last night (May 5th) was great. I came to him after realizing there were bed bugs in the room (223) with some of them in a coffee cup for proof. I was planning on going to my car to sleep for the night but he was confident that a new room would NOT be the same. I stayed but had to write a review to warn other guests in the future.

Bathroom walls needed a little attention in our room. Beds are squeaky and unstable. Check in staff was good and was handing an issue when we arrived and did the best he could with the problem at hand. They did not have any extra room towels and offered pool towels instead. The ac unit in our room did not work.

Booked our room, non-refundable because we got stuck in Thornton. Although the room was “non-smoking” it reeked of cigarette and weed smell. We asked the staff to change rooms and they were booked up and refused to refund us. We contacted Expedia and they refunded us immediately and also gave us $25 for our trouble. 5 stars for Expedia.

The Manager was amazing. However the property is run down, the beds/pillows were horrible, and our room was not clean and smelled like a smokers room. I had to keep my shoes on at all times because my feet stuck to the dirty floor. Staff was extremely responsive and amazing trying to maintain the concerns of guests by managing a run down, old, dirty facility to the best of their abilities. No iron, blow dryer, or other amenities that we needed. Was afraid to sleep in the sheets. Checked out a day early and found a better hotel. Unfortunately we lost money but it was worth actually getting a good night's rest and having a clean room.

There was NO HOT WATER in our shower at all. My kids tried to swim in the morning but there was a maintenance guy relaxing in the hot tub. When we knocked he was yelling saying it was closed. A house keeper went in and he said he’ll be done in 30 minutes fixing it. When my kids finally got to swim. The hot tub was very dirty. Peeling paint floating in the water as well. When we were downstairs getting breakfast, a lady yelled at us stating my kids needed shoes on, not socks. Meanwhile homeless people were eating at the breakfast being served. We did NOT have a good stay. Despite the bad. Rooms are clean. So housekeepers do a good job. Front desk person was very nice.

Do not go to this place if you value your life very unsafe drug addicts, homeless people all over the place. The staff even look homeless they say they have a hot tub. It does not work and it looks like mushrooms are growing on the bottom of it. They do not accommodate handicap people. Their breakfast is not worth going to. It seems like the breakfast is more for the homeless than for the guest And if you want a bathtub in your room, you will have to stay in the basement. You would be better off sleeping in your car then stay in this place it would be much safer.

There were NO LOCKS ON THE WINDOWS AND I DIDNT FEEL SAFE SO WE DIDNT EVEN STAY. The windows just open right up on the first floor

The room was very clean, def worth the pricepoint. We stayed 4 nights and had no housekeeping but again, I'll sacrifice that for a clean property. We did have to ask for towels twice but the desk person gave them to us immediately upon the second request. The clientale appeared a bit questionable but we had no issues with anyone. The tough part was there were so many unaccompanied minors at the breakfast room. It was very chaotic. It was also very noisy at night. Many people yelling up and down hallways. Loud televisions and raised voices...not very restful.

Not very clean sheets had yellow stains on them. Was there for 10 minutes and had to go find another hotel room. Front desk said they would cancel the reservation but yet to see any money back in my account.

Our original room keys didn't work so we had to get a room downstairs, people were standing around outside very frequently and in the lobby, our towels were stained separately with old blood and feces so we had to get those replaced after our first night once we made that realization, the bathroom floor was dirty near the toilet, and our room somehow had dust bunnies appear on the bedroom floor after we were out when they weren't there before. After enjoying ourselves somewhere else in Denver for part of the day we came back a bit later at night to rest but we certainly weren't given that the second night. People upstairs were super loud which caused us to be unnerved when someone came in the hallway on our floor swearing and causing a disturbance multiple times. We attempted to endure it until on top of that someone a few rooms over decided punching walls was a fantastic idea for anger management so we fled out of fear. Please if you're considering this place DO NOT GO. You will NOT have a good time. The staff said we'd receive a refund but we still haven't received it as of yet and I'm going to make sure that happens as this was my worst experience by far at a hotel.

