The service was great. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The property and room was in disrepair. I may or may not stay here again depending on price.

We could not stay in this hotel and had to make other arrangements. The hotel and rooms were not only dirty, there were cigarette burns on the comforter, stained sheets, writings on the walls, furniture had food stuck to them. The bathroom tiles were so broken you could cut your feet. TERRIBLE
- 2/5
At check in, there was no toilet tissue or facial tissue in the room, and no hair dryer. Poor water pressure in sink and shower. I booked this hotel because it was a Wyndam, but the quality did not represent Wyndam well. The homeless people that lingered around the front entrance of the building made me very uneasyand front door was not locked late at night.

This hotel is for a different clientele. If you are looking for longer term inexpensive lodging or adult entertainment. If you don't mind filth and left over sparkles from the adult entertainment, this is the place for you. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
- 1/5
Awful, unsafe, homeless everywhere, including inside the hotel.
- 0.5/5
Guest visibly high on opiates at check-in. Loud altercation outside my room at 9:30 p.m.—man hit woman and threatened further violence. Another hallway disturbance at 3 a.m. with yelling and thumping. Third fight at 9 a.m. between two men outside my door.

We arrived and their were homeless people all over our front. We went ahead and checked in. The room was dirty, microwave didn't work, mold in shower, pillow case had brown spots on it and let's not forget the condom's between the bed and nightstand. The bed was not centered in the frame and the A/C unit would not cool the room, the ceiling look like water damage or something, the rolling chair for the desk was broke. We were told we had to give a $100 deposit at check in (for any damages) seriously! That was not even mentioned when I booked the hotel. We checked out about an hour later and went to a different hotel. I have never booked online before. We will probably never book again online. The hotel we check into informed us that the Mayor gives vouchers for the homeless to stay at the Baymont.i would strongly recommend not to stay here.

I enjoyed partial of my stay at Baymont. The staff on the night/early morning gave me a hard time checking in. However, she was able to resolve my concerns. Unfortunately, I left my stay a little early due to the traffic of people standing and lounging around the property where us as visitors had to enter/exit the outside premises, parking lots and pacing the hallways. I felt a little uncomfortable. However, the staff were nice and friendly, as well as it was affordable if you have last minute plans and looking for something quick, decent & affordable.

Hotel website says "free breakfast of eggs, bacon, waffles, and more." There were never any eggs or bacon. They had frozen waffles, frozen breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and bagels. Sofa in room reeked of marijuana.
- 1/5
Hotel was very dirty. Carpets were stained and so was the bed linen. It looked like it was a hangout for homeless street corner panhandlers and druggies. I refused to stay there and canceled my room even after looking at a second room which was even worse than the first one offered.
- 4/5
The one morning I was up early and went to breakfast when they told me it started there was hardly any food out and we waited for 30 minutes before giving up. We didn’t see any employees to ask about it either. There was an interesting cast of characters hanging around the hotel too. My room was clean but a bit dated. I felt safe and comfortable in my room though.
- 5/5
I liked it calm and the excellent staff.
- 1/5
Everything about this place was bad the front desk lady look like she was on drugs. She was bossing around people and talking to a couple in the lobby who was fighting so I looked back and asked her if everything’s OK. She said don’t worry about it they do this all the time and outside their hotel is nothing but homeless and people that look like they’re on drugs.
- 3/5
it was the least expensive but in hindsight i would of paid the extra to stay somewhere else
- 1.5/5
The room was dirty. The furniture was worn. The hot tub was luke warm.
- 2/5
Carpet was nasty with all kinds of stains. Bedding was dirty and had to get new sheets ac unit didn't have any filters in it. Water damage in bathroom and popcorn ceiling was falling down. Burnt-out light bulbs no lights near desk.web said they had hot bf
- 2/5
Good location but overrun with homeless. Trash, discarded clothing, etc all around the property. Room appeared very worn but decent until we discovered socks behing a corner chair and other signs of minimal cleaning. Property did have a good pool and hot tub but hot tub needs resurfacing and a rail at entrance. Bathtubs look dirty due to wear. Carpet sticky in places. Liked microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in room.

