The staff name Julie at the front desk was Amazing very professional and friendly. The hotel is not for family more for solo or couples, the tv had major issues the words coming from the actors where not matching the tv show, housekeeping team did a fantastic job, be careful when you park a lot of beer bottle glass.

Back entrance was filthy, the welcome was filthy, floor was dirty with trash bits, dust and spill spots, windows and walls were gross with prints, marks, and spots. The room itself smelt moldy and was dark, dingy and felt gross. When I checked the beds and bedding the comforter was disgusting and looked moldy. The staff brought us a new comforter when we said it was dirty but didn’t bring new sheets or offer to change it.

The blanket was very dirty we had to take it off we didn’t wanted to sleep like that need new blankets or sheets to be honest. Other than that was good.

The beds were uncomfortable. The sides were uneven—some were down while others were raised—which made them difficult to sleep on. The air conditioning was also very noisy, making the experience frustrating.

I would recommend checking into the smell of your guest bathrooms in the lower level of the hotel. I have been here twice for conferences and the bathrooms smell like a sewer is backing up. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but we had conference attendees commenting on this also which is not a good look for a conference.

The stay as a whole was pretty good. The 2 draw backs were the tvs because they kept freezing and digitizing the whole time we were there and I’m not talking about once in a while. It was pretty consistent. The other draw back was the supervision in the pool area and the staff not kicking unsupervised kids out that were causing problems

He almost hit my 7 year old daughter with a ladder and threw items at us that he retrieved from the pool ceiling. Between 9:30 and 10:30 if you’d like to check the pool cameras.

I did not like that I paid for 3 rooms and the first two were very nice, mine was the size of a shoebox, with pretty much only the bed fitting in there. The flooring didn't even meet up to the wall. Just very disappointed with my room.

I only stayed for one night, and chose the property for its proximity to training I attended the next day. The rooms were simple and modern and well appointed. I will definitely stay again should need arise.

the bed was super uncomfortable me and my husband slept literally 2 hours just in and out of sleep due to how uncomfortable the bed was. blinds were half way and wouldn’t go down due to string to pull down being broken so the room was very bright. the A/C wasn’t blowing enough cold air. the room felt very uncomfortable

The rooms are very clean. Check-in was isimple. I asked for an extension to check out 30 minutes late. That wasn’t a problem slept like a baby. Very nice staff

I paid and planned on staying at this location . The hotel was overbooked and sent us to a different location . We were told 3rd party booking gets relocated . Relocated after already making reservations and plans around the property i booked

Staff is always friendly, especially the representative that checked me in. He always make sure to go above and beyond. My room is always clean and stocked.

Beautiful modern design, comfortable swoon worthy beds, friendly staff, complimentary parking, and incredibly clean. The lobby, rooms, and event/convention facilities are great. I have had the pleasure of staying at this location a number of times for both business and pleasure, and it has always been wonderful experience. In addition to the restaurant and breakfast bar that is onsite, there are a number of restaurants less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend!!!! Nothing bad to say.

Note to self . . . I love staying at the Delta but next time make sure I get a room the furtherest away from the interstate. The noise from the traffic kept us awake all night.

Even though the hotel was nowhere near full, I was placed in a room directly adjacent to the elevator shaft. Listening to that all night did not make for a pleasant stay. Those rooms should be used only as a last resort!

Hotel is ok. I gave the staff a 2 star only because the janitor helped us out so much when our TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO right in front of the building. We had expensive items stolen and a window missing. They did hook us up with free grande Starbucks for the road…and I am being sarcastic. Though they would not do venti and that’s serious. The lack of hospitality really dropped the levels that this place could be. No comp for the room, no help with insurance. No signs in the parking lot mentioning that they are not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged property. They are not helping us out at all. What a joke of a hotel.

The room was extremely small and not what I expected by booking through Expedia or Delta hotels directly. Make sure you ask the size especially if you intend to stay multiple nights.

Best hotel ever

A/C could be better. We sleep hot so we always have the temperature around 66-67° at night. It was fine fo a couple of hours but after midnight, it just turned off eventhough it was on auto. Woke up a couple of times to try to fix the temperature. Also, around 10pm, 1:30am, and just before 3am, we her kids running around and doors slamming shut so loud that it woke us up. So coupled with that and the A/C, we slept so poorly last night.

Room was large and clean. Bar was, unfortunately, closed when we arrived around 10:30 on a Saturday night, so we had to leave the premises to get a drink.

My family loved the cafe and breakfast options. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly!

I stayed here for a conference. The conference facilities and the food were excellent. The rooms are pleasant and clean. The only issue is the HVAC in the rooms. It works inconsistently. Sometimes it will turn on, regardless of the settings. Sometimes it will freeze you out with no change to the settings. Everyone I talked to at the conference had the same issue. Otherwise, it is a good hotel.