The rooms smelled horrible ! Coming from the plumbing. Bathroom barely flushed and when it did it smelled horrific. We barely slept from the stench. Room fixtures were dirty and sticky. Floors of the room also dirty and sticky. Bathrooms were so outdated and smell awful. Took a shower and came out feeling more disgusting. There plumbing is super bad! Showering or using that bathroom water at all feels unhealthy

I read the reviews of this place and it said that the breakfast was amazing. Breakfast was mid. It wasn’t that great. Anyways, everything else was fine, but my sheets were dirty. They had blood on them. The staff was really friendly. The number one thing that I did not like about this hotel or my stay was that in my room, the window had no screen. And the window can be easily opened and anybody could easily have fallen especially a child and I had my special needs seven-year-old child who could have opened that and they could’ve fallen and that’s what I absolutely did not like and I did not discover that until my last day there. We stayed on the third floor.

Rooms were okay, decent for a 1 night stay. A big open gap by the door so I had to put a towel to cover the gap. There was a dog in one of the rooms across from us that kept barking throughout the night. The bed we slept in, box spring seemed old, every movement we squeaked.

Night clerk was very unfriendly and a smart ass, didn't help at all. They used a fricking bandaid to hold the remote control batteries in. The shower had a nice hole in the side where water was leaking out of when the water was on. Pool had floating objects, like leaves, and paper in it and it was an indoor pool. Charged a deposit that was not disclosed anywhere and sti haven't gotten it back. The only redeemong quality was that it was cheap to stay there, and mow i kmow why it was so cheap. I'll know better next time

Had to hunt down housekeeping to get my own toilet paper, soap, towels, trash can liners, everything. Put my trash outside my door or it would have never been picked up. Breakfast rarely had the full menu available. Room was gross. Blood on bathroom floor and on a blanket. Told they don’t have any more so sorry. Had to clean the blood myself. Toilet clogged had to plug myself and clean the floor myself. Begged multiple times to have our room cleaned due to the clogged toilet and was told short staffed and if they can they will clean it if not that day then definitely the next day for sure. Room was not cleaned once. Had to ask for towels, new bedding (given only flat sheets), toilet paper, kleenex. Everything! Had to put out my own trash and request new trash can liners. One receptionist put their hand up and started out by saying “first of all I haven’t been here in 4 days…I was not yelling and was very understanding up to this point. I was telling him my frustrations and this is how I was treated. Asked for a rollout bed (my second time first I took up and bedding was delivered) was told the bed and bedding would be taken up to my room it wasn’t. Only one staff were rude. They were obviously understaffed and needed assistance. For the most part staff were friendly.

The staff were friendly The place was clean and well taken care of. The only problem I encountered was the tv, not very user friendly. Could not connect to internet so we could watch our favorite channels. Two different remotes and the one that came with the tv was the only one that worked.

The beds were ok. The bathroom was small and only had a shower that still had used soap and a floor that I almost slipped on. Plus the there was no hot water or water pressure. Also why have a rough TV if we can only use the cable. My kids would have like to have just watched a movie. If I can just get to in not have to find one and plan around what time it starts would be great. That what we all have adapted too. Also the I was not told about the 25$ per pet fee when I booked.

I rented 2 rooms. The bedding in both rooms were dirty. One room had roaches. I went to let the people at the front desk know. There were 3 people in the office and they were very unprofessional and extremely rude. It was a horrible stay!

I left a day early but still paid for whole stay..no pool like they said and no breakfast at 6 like they said...the .morning clears was not nice when we ask about breakfast. False info online when you book. No pool or hot tub.. it was the bed.bugs at 3 am in my bed. This has left me so freaked out.

The room was ok, but lights in restroom/ shower didn’t work, outlet next to sink didnt work. Sunday night when we returned I noticed our room was not cleaned, trash wasn’t taken out or clean towels brought up. Monday morning we tried breakfast, it was horrible. I let front desk know we need clean towels and trash taken out (only one can in the room) the lady said ok. We returned at night, nothing was done, I had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels. The guy didn’t even care that I said this is my second time asking for towels. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel nor will I return to this hotel.

During my stay, I experienced several concerning issues. The internet connection constantly dropped, making it difficult to use for work or personal needs. Additionally, during breakfast hours, individuals who appeared not to be registered guests were regularly eating before paying customers. I also observed that proper hygiene practices were not being followed—some individuals were eating without washing their hands. At one point, staff questioned my visitor about whether they were staying at the property, yet a man who appeared to be homeless was sitting in the breakfast area every morning consuming food without being asked the same questions. The inconsistency in how policies were enforced made the experience uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness and fairness for paying guests.