The area was really horrible and nothing worked in the hotel the lady at the front desk in the morning was very pleasant and very understanding that's the only thing that made that whole experience worthwhile

Beds need improving

The worst experience at a hotel ever. The first thing when we got to the room was backed up toilet. We had to go get a plunger and take care of it ourself. Very dirty room I don’t think the floors were swept or the bathroom mopped. The pool area no towels and not clean. Hot tub had chipped paint and the jets don’t work. I got a bad rash from the hot tub. To many homeless people in the parking lot. Did not feel safe. Found a switch blade on the stairs, it looked like someone was trying to get in. Dirty stained blanket on the bed. Blood stained sheets. I had to go to target to get blankets. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, cold waffles, old bagels. My daughter came to visit me and while she was there in the daylight someone tried to break into her car. I was not comfortable going to my car at dark. This hotel is also an extended stay. If I had known that they took vouchers for homeless people I would never have stayed there. If I hadn’t already paid for 3 nights I would have left.

The place was really run down and dirty. A lot of homeless people coming in and out and the cops seemed to be there daily for problems... I didn't even feel safe sending my 12 year old son to get something from the car by himself. I definitely would not recommend this hotel!
- 2/5
Extra deposit required at ck in. Breakfast was limited. Homeless looking people everywhere. Felt unsafe there.

Yes all the homeless hanging out at the hotel staff was rude room not clean elevator did not work TV in room did not work
- 2/5
The place was filthy & there were homeless people sleeping in the stairwell
- 3/5
Rm 115 floor was not very clean, bits if debris and hair
- 3/5
The hallways were very dirty. It looked like it has been a while since they were vacuumed. There was trash on the floor in the hallways and near the restrooms by the pool. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. The waffles were ice cold. There were just a couple of bagels, no bread to make toast. The cranberry juice was warm. Our shower had no water pressure. The water just trickled out. There was hot water though. We were thankful for that.
- 2/5
Realizing this is a lower priced hotel, but it didn't need to be "dirty". The carpet had not been vacuumed, and needed cleaning. Light bulbs burned out, toilet running - all signs of poor housekeeping. Also, the mattress needed replaced and the parking lot was a little "shady".
- 1.5/5
Staff was nice! The tile floor in bathroom dirty! Rug dirty in room, air conditioner in violation from wiring! Lounge chair worn out ! I requested extra towels but did not get none! There were a lot of people that did not belong there next to the entrance both days I stayed drunk and on drugs!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Great restaurants all around the area that were within walking distance from the property.

hotel was trashy and some of the people who stay there at this place look like they came from under a rock ... and look like they have been on a 12 day benge from doing drugs.

The property’s hot tub was down and the whole place smelled like cigarettes
- 4.5/5
had a $100 deposit, which was ok, just like to know a head of time
- 1/5
Our shower broke in our room, so they moved us to the room next-door only to find out that the shower wasn’t working as well. When you are coming from out of town, you don’t know exactly what it’s going to look like until you pull up so I feel like it was false advertisement. This has happened to me once before with Expedia already.
- 2/5
Good location, some homeless outside of property and the rooms needs a deep clean
- 1/5
The property was flooded with homeless and druggies, we got this for a 3 night stay and left after the first night, the breakfast was gone by 730 am and the dining area was ALWAYS flooded with what looked like homeless. Staff was amazing and supper understanding and accommodating through our struggles. We are from a small farm town so not used to the city but at the same time did not feel safe.
- 1/5
Would never recommend anybody they sold us a room that was not even prepared right nor even ready or meeting anyone’s expectations unless they are really just needing a place to stay. It was extreme bad weather and still have yet to even receive my refund and it’s really irritating for the fact that I had to drive in that extreme bad weather with my pregnant wife.
- 3/5
The room cards did not cover our entire stay which required us to have the card re-keyed every time we were our of the room. Staff were busy and not always able to assist in a timely manner. The hotel was clean however the shower curtain did not stay closed and sprayed water throughout the bathroom.
- 3/5
Poor customer service at desk. Not just me, but how I witnessed others treated. Staff seemed uninterested in offering great service. Previous coffee spill not cleaned in my room. Poor continental breakfast options.
- 4/5
Clean . Affordable room in a safe location.
- 5/5
A very nice place to stay on your trip.
- 5/5
Great customer service reps
- 3/5
Hotel was run down and needs some work. Staff was helpful fixing issues.
- 1/5
I had just received my corporate credit card and the only charge I had was to the Baymont Hotel in Thorton. After I week I had over $1400.00 of charges that i did not recognized, letting me to believe the hotel staff took my credit card and charged personal items and meals on my card. The "breakfast" was a staled bagel every morning and in some cases coffee was not even available.
- 2/5
Hot tub was down, carpet in room looked pretty rough, stains and old furniture. Price on Expedia was more then their listings elsewhere.
- 1/5
Nice spot to rest your head before going to airport