We have enjoyed staying at this hotel when we stay in Denver visiting family. It is clean and convenient. The room is roomy and comfortable.

Great but the tv sucked

On our last day, someone was taking a shower in the room above us and it started to heavily leak water through the light in the shower. That could cause a fire. We notified staff again but they didn’t seem too concerned. Breakfast options were lacking. It was supposed to last till 11am but everything was gone by 9am. The only good thing was the gym.

The rooms were tidy, and clean and the front desk personnel were very willing to accommodate my requests.

We also has trouble with our television for two of the three nights we stayed.

Walls are pretty thin, could hear people having sex which was pretty weird when you have a toddler in the room being woken up from it. Was on first floor and could hear everything in the parking lot. Rooms kind of have an odor and the door to the bathroom is a sliding door that doesn’t seal so it’s like you are pooping with the door open. Have to pay for coffee in the lobby. Not impressive with the amount I paid.

Enjoyed being able to park near the tower where the exterior door was. I also appreciated that the exterior door could only be accessed by someone woth a room key. It felt safe. The hotel was quiet and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

The outside was very cheap looking. Fake bushes just didn't cut it. Also came in at 11:00 and half the lights in the parking lot weren't lit. That is definitely a security risk. The inside was ultra modern and impressive. The rooms were clean and spacious for mobility problems. There are no microwaves in the rooms but small refrigerators. The bedding had no feathered comforters but a heavy blanket. (Just not the same) The temperature controls worked great. The coffee bar was closed which was a great disappointment as the hrs. Were posted for 8:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. We went to the patio area by the pool to relax and they had a nice gas fire pit which would have given off some great ambience but we were told it didn't work. About 20 minutes later we smelled gas and informed the staff. The grounds around the patio looked like it could have used some attention as there was debris laying around.

While the hotel bar didn't stay open late enough, the location and price, plus free parking, make this hotel very enjoyable for a weekend trip to Denver.

I liked this hotel! Caleb was really helpful and kind when we were checking in. It was pretty busy on the weekend and a little loud at night, but during the week it was perfect. Everything was updated nicely, clean, and great quality. I really enjoyed the hot tub and the gym was gorgeous. House keeping came any day we wanted. No microwave but that wasn’t a problem for us. The room had a nice view and was in a great location. We were able to get to the airport easily and to Rocky Mt NP. Once again, I really liked this hotel and I highly recommend staying here! :)

Overall pretty good

My wife and I stayed at the Delta for a week. During our stay, pretty much everything either met or exceeded our expectations. The only truly negative thing I would have to say is that the dog park/walk area needs to be cleaned. While we didn’t have a dog, I used that area to get over to the local paved walking area and I found piles all over. Other than that, it was a terrific stay.

Great one night stay at the Delta! Clean room, great shower, beautiful lobby and open spaces. We ate dinner at the restaurant (Del Rio?) and it was great - VERY reasonably priced for a hotel! It was just what we needed after a few busy days in the mountains. A big shout out to Kayla who was our bartender/waitperson/hostess etc...she was taking care of the entire bar and restaurant, along with the cook/chef who brought the food out! Dont hesitate to book here!

The location was perfect! Beautiful and clean facility. Friendly staff. Karen at the front desk provided me with superb service. It was wonderful having a Starbuck on premises. I am able to get a Chai Latte without leaving the building. The bottles of water with two tea bags were a nice touch for complimentary items provided to guess. I loved the spacious shower with water that consistently stay hot. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is a fan in the restroom and being able to adjust the lighting in restroom, in middle of the night my eyes had a hard time adjusting to the light in the bathroom, but other than that the room was perfect!

Infestation of cockroaches on my pillows in sinks ,tv did not work ,plumbing in sink was back up it’s a HEALTH HAZARD INVASION OF BUGS I PACKED MY STUFF AT 3:30 am had to cut my vacation short ask for refund but they dodge my calls got video and pic of bugs in my room they serve food in establishment I’m sure that a health violation !!!!! I had to get my suitcase WASH ALL STUFF BECAUSE OF BUGS

Got to check and no one was there, then 2 workers come out after 5 mins. Then we head to entrance 2 and go to our room. Room is ok then go to the bathroom and it’s not clean. The soap packaging was stuck to the counter. The bathroom door didn’t shut. In between the shower doors were brown. Also we were going to dinner outside the hotel and homeless men were standing at the corner of the building and then we being 2 girls on the first floor. Checked early because I was not going to stay another night. Hotel looks nice on the outside and lobby but our room was old.

Everyone at the front desk treated us well, especially Jessica. The Starbucks staff were very friendly.