I booked hotel for three nights because it had breakfast and pool and hot tub pool wasn’t open the whole time hot tub either breakfast was crap very generic haven’t gotten my deposit back yet I will never go back the first morning went down to breakfast the worker that was putting breakfast out looked at us like we were mooches dirty looks oh and no ice the front desk said we could walk next door to store for ice absolutely no amenities I booked that hotel for the pool just to spend one of my days on my trip by the pool if it’s going to be down let your customers know I booked online and selected this hotel because of breakfast and pool biscuits and gravy that looked days old generic apple and orange juice boiled eggs none of it was fresh I ended up buying breakfast every morning comforter had stains on them towel were dingy I could go on but what’s the point they already messed up my stay can’t get that back

The room had no place for hanging clothes or storing in a drawer three days of dog barking various hours of the day And night dog was in room with other customer customers upstairs were loud and stomping on the floor, which kept us up at night loud talking Customers outside the door neighbors gave no consideration to anyone sleeping. The Jacuzzi was not. Working we were told by front desk it was it was not working The good part of stay was the professional and polite staff room flooded toilet overflowed had to change rooms

The young man that checked us in was very nice and even told us about how the door catches. I loved the staff! Our internet was messing up and the front desk came to our room and put a code in for us. He was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the morning staff too. Very sweet!!

Have yet to have my room taken off my expedia bookings even after a week of not staying there anymore. Management is slow at their job and the key cards disconnected a lot. I had to reset a key everyday i stayed there and sometimes multiple times a day.

Pool was out of service and no hot water so couldn’t even shower this place is awful

The first room I was assigned had a strong smoke odor that made it unbearable to stay in. After being moved, the second room had a poorly sealed window with a noticeable gap to the outside… large enough to fit my fingers through… which was both uncomfortable and concerning. The third room was cleaner and more comfortable, but still had maintenance issues: the hot and cold water were reversed, and the shower faucet leaked heavily. While I ultimately had a clean and reasonably comfortable place to rest, the repeated room problems significantly detracted from the experience and overshadowed the otherwise excellent service provided by the staff.

The room was nice but the walls are very thin, I was watching TV and got knocks on my wall. Then 10 minutes later they coming knocking on my door saying to shut up. In my mind that is rude my TV wasnt loud I could barely hear it myself, I even felt like me snd husband couldn't even talk, because I would get a knock. I can only imagine if I was being romantic with my husband my privacy felt violated.

Horrible experience, i was there for almost 3 weeks...first 2 weeks NO HOT WATER, impossible to take a shower, after the 3 week occasionally they have a warm water but nit on the peak hours. I put 2 complaints on line about the hot water and running out if toilet paper clean towells and no housekeeping. Manager confronted me about the complaints and he ordered to the front desk man to called me 2/4 and notify me that i need to leave early next day by 11am and threaten me to call the police and trespassing me, i told them that ipaid until 2/6 and they said they will issue a refund...i moved out before 11am, im still waiting for part of my refund, they told me that owner and management dont want me there cause the complaints. RIDICULOUS...and RACISTS. IM PROCEEDING WITH A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM IN Department of Regulatory Agencie of The State of Colorado, REPORTING THE TO BBB and EXPEDIA, Poor customer Service.

The room was okay but smelled. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I did check out a couple days early because guest were playing music loud, propping the side door open, and I just didn’t feel safe.

Homeless people entered the lobby (to use the bathroom?) ahead of my check in, the room was dirty, there was no hot water in the mornings, the manager did not care, asking if I had run the faucet/shower for at least 30 minutes! My relatives also booked several rooms with the same experience! Do NOT book a stay at this hotel. I’m angry at Orbitz for even selling me this reservation!

Our room was very clean. The hotel staff including the check in and check out staff are wonderful, they are always polite and help you with whatever is needed. We have used several hotels and Days Inn is by far the best!!!! 😄

The toilet didn't flush properly. People or staff making all kinds of noises before 6 AM, someone above my room was moving furniture. Dog barking..these all contributed to a poor stay and normally I like staying at Days Inn, as I was visiting family in Colorado Springs

There was some activity on the 4th floor next to my room Saturday up in the morning. Screaming someone was going to jail. I slipped to the phone and called the front desk for help. NO ANSWER! Men in the lobby playing music about drop it like a cow?!!?