Very nice
- 1/5
This place used to be so nice. We walked in and the N (in Inn) is hung up by two push pins.. we went to the room and it was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like urine and i felt as if i should clean my shoes after being in there. The lady at the front desk give me a refund no questions asked she was a dream to work with she was very hopeful.
- 2/5
Old carpet with holes in it, Furniture was terrible, had crayon, burn, and all kinds of other marks all over every piece of furniture in the room, flashing light and falling off tile in the bathroom,.
- 1/5
Outside was lots of homeless. Not a big deal but wasn"t too impressed with the guy smoking meth in the parking lot.
- 5/5
Employees did everything they could to accommodate you enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
It’s an older property a little torn and tattered especially in the restroom
- 1/5
This day was rough. I thought about checking out and moving to the hotel next-door, but it was too much hassle. I was trying to budget because we were on a family trip but I will never do that again it’s worth the extra 40 or $50 a night that place is not suitable for families.
- 5/5
😃
- 5/5
Loved our stay super quiet and clean!
- 3/5
Everything was nice and clean but the breakfast it showed online was completely different! It was microwave waffles not good at all!
- 1/5
Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was nice and quiet. Sheets and towels were nice and soft. Ceiling was peeling, tile was broken off, walls bathtub floors and furniture were dirty and sticky, plumbing was not draining properly.
- 4/5
Breakfast consisted of pre packaged frozen breakfast sandwiches. The bagels were good and the price was right. There was a funky smell throughout the building and rooms. Lots of basic maintenance needs done, cracked tile floor, the shelves under the sink, where the towels were nicely folded, were black mold stained and rotting, and the bathroom door was coming apart. But again, the price was right
- 2/5
It was really irritating that the key cords had to be reset daily
- 4/5
Easy access. Location.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. People were smoking around our vehicle when we went to leave.
- 2/5
Check in was quick and easy. Room was in bad shape. Used q tips on the floor in the bathroom and hair in the shower.
- 2/5
Our room was exceptionally dirty with stains all over the carpet and bedding as well as dirty old clothing left behind from another guest. There were burn marks in the furniture and the room smelled strongly of cigarette/marijuana smoke.
- 2/5
There was also a sketchy person outside the property that was never told to leave the premises for at least the 18 hours we were there.
- 1/5
The photos do not portray what the hotel actually looks like. We checked out 5 minutes after checking in as we didn’t feel safe staying there with our small children. There were homeless people sitting at the front door and walking around in the almost empty parking lot, and the lobby smelled of stale smoke. The young gal working at the front desk was very kind and friendly but that was the only positive thing about the facility.
- 2/5
Bathroom was a mess and looked like it was under remodel. Pillows were lumpy and very small. Door stuck and had to push it to close and open.
- 1/5
I was unable to check in with my digital id and they are refusing to refund my money paid when I did not stay
- 3/5
They don’t clean the room for the second day. Watch out if you need your room being cleaned everyday.
- 1/5
False advertisement, broken exit doors pools are out of order. Breakfast is terrible and very limited. Lots of people wandering around the area. Wish I could get my money back.
- 1/5
The hotel room we stayed in was disgusting. It smelt like cigarette smoke, the bathroom was not clean, the walls were all scuffed up and the bathroom ceiling was disgusting.
- 1/5
Not a clean place whatsoever
- 3/5
Service was great but the rooms were very dirty. The front desk lady was very kind and moved us to a slightly cleaner room with an upgrade when we mentioned the several stains on the floor as well as a few other mysterious stains on the couch. There was also a few pieces of trash left in the room we booked originally. The upgraded room was definitely cleaner but smelled like cigarette smoke and some high touch places were a bit sticky. Overall the place is a little outdated and a little overpriced for what it is especially being on a sketchy side of town. But the service was great very kind staff. Just needs a renovation.