The room was fine, very small and claimed to have a Mountain View but our view was a building. The breakfast was very misleading and a huge rip off— $27 for 2 people for one breakfast sandwich that tastes awful and a soggy breakfast burrito. On top of that the lock on the bathroom door was loose and I got locked in the bathroom not once but twice. Other than that the room was clean.

I thought you pay a little more for a room. You should get a little more as far as no free breakfast here no free coffee and pay for the morning coffee. No juice had to pay for your own juice. And the two ladies run the breakfast not even hardly speak English. Don’t waste your money coming here.

The staff was rude and had no customer satisfaction experience we decided to give them a 2 nd chance from staying there last year, however the customer service was non-existence this time last year we stayed longer but wanted to leave after 1 day, this time we decided to stay a shorter period of time but the staff this time was unapologetic about anything and everything, they went as far to put down who we went through for our reservation, staff lied about so much but said because we booked through Expedia they blamed it all on you we will not ever go back ever to this hotel

Showers need to be deep cleaned, A/C rattles ALL NIGHT LONG. Pillows are hard as a rock. Bed is hard as a rock. The tiniest fridge I have ever seen - that barely got cold. Internet not working half of the time. Outlets next to the bed did not work (on both sides).

Disappointing compare to previous stats. The room was dirtier, smelled like air freshener with bug spray mixed and dosed. The room had a sewer odor at times. Bathroom barn door took the strength of a large muscular person to shut for privacy. It appears A dog had peed and warped the door corner. The room we were in this time was for pets (we had our small dog). So some issues expected. Our chair and curtain shades looked horrible stained. Making touching it or sitting a concern.

The hotel is not responsive to messages on expedia. I asked a question prior to arrival and got a generic response and when I messaged back, I didn't even get a response. The property itself is nice; however, housekeeping was lacking. They took all of our dirty towels but never replaced them. The floor looked clean but it turned your feet and socks black. Our toilet was broken when we arrived but maintenance fixed it quickly. The location was convenient and the area was nice so I would still stay here again though.

This has been a nice place to stay in the past, however this stay was a disappointment. 1)We had no hot water 2) The lock on the door apparently needed a battery, which caused 4 back and forth trips to the front desk. It was the second day of the stay before a maintenance person (unpleasant) repaired. The front desk staff was extremely disinterested in resolving issues or customer service. I no longer recomend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed here for five nights. The hotel was amazing. It was very nice and very clean. I am a big hotel snob, and we travel a lot. This was one of my favorite hotels. The cleaning staff was everywhere and I could see them cleaning the rooms and they were doing a very thorough job. It was very crowded but we had very little problem with noise. The only negatives I had were connection at times and no free breakfast but those were minor things. I would 100% stay here again. The location was also perfect with lots of stores and eating places very close.

Super nice hotel for the price range. I almost didn’t book it because of the google reviews but this place is literally 10 times better than any other “affordable” level hotel I’ve stayed at. I felt like I was staying somewhere fancy. Only thing is that it seems to be a hub for families and traveling kids sports teams so hallways get loud at night. I turned on the AC fan and all was well.

What an amazing experience we had at The Delta. It exceeded my expectations. It was near everything that We needed for our stay. We will definitely be back. The beds were so so comfortable and the Black out shades helped us get the sleep we needed

We thought the hotel was gorgeous and the area safe. But when we woke up, our trailer had been broken into and our things stolen. I will never stay at this hotel again. We also were charged $150 in pet fees ($75 per room) and the check-in person was not nice.

We stayed in a suit that had 2 air conditioning units. Neither of them worked. Our room was unbearable hot and when we called down to the front desk we were told we would have to talk to a manager in the morning.

We had a great stay overall! Traveling with 2 kiddos under 3. Room was clean! I was impressed!! Housekeeping staff on the 3rd floor is super friendly and their smiling faces are welcoming. (Thats where our room was) Not a lot of parking in the evening. So once we parked we didnt leave. We stayed 2 nights. The 1st night i had requested a crib. They didnt have any available at the time. So i followed up later. Just to make sure we weren't forgotten because this is a huge establishment. Marissa at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our baby was takin care of! It definitely saved our trip! The other staff was nice and friendly but Marissa was SUPER helpful the whole stay. She is a great assest to Delta! Also, on the first night we were so tired and ready for bed that when we got settled we didnt realize the air conditioner wasn't working right. As soon as we reported the next morning maintenance was on the issue. We had a funeral to go to. Was only gone for a few hours and when we returned they had the air working, and the room was cool and refreshing. Much needed after 90+ weather. Making it able for us to get a good nights rest before having to travel home 3.5 hours the next day. My point is the staff had no idea what we were dealing with and they were kind and super accommodating. They made our stay happen and for that im forever grateful during my time in grief. I would DEFINITELY stay here with my family again. Thank you Delta team!