Rooms are very run down. Not set up great. Can hear my neighbors through the walls. The worst part of our stay was the parking. There is next to no parking available in the front of the building where it is safe. The back of the building is dark with no entrances to the hotel. We drive a large truck because we work construction and parking made us bring most of our tools inside so they didn’t get stolen. The first time I tried parking in back the parking lot ended up filled with cops because they heard there was a fight. It was just concerning.

Room was clean, did not have warm water on Saturday. Then manager Chad was not a very nice. He had a line of people standing at the counter, while he was on a phone call, I waited but after standing there for 10 minutes without acknowledgement, listening to call where he repeated 5 times the same statement to the person on the other line. I nicely asled for a blow dryer, he rudely said you need to call the operater, which I had done 10 minutes before coming down, no one answered. He said I am on the phone helping someone, where I stated that the conversation has been repeated 5 times. He as the manager should have placed the call on hold, since he clearly was going in circles. And taken care of the customers standing in front of him. The pool needs to be cleaned & repainted. Hot tub looked green and was luke warm. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Not really a great breakfast any of the five days. Same stuff every day. Very limited choices.

Checkout is 11 AM. Housekeeping showed up at 9:10 AM and didn't read the Do Not Disturb. Then showed up at 10:30 AM, again didn't read Do Not Disturb. You get a text in the morning seeing when you're leaving. Anywhere else it's noted for check-out.

1st room very unclean, we got a new one, which was better. Ice machine broken, no hairdryer, window was broken letting a lot of sound in from outside. The room doors are also poorly sealed, you can see light coming in from the sides. It is a wooden door, and definitely doesn’t block any sound. The staff was friendly, and breakfast delicious!

No hangers for clothes or drawers for personal items. Staff was rarely at front desk. No bell to alert staff. Waited some time before someone came to check us in. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Only small bar soap. Loud, room upstairs was noisyALL night. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all night. Seemed pretty clean. But not a lot of amenities. Very minimal so if you are looking for comfort this is NOT the place.

Everything was broken. Paper thin walls. Microwave almost started a fire. The rooms are in poor condition, the flooring is chipped, the baseboards are grose, the bathroom looks like a dungeon, the safety lock was ripped out of the door. I started to wonder if this was a transient hotel.

Sink drained slow and there was no temperature control for the shower. The shower was too hot--I know you probably don't hear that much.

Overall, I had an average experience. The breakfast was very lacking, but was also not replenished. If you need a quick stay in between busy intersections, great stay.

I mentioned it when I checked out, and the desk clerk did not acknowledge my comment and was overall just not a warm person, almost acting annoyed that I was speaking to her. The check-in clerk was very kind and accommodating, and the maintenance man and housekeeping lady were friendly and pleasant, as was the breakfast attendant.

Chad at the front desk was a rockstar. He was friendly and helpful with everything. He recognized us and treated us like his own guests. The breakfast staff was on top of things and kept everything filled. Everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful

Stayed the weekend. Room was very clean. Facility was clean (except weird smell in lobby. I think someone had spilled something right before I arrived and it was just getting cleaned up. Convenient location between Denver and Boulder. I visited both for my 2 day stay. Hotel was acceptable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to many food options. 24 hours convenient store/gas station very close by. I wound definitely stay again.

The moment I opened the door, I was hit with a musty smell and found a dark, cramped room with pieces of Sheetrock scattered on the floor. The shower felt like a closet and barely drained. When I woke up around 2:00 a.m. to check out early, my skin was itchy — likely from old, worn-out linens that should’ve been replaced long ago. To make matters worse, the hotel sits in a rough, noisy area — wedged between a 24-hour gas station and car wash, with a noticeable transient presence around the property. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night and booking a room at Staybridge Suites just ten minutes away — a world of difference. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a clean, comfortable, and safe stay elsewhere.

Decent room. Pretty clean. The other couple we were traveling with had a strange smell in their room. Requested a room change but did not get a new room. Their room had to be deep cleaned and that got rid of the smell.