- 3/5
Door didn’t lock, had to have 3 room keys made, lots of dated furniture and finishings. Had a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was very convenient. Lots of drug users around hotel. Police came pounding on room next door.
- 1/5
Bed bug
- 2/5
Hotel is old. Needs deep clean. Pool needs ventilation chlorine was burning my kids eyes.
- 2/5
Damages to walls, broken mattress and bed frame. Broken AC buttons, couldn’t adjust temp.
- 3/5
Lots of loitering outside. Grounds were not clean. No real gym. Damage to some furniture in my room. Room needed to be updated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Convenient location.
- 1/5
This app sucks
- 1/5
The breakfast was frozen Jimmy deans set out that you had to microwave yourself while others stood around and waited for you. Room keys never worked and had to go down several times and even switch rooms for it to work. Not very clean or comfortable. We checked out early to go to a different hotel.
- 2/5
It took almost an hour to check in. It wasn't the front desk ladies fault I don't think. She said it was because they had a whole soccer team coming and not enough rooms. It shouldn't take an hour to check in because the hotel overcommitted. After getting checked in it was fine.
- 5/5
It's always refreshing to come in and see Michelle at the desk. She has an upbeat attitude and is always positive. Great customer service for sure. I can't wait to visit again!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Poor breakfast, hot food should be available
- 4/5
it’s tough times in the Denver area and lots of homeless are hanging around. The property inside was not bad at all, but the facility grounds outside was horrendous.
- 2/5
The property is in disrepair and the manager was unprofessional. She was talking loudly about employees and personal issues. She was always on the phone talking loudly and unprofessional. I would not recommend nor will I ever stay at that location again. I will be very suspicious of staying at this chain again.
- 2/5
Hotel is good price and easy location off I-25. But very run down. First room smelled strongly of smoke- due to age of hotel. We asked for a new room which was quickly accommodated. Second room no smell but within 5 minutes the entire room/floor/bed was shaking. The front desk said it was from the washing machine! We were on 4th floor! They said it would stop in 30 minutes. The TV also had no remote. The staff were friendly but overall I wouldn’t stay again. Saw several homeless wandering around the parking lot so safety also made us uneasy.
- 2/5
Room was worn down, stains everywhere, shower was falling apart.
- 1/5
These little black bugs everywhere and all over the room and bed
- 2/5
This property smelled bad, desperately needs an upgrade, feels unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend.
- 4/5
Hot tub needs work, the pool was nice. The breakfast was ok.
- 1/5
For starters the bathtub didnt drain all the furniture was old and dated and very sticky fridge didnt work and most of all after i already booked the room when i checked in i was told i needed to pay an additional deposits which is not on any of the booking sites
- 2/5
The staff was very helpful. Everything else was awful. The room was run down. The desk lamp was broken. The chair at the desk was broken. Both beds were broken (I'm serious). I could only sleep on the right side of the bed. If I used the left side of the bed, there was no support under that side so the the right side mattress tipped up dumping me on the floor. The mattress was way too firm, there was almost no give to it. The key to my room stopped working 6 times. The staff reprogrammed it every time but also insinuated that I was somehow using the key wrong. The bathtub was visibly dirty. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The tub was also chipped. The water pressure was low. The free breakfast had little variety. Of the four days I stayed there, I took one packaged muffin from the breakfast area and didn't even eat it. There were homeless people in the parking lot next door during the day doing drugs. I understand that's not the responsibility of the hotel but it made me uncomfortable all the same. On a positive note, the room didn't smell like smoke like some hotel rooms do and the elevator was working.