The bedroom door kept having issues and you had to pull it in before you swipe your key, otherwise it didn't open. Wanted to swim or even just sit by the pool but it was gloomy in there, smelled of mildew and had a layer of film on the water, looked as if not used in years, NASTY. Also the lower level there seemed creepy and ghetto like a ghost town. The waffle maker needed to be cleaned well and be well oiled or something because waffles kept sticking more and more every day, the last day my waffle came out as crumbs because you couldn't get it out, I even sprayed well. There was rarely water out to drink and the coffee always was empty like they were unprepared for as many guests at breakfast, always running out of something

Well to start there was absolutely no phone in the room. The pool was nasty. Not clean ice cold water. The hot tub was nasty. There were broken parts of it in the bottom of it. Did not work. As for maid service never got it for 3 days. TV quit working first night there had to keep calling someone to come and fix it. Cleanliness & Maintenance The room was in awful shape. The toilet seat was disgusting, there was a suspicious blue liquid under the sink, and the two lamps didn’t even have bulbs — they were glued to the tables. The TV was fake and non-functional. The AC didn’t work properly, so the room stayed warm no matter what. Everything felt dirty and poorly maintained. Amenities & Comfort There was no hot water, likely because other guests used it all up. Breakfast was disappointing — just waffles and biscuits with gravy, no eggs or sausage. The laundry room was unusable, with clothes left for 6+ hours. Because we had a dog, we were put in the basement, yet plenty of others had dogs upstairs. Safety & Atmosphere The property did not feel safe. People loitered in the lot, and at night there was door-banging, shouting, and arguing. Kids threw rocks at cars, which brought police. Girls sat in the breakfast lounge undoing hair, and later hallways and the lot were littered with extensions. Worst of all, a cleaning staff member came into our room at 3:30 AM, which was extremely unsettling. Overall Between the poor upkeep, lack of hot water, unsafe environment, and constant disturbances, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you just need a cheap crash spot, maybe it works. If you want comfort, safety, or cleanliness, avoid it. The one positive: front desk staff were friendly.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It had an elevator and breakfast. The hotel and room were clean. The bed was comfortable. The elephant made from towels was a nice welcome touch after dealing with Karen’s in the St. Joes ER all day. Cons: The ice machine dispenses moldy ice with dirt. The ice machine needs bleached. The smell of marijuanna and the homeless residents that live in the parking lot are uncontrollable factors but made the area seem unsafe. There are no designated handicap parking spots. As a person who wears oxygen my room was located on the other end of the building and carrying in my concentrator was difficult. Overall: the hotel provided the essentials I required at a budget friendly price. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and there is a hot breakfast. Clean the ice machine and make is more ADA accessible. There is a refundable $50 deposit is required at time of stay. This is cheaper than other hotels in the area for worse conditions with guests* if you know what I mean.

I did not like my stay in this hotel. The bed creaked every time I moved. The pillows were uncomfortable. The window was broken. There was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. The toilet was so extremely low to the ground that I thought it was for a kindergarten. There was a smell to the hotel room and the hallways. There was a gap in the hotel room door that allowed light in all night long. The walls were so thin, I could here details of conversations from rooms on either side and everything from the hallway. I did not sleep well here at all. The furniture looked like it was made in a high school shop class. I really regret not choosing anywhere else. I did not enjoy my visit to this hotel and I can't imagine ever coming back. I'd rather sleep in my car. Oh, and there was no hot water during peak showering times in the morning.

We had to check out early in the morning and the nice gentleman working the front desk allowed us to fill our thermos with coffee and gave us bananas, granola bars and yogurt to take on the road. Everyone was friendly from check in to check out.

My 3 night stay was bad since day one we got a room and we didn’t get a key we have to call the front desk second nigh no house keeping I ask why told me I don’t requested so I did in the morning for 3 night surprise we came back and no house keeping, price wasn’t bad but I I have the option I will not come back.

The TP was 1/2 used in the bathroom There is no towels, soap, to or anything of that sort and the bedding was not kept. this room was disgusting and should never have been given to us. I did go down to the front desk and they did send me over to room 308. I left for the day & came back @ 11pm The room was not touched & a mess no TP, towels, ect. I went down to the front desk clerk and told him our room has not been touched. He gave us towels, toilet paper soap and everything else we needed. When we checked out from 308 the 3 rd floor stunk like someone was standing in the middle and smoking. My family and I told the front desk clerk about the issue and the smoking in the hall. For a hotel that does not allow smoking. There is sure been a lot of people that smoking in rooms that you’re trying to rent out for a hotel that’s supposed to be clean is not very clean and for the staff that is supposed to be cleaning stuff and going into rooms are not doing a job properly. I would not recommend this property again and this is the second time I’ve stayed here once in July 11. I would like a refund.

We paid for an accessible room (handicapped). We got their definition of an accessible room in the basement. It felt like a jail walking to our room. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. Big time. The hot tub was not very warm first off, but no bubbles or anything. Just a hot tub.

Room was not clean when we checked in. Was not cleaned the several days we were there. Had to go to the desk to get clean towels. Area around the hotel has obvious drug activity and a good amount of homeless.

This property was good for the price however it is an older hotel that had a stagnant cigarette smoke smell. It was in a good central location, and the bed was very comfortable as all we did was sleep here.

Elevators hardly work. Had to take the 4 flights of stairs half the time. When it did work. It was so loud and shaky, very sketchy. There’s a lot of smokers that walk around, but police do circle the property often.

Room assigned was terrible. Shower door was about to come off from the wall. Asked for another room. The next room had a pungent odor coming from the bathroom sink. Had to plug the drain. Breakfast area small and with few options. Rooms need a makeover.

Overall great experience. Peaceful area with close by walking distance restaurant and breakfast places around.

Its was a rough stay. The queen beds sit on frames that are a different size so the mattress hangs of the end and the side so you have to stay in yhe middl. The bathroom fan made a horrible noise so you couldnt use the light. We had a toddler and there was only a shower. We were on the second floor and the window didnt have a lock or stopper, opened all the way and no screen or safety the plastic was literally unattached from the glass. We asked fo another room and they said there werent any. The room was not clean, there was something dripping down the wallls. The lobby and breakfast were clean. Trash overflowing outside. Not what we expected but made the best of it. Would not stay again.

Everything was good except for some type of stain on the ceiling and my comforter had a stain on it. But everything else was ok. But it was at a convenient location right by the freeway entrance. Lots of restaurants around.

Nice hotel

Very clean staff really nice and the breakfast was awesome for free … waffles hard boiled eggs yogurt cereal sausage and gravy with biscuits and muffins

The property is somewhat dated and not as clean as I had expected.

Best days inn I’ve stayed at by far! Employees do an amazing job at keeping the entire hotel clean, the staff was friendly and the room was perfect. Love it here!

The Days inn Hotel offers great and memorable experience. Attentive staff ensures every detail is perfect in the beautifully designed lobby. Impeccably clean and comfortable rooms offer plush amenities. Everything was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay.

It was exactly what we wanted. Safe, quiet, clean and the price was right. We'd stay again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel looked clean and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and room was good size.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room for 4 nights. Could only access cable on TV 2 nights and remote had no batteries. After talking to long term guests and seeing people with their household items with them I believe it's a homeless hotel.

Great stay! Friendly staff and very accommodating. Good breakfast options and close to a lot of things. Would 10/10 stay again!

Bathroom, room, sheets, towels were all dirty

4 night stay. The place has been updated recently. So it was decently nice for the price . The only issue I had ( which was kind of a big deal) was that my shower had no temperature control. Too hot to shower. I asked for it to be fixed, but apparently the only fix they had was to make it a cool shower instead of a hot one.

You can hear everything

The beds sounded like they were not assembled properly, they squeaked constantly. They also had some sort of plastic padding under the fitted sheet that sounded like crinkled paper anytime you moved on it. All of the towels and blankets smelled so heavily of bleach. No one enforces the no smoking withing 50ft of the doors rule.

We liked the pool and breakfast.

There’s better places to stay

Property easy to get to. Nice entry area. Room was very nice. Elevator kind of had a mind of its own but works. The pool was ice cold, could not get in. Hot tub was only as warm as bath water and no ladder to get into it it or out. Not user friendly. Had to ask for a hair dryer at front desk. Nice quiet place tho.

Stayed for 5 nights. No room cleaning or fresh towels were offered. Had to go to front desk and ask. Billed upon check in and not check out. Room was average. Beds ok.

Pet friendly but the area is surrounded in rock no grass. Only one door in/out other doors closer to parking are out only so you have to walk clear around the bldg - rooms are all same size so a king bed is all the space you get in the room as they are small

Well located

Economical, not bad for price and location

Good renovated hotel, but we found 3 small cockroaches in the bathroom.

Doors to room very hard to open. No screen on window on 4th floor. Hole in ceiling. Broken shower door. Gap under front door so large lots of light comes through. There was a false eyelash on the lamp next to the bed. Pool area was so slippery and dangerous. Also rooms say “no smoking” but smell like cigarettes. Pillows on bed were super small like couch pillows. Homeless people on backside of hotel.
